I booked tickets well inadvance for rajdhani ac 2 tier to travel from mumbai to new delhi.

I got 2 upper seats and 2 side upper seats when i booked 6 months in advance.

There is no way to choose seats and due to this stupid site and reservation, i am at the mercy of fellow passengers whom i have to beg every time to change seats.

This is not a family friendly website and created by brain dead people.

    I was creating a new account on irctc, (User name charlessdb) i have got mobile varification code but not reciveed e mail varification code. Please send e mail varification code on my e mail address "[protected]@yahoo.co.in"

    I have been trying for over a week already.. No email id verification otp sent by irctc

      Dear sir,

      Reference: booking transaction detail [protected], 12003 / ljn swran shtbd, lucknow to delhi.

      The booking status showing pending from ank end. What should i do in this case and how long should i wait?

      If this fails then i can book it again. But if isnt then it might get duplicate the bookings.

      Please guide and help us.

        My IRCTC Account is suspenied saying 17 multiple fraudulent activities have happened in my account, based on what is IRCTC judging that fraudulent activity has happened . All the tickets booked are genuine and follows the guidelines of IRCTC. The logins where done from multiple IP addresses which I am also aware of. Since there is a family marriage all the tickets booked are for personal use only and multiple logins did happen since for booking so many tickets coordination with multiple people are required, hope you would understand.
        NO email or an SMS was triggered to me warning me that my account is being fraudulently used no warning message or notifications came from IRCTC via SMS or email on my registered mobile or registered email. Suspending or deactivating an account without notice is fundamentally wrong .
        I need this to be escalated to the higher management . Let me know the procedure to escalate this issue to the next level.saying Creating new personal email id's is not an issue at all since it's free of cost and also doesn't incur any recurring cost . But taking a new mobile costs initially and has recurring life long cost. I am using my exisitng mobile number for almost 10 yrs now . I don't have any other number . I have been a IRCTC customer also for almost 10yrs, I am willing to create a new account but how do I register when I don't have another mobile number and I use only one mobile device having a one sim slot.

          Hi,

          I had booked 3 tickets in shatabadi express (12019). All the passengers were waitlisted of which after chart preparation onky 1/3 ticket was confirmed. Since 2 passengers were waitlusted none of the passeners travelled. Due to train start yime of 6am and poor connectivity tickets were not cancelled. But irctc has refused to refund the money even for waitlisted tickets. This is even when they didin't have seat for the waitlisted passengers and passengers are not allowed to travel with waitlisted tickets. This rule is by default a money making rule for irctc even when they don't have seats for customers. Is this how irctc wants to make money for its shareholders?
          This is cheating customers who spend there hard earned money to travel by indian railways.
          Please help in getting the refund procrssed.

            Dear Team,

            When I'm trying to login IRCTC with my Credential ID it gives me an error message "User is disabled"
            On reaching out to IRCTC customer care, I was asked to drop an email and I did it same, where the reply I received was really unprofessional and frustrating- "Multiple Fraudulent Activities". I was simply asked to create new Login ID with new email ID and Phone no, where I don't have alternate mobile or phone number.

            I'm using this account from past 10 years and there are almost 7-8 upcoming tickets where I need to travel or might be required to cancel. The way responses are received from customer care is really pathetic and the step of account deactivation is without any valid reason, notification and justification.

            I expect a quick support needed from you.

              Dear team,

              When i'm trying to login irctc with my credential id it gives me an error message "user is disabled"
              I reached out irctc customer care they said please drop an email and i did it same, when it comes reply from them its really horrible "multiple fraudulent activities" i didn't understand what is mean that and i reached back to them. Still no response and they told to create new id with new email id and phone no which i don't have alternate.

              I'm using this account from past 10 years and there are 7 upcoming tickets which i need to travel or might be required to cancel. Really the way they responded in customer care is really horrible and they don't know even how to speak with customer.

                I am unable to view my booked ticket history since last few days including my old and latest tickets. Please check this issue. I have tried below options to find my booked tickets but none of them worked.

                1. Myaccount - my transactions - booked ticket history
                (Inside this page, i choose different options like all journey, upcoming and past. But always getting "no record found" message)

                The food (Chapathi and veg curry) i ordered on 14th december 2019 via e catering from vasantham catering tiruchirapalli was extremely spicy and i was unable to eat it and i lost my money. Previously the food quality was good thats why i ordered again but now they are not maintaining the quality. I request you to improve the food quality and to provide my refund of 70 rupees

                  Sir i booked ticket on regular basis but on 12/12/2019 i also booked two ticket and after that when i'm login my irctc account in the evening on the same day then the error message is shown that "user is disable" customer care told me to email at [protected]@irctc.co.in where no exact response about that. Sir i want to cancel a particular person ticket on the pnr and also see in which date i booked any other ticket i didn't know how they said that in your id having multiple fraudulent activity is registered i didn't do any such kind of activity i'm a loyal customer of irctc i'm using this service approx 8 to 10 years. So please reactivate my irctc account "ajit12puja"

                    My irctc user account (Suneel4vj) had been suspended without any prior notice/warning or intimation. Upon contacting the customer care and asked for the reason, they said that i had fraudulent activity done through my account. But upto my knowledge i have not done any such fraud.
                    Moreover i have tickets booked for my upcoming journey in that account. How can i get the printout or sms of that tickets.
                    Pls see to this issue and do the needful.

                      I booked a ticket on 12/12/19 from ranchi to chandrapura amounting to rs. 358.68. I used google pay for this upi transaction id[protected] to - irctc. [protected]@icici. And
                      The irctc transaction id - [protected] transaction status - pending from bank end. Even after 24 hrs rs. 358.68 has not been added to my account. As i read on this website i waited 24 hrs to see if the money was credited to my account but failing this deadline i am writing this letter.
                      So, kindly do the needful.

                        Booking has been done today on pnr no [protected] for dormitory accomodation at bangalore (Sbc) station for the date of 22/12/2019 for 12 hours and has paid rs. 142.80 inclusive of the banking charges through the axis bank debit card and transaction number is '" inb/11046441/irctc services (Razorpay). But, the allotment advice has not been received. This is really surprising. An amount of rs 142.82 has been charged on 12/12/2019 and there has been no communiction from irctc at all. Please arrange to refund the amount and credit the same. Also ensure the proper working of the system so that i can rebook immediately... Appreciate prompt reply.

                          I cancelled a ticket of 3 passengers (3ac), around 3 months back but i have not received the refund till now. When i checked the status of the refund it shows refunded but it never reflected into my account. I am not even able to file a tdr as it says that the tdr can be filed only when there is a case of failed transaction or failed refund or delayed refund.

                            This is to inform you that the train in which I was traveling, Train no. 7310 arrived late at yeshvantpur only at 4:10 pm . Due to which I missed the connecting train to Chennai shatapdi Express. This incident was intimated to the station master immediately on reaching the station. The station master has given in writing for refund of ticket. Copy of which is sent to you. Waiting for an immediate action.

                              Today i have tried to book a train ticket (From tirunelveli to hosur) in irctc app through hdfc debit card. The amount was deducted from my hdfc account but ticket was not booked. And also the transaction status showing nothing.
                              My transaction id was (Protected) and my transaction date was 12-dec-2019. The amount deducted was 647.7
                              I want to know whether the amount deducted will be refunded or not and about my transaction status.

                                I, Aishwarja Nath, booked a roundtrip ticket of CCU-DEL-CCU but the airlines Air India canceled the flight AI-764 of DEL-CCU on 9th November 2019 time 16:55 with PNR Number HEDWQ and transaction no [protected] and give us one computer copy for full refund which is attached herewith.

                                I mailed previously and got a reply from IRCTC stating that the refund will be done wihin 7-8 working days on 14.11.2019. Then again I mailed on 29.11.2019 and got again a reply from IRCTC stating that the refund will be processed within 4-5days. I still didnt get the refund and its been more than 14-15 working days. This is the fifth time I am writing to you and everytime I am getting reply to wait. And this process almost took 1 month. Everytime I call on your Customer Service number, the assistants are ready to give nonsense reply which doesnot make sense.

                                  I booked a ticket for train 12503 - AGTL Humsafar for Katpadi Jn - Vijayawada Jn and they charged 3k rupees.
                                  But the train is late for more than 12 hours, so i filed a TDR request. due to delay in train arrival, travelled in bus.

                                  After 10 Days the status is showing CASE REPUDIATED & Repudiated reason : " AS PER CHART, PASSENGER HAS TRAVELLED".

                                  we are not travelled in that train.
                                  How they are showing we are travelled and not issuing any refund ?????

                                    I tried booking a ticket through uts app and the payment was done using freecharge, the transaction shows as successful and money got deducted whereas the ticket was not booked.

                                    I tried contacting the customer care no. But the calls are not going through and they are not responsive on the email as well.

                                    Please let me know how this can be resolved.
