We are travelling from samalkot to berhampur. You are charging 400/- more for the special train. But the thing is that you should provide the basic facilities to the passengers. The concerned coach boy is not providing bedrolls to the customers. Then how the passengers will travel??? His version is he was provided with 150 bedrolls but the passengers are more than 500. Then how can he adjust the same? This is ridiculous. It is showing that how the railways are caring about the passengers basic requirements.
I need an answer to my above issue.

Had booked tkt with pnr [protected] for 26 Apr 2019 for senior citizens age 76 & 70 berts alloted b1 30 upper berth & b1 32 side upper berth train Rajdhani Exp 12433 ticket from Nagpur to H Nizamuddin. Help in getting lower berth.
Railway says they have quota for senior citizens so where are those seats?

    Hi, i've booked 3 tickets for me, my wife having small kids & 70 years old my mother in law who is almost handicap & has acute knee problem and in medical surveillance as well from anvt till siwan. I'm very surprised to see, irctc allotted "side upper births" for all o[censored]s. Three side upper berths as you can guess we can't sit together; we have to be in different sections with our small kids. And how my 70 years old mother in law having acute knee problem and had knee surgery as well in the past will climb up to take her sear? Such a basic requirement, senior citizens have to be allocated lower berths. Not sure what kind of algorithm the booking software is using to allocated side upper seats for senior citizens.

    And i know from my past experience that if i go and book tatkal i will definitely get the lower berths. Ideally, the lower berth preference should be given to people who doing normal booking and not tatkal bookings. Even after so many years, the irctc has not learned this simple basic requirement. Here are the ticket details. Hoping for best & quick respond from you, if not i'll highlight & elevate this issue up to any label.

      Sir, i had booked 01 room for couple on line at chennai retiring room at (Chennai) chennai central railway station for dt. 14/04/19.& 15/04/2019, for irctc ltd had charged rs. 1812/- on dt 12/03/2019. Vide ref no. Of on line payment. Rs. 1812/- thru : inb/[protected]/paytm mob. Solution ltd. From my saving a/c no [protected],
      It was booked for a/c 01 room, double bed for two day when i reached on date[protected], (My pnr no[protected]. From nzm to mas) at about 21-00 hrs, i was shocked & my surprised too that irctc ltd, fraudulently charged rs. 1812/- for on line booking. & i was harassed with my family it was told by retiring room duty staff on reaching at chennai on at about 21-00 hrs dt 14/04/2019 he said that complaint thru. Grievance of irctc ltd cell so, i had neither given any room nor accommodated, any refunded rs. 1812/-

      Henceforth, its requested to please refund my on line booking rs.1812/- thru irctc ltd. & back to my saving a/c no. As above said.

      I had tried to book my ticket but the ticket didn't get booked but failed for 2 times deducting the money of 800/-. Now will my money get refunded back . If so in how many days.

          I have been ringing 139 - no one picks up phone. Made to hold for 3 minutes with incessant ringing - no response. Tried this three times today 26 april at 1414 hr.

          I have linked my adhaar with ir ctc site - yet, i am not being allowed to book ticket on line - getting the message 'exceeded quota of 6 tickets'.

          For PNR no. [protected] Train no.12954 DOJ 31/10/2017NZM-BCT cancellation amount of Rs.3895 vide cancellation ID [protected] cancelled on 06/10/2017 still not received in my account despite many complaints . My bank has confirmed twice in writing that no such transaction has been credited to my account on account of IRCTC refund till date.
          PNR No.[protected], I canceled my ticket on 07.04.2019, but still after 13 days refund is not credited to my account. i send many emails (with bank statement) to irctc regarding this…but no action is taken by IRCTC

              I have booked a ticket and the train was 18 hours delayed. Is it a kind of joke? Who is going to travel when the train is 18 hours delayed.?

                On 8th april, i was trying to book a train ticket and i paid using phonepe app bank of baroda upi. The transaction was failed 3 times but money got deducted every time. For 2 of the transaction, i have got the refund, but for one of the transaction, i haven't got the refund yet.

                I have contacted phonepe and they are saying that they have successfully credited the amount to irctc. But irctc is saying they have got money for only 2 transactions and they have provided a refund for that.

                Below is the utr number[protected] for which the transaction was failed and ticket was not booked but still i haven't got the refund.

                Please help me as it's been more than 15 days.

On irctc website it shows tht it has been refunded to zackpay pg ref no - zp58612c87e3e32 (Block letter).. An amount of 820. But i havent got any amount in my bank. Itz already been 15day and still i havent got my money plz refund my money to my ac.. Urgently..

                          I had booked a ticket from KrishnarajaPuram to Pune scheduled on 30/03/2019. The PNR No. alloted to me was [protected] for train No 16332 but on that scheduled date the route of the train was diverted so I couldn't board the train. I had to cancel my trip. The TDR for the same was filed on the IRCTC site by default. Hence refund was expected in the bank but I did not receive any refund as on date. So please look into the matter and help me get the refund.

                            I booked tickets for train no. 12315 Annanya express, my PNR is [protected] .The train was late for more than 5 hrs so i tries to cancel the ticket but that menu was not available. I filed TDR but it shows that CR repudiate. This was not very good. I have to travel 2 hr to get to station and trains are not very frequent to my destination. This was very unprofessional from railways, the train was late not me. I want the refunds as they are in criteria of the Indian Railways to refund the total amount If the train is late for more than 3 hrs.

                              I booked a tatkal ticket (Pnr number - [protected]) on 19/12/2018.

                              Since the train was late for more than 3 hours, i filed a tdr with irctc. There is a policy of 90 days of filing tdr during which amount gets refunded. But in my case its more than 120 days since i raised tdr.
                              I contacted irctc they said when the tdr will be processed they will credit the amount in my account.
                              I havent received my money back. Kindly look into this matter.

                                  I applied for online ticket booking from my own irctc account on 22.04.2019 from asansol (Asn) to katpadi (Kpd) in 3-tier ac. I paid an amount of rs.3770/- through credit/debit card/upi (Powered by irctc).
                                  The said ticket is not booked but an amount of rs.3770/- is debited from my bank a/c no.[protected] (Bank of maharashtra).
                                  Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest please.

                                    Sir is there any issues to hold so long . Please make refund my amount as soon as possible
                                    On date 11th April 2019 my booking train tickets was failed due to error in irctc website from delhi to salem . But amount of rs 2145.49 was deducted till now money not refunded .

                                    I have cancelled my 2AC ticket last Saturday. In the irctc app, the status is showing as money is REFUNDED. But in my bank account, money is not credited. How can I get my money back? Help me out from this situation.

                                      I had booked a retiring room (Single room with ac) at secunderabad station on 22/04/2019 for a stay from 24/04/2019 to 25/04/2019. An amount of rs 879/- was deducted from my account but i haven't received any confirmation message.in fact, the webpage threw an error message saying failed transaction. But the amount was deducted. The pnr no. Of the passenger is [protected]. Please treat this as a priority since the passenger is a 66-year-old person

                                      I tried to book tickets via irctc app but I got an issues as PENDING FROM BACKEBACKEND but my money have been deducted

                                        I booked train from ajmer to bhopal but my booking is still pending and from my credit cart money is already detected more then ₹500 payment id is 2m7atc3pqbpg28q4gg
                                        I hope my money will be refunded with 1 day or my booking initially no more pending.

                                        Trying to book tatkal ticket for the last 3 days, When I click on Check Availability and Fare, it giving error each time,
                                        "Error, Unable to Perform this transaction, Pease try again later"
                                        this issue is preventing booking during tatkal booking time
