I have a registered Last month in irctc site and using irctc ticket booking services . When I wanted to login to cancel one ticket booked earlier, I was surprised to see, my user id was blocked. On checking up with the customer care, i was informed that it was due to "fraudulent activity" that i was supposed to have committed. They suggested that i create a new user id with a new cell number and new email id. I repeatedly called them, and sent mails indicating my inability to procure a new cell number just for the sake of creating a new log-in id. The responses, each time, was pathetic. The call centre executives neither could communicate properly in english, nor were they bothered to give a proper reply. My complaint ticket no is 5768415.
