I was trying to book e ticket to jamnagar on irctc using my login id by choosing option for lower birth and the transaction failed showing lower birth option not available and reservation failed but the amount got debited from my account.

    The train was over 4 hours late due to monsoon and so i could not travel and had to go back home.

    I demand to escalate the matter as irctc is refusing to process my refund and i have received below response from irctc;

    'your tdr requested against pnr no.[protected] has been forwarded to central railway on 07-aug-2016 19:20:01 hrs.

    Your case was repudiated by central railway citing that“no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled”.

      I booked udayan express to travel from pune to thane on 4sep.

      I went to the station and was informed that udyan express is terminated at sholapur. This caused me a lot of inconveniences as i wasn't aware of this and moreover, irctc website allowed me to book this train pune to thane.

      I am seeking a refund as it is not my fault but irctc is informing me that no refund possible.

      Please reply urgently

        I have filed two tdr one is at 10 Aug and other is at 12 Aug. Because of train cancelled both the time. TDR has been CR Registered also but I didn't get refund. Still its showing under process.

        I have waited for the 45 days for refund but its still showing payment under process and there is not a single date mentioned when will I get refund. Please help me out for this problem.

            I attempted booking ticket for nizamuddin express on 15 september 2019. But it displayed an error and the operation failed, but money was deducted from my indian bank account, and i haven't received any refund yet (₹718). It's been 2 days since then. Why is it not refunded yet, please see through my issue

            At present another mobile no. for the SMS and alert is registered. I wish to update my mobile no. How to do it??
            I had done booking on4/0/2019 for self & wife for Panvel to Madgaon.
            I had received the following SMS :---
            Rs 2771.38+PG CHGS Txn ID [protected] on 04 sept2019
            will be refunded as ticket could not be booke/service not redered.
            How ever I have yet not received the refund.
            Kindly look in to it

            However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used SBI ATM card to pay and payment was successful. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.

              I booked a ticket from ramganj mandi to jaipur from the payments app phonepe, the pnr of which was [protected]. The status of the reservation was pqwl4, due to which i cancelled the reservation and i was told to recieve a efund of ₹540/- into my bank account from which i paid for the ticket. Now i did not recieve the refund whereas the app sayd the fund has been credited to the account. I booked the ticket on 5 sep, thursday and cancelled it on 8 sep and the sad part is the app says i have recieved the refund which i did not.
              Hereby i attach the screenshots of the app which show the refund credited and my bank’s passbook which clearly shows i did not recieve any refund.

                Hi, tdr was filed on 25-jul-19 for train not touching the boarding station on journey date 27-jul-19. Pnr number [protected].
                As per the online status tdr was approved on 6-aug-19 and pay order date is mentioned as 14-aug-19, but even then as of 15-sep-19, the refund is not yet credited to my account.

                  I booked ticket in train lichchavi exp 14005 for sunday, 8 sep, 2019 (Pnr: [protected]) from kanpur central to anand vihar terminal and the train was 8 hours late so i did not travel and filed tdr under reason "train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled".
                  But today i received a mail saying that your request has been repudiated. And the reason for rejection is given as "null".
                  Is this a joke for indian railways. Their trains are late more than 8 hours and my total journey was of 6 hours. It was a 3ac ticket which costed me rs 660. Now they have rejected the tdr request and not even given a proper reason for that.

                    I filed tdr via irctc as train was running late more than 10hrs, but tdr is rejected.

                    Tdr registered time : 20:49 (Within time period of guidelines)
                    Tdr category : train running late by more than 3 hours, so passenger not travelled

                      I tried to booked my train ticket in bbs duronto express (12282) on date 31 oct 19 but it was not booked but money deducted from my account amount of 1293.19 rupees. Details attached with the attachment. On the transaction history it was reflected that amount received from bank. And also i check in my account statement it was reflect same.                         My train got diverted and we didn't traveled in it and i filed a tdr within 24 hr.
                        In tdr history its showing, but when i check refund status with zonal railway while checking it says "file don't exist".

                        Its been more than a month, i am notable to know refund is processing or not

                        The journey was for august 5th 2019 in mangala ldweep express (12617) and our (3 sleeper seats) reservation was from aluva to kalyan

                          Please be careful while booking tatkal ticket online. Railways won't take in-charge since online booking is handled by irctc and not concerned with indian railways (As per what they says, on inquiring at 139). For tatkal, it is better to book directly in indian railway and avoid irctc. Their after-booking customer service is very horrible. The app shows different status.

                          Please check the attached screenshots which showed cnf when i completed payment and confirmed booking, which changed to wl after 15 minutes of booking.

                            I booked a train ticket in 12625 (Kerala express) on 13/09/2019.
                            However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. Money has been deducted from my bank account. The status of booking is not still clear, so I am not able to book another ticket.
                            I need final confirmation about the status of the ticket if it is booked or declined. In case if it is declined kindly refund.

                            Kindly resolve this concern at the earliest so that I can proceed for further action.

                              I tried booking the cancer concession ticket for my mother with valid proof and certificate.
                              Booking application was refused by saying that sri ramachandra medical centre hospital is not in ticket concession list.
                              My hometown is in dindigul district from dg to ms (Pincode:624204)
                              They refused to provide other details.

                              Can you please look in to this matter. As more than lakhs of people from north and south india treated in sri ramachandra medical centre hospital every month.
                              Hospital side also they refused to provide the details regarding this.

                                    Myself traveling on 12/09/2019 in Rajadhani express from Ernakulam South 22:40 to Madgaon with my family my wife and two kids of age, one is 4 years and the elder one is of 5 yrs of age. I had taken two tickets for 2 AC. When the journey started the ttr on duty came for ticket checking, he asked for the ticket of my elder son and when i told I hadn't taken ticket for him, he started threatening me and asked an amount of Rs.4000 as penalty. When I requested him to kindly avoid the penalty he asked me to pay an amount of Rs.3500 to let me to continue my journey with my family. Finally when I gave the amount he asked, he told me to go to my seat and didn't provide the receipt of the penalty amount which I had paid. This is not at all acceptable and it's a pure injustice and such a corruption happening in Indian Railway and that happened to an Indian citizen. Request to the authorized department people to take necessary action and get my money back from the thief (TTR) on duty at the said time and give him the appropriate punishment upon the law.

                                      Hi there,

                                      I have booked a ticket on irctc website. The money has been taken out from account at bank. I did even got sms saying money deducted. However, irctc saying "pending from bank end". I am confused. How long it will take to fund clear and ticket will be booked? It's really painful process waiting for this and not able to book another ticket. Any help would be appreciated.
