I booked a ticket from tumakuru to davangere, for yesvantapur-chandigarh samparkakranti express, and when i opened the irctc app it showed me the availablity of tickets as 63 for chair car so i booked, but later when i tried to check coach position i found that there is no chair car at all, but i got a confirmed ticket from irctc, with pnr, i had a hope that as irctc has shown chair car in their website so it might be there while boarding, even when i contacted irctc about this they said that there will be a chair car, but unfortunately there wasn't any, and they deducted an amount of ₹445 from my account and not refunded also

    I am trying to book tickets via tatkal. When i reach the passenger details page, most of the time i am getting either captcha error or security question failed error, even though i gave right information. Today when i tried to book, i encounter another error, i am not able to see any captcha and getting error while trying to continue. As i was in a hurry to book tickets, i took a quick snap and attaching the picture below. Please take necessary actions. The old website was good as i can at least book tickets.

      I have booked a tatkal ticket on 21st april and cancelled the ticket at the waiting list stage after chart preparation but the refund initiated amount was zero.

      So, i mailed irctc stating my issue and they have raised a ticket at that time.

      Now its almost a month and i am not given with any proper response. I have called the customer care more than thrice and still the same.

      So, i request refund of full amount as soon as possible.

      Till now not getting any response from the IRCTC customer .I have called the customer care more than Five times and still the same.It is almost 40 days completed .Please look in to the issuse and requested to refind the amount asap.
      I have booked pav bhaji n biryani from thali.com panipath.. I was provided with very bad food and instead of ordered food I was provided chapati and bhaji...

            Kindly cancel the tdr filed by mistakenly, pnr: [protected], reference no.: [protected], date :[protected].
            While checking irctc mobile app, app got hanged and due to problem with the touch screen and internet probably tdr was filed wrongly. Kindly cancel the tdr request.
            I have mailed for cancelling the request to [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no such positive response from the customer care.

              I did a booking for 14 jun 2019 on 15 april 2019 in prashanti express but my ticket was not booked and money got deducted i. E. Rs 2650.in failed transaction it shows amount credited to bank in refund status but i have not got my refund.

                I have try to book the train on 4.00 pm 10th May 2019 but just now (4.58 pm) I have receive the OTP. I ever seen this worst service in any other partner . Always Indian GOVT related app or service very worst. If your not good in this then please handover the railways software division to any private parties.

                Even small Ticketnew company providing a great service and system in booking . why you can't?

                  I booked my parcel through INDIAN RAILWAY Parcel on 19-04-19 from SALEM jn to Mathura jn but this parcel gone to New Delhi station also I received call via [protected] for intimation. I went New Delhi railway way station 4 days later, asked my parcel & show Bill ( P 375388) parcel office in all platform office, all said parcel not there & there is no response from railway parcel office.

                    I am using irctc rail connect app for booking train tkts on[protected] for doj of[protected] from dwarapudi to tirupati but the transaction was failed due to some reasons but the money was debited from my sbi debit card after few days they are showing the money is refunded in the bank but still now there is no refund recieved, if we contact irctc many more times they said your problem is forwarded to relevent dept.

                      I am travelling in dbrt rajdhani 12424.
                      We have list of food menu where in
                      1. We should have got welcome drink which we didn't got
                      2. Curd/ mishti doi should be the part of lunch and dinner, but out of 3 meals we got it only 1 time. When questioned about it the staff if only showing his hand to keep quiet.
                      3.in the journey of long 35+ hours, we got only 2 water bottles per person.
                      4. Soup was directly served in disposal glass without soup sticks and butter.
                      5. Soup is being served at 9:40 p. M., is it really a soup time or dinner time?

                          I was traveling from bhopal to bangalore on saturday by yashwantpur weekly express (Train no. 19301).
                          The quality of the food served in this train is soo worst that i could not even have two spoon of it. The co-passangers felt the same (I have to mention this that i was told by one of them to complaint here).
                          The problem with the food was that it was not hot and the half boiled rice and the taste actually it had no taste at all.
                          If of my co-passangers were seen vomiting and going to washroom more often and most of them could not sleep that night..
                          I hope you to take a action on this as soon as possible..

                                      Sub: complaint against the irctc for refund in case connecting train misses

                                      This is to inform you that on 1st april, i had to catch two trains for my journey to mumbai.
                                      I was travelling from bhilwara to ratlam (First train) details of which are as follows: train name: ju indb exp (14801)
                                      Pnr no.: [protected]
                                      Timings : 15:06 to 20:40
                                      Then, i had booking from ratlam to mumbai (Second train) details of which are as follows: train name: jp mmct supfast (12956)
                                      Pnr no.: [protected]
                                      Timings: 21:52 to 7:40
                                      Charges: rs. 1325 + 300 (Agent charges)

                                      My first train i. E train no. 14801 was running late for 2 hrs. And therefore it reached at bhilwara station at 17:00 hrs. Instead of 15:06 i. E 2 hrs late. Due to the first train running late, i missed my connecting train without any fault of mine. Pursuant to which i requested the station master of the ratlam station to connect my ticket with some other train for reaching my destination.

                                      However, my request was refused on the grounds that it was not permissible under law, and i had to purchase a new ticket for my journey from ratlam to mumbai which again costed me rs.1400 + 300 (I. E station ticket) i bring to your attention in the default of services by indian railways or train getting delayed for any reason. How is it a fault of consumer who booked the particular trains keeping in mind the reasonable time gap between both the trains.

                                      On the very same day i called and inquired on 139 for the refund and losses suffered by me. Moreover, i was informed that refund of money would not be made as there is no such rule of refund. I had to take another ticket for the same journey in spite of me having no fault. This is illogical and unfair towards consumer.

                                      There were so many passengers who suffered losses due to the deficiency of service by indian railways and is misusing their monopoly.

                                      This is nothing but misuse of their power and monopoly and forceful situation of paying for another ticket because of no option being left in the midst of journey. This is a fraudulent practice and unfair trade practice of indian railways.

                                      However, when passengers had already paid the amount in advance for the tickets and were not able to catch the train for mumbai due to no fault of their own, despite this, the indian railways did not cooperate with us and we had to buy a new ticket. This conduct of the opposite parties amounts to unfair trade practice.
                                      There are catena of decisions of district and state consumer in our country wherein order was passed in favour of consumer for refund with compensation by indian railways.

                                      Kindly note that i now hereby request for the refund of my entire amount of rs. 1665/- for train that i have missed due to the first train running late..
                                      This is to bring to your notice that they are conducting unfair trade practices under section 2 (1) (R) of the consumer protection act. Consumer protection act gives consumers the right to refund against deficiency of services.

                                      Kindly note if my issue is not resolved within 7 days and if the full amount is not refunded, i reserve my right to file civil/criminal proceeding against indian railways for my losses, harassment and inconvenience seeking higher compensation with the legal costs.

                                        We were travelling from nzm to shahdol, on train chhattisgarh smapark kranti (12824) had 4 seats in a1 coach on seats 37, 38, 20, 22 on 28th of april, one o[censored]s couldnt board due to some official reasons. Tt ashok kumar checked our seats and went away. As we had only one lower seat on our ticket, with us, my elderly mother along our small baby slept on one of our lower seat and we had our seats in another coupe on upper births, left for our respective seats. Around midnight, one of the passenger along with the couch attendent came to her and started shouting at her very badly for leaving her seat immediately, as this seat was sold to another passenger, he started behaving rudely, arguing with her. Other passengers around that seat also raised an objection for shouting at her, as she was sleeping with small baby. Other passengers were concerned. She told them that this seats belonged to us, how come is he asking for that seat. Then, as one of the seat above this lower birth also belonged to us and was vaccant, since one us hadnt board the train was vaccant. My mother and other copassanger was somehow able to convince him to sleep on the upper birth and slove the matter in morning. Morning, when we returned back to our seat, the coppasengers told me what happended in mid night. When we asked to passenger why was he claiming our seat, he told us that tt had aksed him to sleep on our seat. When i asked him for the ticket, he denied showing us the ticket, in sometime, he came back along with a tt, i asked, how did he sold our seat and didnt inform us about selling our seat. He said, its his fundamental right to sell anyones seat to anyone else and no one can question and he need not imform to anybody. I told him, its his moral or ethical duty to atleast inform us, incase, one o[censored]s didnt board, we dont know, which seat belongs to which one us. He wanted to sell the seat, thats fine, but atleast should let us know, becasue rest of the passengers have boarded only except one. But he kept arguing us badly, and shouting in the whole train for about an hour, he kept wandering around us and threatening. He wasnt wearing his tt dress and when i asked him his name, he said ashok kumar. On asking full name, he didnt reveal, since he wasnt wearing his dress on duty. I told, him that i am going to complain this matter to higher authority, he said, complain to whoever you want. We were feeling very disappointed, that one is not safe, even they wont spare an elderly and a small baby for their profit. The seat was sold, the passenger didnt have a valid tciket with him, tt was forcing him to sit on our seat, where we were sitting initially. But later when i asked him for ticket, he ran away and didnt show up. After some time, we had to deboard our train at shahdol. Please note this is a serious note and tt should be tought moral values how to behave with passengers and server their duty rughtfully. Pls find one video i could manage to capture.
