    My name is anindya shankar mukherjee. Today i am trying to add money in the rwallet o[censored]ts app. I am adding money through paytm gateway. But after making the upi payment, paytm and bank are showing that the money is successfully deducted from my account and goes to irctc uts. But in uts app the added money is not showing that is 100 rupees.
    It is showing money paid to vpa [protected]@paytm
    And upi reference id[protected].
    Please solve this issue and credit the money to my rwallet o[censored]ts app or refund the money.
    I already mail to [protected]@gmail.com about this issue. But they till not replied.

    This is not right site to complain.after complaining to this site, some fraud people trying to withdraw money by saying that they give the money of the app and download quick support app. don't down that app .this is all fraud..

      Hi sir/madam,

      Today (Date :[protected], tuesday) had 3ac confirmed tickets for train: 16340 (Nagarcoil to mumbai cstm express) from kjm (Krushnaraj puram station, bangalore karanataka) to kalburgi (Klbg). And we have reached boarding station at 7pm that is 2 and half hour before the train arrival time (9:30pm).

      When train is announced it shown coach position wrongly that too in opposite direction, before that i wanted to confirm as i was not able to see display profit a long distance so quickly wanted confirm the coach position so went and checked in ticket counter and they said they don't know and asked me to check whatever is displayed on the board. But that was wrong. Abd another point is, before checking on display i checked in google atleast that was showing coach position properly to some extent. But i thought as it is online so it may not be updated one and it may not be accurate. So i did not believe online coach position. So i started running around 9:18pm here and there to check where will be location of 3a (B1) coach, i even enquired with shop owners on station to get info quickly as train is about to arrive. They also told it will come in the front as display is shown.
      And one more thing is train arrival timing is 9:30 but it arrived at 9:20pm only.

      Now as per the display we were running in the front and train is already arrived, in this situation who will have time check from front of engine to end train???

      Completely we had to again run back as we did not find our coach b1 in the front side. And that too there is a pantry in between, how to handle in this situation?
      How will get into our coach?
      In this journey, my mother she is 66year old how fast she can run? And my sister along with her two kids with 2 big language bags and 2 small bags, how will she run with these all things??
      How to manage this situation?
      Who is responsible for this situation?
      If something happens to my mother while running then who is responsible for this???
      To avoid al these kind of tension from our side we had reached station 2 and half an hours before only. What is the use of it??
      I need solution for this kind of problem.

      There was one more lady she was travelling alone with 2lagguage bags, she got into some other coach as there was mismatch in the coach position, and there was pantry between actual coach and the coach in which she had got in, how will she manage herself with this situation???
      I helped her to get in into atleast nearby coach so that she can teach her coach from inside.

      Is this system proper.?
      I too have a small 1 year old kid and i usually travel alone with my mil, if i were in this situation with kid and language then what would have happened??

      I need solution for this. Atleast some one at ticket counter should be knowing about coach position if it gets changed dynamically.

      Who will believe if this kind of things happens? Then it is better to relay on online info instead of offline.
      If coach gets changed then have to change the display aswell.

      Just put yourself in this position or situation and analyse. You will get to know how much tension it will create.. That too for old age people what they will do if this is the case.

      I need response for this big message. And i need solution for this king of issue. Already i have seen somebody has also faced the similar issue.

        I have booked irctc ticket through paytm. I have filed TDR in paytm as there is no other option except through the medium in which I booked. I was forced file TDR as the train (12431) on date 23 Aug 2019, was diverted and is not touching destination station. My PNR is [protected]. I filed TDR as soon as I received message from Railway around 16:30 hrs on 23 Aug 2019. The cost of the above ticket is Rs. 4518. As the train was not touching destination, I planned my travel alternatively through air and it cost around Rs. 12, 500/-. So totally there is a loss of Rs. 17000/-. Screen shot of TDR Filed successfully, SMS from Railway and Circular from Railway regarding diverted trains attached. IRCTC says TDR not filed in time. Paytms says you have not filed TDR in time. Within 72 hours from time of departure of train, TDR should be filed, which I have filed even before. Now I have not received refund so far. Pls. help

            I had booked a ec class tkt on shatabdi express for my father, for journey from chennai to bangalore on 13th september2019 for journey on 27 th september.
            The booking was made on 13 th sep 2019 on your irctc site. The amount of rs 1324 was debited from our account but we never recd the ticket through mail or phone. Our bank is hdfc and the bank ref no for the above transaction is [protected]. The name of the passenger is vasanth manickam.
            Please refund the above amount back to our account, since we did not receive the ticket and hence did not travel.

              I have not received the order[protected] booked on september 24th and i have made a complaint on the same day but i got mail from ecatering saying that product was delivered which is not true. Even the money was debited and food was not delivered and i am getting false message from ecatering saying that food is delivered. Please refund the money at the earliest. If issue is not resolved from your end i will make a consumer complaint for the same.

                My user id was blocked. On checking up with the customer care, i was informed that they request my complete address along with address proof to pursue the matter. I sended my complete address and proof to pursue the matter by email but i don't recive answer.
                I sended some mails but i don't have solution. I sended a picture of my Argentinian document with my complete adress.
                I registered with my foreign telefhone number. I bought some train tickeks. therefore I need acces to the site

                        I tried to renew my season ticket. While doing so, i chose payment gateway to pay the amount of ₹353.22. After i completed successful transaction, money got deducted from my account but still my season ticket didn't renew. Please help on this matter.

                          We were staying in rr room in jaipur we order 2 breakfast and coffee from irtc catering but three food item were missing in breakfast and we didn't get coffee because coffee machine was not working but they don't refund our money even we complain 2 times we didn't get appropriate reply.                               I tried to book a railway tatkal ticket from irctc on 29 september 2019 from narsinghpur to satna in train no. 15017 for 30 september 2019, but transaction was failed and ticket was not booked. According to the refund rule on the failed transaction of irctc: "since your ticket has not been booked, the amount deducted from your account/card/wallet etc, will be refunded back automatically in 3-4 working days". But it has been passed 7 working days bu i haven't get refund amount.

                                I booked the ac 2 tier ticket on 23th august 2019 and i received a twql \ wl2 and twql\ wl 3 for the tickets, since i have a little baby, i decided it was not worth a waiting list and taking risk. The ticket was for the next day the 24th august, so within 10 minutes i cancelled the ticket and booked the next train and got confirmed tickets. But, i checked the tdr and it wasnt listed there, so i sent an email to [protected]@irctc.co.in and after multiple requests they say it was a confirmed ticket and no refund will be processed.
                                I read through the refund policy and the rules say refund will be done if it is tqwl or waiting list.
                                Im fedup of emailing them again and again and getting the same response.
                                I don't want to let go because it's not right. But at this point i'm exhausted sending emails to them.
                                Ridiculous customer care, im very upset and annoyed.

                                    I recharge my r wallet through uts. Then i pay in my account rs.102.12/- on 03.09.2019 but my money deduct in bank account without recharge.
                                    I mail many time to irctc but, they are not reply positive.
                                    I regular purchase train ticket through uts (Irctc) a day i recharge my r wallet but this time not recharge, but money deduct in my bank account, i many time mail [protected]@irctc.co.in. But no positive reply,
                                    Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I booked tickets at 4-10-19. But its showing pending from bank end and no amount is debited from my account but i want to know the status so that i can book another ticket or i can cancel it will it debited later what's the status? As its festival time i want to book tickets. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                                      Hi I booked my ticket on 2nd oct. I made the payment but money not deducted. Status not clear as it says 'pending with bank'
                                      What to do? Should I make another booking?
