seat allotment

I booked tickets on train 17206 2 ac journey date 16/11/19 for family of 4 members.
I was surprised to see that all the berths were side upper berth.
On checking with the ticket collector he showed no interest and refused to help me.
Indian railway is great.
By spending some money i could have travelled by flight.
Appreciate the service provided to me and my aged family 27 hours journey all separated old...

Urgent need to confirm for "pending from the bank end"
I tried to book my ticket on irctc website, the amount was debited from my bank account but my ticket is not booked. I was got the error like pending from bank end. I am not able to confirm the booking is done or yet to wait.

Please confirm should i book another ticket or not.
Also, if its not booked my ticket then refund my money to book for next.

refund not received for cancellation

I have cancelled my ticket on 31st october but as on 14th november 2019 i have not received my refund. I have contacted irctc customer care and they are just telling me that its already refunded but they are not providing me any transaction details. I have contacted my bank but there is no such transaction occur till now.

upi payment failed twice money deducted twice but ticket not booked

Tried booking tickets in tatkal and payment through upi failed with status - pending with the bank. While the money is already deducted, i retried the payment and ended up getting deducted for second time, both times money got deducted, no ticket is booked but my money is deducted.

Upi payment failed twice money deducted twice but ticket not booked...

irctc tatkal ticket does allow to book as it is always showing invalid captcha

I want to draw attention to the fact that irctc tatkal ticket does allow to book as it is always showing invalid captcha until ticket availability does not end for the particular train. I have been trying to book single ticket since last two weeks. I am escallating this issue to top level management including pmo office that let you check log of the ticket which ids are booking regular tickets. Is there any setting on server side or any bug...

I cannot receive my refund

amount deducted from account but showing ticket payment pending from bank end and ticket also not booked

I have booked an online ticket from irctc next generation eticketing system and paid from my husband's debit card, amount paid through the bank as i got a message from bank but when i saw booking status it is showing the "payment is pending from bank end".
The page does not show any tickt details, it seems that my tickt did not get booked. What i should do to get get my ticket booked or get my money returned?

about the tdr refund

I booked my railway ticket through irctc app from beas to agra cantt. Whose pnr no. Is [protected] and the journey date was 30th june 19. The train was not touching the boarding station, so i filed tdr for my refund of rs.2330.98/-. Earlier it was showing that refund has been approved and will be initiated soon. After that it was showing for refund it was sent to bank. Today when i checked the status online it was showing account closed. But...

I recently booked a ticket via irctc app through the razorpay (G-pay) option provided on the irctc app. The transaction was processed and the amount was deducted from my account but the app showed that the transaction was unsuccessful and the ticket didn't get booked. water bottle size

Dear respected mam/ sir
I m traveling to delhi from lucknow to delhi in shatabdi train no 12003 i want to complain about food and water bottle size food quality day by day getting worst and water bottle now they are providing 500ml instate of 1000ml
How one person can sarvive in 500ml water for 6hr please look into this matter we paying high but we are not getting anything....

I tried to book ticket from mettupalayam to chennai train but received an error as reservation failed during tatkal on 10/11/2019. Amounthas been debited for transaction id : [protected] using debit card for nilgiri express train no 12671
Amount has not yet refunded back and ticket is also not boooked fo this transaction.
Kindly refund my amount as early as possible....

money deducted from bank account but not credited in my wallet

I refilled my uts application's r-wallet with rs.100 through paytm then through upi using google pay app. Money has been debited from my bank account but the wallet balance still shows rs.0.
I checked paytm for the transaction but it doesn't shows any transaction, neither failed nor successful.
I am gonna take paytm also into this.
I want my money back...

refund amount not credited in bank a/c

On 4th nov2019 i cancelled a booked ticket and at same day one of my transaction got failed. The failed transaction amt is deducted from my bank. Now irctc showing that both the amount are refunded on 6th nov 2019 but i didn't get credited amount in my bank account. Details are attached as image.

Plz look into these and solve the issue.

money was deducted but didn't get the tickets

Hi,
I have tried to book tickets from irctc app on nov 6th, 2019 and made the payment through google pay via razorpay. Money was deducted from my account but tickets were never booked (Irctc didn't receive the money).

irctc not allowing to access my account.

tdr repudiate due to wrong reason

I booked a tatkal ticket on 25th october in the irctc official app but on 26th i came to know that the train is late more than 12 hrs. So i decided to file a tdr and then booked a ticket on 29th and then went on 30th but today in my bookings it is showing tdr repudiate due to passenger travelled but i did not travel as you can see i have attached a copy of my bookings and it clearly states that i travelled on 30.
