Dear Sir / Mam
I have cancelled a ticket on 3rd June 2019.
But Still amount of Rs 2240 not get credited in my Account.
I have contacted IRCTC customer care they said Refund has done, please contact your branch.
Then i have also contacted with my Bank branch they said there is no refunds done or i have not get any Details regarding your refund.
Getting more trouble from both side

What can I do now i request you to please take some action regarding my Issue.

    There are one bug when booking the tickets in irctc website while using in android mobile phone(used crome browser).

    After filling the booking details the second step(page) for reviewing the details there are three buttons Back, Continue Booking, Replan Booking all buttons are disabled.. not working.

      Dear sir/madam,

      Three o[censored]s ladies (Copied on this email) were booked on the
      Wztt06/uttarakhand chardham yatra ac tourist train from 3/6/19 to 16/6/19. We have major concerns with how the tour was managed by irctc/tmi and hence this mail. https://www.irctctourism.com/pacakage_description?packageCode=WZTT06

      From day one, our concern started. First hick-up was lack of
      Communication. We received information on our coach and seat number.
      But we were not told the train number or which platform it will be
      Arrived. We were not given any contact details to get in touch to get
      Such information when we reached station. So we ended up running from
      Pillar to post to find this information.

      During one and half days travel to hardwar, we faced two major
      Challenges - cleanliness/water provision and food
      Quality/arrangements. Only one place (Kota) train did water filling.
      Which was emptied by the same night and rest of the way we ended up
      Having clogged and stinking washrooms and were unable to use them.
      During travel of 1.5 day from pune to haridwar, only once cleaning
      Person came for sweeping and mopping. They came twice for collecting
      Garbage. We found our coach and clogged washroom as it is once were
      Back in train after 10 days. This was the level of cleanliness and
      Hygiene maintained.

      Second issue was how the food distribution was arranged. Tea/coffee
      Servers where just passing by without really bothering to serve them
      To all. If you are lucky to catch one, you will get to drink it. Then
      Came lunch arrangement. 30 seat capacitor dining hall was used to
      Serve 235 passengers. The way we had to wait in queue outside dining
      Hall because coach manager was sloppy in communication and the way we had to fast forward eating so that we can make space for others was
      Too humiliating.

      Then came the bus issue once we reached hardwar. We were promised a/c bus, but driver declined to start a/c as they were not informed about
      It. After three hours delays and mental harassment due to arguments
      With driver and tmi "managers", we finally were given a/c bus. Again,
      The next issue is how the bus was filled till the last seat. Char dham
      Yatra is generally done by 50+ aged people. Still bus was filled till
      The last seat which resulted in 5 people sitting in the last seat.
      Imagine old people of your parents age, travelling in last seat, on
      Ghat roads, which are narrow and full of potholes. Do you really make
      Your parents travel like that? Then why this was not considered for
      Aged passengers doing yatra through irctc?

      Next issue is of food quality. We were given such bad quality food -
      Half cooked/over cooked, thickest chapati possible, burnt chapati,
      Left over dessert from previous night, fried things in breakfast (Who
      Eats fried onion bhajji in breakfast at 6am?). No thought process
      Given in food menu or quality. We all ended up having stomach issues
      By the 5-6 days of the trip which lasted till end.

      Next issue was accommodation. You name the issues and we have it. Tmi management was so lethargic that they didn't plan the accommodation in advance. Rather the did it the previous day. Because of that we ended up getting worst accommodation possible though we were promised a/c accommodation in the itinerary. We were struggling to get the basic necessity at the place like clean bed sheets, clean blanket, hot water, dust-free bed, curtains, zero cockroaches, clean toilette. But we didn't get all of them at any place (Except for one location). It was such nightmarish experience that i have not enough words to explain it.

      Next issue was management. Tmi/irctc managers - mr. Alok parma, mr. Ajay sharma, mr. R. N. Singh, mr. Sumit suman (I am not 100% sure if
      These are correct names as they didn't have any id with them). These
      People are not fit for management. They were rude, careless and were
      There just for the name sake. They showcased as if they heard our
      Problems, but none of them were capable to resolve even a single of
      The issues. Our pleas ended on the deaf ear and we all suffered
      Through the trip.

      Next issue is itinerary. Since after gangotri, itinerary was changed.
      No reason given for the change. We were just told that this is what it
      Is, take it or leave it. So we ended up having bad accommodations at
      Wrong places and additional journey as they decided to change the
      Places which were too far from our destination. It was such a hectic
      And harassing experience that i would not recommend to any of my
      Family members to do this yatra by irctc.

      This is all i have to explain in terms of the issues we faced. I can
      Not explain the pain that i felt when all my imagination of a yatra
      Which should have been a memorable trip for me till the end of my life
      Had turned into such a nightmarish experience that i could not enjoy
      It fully.

      I request to look into this issue and ensure that these are not repeated. I also expect to be compensated by irctc for putting me through this mental agony which ideally should have been a pleasant yatra.

          Dear sir,

          I was traveling from Indore to Mumbai with my Uncle and Aunty and their kids, via Avantika express (12962) on 17th Jun 2019.
          Around at 10:45 P.M Train has stopped at Godhra station and started after halt of 10-15 min, when train started, train speed was quite slow even in outer area of station, at the same time one guy hanging our coach gate (S7) pull the gold necklace from the neck of my aunty through window and jump from the train and entered in dark area. Necklace valued around Rs. 100000/-
          We did the chain pulling and called RPF, there was no RPF in train at that time, later some RPF personnel came from Godhra station and did nothing just knowing the facts of incident.
          We requested to rail staff those roaming in train for registering police complaint, all peoples are avoiding to register the complaint then I tweeted to Rail minister and his Official account and rail ministry for asking help. We got some positive responses in twiter.
          Police staff reached at baruch station police came to our coach and write the complain in plain paper and told us this complain will be transferred to Godhra police.
          Further, we find that our coach is not designed as per railway norms, the gap in our window grill is higher than usual. Thief has took the advantage of slow speed of running train and higher gap in widow grill.
          My humble request to you to give justice to me and my family, for this incident the IRCTC administration will be solely responsible, if the gap in widow grill is appropriate then this incident can be prevent.

            I booked tickes for nazibabad on22 or23 march 2019 through my user id aakhan9802 and done payment by pnb debit card. The date of journey was 10th of june 2019. But on 2nd june i had to cancelled all tickets, on 5th june refund message sent by irctc but till date not a single amount of cancelled tickets was credited to my acciunt. I complained irctc about the amount not credite to my account, irctc asked for bank statement and total detail, but still money was not refunded

            Again and again demanding bank denial written letter, but I have already sent till date bank statement of my account. Is this not enough to prove that amount has not yet been credited.

                I had cancelled 2 ticket and received cancellation mail and also received refund mail by irctc but money not received in bank account . Date to transaction of refund by irctc is 9 June ant today it is 21 it should not take that much time pnr numbers are [protected] ; [protected] their transaction id [protected] ;[protected] and I have talked to my bank also they refused to say any refund amount by irctc.

                  website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at the bank end. . Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of booking...

                  Please look into it urgently. I cannot further book my ticket because of it.

                      I have registered for an online account with irctc to book tickets in your railways.
                      As I am from Sri Lanka I was asked and paid INR100.00 ++ for verification also. After 3 days of trying I still couldn't get my mobile verification OTP.
                      I wrote them every day. The first day someone actually replied but was no help at all.
                      On second and 3rd days now no reply is forthcoming also.
                      Every time I change my mobile I have to pay this INR100.00++ again and again but I do not get it verified so I can buy my tickets.

                      Is this a scam run by irctc to steal money from overseas clients.
                      If not why don't they activate my account after so many emails

                        CHAR DHAM YATRA ARRANGED BY IRCTC FROM 02/03-06-19 TO 16-06-19 FROM PUNE.
                        INFORMATION RECEIVED - I m 78 yrs old n was looking for such your n got from net. Other private organisations r also arranging such tours.
                        PRICE RANGE - IRCTC- 39, 790/- for 2 tier. Private- 27, 000/-. IRCTC charges r 35 percent higher than private parties, keeping d facilities same as IRCTC. Like- 2 tier a/c coach, a/c busses, a/c busses, a/c hotel accommodation, free foods like ur add.
                        REASON OF PURCHASE FROM IRCTC - In spite of 35 percent higher charges, I purchased from IRCTC hoping better services than others.
                        RESULT - Absolutely disheartened, Cheated in all d fields, Absolutely missmanagement, Communication gap among Crews, " Chalta hai" type attitude of P.R. of d tour Mr. R.N.Singh. Resulting anger cropped up among passengers. Mr. R.N.Singh had to ask apologies time n again.
                        Examples of why n how -

                        1) PROVIDING OF A/C HOTEL ACCOMODATION - Only at one place at Haridwar all were provided a/c rooms. There after no a/c rooms. We started feeling CHEATED by IRCTC. Mr. R.N.Singh remain silent instead of answering.
                        At other places d hotels provided were of inferior type. No hot water supply, no towels, no soap, , uncleaned toilets, improper ventilation etc.
                        IS IRCTC IS PROVIDING SUCH ARRANGEMENTS?
                        2) PROVIDING O A/C BUSSES.- Before boarding at Haridwar we were told a/c bus have been arranged. After starting, on repeated asking driver told that there is no such contract. On repeated requests we made d driver stop at a point.after strong protests a/c bus was arranged up to Hrishikesh only.
                        From Hrishikesh 25 seater non a/c bus was arranged. In that particular bus at least 10 seats were damaged. Very very uncomfortable situation specially for senior citizens. LAST 10 DAYS WE WERE COMPELLED TO TRAVELL BY THIS BUS.
                        IS IT NT BREACH OF CONTRACT BY IRCTC?
                        NO REPLY FROM MR. R.N.SINGH.
                        4) CHANGE OF ITINERARY - Hotel stay was scheduled by IRCTC on 22-06-19 at Badrinath n on 13-06-19 at Srinagar. The schedule was changed perposefully to avoid staying at good hotels.
                        Passengers lost their cool.
                        5) SECURITY- There were no security from Pune to Haridwar.
                        NOW WE DEMAND SATIFACTORY REPLY FRO U AT D EARLIEST ON D FOLLOWING POINTS.
                        a) IF ALL ABOVE THINGS HAVE BEEN DONE UNDER D GUIDANCE OF IRCTC?
                        b) If IRCTC accepts all d above responsibility?
                        c)If not why not?
                        d) If yes what action u r going to take against the contractor n d responsible officials?
                        e) I[censored] r taking responsibility, what compensation u r going to provide us, because of hardships faced by us for nt providing assured facilities?
                        IF NO REPLY IS RECEIVED IN REASONABLE TIME, WE SH BE FORCED TO TAKE UP D MATTER TO ESCALATED LEVEL.
                        Different passengers sh take up d matter in their own way which may be noted.
                        THIS MAY ALSO BE NOTED IRCTC HAS ALREADY GOT BAD NAME TO AT LEAST 253 PASSENGERS OF D TOUR FOR D ABOVE REASONS.

                        I booked ticket on 15 June for 2 person and payment was done by debit card . problem is money is debited from bank but ticket is not booked ...it said not responce from bank end
                        The behaviour of the staff at cloak room was very bad... There was no pillion staff to put the luggage in the luggage room and when I asked to call his staff he yelled and behaved badly..

                            However, it shows "Pending From Bank End" till now. I have used BHIM

                            (PhonePE) as mode of payment was successful. Status is not still clear, so i

                            can not book another ticket.

                                    We (three ladies) decided to do the above tour from 3/6/19 - 16/6/19. The itinerary promised AC-train, AC-accommodation, AC-tour buses for which we paid Rs 37650 PER PERSON. The tour was pre-poned by 3 hours on 1/6/19 but the train arrived 3 hours late at the boarding point. By day 2 of the tour, the toilets were not usable since it was unclean and there was no water. The tour manager did not know any information about the tour. The hotels were pathetic - no AC, no proper beds, no clean linen, no hot water, no place for luggage and movement, no locks & no curtains at times (safety risk). The breakfast & dinner were mostly uncooked and lunch was fried packaged food worth Rs 10 and a cool drink worth Rs 10 (some of them beyond the expiry date) which was useless for travelling in buses for about 8-9 hours on an average. The places we stayed were not as per itinerary and flimsy excuses were made. The managing staff was rude and totally non-cooperative even to elder, handicapped passengers and ladies. Many of the staff seemed to have no job except to enjoy a vacation at passengers' cost. Complaints were made to Ashok Parmar who heads IRCTC west zone since day 1 but things just got worse with each passing day. Total mismanagement by TMI to who this tour was outsourced by IRCTC. Facilities provided could not be greater than 15000. The remaining amount almost 22650 should be refunded by IRCTC along with an apology for creating such a bad experience on such a holy tour.

                                    So bad, how can they do this. There are no trains for Char Dham sector. You can only reach up to Dehradun by train and after that, you have to travel by road.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      On 4th May, I booked 4 tickets from Namrup to Guwahati of 26.05.2019 and 4 return tickets of the same dated 29.05.2019.
                                      I cancelled all the tickets on 23.05.2019 but I have not received any refund amount for the tickets till now.
                                      I inquired about the issue multiple times with the customer care executives with all the relevant documents however no accountability have been shown from their end.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and intervene as required. The necessary documents have been hereby enclosed.

                                        Today I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Kalyan and paid via Google pay. Amount Rs 1545 was debited from my account but ticket wasnt booked. The transaction status shows 'Pending from Bank end'.
