I was booking a tatkal ticket from bangalore to patna on may 5th 2019. The amount was rs 3845.5. The amount was debited but as i was not alloted a confirmed berth, the ticket got cancelled. I did not received the refund for the same. I have been contacting their customer service regarding this and still there is no solution. What can i do? Whenever i contact them, they say that this has been forwarded to the relevant authorities, but no response comes back. They say 10 days again and again but after contacting them on the 11th day, they say we need bank statement again which has gone hectic. I have sent them statements as many as 20 times now without any response.
