I was travelling from new Delhi to Manduadih and was provided dirty bedding. It happens almost every time. Every time I have to get my bedding changed and still many times the ones I get are not clean. The train employees say that the packets are closed and it's not in their hands to check if the bedding is clean or not. They say that complaining about it to the authority is the only solution. I am complaining about this with the hope that my complaint gets attention and some action be taken so that the passengers do not have to face this inconvenience every time they travel by train.

I am traveling with ST Puri Exp (22828) B4 59. I was buying 2liter water at bhusawal station from vending machine near to B2 the quality of water is very bad, it not ro uv water, smell like bliching power and taste also same.
Take needful action against him .it's not good for travellers. After buying we know the truth.

      TODAY 18/06/2019 I GOT MY MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT.
      Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I traveled from New Delhi to Ambala Cantt on 18.05.2019 by Shatabdi train. Food was not served to me and other nearby co passengers even 15 minutes prior to arrival of our station. Food quality is always of low level. Mostly delivery service of food is delayed.
      IRCTC needs to pay Urgent and preferred attention to this.

        R/sir we two passenger Jagphool m50 Ramavtarm55 boarded in tno.12414 pnr no [protected] S3/36, 37 boarded fm jammu tawi to REWARI. Before coming the JALLANDHAR rly station in running train IRCTC chap yelled khana we bought two khana rs 260/- rice chapati, dal, paneer.we asked bill but not given after washing hands when we start eating paneer it was khatta sour foul smelling roti useless, got vommitting after some time and you think what can be condition .I searched them but couldn't find them.They might got down at jullundhar.It is same to indian railways and min. Sh Piyush Goyal who is represents union of India shame to him.So third class khana oohhh...plse take action against vendor. Thanx Ramavtar [protected] Jagphool [protected]

          I am Traveling in Puri-Jodhpur SF, as usual a man came to take order and I ordered Veg Thali option was I wanted rotis and no rice he told ok and when he came to take money said 100 and one more person given 110 for Non veg Thali then I thought of searching for actual rates. I just want to say no passenger will die if pantry won't be there but these people are looting us kindly take strict action. M travelling in 3rd AC. I know it's not the matter of AC as food will be same for both AC and Non AC.

            Passengers had trouble while traveling through Train, they got to know that train was diverted and not reaching to the destination station after boarding to the Train. Majority of them were senior citizens. They had to be dropped at another station in between and travel through the different train without reservation facing lots of troubles.
            As a result of raising TDR for the same IRCTC denied to refund.

              The website is not sending mobile verification code on my gmail.id And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

                I m book 5 Tickets in 2nd Ac Birth thru app.
                But only 2 Tickets are Rac sit confirmed 3 tickets is showing in wating list, then i m cancel all Tickets thru mobile App IRCTC, My All Tickets are cancal are not app is no any confirmation. Then i m agen check pnr number app is showing only one Rac Tickets is cancal.
                2nd day i am agen check app he is showing Tickets is already canceled. But no any amount refunds sms is receive to me in my phone.
                TT ALSO NOT ALLOW TO SEAT IN TRAIN 2ND AC BIRTH HE SAYS YOUS TICKETS ARE ALREADY CANCEL .BUT IRCTC CUSTOMER-CARE SEINER EMP. ASKING I M NOT KNOW WHY U R NOT TRAWLING IN TRAIN BUT YOUR TICKET ARE NOT CANCALD.

                  even government website are not trustable these days.

                      On 9th june I booked tatkal ticket for H. Nizamuddin delhi From Bhopal on Bhopal Express via IRCTC RAIL CONNET App but unlikely i got Tatkal waiting so i cancelled the same at 9:28 pm of 10 june on IRCTC CONNECT APP approx 23 hrs before departure time I got refund also of of Rs. 880 after being deducted Rs. 120 as cancellation charge for PNR [protected] but in Refund history no Trasaction is showing neither in the App nor in the Website irctc after log in . Simce the Amount of refund is not yet credited in my account till now I am afraid that i will get my refund back on soon as i am in urgent need of money .
                      Kindly look into this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible

                        I was travelling from new delhi to howrah on 08/06/19 from new delhi to howrah through horah rajdhani express.. There is poor cleaning washrooms in train & quality of food is also poor. I am asking for egg curry but train staff says this is no available. No juice or any liquid juice provided by your staff during evening & moring breakfast. Quality of food is also poor like road type food. Please improve your quality of food. There is fowl smell from washrooms. Train staff not clean washroom during journey. Please do proper action on the boarded staff.

                            I had booked a ticket for Erode on 30/03/2019. The money was deducted from my account but no ticket was issued. I had to rebook the ticket again. I received a note from IRCTC that the amount deducted would be credited back to my account. But so far I have not received the amount. On approaching the bank, I was informed that the money has not been despatched by IRCTC so far. The transaction details are as under:

                                When i log in on irctc. It shows that your user id-aamirri, is disabled. I'm facing this problem since 5 days. Due to this existing problem i can't book any ticket. I had called their customer care also and i follow the procedures they suggested but that can't helped me. And i have no other email id to create a new user id of irctc. So, Please help me regarding this issue as soon as possible.

                                  I had booked my family E-Tickets from Haridwar (HW) to Amritsar (ASR), journey Dt. 19/5/2019. The captioned train's HAUL HAS DELETED BY ISL...(as per message & I had sent SCREEN SHORT AS DEMANDED BY irctc.
                                  I had been adivsed that my TDR filling time is exeeded. Reply to this message I had tried to file ONLINE TDR but, it can not be filled despite of my repeated attempts... On filling TDR the next message appears as NO DETA IS AWAILABLE... I had once agin send an Email on [protected]@irctc.co.in about the problem for ONLINE FILLING TDR. (AS advised).
                                  Further, I am attaching some Email to you for your kind reference & my reply as well.
                                  On DT. 18/5/2019 evening my Status was WL. 33 to 36 (Four E-Tickets).
                                  I had contected through 139 & they have demanded screen short...which I had sent. From helpline No. 139 I was advised to book another tIckets as THE HAULT IS DELETED BY ISL...
                                  SO, I HAD PURCHASE FOUR TICKETS FROM TATKAL SYSTEM FOR SAME JOURNEY Date i.e. 19/5/2019 & travelled from Haridwar to Amritsar.
                                  When ISL has deleted the Hault...& my WL. was from WL 33 to 36 was there on evening Dt. 18/5/2019...means Etickets were not confirmed & Refund must be credited to my respective Account... But, still taday captioned refund amount is not credited in my Account.
                                  Please look in to the matter & do needfull for the same.

                                      In tirupathi railway station, the water vending machines are not working. There are two wvm on platform no 5. But, no use both are not working. There is a complaint helpline no is given. But no one is responding to the call. It was saying that "all the agents are busy, please wait on the call". The irctc help line no [protected] is given on it. But this number is also does not responding. I have waited for more than 10 minutes on the call, but there are not responding to my phone call. Very poor services are giving by indian railway in tirupathi station. It means also security, basic needs for humans to have in station.
