I mithilesh kumar mishra, want to let you know that i had booked my tickets from barh to bandel on 23rd of july 2019 but during the payment time, my account was debited but the transaction failed and no ticket was booked. It's more than 2 weeks but i didn't receive the money back. My refund amount is not not received to my account. I tried to contact to irctc helpline number but they asked me contact to my bank executive.. As they didn't received the amount. I tried to contact to bank but they asked me to talk to irctc executive for this. My amount got stuck somewhere in between. So i kindly request you to help me regarding this issue. My payment was done by my sbi debit card and the transaction id is [protected]

    After completion of booking reservation i am observing website is getting redirected to old irctc portal and automatic log out from my account without any user permission. Firstly i thought may be timeout issue, but it seems bug to me. This is happening to all users, i have tried with my family member's users also. Functionally yes site is working fine, but it should be perfect.

      This is to bring in notice to concerned authorities that harrassment caused by train no. 12191 which scheduled to be depart at 14.15 from Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station got rescheduled without any notice to public on e ticket platform and even after its rescheduled departure time that was 15.15 still didn't depart on time and got delayed for another hour. This system has consistently been a part of Indian Railways for years and now has become a tradition. Many of passengers faced difficulties as some had important exams and many had connecting trains to catch. This utter disregard for hundreds of people who put their faith in Indian Railways is disheartening.

        My pnr number is [protected]. I canceled the ticket partially on 30th june and the refund amount shown was rs. 5580.
        I mailed them couple of times, only automated mail is coming every time with a new ticket id, but no actual person is replying from irctc.

        I also called the customer care 15-20 times but they always give some excuse or forward my call to their senior where i will be on hold on call for around 20 minutes and call will get disconnected.

        Till today i have not received the refund. Please help me getting my money back.

            I have booked a total of 8 ticket 4 AC and 4 sleeper for train number 11072 Kamayani Express from Varanasi to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Mumbai on 5th August, at noon of the travelling day (5th August) I got message that train from Varanasi to LTT has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances but when later I checked the status of train I found that train was running. How can Indian Railway do this mistake? Bcoz of that mistake 3 members of my family were forced to travel by air. I need my full repayment with compensation.

              I was booking a tatkal ticket from Bangalore to Patna on May 5th 2019. The amount was Rs 3845.5. The amount was debited but as I was not alloted a confirmed berth, the ticket got cancelled. I did not received the refund for the same. I have been contacting their customer service regarding this and still there is no solution. What can I do?I have been sending them bank statements to and forth without any resolution.                 I was booking a tatkal ticket from bangalore to patna on may 5th 2019. The amount was rs 3845.5. The amount was debited but as i was not alloted a confirmed berth, the ticket got cancelled. I did not received the refund for the same. I have been contacting their customer service regarding this and still there is no solution. What can i do? Whenever i contact them, they say that this has been forwarded to the relevant authorities, but no response comes back. They say 10 days again and again but after contacting them on the 11th day, they say we need bank statement again which has gone hectic. I have sent them statements as many as 20 times now without any response.

                  I had booked ticket in 3ac compartment of kochuveli-lokmanyatilak gharibrat express (12202) which got short terminated after 4 hours i boarded due to konkan landslide. Within an hour i called the customer service and kept calling as well as sent emails nearly pleading to provide instructions on refund. The responses were so poor and calls were connected only after 48 hours just kept on saying "technical error call after sometime". From newspaper i knew i can get refund up to 72 hours if i had filled tdr before this. But the tdr option wasn't available to click whenever i tried it, well before this time. So as it is 72 hours now i can't claim for refund. And i believe irctc is making the best profit on tickets of trains that didn't even reach halfway of their destination like this, since it doesn't have to be bothered about any customer satisfaction. I'm glad i didn't book 1st class tickets for a life time of money just to get dropped down halfway and that i could to fly much safe and healthy in non government airlines for the remaining distance and reach destination before i expected.

It is difficult for the passanger... There are so many passanger who faced difficulties... And railway office people are such irresponsible.. They dont we speak properly... They dont even give the right information... Kindly take this into consideration... And refund the amount for those people whose train is being cancelled

                              In mgr chennai central station the ro water selling person getting 10 rupees for 1 liter bottle and if we give 10 rupees coin they are not accepting it. As per central government rule they need to accept 10 rupees coin. Still 10 rupees coins in usage and how could they reject it.in ecah and every ro depot in central not accepting the coins and also some people in the water depot demanding 10 rupees for 1 liter.

                                Sir,

                                I already sent this e-mail several times through my registered e-mail to itctc ([protected]@irctc.co.in) about non-refund of amount of rs.495/- for my failed transaction to my account. Till date the amount was not refunded. Please help.
                                The details are furnished below:

                                On 09/05/2019, i have tried to book a 3rd ac ticket from kollam to aluva through irctc website. (Transaction id:[protected]). The amount asked was rs.495/- and the same was debited from my sbi bank account. The payment request received through google pay app and myself payment done through google pay on the same date and that amount was debited from my through bank account. But the ticket was not booked due to the reason no response from bank. On 10/05/2019 one message was received in my phone no that "an amount of rs.495.00 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 09-may-2019 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked/service not rendered." after that, i have not received any confirmation or refund of the debited amount of rs.495/-. Also in the irctc website through my login in the failed transaction history details the following message is shown:

                                irctc vendor cjarged 40 each for 2 cans whereas mrp was 35 each it's a small price for me but if seen deeply they making huge tax free profit out of this .
                                Hi recently i was trying to book an ticket from foreign tourist quota.
                                I verified my email but for mobile regustration for foreign no. I didnot receive otp.
                                I tried many times and iam not able to book ticket without otp.
                                Please solve the issue.

                                  Wvm no 4as is delivering same water as equal to tap water, no filteration is being carried out at jhanshi station. I have observed the same thing at raipur station also.
                                  When i asked to operator for complaint book he denied and told me that the book is not there with him.
                                  I also tried one complain number [protected] but no body is picking the phone..

                                    Please note that, i have booked 2 nos. Rail ticket through irctc website on 31.03.2019 and paid by upi and deducted the money of rs 860/- and 570/- from my boi account vide pnr: [protected] transaction id: [protected] and pnr: [protected] transaction id: [protected] and.
                                    Also note, on 06/07/2019 i have cancelled the same ticket and on 07.07.2019 irctc refund the amount of rs. 640/- vide refund id [protected] and rs. 510/- vide refund id [protected] by same payment gateway but, till now no amount has been credited to my account. I emailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in several time for my refund vide irctc ticket id: 4486187, 4486209, 4502628, 4520908 but on 23.07.2017 irctc furnished me the below mentioned refund transaction details.

                                      I am t kesavan and on 27th june i was cancelled a train ticket through irctc app.
                                      And my pnr no :[protected]. They mailed on 4th july which is my refund amount 1390rs was credited to my sbi bank account and then i was clarified with that my home bank branch still now that refund amount was not credited to my sbi bank account. So please take necessary action about that...

                                        My user id is t1ksh1, my mobile number is [protected], and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. But no otp has been sent to my number or email even after many tries and so i am not able to book any tickets.
                                        It is my humble request to please try to resolve my problem as soon as possible
