Dear team,

This is to inform you that, irctc service is very pathetic and poor, i am done transaction on 15th july 19 for ticket booking, amount debited 1470-/from my bank account and i cancelled my ticket from irctc application show amount is refunded but its still not refund by irctc. Amount 1405-/ to my bank account. Please refund my money.

When i try to contact irctc they hold me 30-1 hours no one pick up toll free number. Still no response from irctc this is the way and working efficiency of world largest network for ticketing our system need some repair. I loss my 1405-/ due to network error in their website.

        Hi team,

        I filed tdr for the train running late for more than 3 hours and even though we didnt travel by it, the claim was rejected with the statement : "as per chart, the passenger has travelled".

        As the train was running late by 7 hours, i booked tickets in another train (Brahmaputra mail-14056) on the same date and travelled through that only.

        This is not possible for the same person to travel in two trains at the same time.

        Kindly get this verified and get my money refunded.

            I have registered a complain and filled in a dispute form. But the bank agent says that it takes 16 days turn around time payment gateway to refund the money. And the official period of investigation is 60 days. That is an awfully long time. Dispute number: 53739038

                I booked a ticket on 18th june, pnr number [protected], and canceled it on 11 july, i got mail regarding refund (Pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 1290.0 has been processed as per below details:

                    The tdr filed against pnr number [protected] with reason train diverted and passenger not travelled has been repudiated (See the attached. Pdf file)?

                    I had booked the ticket online for haridwar from ghaziabad on 3rd may 2019 (Transcation id - [protected], registration number[protected], pnr no.- [protected], jouney date - 21/05/2019), however train route was diverted and it didn't come at my boarding station (Ghaziabad) and followed different route.
                    Then i have filed tdr from boarding station on 21st may 2019 at same time and i with my family couldn't travel to my destination.

                    Could you please let us know why the tdr has been rejected and refund of money denied.

                    Could you please escalate the matter to upper level.

                          The tdr refund case has been registered with[protected] on[protected]:04:28.928 and forwarded to the chief commercial manager/refunds null to process refund through enhanced coaching refund system of indian railways (Ecrs) under the present commercial rules.                               I have cancelled railway e-ticket (PNR : [protected]) on 08.07.19. Till now not received the refund. Money was paid using UPI gateway (Citibank). Status on irctc website shows "Sent_to_bank", but money not credited to my account. Every time I call IRCTC customer care, they ask me to drop email to [protected]@irctc.co.in. And i get a new complaint number (4497679, 4500077, 4546482) as reply to my email.

                                    My name is Kotresh T M and I have booked the train from SBHR ( Subramanya Road) To KSR Bangalore for 10 people for 20 July 2019.

                                    But I have not received any information/ communication via SMS or email from IRCTC regarding Train Cancellation or Train Route Diverted. When we reached station we got notified that Train cancelled and amount will be refunded automatically, since I have booked via IRCTC website.

                                      I have booked 3 tatkal tickets today (24/7/2019) at 11:00 am from visakapatnam to tirupathi (Tirumula express) on 25/7/2019 through irctc mobile app. Three times the transaction got failed but fourth time money got deducted through phone pay to irctc but tickets are not confirmed. Ticket fare is rs 1470.0 which got debited from sbi account through phone pay to irctc. But tickets are not confirmed. Transaction is dropped.

                                      No refund till date for cancelled e-ticket on dt 04/07/2019 as per IRCTC SCREENSHOT attached for RS 8315/-

                                        Hello this is manish kumar. I have canceled a ticket from irctc and its been a month that my refund is not observed. Pnr no is [protected].
                                        I have contacted and mailed irctc care several time and yet they are not able to help me out with the refund. Every time they extend the timeline of getting the refund and are unsuccessful in refunding. Kindly help
