I have booked eticket (Pnr: [protected]) on 12th april 2019 and cancelled the same on 16th april 2019. As per the below attached, is shows the amount is refunded. But, i checked my credit card statement and found that the amount is not yet credited.

I have provided all the ticket booking, cancellation, credit card statement also but no action taken since april'2019.

    Chart prepared, while i entered the train in my seat 47, occupaid by another lady (Not in p1, p2) i was contacted ttr, i am having this seat, kindly confirm the allocation, later he came and shouting, why you are not informing like that. I said i already asked you sir, he was drunken, he shouting, and leave the place, where the old lady occupaid, i am not getting seats. This the behaving largest railway network in india, stupid foolish ttr drunks in working hours. Great.

      I am add 5000 rupees in my i mudra wallet via upi and money deducted from my account but not credited in imudra wallet.

      And they are not responding me

      Please help me i want my 5000 back in my original payment source because i borrowed this money from someone

        I have booked a ticket for pnr no [protected] cancelled on 18.09.2019 but provided all the documents till date i have not received any refund amount.

        If i call the customer service no of irctc they are telling it will be refund in 2 or 3 working day also i am not able to excellant this issue to three seniors.

        Worst kind of service provided by irctc.

          I have tried to recharge r-wallet in uts using zaakpay but it is not credited to my r wallet account. However it is deboted from my account.. The screenshot of the transaction is attached here. I want refund of the money as it is debited from my account. It is really unfair to debit the amount. It is for uts r-wallet.             I had raised a complaint regarding refund for pnr: [protected] and till date the amount has not been credited to my account (Complaint ticket id[protected].

            Customer care is rude and gives standard reply "your request has been forwarded to the concerned team". Its been 6 months and more than 100 calls and emails. They have even stopped replying to my emails. And such has been the case that now the customer care guys even remember my ticket id by memory.

            Two months ago, a supervisor named nadeem assure me that he is personally looking into this. Yet nothing has been done yet.

            Please help me out in this regard. This is mental harassment.

              Dear sir i book tatkal ticket through irctc app @11 am and payment completed @11:04 am but my all tickets send to wait list when i again check tickets @11:09 am 185 tickets are available then again i check ticket @ 11:11 am again i saw 0145 tickets available why my ticket why my ticket in waitlisted?                 I booked tickets on train 17206 2 ac journey date 16/11/19 for family of 4 members.
                I was surprised to see that all the berths were side upper berth.
                On checking with the ticket collector he showed no interest and refused to help me.
                Indian railway is great.
                By spending some money i could have travelled by flight.
                Appreciate the service provided to me and my aged family 27 hours journey all separated old parents have to sit and travel due to upper berth alloted to them.

                  Urgent need to confirm for "pending from the bank end"
                  I tried to book my ticket on irctc website, the amount was debited from my bank account but my ticket is not booked. I was got the error like pending from bank end. I am not able to confirm the booking is done or yet to wait.

                  Please confirm should i book another ticket or not.

                    I have cancelled my ticket on 31st october but as on 14th november 2019 i have not received my refund. I have contacted irctc customer care and they are just telling me that its already refunded but they are not providing me any transaction details. I have contacted my bank but there is no such transaction occur till now.

                      Tried booking tickets in tatkal and payment through upi failed with status - pending with the bank. While the money is already deducted, i retried the payment and ended up getting deducted for second time, both times money got deducted, no ticket is booked but my money is deducted.

                      The payment was done through a phonepe UPI on both the occasions and I had raised it to them, and the complaint reply from phonepe says,

                      "
                      We have successfully credited the amount and the merchant's partner bank has confirmed the receipt of the payment.
                      "

                      Now IRCTC says, its pending with the bank.

                          I want to draw attention to the fact that irctc tatkal ticket does allow to book as it is always showing invalid captcha until ticket availability does not end for the particular train. I have been trying to book single ticket since last two weeks. I am escallating this issue to top level management including pmo office that let you check log of the ticket which ids are booking regular tickets. Is there any setting on server side or any bug that does not allow to book ticket during 1st 1-2 minutes of tatkal booking. I also suspect that some people are doing backend entries of ticket booking in railway reservation system. You can easily find log of those entry with help of external auditor. You need to check this issue on very high priority. You need to setup team to investigate this issue and take stern action for those persons who are involved for this issue. If you are incapable to resolve\invetigate this issue, need to resign from your job for your incapability to solve this issue.

                                I have booked an online ticket from irctc next generation eticketing system and paid from my husband's debit card, amount paid through the bank as i got a message from bank but when i saw booking status it is showing the "payment is pending from bank end".
                                The page does not show any tickt details, it seems that my tickt did not get booked. What i should do to get get my ticket booked or get my money returned?

                                  I booked my railway ticket through irctc app from beas to agra cantt. Whose pnr no. Is [protected] and the journey date was 30th june 19. The train was not touching the boarding station, so i filed tdr for my refund of rs.2330.98/-. Earlier it was showing that refund has been approved and will be initiated soon. After that it was showing for refund it was sent to bank. Today when i checked the status online it was showing account closed. But no amount was credited into my account till today as almost more than 4 months has been passed away. So please inquire about it and make my refund soon.

                                    I recently booked a ticket via irctc app through the razorpay (G-pay) option provided on the irctc app. The transaction was processed and the amount was deducted from my account but the app showed that the transaction was unsuccessful and the ticket didn't get booked.                                       I m traveling to delhi from lucknow to delhi in shatabdi train no 12003 i want to complain about food and water bottle size food quality day by day getting worst and water bottle now they are providing 500ml instate of 1000ml
                                      How one person can sarvive in 500ml water for 6hr please look into this matter we paying high but we are not getting anything.

                                        I tried to book ticket from mettupalayam to chennai train but received an error as reservation failed during tatkal on 10/11/2019. Amounthas been debited for transaction id : [protected] using debit card for nilgiri express train no 12671
                                        Amount has not yet refunded back and ticket is also not boooked fo this transaction.
                                        Kindly refund my amount as early as possible.
