I was trying to book online ticket using SBI Debit Card. The amount got deducted from my bank account but IRCTC showed that the transaction got failed. I have been following up for a month now and there is no refund generated for this failed transaction.

      I booked a ticket transanction ID-[protected] on 05/06/2019 but I chose condition to book only confirm lower birth available, and lower birth wasn't available so it automatically got cancelled. I received the mail for successful refund on 06/06/2019.
      It's August but I still didn't received my amount. I mailed and called them alot.
      Please Help!!

        In mgr chennai central station the ro water selling person getting 10 rupees for 1 liter bottle and if we give 10 rupees coin they are not accepting it. As per central government rule they need to accept 10 rupees coin. Still 10 rupees coins in usage and how could they reject it.in ecah and every ro depot in central not accepting the coins and also some people in the water depot demanding 10 rupees for 1 liter.

        Mobile verification OTP is not received. When asked for RESEND, it shows Mobile Number is already in used.

          Sir,

          I already sent this e-mail several times through my registered e-mail to itctc ([protected]@irctc.co.in) about non-refund of amount of rs.495/- for my failed transaction to my account. Till date the amount was not refunded. Please help.
          The details are furnished below:

          On 09/05/2019, i have tried to book a 3rd ac ticket from kollam to aluva through irctc website. (Transaction id:[protected]). The amount asked was rs.495/- and the same was debited from my sbi bank account. The payment request received through google pay app and myself payment done through google pay on the same date and that amount was debited from my through bank account. But the ticket was not booked due to the reason no response from bank. On 10/05/2019 one message was received in my phone no that "an amount of rs.495.00 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 09-may-2019 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked/service not rendered." after that, i have not received any confirmation or refund of the debited amount of rs.495/-. Also in the irctc website through my login in the failed transaction history details the following message is shown:

          Please help me and requested to refund the amount.

          Till date (04/08/2019), the amount was not refunded.
          That is why i complaint through this portal.

          I am travelling with my son from khanna to meerut by superfast 148642
          irctc vendor cjarged 40 each for 2 cans whereas mrp was 35 each it's a small price for me but if seen deeply they making huge tax free profit out of this .
          Hi recently i was trying to book an ticket from foreign tourist quota.
          I verified my email but for mobile regustration for foreign no. I didnot receive otp.
          I tried many times and iam not able to book ticket without otp.
          Please solve the issue.
          As we dont want to travel without resirvation.

            Wvm no 4as is delivering same water as equal to tap water, no filteration is being carried out at jhanshi station. I have observed the same thing at raipur station also.
            When i asked to operator for complaint book he denied and told me that the book is not there with him.
            I also tried one complain number [protected] but no body is picking the phone..

              Dear sir,
              Please note that, i have booked 2 nos. Rail ticket through irctc website on 31.03.2019 and paid by upi and deducted the money of rs 860/- and 570/- from my boi account vide pnr: [protected] transaction id: [protected] and pnr: [protected] transaction id: [protected] and.
              Also note, on 06/07/2019 i have cancelled the same ticket and on 07.07.2019 irctc refund the amount of rs. 640/- vide refund id [protected] and rs. 510/- vide refund id [protected] by same payment gateway but, till now no amount has been credited to my account. I emailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in several time for my refund vide irctc ticket id: 4486187, 4486209, 4502628, 4520908 but on 23.07.2017 irctc furnished me the below mentioned refund transaction details.
              Date of cancellation of e-ticket/date of failure of e-ticket booking:06-jul-2019
              Refund processing date:16-jul-2019
              1) refund amount:640.0 refund reference no:rev_[protected]
              2) refund amount:510.0 refund reference no:rev_[protected]
              Payment option used : pay using bhim (Powered by axis bank) also accepts upi

              With the above details, i request your good self to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest for getting my refund amount.

              I am visit my bank branch with your refund reference details but they are unable to help me and told that wait for refund or further contact with IRCTC for my refund.
              Kindly furnished me the details of Refund Transaction to submit my banker.

                Hi sir/madam,
                I am t kesavan and on 27th june i was cancelled a train ticket through irctc app.
                And my pnr no :[protected]. They mailed on 4th july which is my refund amount 1390rs was credited to my sbi bank account and then i was clarified with that my home bank branch still now that refund amount was not credited to my sbi bank account. So please take necessary action about that...

                    Even when i booked ticket in 3ac and having confirm berth during chart preparation they reallocated my berth to sleeper class. This is not right if i booked for ac berth then you can understand that i need that. Please look asap. Very disappointing with this type of headache given from indian railway and specially from irctc. They are know every tatkal ticket booking is a very tough job from there online service. Why gov call digital india. How india will become digital. If india's most usable traveling ticket booking website is not responding for 2 hours of every day 10 am to 12 am.

                    If you can do something then please look in to it.

                      I have filed tdr for train no: 11463 somnath jabalpur express; doj: 01/08/2019. The train got diverted and did not reach boarding station so could not get train. Tdr no [protected]. The reason i have selected by mistake was train diverted and did not reach destination station. It should have been train diverted and did not reach boarding station instead. Please consider this one

                            I was booking season ticket via uts, i made payment via payment gateway and the money got deducted, but the ticket did not get booked. Also, there was no failed transaction mentioned in the booking history.

                                Hi,

                                I was travelling from 22944 - indore-pune express
                                Pnr: [protected]
                                Doj: 1st july 2019

                                Our train got delayed from vasai road station and then stopped at near karjat station.
                                The ac was not working from vasai road station and didn't worked till evening

                                The train was delayed by almost 16 hrs and ac didn't work throughout more than 16 hrs.

                                I have claimed the tdr for the same by the tdr refund status is shown as repudiate

                                The reason given is
                                Repudiation reason:failed to collect tdr/tte certificate/gc

                                So in case of tte's fault, we could not get the refund.

                                I would expect to re-open this case and investigate more.

                                    Sir,
                                    I faced a problem while booking a ticket now on railyathri from Nilambur road to kollam jn for 6th september 2019 in Rajya Rani Express.

                                    After entering the details, I made the payment using IOB debit card. After making the payment I got the message that the session is expired.

                                    I checked my IOB bank transactions and I can see a payment of 234.95/-. However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made.
                                    Please advise what to be done since I have made a payment and there is no booking done by the website.

                                        I was traveling with my wife on samta exp 12807 from visakhapatnam to h. Nizamuddin-nzm on 28 jul 19 with my ticket pnr [protected].
                                        The food vendor of this train was overcharging for food. I have given order for standard casserole meal vegetarian food with price 50/- but during delivery he asked me to pay 120/- but i refused. Then he told there is no 50/- rupees khana in train. When i told him to bring menu list and complaint book. Then he start argue with me and started misbehaving in front of my wife. Then i keep silent and went to tte for complaint but tte did not have me complian book and told me to call 139 railway help line. I tried 139 but there was no response.
                                        Here after that vendor (Dharmender) was not taking order from me in train and i managed with fruits purchased from station. During journey i saw that dharmender was well serving food to tte staff in train without any charge and bringing icecream also for tte.
                                        The whole picture cleared to me that why vendor was misbehaving, overcharging, not bringing rate list, and not giving food to me and why tte not giving book to write complain
                                        I kept silence in train as traveling with my wife. But now i will write this matter to all railway department and railway ministry. So that strong action can be taken if someone do wrong in train.

                                        I cancelled my train from BRC to DHN on 24th july due to some reason but I didn't get the money back from IRCTC and also it is showing refund status refunded...I have uploaded the screenshot ...please help me and resolve this problem as soon as possible
