I had booked ticket pnr number [protected] on 30th july 2019, my money was deducted from my card, got pnr number the same day but didnt get any message on my phone and it is not showing in my account booking history. After 2 days i got sms on my phone but there is no detail in my irctc booking history.
How can i print my tickets? When will my booked ticket show up in my account?
Please help!

Hi I just booked a ticket for tomorrow, How long it will take to confirm ticket, As its for today only. If its not getting resolved in 1-2 hour can u please cancel the thicket ? so I can book other one.
I have done transaction with IRCTC from my account 705 amount had debited but ticket had not booked

so when my amount will refund in my account ?

    Re:#[protected] transaction id ticket id:-4780042 date 19/08/19 train no 82654 jp ypr suvidha. I try another ticket on 20/08/19 on the same train that get refund but yesterday ticket is not refund yet. I don't know what happens while online booking on this train. The tickets are automatically cancelled after transaction. Is it a some time of joke for passenger. I talk with bank customer care they told this is not bank mistake. Please solve this type of online booking issue. I mailed this problem on [protected]@irctc.co.in there is automatically generated and no proper reply. Thank you

      Hi Team,

      We have booked 3rd AC from VM to VSKP for 14th Aug'19 PNR Number : [protected] amd i paid amount Rs 3795/- but Sleeper tickets are allocated with new PNR number [protected] and as per sleeper class my charges suppose to be Rs 1425/- so i need to get the refund of Rs 2370/-, I have sent confirmation SMS from IRCT as a proof

      In this regard i have raised three Tickets

      Ticket Id:-4754654

      But my issue is not respolved and sending repolay messare with is not relavent to my issue, i tried IRCTC call center number also several times but there is no propoer responce

      Need justification

        I wish to inform that i had registered my tdr on 24/05/2019 because train diverted and not touching boarding station without prior information. After registering tdr, railway department has not been refunding my money since 3 months. I am in so tense because they have not refunded my money.
        So, i shall be very grateful to you if you kindly refund my money as possible.

          My refund amount is not shown in my current PNB account .which is proceed by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation later 2 weeks ago. So please I request you to please resolve my problem as soon as possible. the refund amount is rupees 3140 .IRCTC has asked me that there process of refund amount is complete d.but your bankers do not proceed the amount.             Our train was cancelled on 9 aug 2019 due flood. But ticket fair will not refund to us till today after completed 6 days of journey date. As per irctc refund policy, fair will be return within three days if the train cancelled due to flood calamities etc

              I have booked a ticket from ajmer jn to surat for 06-08-19, the train got cancelled due to rains/floods.
              When i tried to cancel the ticket from irctc website it showed that the train is cancelled and refund will be done automatically. ( screen shot attached for same )
              Till date i have not received the refund. Details of journey mentioned below:

              Train name: aii-bdts sf exp
              DOJ: 06-08-19

              No resolution from irctc customer care

              I have tried to book tatkal ticket on 8th August 2019. Ticket booking got failed and an amount of 370rs debited from my bank account. Now it's passed more than 7 days. Still my money not refunded. I have contacted IRCTC customer support many times but they didn't solve my issue.

                  Payment of rs 770 was made using paytm upi on irctc app from bandikui to ludhiana on 21/07/2019 transaction id [protected] but tickets were not booked. Paytm confirmed that the amount was successfully transferred to your account.

                    Increase the credit card limit of card no
                    4377...... 6163

                    Here i wish to inform you that i got my irctc sbi received by me in the second week of jul 19

                    While interesting to apply for the card, one of your company representative namely aduri santhi bhushan said me that card limit will be 70000/- but when i got the card surpriseingly saw the limit only 35000/- i have been using sbi prime card with max limit of 35000/- and not fulfill my monthly limit where i spend more than that. Thats why i agreed to take the irctc sbi card with limit of 70000/-

                    Now i need not your card with limit of rs 35000/- only. So please suggest me to how to return the card to you.

                    Please let me know the card return policy sothat i can return the unused card to you at the earliest

                            I started the parent of my ticket dated 21/08/2019 today 14th august by irctc app.
                            O selected the upi option from @razorpay and then, after viewing the payment request on google pay, i completed the payment to razorpay request on google pay.

                            Still, on irctc app
                            Showing "pending from bank end"
                            @razorpay please help it's urgent.

                              I booked a train ticket in 12424 (Dbrt rajdhani) on 14/08/2019.
                              However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used bhim upi to pay and payment was successful. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.

When i asked question they told me to ask canteen department in this train.in this train, every passengers payed extra charge for food and water, which is served in this train. So

                                    We are traveling from khammam to mancherial in navajivan, 12656 on 12 th aug 2019, we have our seat number in b1- 49 and 52... Which are in last part of train... But it khammam station, they mentioned in the display boards that they are in first 3 compartments of the train.. We are traveling with luggage and two children aged 4 years and 8 months old and a senior citizen... It took one hour for us to come to our seat in train... If actions is not taken then these type of situations will be reapeated and passengers money will be in vain... We request you to kindly kindly take action against this...
