I've booked a sleeper class ticket for Dimapur to Guwahati as on 3 June 2019 with date of journey 14 june 2019 in B.G Express. Rs.1094.74 being deducted from my account but the ticket shows pending from the Bank side.

    In these thirsty hot wave burning weather when only fresh water can be life saving the water point can serve better for those who can not afford packaging water. Fresh pure and cold water should b availed by everyone but most of the place isinstalled water point are not working this is also true for ghaziabad railway station where people came with empty bottle and went back hopelessly with empty. As an aware and informed citizen i must say that this is very much pathetic condition. Moreover provided toll free number for water point are also not working.

    We have used e cattering app for online food delivery.

    Dead food was supplied during journey.

    Though we have limited options we already paid more than actual price.

      This is to inform you that i have cancelled a train ticket on
      12th march 2019 cancellation/refund id : [protected] from
      My irctc user id : ramut88
      Of booking amount rs.2330, for which i have not received any refund yet.
      The refund status in the website shows as refunded on 13th march 2019, but i have not received any amount in my bank account which i have confirmed with my bank officials as well.

      Kindly look into the matter and resolve at the earliest as it has already been over 3 months

      I booked a train ticket in 12658 (Chennai mail) today.
      However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used paytm wallet to pay and payment was successful yesterday only. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.
      I booked a meal which was supposed to be delivered at madgoan station.Dear Athira, Your Order:12283855 is confirmed at MAO on[protected], Train No:12218 Seat No:B3/26 of Amount: Rs 168. Order OTP is 3155.

        I have not received my refund of a cancelled ticket from irctc, after my complain they are saying they have refunded my money on 19 april 2019 but still i have not received it.
        My bank is saying they have not received any refund and now irctc customer care odes not even response me.
        This is very dispointing.
        I want my refund asap

          I have booked (Online) retiring room for sealdah station for 12 hrs on 31.5.19. After searching for more than 1 hour i could not find any retiring room at the station on 1st june, 19. No one, such as tte, rpf or any other railway staff failed to help me. Care taker of 2nd class waiting room says that there is no such retiring room at the station.
          How can it possible?
          Please refund my money.

            I am travelling first time in rajdhani. Train is from bangalore to delhi (22691). My tickets has been booked by my company and i dont knw whether food is included in the tickets or not. Even on printed ticket it is not mentioned. Moreover catering staff also dont told me about that and keep on serving me the food. At the end they come up and say i have to pay the amount. I said you should have told me about this that food is not included and in reply they rudely said that they dont know about it earlier bt since now they knew it so i have to pay the amount. And at the end i have to pay the amount.
            I am very dissatisfied with the service. Even the food they are serving it not something u paid worth for.
            Its better that i would not travel in indian railways again

                I am aditi and i am travelling on train number 20506, ndls dbrt rajdhani express, pnr number [protected], and today i am writing this email on the behalf of all the passengers on board my coach about the food quality and timings.

                When we first boarded the train at 9 am and the journey started at 9:25 am, the water provided to us was boiling hot in the hot delhi water and we were not provided with cold water even after asking for it several times with regular intervals throughout the journey.
                Then at around 10:30am they served us a local drink which was barely cold too, then for 1 hour there was nothing, then at around 12 pm a tasteless soup along with breadsticks and butter. No tea or coffee was provided even after asking for several times before 4pm even though i have my diabetic mother with me who's bp was low and needed coffee along with something salty but still we weren't provided with tea or coffee.

                Around 1:30 the lunch arrived, jeera rice, yellow dal, matar paneer and paratha, everything was tasteless and of worst quality, we couldn't gulp it down our throats and had to leave all the food as it was provided to us.

                At 4 pm we were provided with a sandwich, a kachori and tea/ coffee. The sandwich was the worst sandwich i've ever had! A simple white bread with butter and 4-5 shreds of grated carrots. The kachori too was very oily and of worst quality, the coffee provided was of a brand that i've never heard of and tasted bad, we again had to leave the food and stayed hungry.

                At 8:30 pm, we were again provided with soup with was extra tangy and was impossible to drink without any munchies and the dinner was served at 9 pm, till now all the kids are fast asleep waiting for the food, and then the food arrived, again the worst food! Tasteless rice, yellow dal and mix veg, again we left the food untouched because of the tastes and quality.

                When we are traveling in rajdhani express we expect and want our food to be edible, hygienic and of good quality because we are paying a good amount to get this food, it is not provided to us for free. Earlier the service from rajdhani was amazing and i am so sorry to say that now it has dropped to being the worst with no quality food, no proper timings for providing the food or considering any requests in the time of need.

                If you can't provide us with good and hygenic food then please return our money and don't force us to spend our money on this worst food.

                For now i want a refund for this waste and tasteless food.

                Hope to get a positive reply solving my concern.

                      Dear sir,
                      I who is a senior citizen was helping another senior citizen with his booking to & from ltt to sspn. He is 78 years old and stays alone after having lost his wife, just recovering from depression. The ticket # raised re this issue is 3974750. By mistake due to the unfriendly design of the system senior citizen concession was not applied on the ltt - sspn journey. I am appealing railways to take a humane stand with senior citizens when they do booking & not go by rules book. Kindly persuade them to provide us a with a refund amount after applying the senior citizen concession for this part of the journey. For the sspn-ltt journey we got wiser and got the senior concession. It just needs an empathetic consideration sir! My appeal to them to make the ui more senior citizen friendly is falling on deaf ears.

                        I have booked ticket on irctc with indian bank rupay debit card and the amount debited inr 300 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund.

                          I paid for a reservation via google pay to irctc an amount of rs.2490 on march 9, 2019 with transaction number [protected]. The transaction failed but money was taken from my account. When i contacted irctc, they responded:

                          "please note that txn is a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards irctc. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. If at all the amount was debited and refund (Credit) is not reflecting in your account, kindly send us the complete bank statements (Fromdate of booking to till date) in pdf format to pursue the matter."

                          I sent them the bank statement and they said:
                          "we would like to inform you that your below-enclosed email has been forwarded to the concerned department. You will receive a reply in this regard shortly."

                          I never heard from them. I kept sending requests after requests and every time their response is:

                          "we would like to inform you that we have already forwarded your request to concern department.
                          It may take time so please cooperate us."

                          It is now over two months, and they are not resolving the case.

                            I am travelling in pnbe - indore express and it is 2nd complaint on same travelling day. I bought 1l water bottle worth mrp 15 for ₹20 and a bicano chips (Cream n onion) for ₹ 20 original mrp ₹15 from irctc official seller. When i asked seller why is he selling at higher price, he simply said. I[censored] want this at this price, have it or dont buy it. This shows how permissions of railways dept. Is being misused. It's very regretful that...

                            Sir, the man on vending machine charged me ₹10 for 1.5l water in my container. When i asked him for change, he misbehaved with me as well. Then i called rpf officer on rly. Station. The officer scolded him and his manager. On the officer's pressure, he returned me ₹2. Though i got my refund, but this attitude towards consumer cant be considered good. Please take care to it.

Mvi jqh ticket no[protected] /[protected] /[protected] /[protected] / flight no 9w428 but due to non operation of flights by jet airways i had cancelled my tickets for which i had received confirmed mail from jet airways stating the the refund will be done by middle agent. I. E. (Irctc) its almost a more than a month i have being tracing for refund for almost more than a month still not getting proper picture

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                I have booked retiring room and hotel 1 month back from irctc tourism site.
                                I got a confirmation email from irctc that my tbooking is confirmed but we have to take printout of voucher.
                                For retiring room now if i go to booked history, it is not showing. There is some pnr number but it does not have any details in that pnr.
                                For irctc hotel, nothign is getting displayed.

                                  No refund from irctc of failed tranction
                                  I had booked three ticket on 16 may 2019. The money deducted but ticket not booked, then i contacted irctc they were saying that it will be credited automatically in 3-4 working days. But i have not received any refund.

                                    Address: Indian railways, Dr. Ambedkar nagar, Dist. Indore. Madhya Pradesh.

                                    My parents have booked tickets from dr. Ambedkar nagar to katra on 8th april, 2019 from the railway counter of dr. Ambedkar nagar (Mhow). But the lady booking the ticket was very new and she booked the tickets for wrong date. So she cancelled the ticket and said we would get the refund and we booked another tickets of correct date.

                                    Transaction done was from bank of india account. We have received partial refund but some amount of rs. 3, 798 is still left. Transaction number of bank for this debited amount is medr/wr - mhow /44611/

                                    We have given written complain to bank of india, they are telling us to bring details information from railway and railway is telling that they have send the details. No one is really helping. Please do the needful in this matter.
