money deducted but transaction failed on irctc

An amount of rupees1340 was deducted on 26 april 2019 while i was trying to book a ticket on the irctc website.

And i have made the payment by bhim upi application but it shows transaction failed on the irctc website but it shows money had been transferred on the bhim upi application, when opening the bhim application it shows a number which connects directly to the bank and on talking to the bank executive they tell me i need...

train was late more than 3 hrs tdr filed but cr repudiate

I have booked my ticket from varanasi (Bsb) to patna (Pnbe). Kota patna express
Train was running late more than 3 hrs filed tdr and cancelled my ticket but the status of tdr is cr repudiate. This tdr process is horrible. Previous process was very well that when the train was late, cancel your ticket and the amount will refunded to your account. I want my money back....

food not delivered, though it was prepaid

I (Munib miya aged 68) and my wife (Hadisan aged 67) were on board 11016 kushinagar from gkp to ltt on 15.09.2019.
I had ordered a food in bhopal through e-catering with the payment done through internet banking. But the food was not delivered. When i tracked the ordered through e-catering website, it was showing that the food was delivered at 06:20 on 16.09.2019, whereas the train reached around 12:00.

On 19.05.2019 i have booked tickets vide pnr no. [protected] and paid rs. 2095.00. Due to the train diverted and not touching boarding station, i could not travel and filed tdr on 10.08.2019 vide registration no.[protected].

On 11.09.2019 at last the status of the refund shows : "refund approved by
Officer, payment under process", and until today nothing has moved and i am still waiting for the refund without any clue...

I ordered for food through book a meal in irctc app, selected vijayawada place to serve food to our coach, and paid for the food ordered. Recieved many messages from irctc to serve food in time on to the coach. We didn't order for other food. Vijayawada came with no delay. But food is not served to our seat. Those # didn't send any message after that. We travelled without food. You take this matter as serious and give justice to us. Awaiting...

tdr refund matter

Sir/madam,

I have booked ticket vide pnr no.[protected] in jnrd puri spl (08957) from brga-puri on 13 july 2019 and pnr no.[protected] in puri jnrd spl (08958) from puri - brga on 14july 2019 for world famous "sunabhesha" of lord jagannath. But till 16.00 hrs of 13 july 2019 the spl train not arrived at brga station, so we have not boarded and subsequently file tdr and get refund of pnr no.[protected] and further inadvertently...

reservation failed and amount debited from account

I booked udayan express to travel from pune to thane on 4sep.

I went to the station and was informed that udyan express is terminated at sholapur. This caused me a lot of inconveniences as i wasn't aware of this and moreover, irctc website allowed me to book this train pune to thane.

I am seeking a refund as it is not my fault but irctc is informing me that no refund possible.

Please reply urgently...

not refunded tdr approved

I have filed two tdr one is at 10 Aug and other is at 12 Aug. Because of train cancelled both the time. TDR has been CR Registered also but I didn't get refund. Still its showing under process.

I have waited for the 45 days for refund but its still showing payment under process and there is not a single date mentioned when will I get refund. Please help me out for this problem.

railway ticket booking

I attempted booking ticket for nizamuddin express on 15 september 2019. But it displayed an error and the operation failed, but money was deducted from my indian bank account, and i haven't received any refund yet (₹718). It's been 2 days since then. Why is it not refunded yet, please see through my issue

I did not receive refund after cancellation of ticket.

I booked a ticket from ramganj mandi to jaipur from the payments app phonepe, the pnr of which was [protected]. The status of the reservation was pqwl4, due to which i cancelled the reservation and i was told to recieve a efund of ₹540/- into my bank account from which i paid for the ticket. Now i did not recieve the refund whereas the app sayd the fund has been credited to the account. I booked the ticket on 5 sep, thursday and cancelled...

tdr refund not received

Hi, tdr was filed on 25-jul-19 for train not touching the boarding station on journey date 27-jul-19. Pnr number [protected].
As per the online status tdr was approved on 6-aug-19 and pay order date is mentioned as 14-aug-19, but even then as of 15-sep-19, the refund is not yet credited to my account.

tdr rejected train was 8 hours late and passenger not travelled

I booked ticket in train lichchavi exp 14005 for sunday, 8 sep, 2019 (Pnr: [protected]) from kanpur central to anand vihar terminal and the train was 8 hours late so i did not travel and filed tdr under reason "train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled".
But today i received a mail saying that your request has been repudiated. And the reason for rejection is given as "null".
Is this a joke for indian railways....
