Hello sir.
I booked ticket on 19/10/2019.
Cancelled it on 20/11/2019.
After, i received sms from irctc that my refund is initiated.
After many days i called irctc customer care, they replied very rudely that refund has been processed, and told me to contact my bank, bank person said without details they cant tell me anything.

They are not giving me payment details through which they made payment.
Instead, they are saying to contact bank., Its very strange reply.
