I have filed TDR Refund as my Train has been diverted to another route and hence not reached my Boarding Station ie. KUDAL and hence I have to cancel my train journey. I have filed TDR on 25.08.2019 and Railways has given assurance that I will get the Refund within 3 Months . I have not received the refund till date, I have been calling to ITRC Helpline many times regarding the Refund but till date I haven't received any Refund.

    I have booked a ticket on 25th october and i cancelled it on the same day due to some reason and the pnr no is [protected]. They said money was refunded on 30th october. No amount got credited till now. I raised a complain using my mail to [protected]@irtct.co.in but they gave a ticket id for complaint 5425827 which was still in progress till a month. When i coordinated with them using mails they are keep on generating new ticket id where resolution is nill. Please refund the amount asap. Don't make customers lose trust in such a big organisation.

      I have booked 5 passenger second seater tickets for 5 december 2019 for train: 16057 sapthagiri exp. Pnr: [protected]. Still all my tickets have been waitlisted, after chart preparation also. I have paid rs. 437.7. But i got a message only for rs. 100 amount have been initated for refund. For your kind information, i didnt modified or cancelled my tickets, then why i am not getting my full amount as refund. Kindly do the needful.

        Actually i forgot my password, when try to go with option forgot my password then after entering all details it's saying that "password recover profile details not available". Same message sent many times to irctc complaint department but they said mobile number not updated on this account. So after our conversation they told updated mobile number as my wish. But still facing same issue and no response from irctc for this query even sent same complaint many times. Let me know how can i proceed to recover my profile as this profile given by sbi irctc credit card department. Please help.

          Sir,
          On 12 July 2019 fraud transaction done from my account and same day we approached Cyber police to resolve issue and cyber Department submitted complaint with case I'd.4440592 to IRCTC imudra it department to get fraud transaction details from IRCTC.

          It's been more than 6 months From July to till date December 2019 from date of complaint against IRCTC but they are not cooperating and how cyber department will take necessary action to find the fraudsters.

          I called number of times but they are not answering calls.
          Please help us.

            When I was booking the quarterly season ticket
            via UTS App from virar to borivali on 03 dec 2019 and payment was debited from bank account but ticket was not generated and it was not shown in booking history. It was showing that no transaction found.

            I request you to refund the payment which I have done to my respective account and resolves such type of issues to avoid inconvenienced faced by passenger in future.

                Dear sir i do 5000 add money transaction on irctc i mudra app but transaction failed and money debited from my account.

                I contact to irctc customer care they say money will be auto credit in your account in 6-7 working days but today is 8th working days and still i not got my money and irctc customer care representative not talking to me in good manners they disconnecting my call.

                On 22nd, nov i was a done UPİ transaction (ref id[protected] against wallet top up of irctc imudra.
                Money deducted from bank account linked with upi but money not credited in wallet please kindly resolve issue as soon as possible.
                İ raise a complaint on the same they given one ticket id[protected] but not refunded yet.

                These days they never respond over mails and calls they just keep on generate new tickets Id's.Call dropping happened in my case too

                  Hi,

                  I had to travel on 9th august 2019 from pune to jhansi but train (17305) was cancelled and i could not travelled and then i filled tdr on 10th aug 2019.
                  I am still waiting for refund amount i don't get positive response from irctc customer care.
                  Customer care executive forward the call to senior by saying they can't solve the query and after forwarding the call. Senior never recieve the call and then calls get disconnected automatically.
                  From aug 2019 to dec 2019 it has been 4-5 months.

                  Please help me to get the refund.

                  I booked a ticket from UJN to NDLS (train 12415) via paytm wallet and the transaction isn't complete, showing the status "Pending frm bank end". How to resolve this issue. I am not able to cancel the transaction either.

                    while recharging uts, money got deducted but uts wallet balance is 0

                    While recharging uts wallet by 100 rs, my money got deducted but still the uts wallet balance is 0 rs.

                    It was done through mobikwik (In the uts app) then i choose upi, then my g-pay upi id... It was a hundred rupees recharge. I've attached all the screenshots that i think a valid proof to give my money back.....

                      My irctc ticket dated 29/11/19 transaction id: [protected] is showing a status of pending from bank end, but my money debitted from bank.
                      My transaction mode was upi from kotak 811 app.

                      Kindly provide a solution for the above asap. Do i require to book another ticket for the same? Or will it be settled for irctc?

                        E-ticketing facility on 26th november 2019, during the booking process my transactions could not succeed due to choice of at least one lower berth not met and reservations were not done, but the amount of rs.669.17ps was deducted two times during my two reservations process from my bank account totalling to rs.1338.34ps. I request you to kindly look in to the issue and debit back my amount to my account.

                              I have booked ticket on irctc using paytm dt.[protected] from axis bank credit card and the amount debited inr 1263.91 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Vide t. No.[protected] irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund till today.

                                Sir, i am travelling in 12313 sealdah rajdhani and i found a cockroach in my meal provided by train pantry. Kindly improve the catering in rajdhani atleast. Kindly look into this matter. I am still travelling in the train and hope that rest of meal should be served hygenic. After commiting a mistake meal attendant was behaving like nothing unique has happended to me.

                                I have recharged R-wallet through UPI money has been debited from bank accounts but R-wallet shows 0 balance
                                I have also checked at paytm app there it is shown as paid to IRCTC

                                    For below 3 transactions, the amount is deducted but the tickets are not booked. From last 3 months the amount is still not refunded. Bank is saying the transaction were successful and irctc saying they have not received the amount. Need a suggestion how to move forward.

                                      Hello sir.

                                      I booked ticket on 19/10/2019.

                                      Cancelled it on 20/11/2019.

                                      After, i received sms from irctc that my refund is initiated.

                                      After many days i called irctc customer care, they replied very rudely that refund has been processed, and told me to contact my bank, bank person said without details they cant tell me anything.

                                      Pnr number is [protected].
