    The tdr filed against pnr number [protected] with reason train diverted and passenger not travelled has been repudiated (See the attached. Pdf file)?

    I had booked the ticket online for haridwar from ghaziabad on 3rd may 2019 (Transcation id - [protected], registration number[protected], pnr no.- [protected], jouney date - 21/05/2019), however train route was diverted and it didn't come at my boarding station (Ghaziabad) and followed different route.
    Then i have filed tdr from boarding station on 21st may 2019 at same time and i with my family couldn't travel to my destination.

    Could you please let us know why the tdr has been rejected and refund of money denied.

    Could you please escalate the matter to upper level.

      I book a ticket on tatkal. And cancelled it because it show that it is on waiting list
      I paid through sbi debit card
      I got an email that 1030 will be refunded to your account shortly
      But not yet received
      Booking and cancelled date is 7 july 2019
      On irctc app it is showing that the amount is refunded and i checked on bank and online
      That amount is credited to my account

          Status of the refund shows approved but received refund only for one ticket i. E
          Rs 2280 on 11/10/2018.
          The total ticket cost for 2 tickets booked was 4560 rs.
          Up on many calls made to the irctc customer service there is no proper answer for the refund of the other ticket.

          The tdr refund case has been registered with[protected] on[protected]:04:28.928 and forwarded to the chief commercial manager/refunds null to process refund through enhanced coaching refund system of indian railways (Ecrs) under the present commercial rules. The details of the eligibility etc. Of tdr refund is given in the indian railway refund rules https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf.

          However, please note that the decision about the acceptance / rejection or amount of refund will be taken by the concerned zonal railways as per extant refund rules of indian railways and not by irctc.

            We have ordered egg briyani on dinner from pantry.
            We had been served with a tasteless low grade cannot be eaten rice with 2 boil eggs.
            We could have only egg and rice we had to throw.

              I have cancelled railway e-ticket (PNR : [protected]) on 08.07.19. Till now not received the refund. Money was paid using UPI gateway (Citibank). Status on irctc website shows "Sent_to_bank", but money not credited to my account. Every time I call IRCTC customer care, they ask me to drop email to [protected]@irctc.co.in. And i get a new complaint number (4497679, 4500077, 4546482) as reply to my email.

                    My name is Kotresh T M and I have booked the train from SBHR ( Subramanya Road) To KSR Bangalore for 10 people for 20 July 2019.

                    But I have not received any information/ communication via SMS or email from IRCTC regarding Train Cancellation or Train Route Diverted. When we reached station we got notified that Train cancelled and amount will be refunded automatically, since I have booked via IRCTC website.

                    I am not able to get refund which is about 2600rs.

                    Kindly help me to get my amount refunded.

                      I have booked 3 tatkal tickets today (24/7/2019) at 11:00 am from visakapatnam to tirupathi (Tirumula express) on 25/7/2019 through irctc mobile app. Three times the transaction got failed but fourth time money got deducted through phone pay to irctc but tickets are not confirmed. Ticket fare is rs 1470.0 which got debited from sbi account through phone pay to irctc. But tickets are not confirmed. Transaction is dropped.

                        I have contacted and mailed irctc care several time and yet they are not able to help me out with the refund. Every time they extend the timeline of getting the refund and are unsuccessful in refunding. Kindly help

                          Ticket got automatically cancelled due to wl ticket.

                          Irctc replies that amount of 1235 has been credited into my account on 9 july 2019 but the amount has not been credited in my account.
                          Bank officials have also denied of any such amount being credited, although i have provided them with all the transaction details of refund as given through irctc end.
                          Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                          Neither the company nor any of its officials contacted me regarding this. Instead when I called them, they asked me to wait for 15 more days . But fortunately enough my issue was resolved as my money got credited into my account. As I'd raised this issue towards my bank's end also, therefore I think that this might be due to their efforts.

                            I am traveling from srikakulam road to bangalore city in 18463 prasanthi express B4 32 berth.
                            Here i found some bed bugs. They already bitten me. It's very difficult to sleep.

                                Sir my family in which father mahesh prasad gupta, mother sandhya gupta, sister ritu rana (Married) was travelling from damoh (M. P) to bilaspur (C. G) in bhopal bilaspur express train no-18235 on 6/7/2019 to 7/7/2019 birth s2-3, s2-7, s2-8 around 4 am in morning my sister gold chain around 12grams snatched by thief inside train and my sister yelled loudly then everyone woke up and have seen him jumping of the running train then we have filed complaint in anuppur railway station (M. P) having some hope in mind that they will act on it and but they haven't taken any action on those unknown thieves it is a matter of public safety as my sister also have breathing problems anything could have happened there as there was no railway protection personnel inside the train and it is indian railway obligation to provide safety so at last i want compensation of loss suffered to my sister from railways so sir please take strict action on them i am attaching required documents along with fir

                                  I had cancelled my ticket on 20th april and refund was processed on 22 april 2019. Pnr no. [protected]. But the refund amount of 3430 is not credited in my account till date. I sent them multiple mails and bank account statements from my registered e-mail id and ticket id was registered too. But of no use. Tried calling customer care but they hang up the phone after putting me on hold.

                                    I had booked ticket from ferozepur to delhi for my wife and myself and ticket was on waitlist. Since, it was not confirmed, so we cancelled ticket one day prior and as per rule, inr 60 was deducted for each o[censored]s and remainder of amount was to be refunded.

                                    The total cost of booking was inr 530 and after deducting 60 rupees each, inr 410 was to be refunded back. But, amount has still not been refunded.

                                      22221 Rajdhani express. Extremely poor quality food delivered at seat no.7/B7. Dead hornet found in paneer vegetable . I ask you to take immediate and strict action. Who'll take responsibility if any of the passengers falls ill? Please, please stop selling such poor quality and pathetic food.

Ticket got cancelled mistakenly while i was going through pnr check as i was not much aware of that process. Please help me with suitable resolution, if i can get same ticket back without any financial addition or some refund amount to go ahead nd book different ticket.
                                        I cannot afford financially booking ticket again.

                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am unable to verify my phone number either from website or form app.
                                        On website the code is fixed as 0 and not creating the otp for mobile verification.
                                        I have seen so many people complaining the same.
                                        It is effecting hugely while booking tickets.
                                        Can u please help in resolving it soon
                                        I booked ticket on 12th of July from irctc app and then cancelled. But till now refund amount is didn't reflect in my account
