Sir my family in which father mahesh prasad gupta, mother sandhya gupta, sister ritu rana (Married) was travelling from damoh (M. P) to bilaspur (C. G) in bhopal bilaspur express train no-18235 on 6/7/2019 to 7/7/2019 birth s2-3, s2-7, s2-8 around 4 am in morning my sister gold chain around 12grams snatched by thief inside train and my sister yelled loudly then everyone woke up and have seen him jumping of the running train then we have filed complaint in anuppur railway station (M. P) having some hope in mind that they will act on it and but they haven't taken any action on those unknown thieves it is a matter of public safety as my sister also have breathing problems anything could have happened there as there was no railway protection personnel inside the train and it is indian railway obligation to provide safety so at last i want compensation of loss suffered to my sister from railways so sir please take strict action on them i am attaching required documents along with fir

    I had cancelled my ticket on 20th april and refund was processed on 22 april 2019. Pnr no. [protected]. But the refund amount of 3430 is not credited in my account till date. I sent them multiple mails and bank account statements from my registered e-mail id and ticket id was registered too. But of no use. Tried calling customer care but they hang up the phone after putting me on hold.

      I had booked ticket from ferozepur to delhi for my wife and myself and ticket was on waitlist. Since, it was not confirmed, so we cancelled ticket one day prior and as per rule, inr 60 was deducted for each o[censored]s and remainder of amount was to be refunded.

      The total cost of booking was inr 530 and after deducting 60 rupees each, inr 410 was to be refunded back. But, amount has still not been refunded.

      Kindly take action and assist in getting refund. Details shared below :

        I have booked my ticket from haridwar to jaipur in 3 ac and due to some reason it got cancelled.
        I checked my irctc status after 4 days it shows my monet is refunded but it didn't received in my account yet.

        22221 Rajdhani express. Extremely poor quality food delivered at seat no.7/B7. Dead hornet found in paneer vegetable . I ask you to take immediate and strict action. Who'll take responsibility if any of the passengers falls ill? Please, please stop selling such poor quality and pathetic food.

          My pnr is [protected], booked ticket for date[protected]. Ticket got cancelled mistakenly while i was going through pnr check as i was not much aware of that process. Please help me with suitable resolution, if i can get same ticket back without any financial addition or some refund amount to go ahead nd book different ticket.
          I cannot afford financially booking ticket again.
          Help me with same please.

              Hi Team,

              I had Filed a TDR against PNR number [protected] on 2nd of July 2019.

              Train No.-12322
              Train Name- KOLKATA MAIL

              By mistake I selected the reason as TRAIN DIVERTED AND NOT TOUCHING BOARDING STATION instead of Train got delayed by more than 4 hours.

              I had mailed [protected]@irctc.co.in for changing the reason for TDR filing on 3rd of July itself but it was not changed. So my TDR gor=t Repudate on 10th July.

              It was Rs 990 cost ticket.
              Kindly help me reopen my TDR with a valid reason.

                      I registered on the irctc website and got a user account. Irctc took payment from my credit card and then for some uknown reason later refunded the money. I have tried to re-register but the system does not allow me to because my original registration is still in the system (But will not allow me to make a booking). I have written several emails to irctc about this and also asking them to cancel the original registration so that i can re-register. All that i get in responce is an automated reply telling me that it will be looked into by the relevant department.
                      Last twoirctc complaint referance numbers[protected]
                      I would like irctc to cancel my user account so that i can re-register pay the fee again andcontinue to book my train travel in india.

                        I booked my ticket with pnr number [protected] on 10 march 2019.
                        I cancelled this ticket on 5 april 2019.
                        I have already mailed and called irctc complaint centre several times. But no satisfactory response from irctc and haven't received my refund.
                        Everytime i mail irctc, i get an automated response.
                        When i call, they put my call on hold to transfer to senior executive, everytime they give me different reasons. I have also sent them my bank statement several times as asked by them.

                          I had a booking for travel from patna to bhagalpur on 27th june 2018 in train brahmputra mail. Since the train was late by more than 3 hours, i did not board the train. Later when a filed a tdr on 28th june after reaching my destination the same was rejected.

                          Kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund of my ticket amount as the train was late and i did not travel. Details of the booking are as below:-

                          Ticket was booked and cancelled with PNR [protected] as on IRCTC and as per the bank the refund has not been received. Customer care is not helpful at all.

                          Its been 20 days now and as per IRCTC the amount has been sent back to bank while the bank denies the same.
                          When I am trying to book the tatkal ticket, getting the error message : "This site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time
                          I've booked the tickets from KSR Bengaluru to Hubballi for Rani Chennamma for Tatkal Ticket, Train No.16589, PNR-[protected], Ticket Cost:385 and ticket status was waiting list and lastly it was in same status. I haven't received the money yet to my account.

                            Has been repudiated by irctc stating its not claimed by party.
                            The train was running late by more than 26 hours hence i discontinued my journey and filed a tdr. But my claim has been rejected by them.
                            I would further like to mention that i claimed for the tdr well within the time frame. Kindly help me get my money refunded.

                              I booked a train ticket in IRCTC for the train number 17405 / KRISHNA EXPRESS on 07/11/2019.
                              However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used GooglePay to pay and payment was successful and money got deducted from my bank. But my ticket Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.

                                I have used debit card during transaction total 3 times on 10/07/2019 around 9.45 am, but among them 1st 2 times ticket not issued but amount (Rs 651.47 & rs 651.47) debited from my savings bank account.

                                    I travelled by train 12510 from Howrah to Krishnarahapuram on the 9th/10th July. My PNR is [protected] and my berth was S-7, 58. The train was over crowded like a refugee train. at the time of boarding at 0045 hrs I could not even reach my berth easily as passengers were sleeping on the aisle and by berth was also occupied. the toilet was in bad condition obviously when a compartment meant for 72 passengers were occupied by over 150 passengers. this continued until I arrived at KJM. Pantry caterer was overcharging for food and water. e.g water bottle price Rs 20 against the standard price of Rs 15.00. food packet labled price was Rs 45 and being sold at Rs 50 at the stations. in the night I had to share my berth with a reservation less passenger. in a nutshell it was like travelling in a general compartment.

                                    I am not interested in refund but this bad service by IRCTC has to stop. pl do not overload passengers in compartments and maintain a strict watch over vendors authorized by you.

                                        I had book flight on 30jan however due to jet shutdown thay cancelled my flight hence i requested for refund..! Requested as on 30th march and today is 9th july i am still not recevied any refund.! After contacting to irctc thay are not bothered to answer..!
