We (three ladies) decided to do the above tour from 3/6/19 - 16/6/19. The itinerary promised AC-train, AC-accommodation, AC-tour buses for which we paid Rs 37650 PER PERSON. The tour was pre-poned by 3 hours on 1/6/19 but the train arrived 3 hours late at the boarding point. By day 2 of the tour, the toilets were not usable since it was unclean and there was no water. The tour manager did not know any information about the tour. The hotels were pathetic - no AC, no proper beds, no clean linen, no hot water, no place for luggage and movement, no locks & no curtains at times (safety risk). The breakfast & dinner were mostly uncooked and lunch was fried packaged food worth Rs 10 and a cool drink worth Rs 10 (some of them beyond the expiry date) which was useless for travelling in buses for about 8-9 hours on an average. The places we stayed were not as per itinerary and flimsy excuses were made. The managing staff was rude and totally non-cooperative even to elder, handicapped passengers and ladies. Many of the staff seemed to have no job except to enjoy a vacation at passengers' cost. Complaints were made to Ashok Parmar who heads IRCTC west zone since day 1 but things just got worse with each passing day. Total mismanagement by TMI to who this tour was outsourced by IRCTC. Facilities provided could not be greater than 15000. The remaining amount almost 22650 should be refunded by IRCTC along with an apology for creating such a bad experience on such a holy tour.

Same experience for me as I was in same train.
So bad, how can they do this. There are no trains for Char Dham sector. You can only reach up to Dehradun by train and after that, you have to travel by road.

    Dear Sir,
    On 4th May, I booked 4 tickets from Namrup to Guwahati of 26.05.2019 and 4 return tickets of the same dated 29.05.2019.
    I cancelled all the tickets on 23.05.2019 but I have not received any refund amount for the tickets till now.
    I inquired about the issue multiple times with the customer care executives with all the relevant documents however no accountability have been shown from their end.

    Kindly look into the matter and intervene as required. The necessary documents have been hereby enclosed.

      Hello,
      Today I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Kalyan and paid via Google pay. Amount Rs 1545 was debited from my account but ticket wasnt booked. The transaction status shows 'Pending from Bank end'.

        Had booked train tkt through Irctc app on 17 JUNE 2019 in tatkal quota made payment through Mobiqwik payment gateway through Zaakpay but due to seat unavailability tkt did not booked but payment deducted through SBI debit card still today payment not refunded in my bank account . In irctc app it show amount refunded to bank account . Below are details shown in irctc app

          Hi I Tried to book a ticket from IRCTC app on 16th June via the IRCTC App.

          I used Citibank credit card to make payment of Rs.4907.94. Money was debited from Card but the status of the transaction is mentioned as "Pending from Bank End" and the ticket is also not Booked.

          Please arrange for a refund of the amount.

                I had filed TDR on 11th May. The passengers didnt travel as the train was delayed for many many hours much more than 3 hours.
                It has been more than a month still no refund. Can you please let me know why so delay in getting the refund.

                    I was travelling from new Delhi to Manduadih and was provided dirty bedding. It happens almost every time. Every time I have to get my bedding changed and still many times the ones I get are not clean. The train employees say that the packets are closed and it's not in their hands to check if the bedding is clean or not. They say that complaining about it to the authority is the only solution. I am complaining about this with the hope that my complaint gets attention and some action be taken so that the passengers do not have to face this inconvenience every time they travel by train.

                    I am traveling with ST Puri Exp (22828) B4 59. I was buying 2liter water at bhusawal station from vending machine near to B2 the quality of water is very bad, it not ro uv water, smell like bliching power and taste also same.
                    Take needful action against him .it's not good for travellers. After buying we know the truth.

                        TODAY 18/06/2019 I GOT MY MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT.
                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        I traveled from New Delhi to Ambala Cantt on 18.05.2019 by Shatabdi train. Food was not served to me and other nearby co passengers even 15 minutes prior to arrival of our station. Food quality is always of low level. Mostly delivery service of food is delayed.
                        IRCTC needs to pay Urgent and preferred attention to this.

                          R/sir we two passenger Jagphool m50 Ramavtarm55 boarded in tno.12414 pnr no [protected] S3/36, 37 boarded fm jammu tawi to REWARI. Before coming the JALLANDHAR rly station in running train IRCTC chap yelled khana we bought two khana rs 260/- rice chapati, dal, paneer.we asked bill but not given after washing hands when we start eating paneer it was khatta sour foul smelling roti useless, got vommitting after some time and you think what can be condition .I searched them but couldn't find them.They might got down at jullundhar.It is same to indian railways and min.                             I am Traveling in Puri-Jodhpur SF, as usual a man came to take order and I ordered Veg Thali option was I wanted rotis and no rice he told ok and when he came to take money said 100 and one more person given 110 for Non veg Thali then I thought of searching for actual rates. I just want to say no passenger will die if pantry won't be there but these people are looting us kindly take strict action. M travelling in 3rd AC. I know it's not the matter of AC as food will be same for both AC and Non AC.

                              Passengers had trouble while traveling through Train, they got to know that train was diverted and not reaching to the destination station after boarding to the Train. Majority of them were senior citizens. They had to be dropped at another station in between and travel through the different train without reservation facing lots of troubles.
                              As a result of raising TDR for the same IRCTC denied to refund.

                                The website is not sending mobile verification code on my gmail.id And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

                                Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.

Nizamuddin delhi From Bhopal on Bhopal Express via IRCTC RAIL CONNET App but unlikely i got Tatkal waiting so i cancelled the same at 9:28 pm of 10 june on IRCTC CONNECT APP approx 23 hrs before departure time I got refund also of of Rs. 880 after being deducted Rs. 120 as cancellation charge for PNR [protected] but in Refund history no Trasaction is showing neither in the App nor in the Website irctc after log in . Simce the Amount of refund is not yet credited in my account till now I am afraid that i will get my refund back on soon as i am in urgent need of money .
                                        Kindly look into this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible
