I have a registered Last month in irctc site and using irctc ticket booking services . When I wanted to login to cancel one ticket booked earlier, I was surprised to see, my user id was blocked. On checking up with the customer care, i was informed that it was due to "fraudulent activity" that i was supposed to have committed. They suggested that i create a new user id with a new cell number and new email id. I repeatedly called them, and sent mails indicating my inability to procure a new cell number just for the sake of creating a new log-in id. The responses, each time, was pathetic. The call centre executives neither could communicate properly in english, nor were they bothered to give a proper reply. My complaint ticket no is 5768415.
Request you to help to restore my login.

    Hi,
    I booked ticket from secunderabad to shirdi[protected]
    Transaction got timed out but amount got debited and ticket not booked.
    Amount of 3, 185/- with payment id pay_dwm16rdjoysfre is debited.

    In the below attached screenshot "submit" button is not active

    So can i know whether the ticket is booked or amount will be refunded?
    If it will be refunded, when will i get refunded money?

        Hi,
        My irctc account (Sindhursai) is suspended for no reason. When i tried contacting their customer support they responded saying it is suspended for "fraudulent activity". I am using this account from past 10 years, it had all my travel records in it an i don't want to create a new account as i don't even have another mobile number.
        As far as i can remember the only activity i did with my account is booking tickets for me and my family for 3 planned trips, now i even cannot access the tickets and manage (Cancel) them.
        I would like to know the definition of "fraudulent activitiy" and how do they determine a "fraudulent activity"?

          Tdr date: 02-jul-2019

          I am following up to get my refund for past 6 months. This tdr was raised for 2 tickets within same pnr number[protected]. Tdr was approved partially for 1 ticket. I am following to get the approval for other one. Kindly check the status and update me asap. I had also raised a complaint via rail madad site but they closed the complaint with below remark:

          "pnr — [protected] this case has been forwarded to –south western railway railways with reference number –
          [protected] on dated – 09-jul-2019 for further necessary action."

          I agree that the case has been forwarded to "south western railway" but shouldnt there be any time line to resolve it.?

          Kindly check and do the needful.

            I had booked a ticket to travel to pune from cstm.
            However due to heavy rainfall, train was cancelled between cstm to pune. I had raised the tdr to get the refund and have
            Been following up for around 6 months. But i have not got my refund and instead my request was cancelled with the reason as
            Passenger has travelled. I am not sure how irctc is claiming that passenger has travelled on a train that was cancelled. I have
            Followed up for around 6 months via call and emails. This is my last attempt, hope i get my refund.

              Respected sir,
              This complaint is regarding the beverages and breakfast provided by irctc in railway coaches. I recently purchased coffee worth 25 rupees where as exact price is 15 rupees only and seller of irctc are providing at expensive that th pdf online irctc price. I have experienced twice, thrice or more than that while travelling in train.
              We suggest you to provide appropriate bill while delivering food or beverages in train coaches. Please look at this concern as soon as possible because it's already difficult to common man to afford and they are literally getting looted in trains. Thank you hope you take on this action as soon as possible.

              I have cancelled ticket in month of September 14 because train was late more than 3 hours and passenger did not travel. I should have got my refund within 10 days but they haven’t refunded my money yet. I have attached a mail from there side which contains same reply from last 2 months.

                Dear sir/madam
                I am writing this complaint about a. J. S caterers, who operate there restaurant cum snack store at lokmanya tilak terminus. They have got a big menu board behind the billing counter which i think is only to befool people because on the board the price mentioned are the one prescribed by the irctc but they are charging as per there will.
                Same is the case with snacks i. E. Chips, soft drinks etc. The guy at the counter said it is arp (Apna retail price) when i argued about why is he charging extra than mrp.
                It's irctc's fault because it is the money what matters for them.

                  I am using irctc account to book ticket. From last suddenly my account disabled, after sending mail to the customer support, they replied that
                  "we would like to inform you that your user id - * is inactive due to multiple fraudulent activities.
                  Therefore, you are unable use it.
                  Sorry for the inconvenience caused please re-register on irctc website with alternate email id and /or mobile no."
                  My ticket id is 5723759.
                  After calling to customer support they are not supporting.
                  I don't even understand for what reason my account was disabled.

                    I travelled from chennai to hyderabad on 20 dec 2019. I ordered egg biryani from irctc catering and they gave curd with it. I notice the curd was already crossed the expiry date. It was manufactured on 04 dec 2019 with best before 15 days, which means by 20 dec 2019 is expired. Irctc, such a big company, is looting common man money like anything and not providing any extra coaches or seats. Getting seat during tatkal is hell.

                    One more point, are 3 trains to hyderabad is sufficient from chennai considering heavy there are more people travelling either ways.

                    I have booked Tatkal ticket on 21/12/2019 but ticket not booked my money of 1700 deducted on two taransaction ids [protected]&[protected] please make my refund as soon as possible sir
                    I checked out from Yaatri Nivas Sampath, Howra in room no 107 in the night of 17/18 Dec 2019 and forgot my watch but after few minutes when I returned for the watch, the house keeping staff on duty named Munna who just went after our checkout in room, denied that he found any watch. While i am sure he has found. Please resolve the matter.

                      I have booked ticket in ac2 and when i wanted to cancel, it shown unable to cancel file tdr so i filed tdr but its showing tdr failed of pnr [protected] karnataka express from kalaburagi to bangalore on 19/12/2019 and i filed tdr more then 6 hrs before before train departure, so kindly let me knw whether i get refund or not.
                      Every time i m not recieving my refund amount though sometimes it's not confirmed even

                      Myself Babu jagir.I tried to book a ticket from IRCTC but was unsuccessful . Kindly help me to get the refund from IRCTC. So kindly do the needfull and get the refund . Below are the details
                      My two wheeler was booked on 14th november 2019 from the bhusawal railway station to deliver at visakhapatnam with reference number [protected].
                      till date the booked item is not delivered to desired location.

                          I booked tickets well inadvance for rajdhani ac 2 tier to travel from mumbai to new delhi.

                          I got 2 upper seats and 2 side upper seats when i booked 6 months in advance.

                          There is no way to choose seats and due to this stupid site and reservation, i am at the mercy of fellow passengers whom i have to beg every time to change seats.

                          This is not a family friendly website and created by brain dead people.

                              The booking status showing pending from ank end. What should i do in this case and how long should i wait?

                              If this fails then i can book it again. But if isnt then it might get duplicate the bookings.

                                My IRCTC Account is suspenied saying 17 multiple fraudulent activities have happened in my account,  based on what is IRCTC judging that fraudulent activity has happened . All the tickets booked are genuine and follows the guidelines of IRCTC. The logins where done from multiple IP addresses which I am also aware of. Since there is a family marriage all the tickets booked are for personal use only and multiple logins did happen since for booking so many tickets coordination with multiple people are required, hope you would understand.
                                NO email or an SMS was triggered to me warning me that my account is being fraudulently used no warning message or notifications came from IRCTC via SMS or email on my registered mobile or registered email. Suspending or deactivating an account without notice is fundamentally wrong .Â
                                I need this to be escalated to the higher management . Let me know the procedure to escalate this issue to the next level.saying Creating new personal email id's is not an issue at all since it's free of cost and also doesn't incur any recurring cost . But taking a new mobile costs initially and has recurring life long cost. I am using my exisitng mobile number for almost 10 yrs now . I don't have any other number . I have been a IRCTC customer also for almost 10yrs, I am willing to create a new account but how do I register when I don't have another mobile number and I use only one mobile device having a one sim slot.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had booked 3 tickets in shatabadi express (12019). All the passengers were waitlisted of which after chart preparation onky 1/3 ticket was confirmed. Since 2 passengers were waitlusted none of the passeners travelled. Due to train start yime of 6am and poor connectivity tickets were not cancelled. But irctc has refused to refund the money even for waitlisted tickets. This is even when they didin't have seat for the waitlisted passengers and passengers are not allowed to travel with waitlisted tickets. This rule is by default a money making rule for irctc even when they don't have seats for customers. Is this how irctc wants to make money for its shareholders?
                                  This is cheating customers who spend there hard earned money to travel by indian railways.
                                  Please help in getting the refund procrssed.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    When I'm trying to login IRCTC with my Credential ID it gives me an error message "User is disabled"
                                    On reaching out to IRCTC customer care, I was asked to drop an email and I did it same, where the reply I received was really unprofessional and frustrating- "Multiple Fraudulent Activities". I was simply asked to create new Login ID with new email ID and Phone no, where I don't have alternate mobile or phone number.

                                    I'm using this account from past 10 years and there are almost 7-8 upcoming tickets where I need to travel or might be required to cancel. The way responses are received from customer care is really pathetic and the step of account deactivation is without any valid reason, notification and justification.

                                    I expect a quick support needed from you.
