Sir,
I have cancelled my ticket (Having pnr no. [protected]) on 14 aug, 2019 having transaction id - [protected] and cancellation/refund id - [protected], but refund amount has not been received till date i. E. On 04.09.2019 and screen shot of status of refund has been attached.
Kindly resolve above said issue and inform me

      I tried booking a tatkal train ticket using irctc around on 2 july. My transaction failed twice after payment. They are not returning my money for one of the failed transaction. When i write to them, they keep on responding that they are looking into it. Then after 15 days ask for more details, which i already provided. Ultimately not resulting into any refund. The amount is rs2000+.
      Please help get my refund

        I have booked ticket from irctc app on 12th june. My refund has been processed by irctc but i didn't receive it in my bank account.
        I got a mail from irctc that the amount has been processed from their side but the amount hasn't been reflected in my bank account. 2.5 months has passed but still i didn't get my refund of 660 rs.

          Recently myself, my wife, my 4-year son and my father (83 years) traveled in train. While booking i booked a ticket to my father in senior citizen quota and for us in general quota (And opt for the same coach).

          But my father got the ticket in s6 under senior citizen quota and we got in s13 which was wl. Either i have to take my father to s6 and leave there or my son along with me to s6 since my son used to sleep with me. It was a great difficult to manage to take my son from s6 to s13.

          Request you to make some changes in the gui, where we can select lower berth for senior citizen under lower berth/senior citizen quota.

          Please look into the matter and do needful.

            I have booked a train ticket from mirzapur to jodhpur on 29th sept 2019 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure (Ticket not booked) but money debited from idbi bank account, but still not refunded.

                Dear sir
                I have filed a tdr (Irctc) for the below mentioned details
                Tdr filing date: 17.07.2019

                Date of journey: 15.07.2019

                Reason for filing tdr - i booked my ticket for the journey from anvt to bpb, but due to some reasons according to indian railways the train didn't completed its journey & the train was stopped before the destination station (Bpb) at guwahati (Ghy) & the journey was not completed. So forcefully i have to take another route & then i travelled by bus & completed my journey. So as a result i decided to file tdr for the refund of amount as my journey wasn't completed.

                Response from irctc-when i checked my tdr status is shows tdr repudiated and the reason but mentioned is that i've completed my journey.

                As the train was terminated before destination so its not possible that i completed my journey. So the reason mentioned by irctc for tdr repudiate is false and for the verification of above statement the terminating station of the train (14020) started on 15/07/19 from anvt should be checked. I am also adding a picture of my ticket and tdr with this.

                So please for the refund of my amount please help me to re open my tdr file and refund my amount.

During travel i get veg breakfast in my break fast i get hair in between my parantha piece i call attendend.                       I have booked for a ticket in third-ac compartment in kochuveli humsafar train from krishnarajapuram to kochuveli for travel on 1st september 2019. There were 365 seats available in the same category and the choice for berth i have made was lower, but even with such high availability, i have been allotted upper berth.
                      I have tried booking the ticket twice and still the same issue persists.

                      I have contacted irctc customer care who informed me that my choice for berth was nil, which is not true as i am sure that the choice made by me both the times were lower and the customer care was adamant in saying that nobody will be able to change this system of allotting random seats when request is made for a particular category (365 seats available means there will be enough lower berths available)

                        maine irctc ki helpline no.[protected] par par call kar ke apne reufund ki baare me jaanna chaha, but helpline par direct mana kar diya ki aap ko refund nahi milega kyoki aapne TDR reason me ''Train late more than three hours and passenger(s) did not travel'' file kar diya jiska mujhe koi idea nahi thaa.

                        aap ki jaankari ke liye bata du ki train no 22122 Lucknow to Lokmanya Tilak PNR no-[protected] hai jo ki orai Station par 3 hour late hone ke baad Jhansi Junction par indian railways dwara cancle kar di gayi..
                        mera aapse nivedan hai ki mera amount mujhe refund kiya jaaye.

                          I was trying tatkal booking through irctc website - desktop,

                          While checking the availability, the loader comes and it was not stopped, i was waiting more than a minute still not stopped, then i tried to login again, unfortunately i didn't get ticket because no seats available

                          I found the reason for it, i have taken the screenshot and dropped below

                          Because of this (Javascript) error only the loader was not stopped, in picture i mentioned,

                            I booked a train ticket for aug 25, 2019 from chandigarh to delhi, in kalka shatabdi, train number 12012.

                            I got a confirmation of the train ticket with coach and seat number of c8, 12 for the date of aug 25, 2019. Pnr number is [protected].

                            I boarded the train, but someone was sitting on my seat with a confirmation for the same seat and her name was on the chart and not mine.

                            I called the customer care and the customer care executive confirmed that my travel date is aug 25, 2019 but the online pnr status was showing 26 aug, 2019 as traveling date.

                            Travelling ticket examiner gave me another ticket for rs 1440 though i showed him the confirmed ticket.

                            I have attached my booking confirmation, the online screenshot of pnr status and the ticket that tte gave me.

                            I travelled with the confirmed ticket in the correct train, still i had to pay for the new ticket and the penalty. I would like to have a refund of rs. 1440.

                            I have mailed irctc multiple times but not getting a reply. Following are the complain ticket numbers of my multiple emails: 4845063, 4852658, 4860648

                              I tried booking train tickets on irctc website on 04-aug-2019. Amount has been debited from my account, however there was an error displayed while redirecting back to irctc website from idfc bank site.

                              Transaction id: [protected]
                              Total amount displayed on irctc: 1481.96 inr
                              Total amount debited including transaction fees: 1, 493.76 inr
                              Bank: idfc first

                              Its been almost 20 days still amount has not been credited back. I formally raised a complaint with irctc and they are saying amount has not been received as settlement failed.

                              Simultaneously, i raised a dispute with bank, but as per them amount has been settled to irctc.

                              I am not sure what needs to be done in this case. Very unfortunate that neither bank not irctc taking responsibility.

                              Kindly refund the amount.

                                It is regarding travel from hyderabad to madurai with less time. Train no: 12604 starts from hyb at 16.50 and reaches mas at 05.55. Train no: 22671 (Tejas!) starts from ms at 06.00 and reaches mdu at 12.30. If the travel time of 12604 reduced atleast ten minutes, people can reach egmore (Ms) from chennai central (Mas) within that time gap and can catch 22671. 12604 already has reasonable buffer time between spe (Sullurpetta) and mas (01 hour 45 minutes for 82.6km). This could be used. It will also help people who want to go to tpj and kqn.

                                  Dear sir/ madam,
                                  It has come into noticed that even though there is more than 120 seats available in tatkat booking, i am unable to book it. Though this case was not there before few months.

                                  Also there was a news regarding arrest of the assistant programmer by cbi, after this incidence, one was able to book tatkal ticket without any problem. Now again the situation is same.

                                  Today (22 aug 2019) i was trying to book train from guwahati to tambaram in nagaon express, though there is nearly 131 tatkal seats available for booking, but i wasn't able to do. The same case was yesterday also./

                                  I humbly request the concern authority to look after it. It will be a great help to thousands indian passengers, who can not afford other means of travel.

                                    I cancelled 4 tickets. Two were from bandra to samakhiali dated as on[protected]; and two were from gandhidham to bandra dated as on[protected]. I cancelled all of them on[protected]. However, i got the mail saying i should get the refund within 2-3 working days. But i still got no refund in my bank accounts. I paid the amount using a ru-pay debit card. It has been 10 days and the customer care number mentioned is always busy. Please help me get back my refund because this is third time when i cancelled the tickets and i did not get the refund back.

                                      I had booked ticket pnr number [protected] on 30th july 2019, my money was deducted from my card, got pnr number the same day but didnt get any message on my phone and it is not showing in my account booking history. After 2 days i got sms on my phone but there is no detail in my irctc booking history.
                                      How can i print my tickets? When will my booked ticket show up in my account?

                                      Hi I just booked a ticket for tomorrow, How long it will take to confirm ticket, As its for today only. If its not getting resolved in 1-2 hour can u please cancel the thicket ? so I can book other one.
                                      I have done transaction with IRCTC from my account 705 amount had debited but ticket had not booked
