    Dear sir/madam, i had booked a ticket from muzaffarpur jn. (Mfp) to new delhi (Ndls) journey date[protected], but the train got late from more than 10 hours. I had filed the tdr on the next day in midnighy at 29-april-2019 00:53:05hrs. The status of tdr showing tdr entered. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filled the tdr. Please help me on this matter. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours and passengers not traveling pnr: [protected] transaction id: [protected] date of journey: 28/04/2019 ticket amount: 980.00 tdr filing date: 29-april-2019 00:53:05 hrs. Tdr zone: northern railway (Nr) reason for tdr filled: train delayed more than 3 hours and passengers not traveling.

        I want to logged the complain for catering contractor of vikramahila express 12367 dated 2nd may 2019 as i am travelling with this train and taken one cup of tea and he surved it to me with only boil water & tea pouch, tea quality is too bad now i would request you to take adequate action against the same.           I was trying to book a ticket from hajipur to asansol on 24th march 2019 and trying to make payment through phonepe. Amount was deducted from my account but ticket was not confirmed. Now its been more than a month and i already raised a complained to irctc about my refund but i am not getting any response from them. I talked to phonepe executives also and they told me transaction was successful from their side and asked me to contact irctc.

            Hi sir/ madam,
            I booked ticket from indian railway catering & tourism corporation (Irctc) website airlines jet airways. They said we cannot conform you when you can get as we will receive from airline we will return it you so my question is how many more days i want to wait for that. Because i want to book new ticket i want my cash back. Kindly solve my problem thanks.

              Sir/ madam,
              The rules of online ticketing are very unfair. Why a person who had done ticket booking online and the ticket is in waiting list, can't travel in the train even if there is availability of seats in train, and a person who had purchased ticket from counter and ticket is in waiting list can travel in the train even if there are no seats in train.
              This is really unfair, why a regular traveller should face this problem.

                I was travelling on 30/04/2019 by mahakaushal train no 12189 in b2 coach seat no 8. When i reached agra railway station my bag was stolen by thief.. I dont know how but i was alone with my two kids. Really it was really unsafe for me and for my small kids. Two unknown lady entered and suddenly disappeared.. Service of train is very poor and unsafe. Please help us and take necessary a ction to thief and service provider.

                  How there can be change in my booking status...

                      I tried to booked tickets for four people on 28th april for 29th April. Unfortunately my amount is deducted from irctc app but my ticket were not booked dye to some server error.. As i tried to contact irctc customer care people but there us no any response from them.. Amount is still not reflected in same account.. Nobody is giving me a proper response. Its a request to do please something on behalf of my payment Rs 646
                      What should i do now...?

                        To AGC for JBP ATARI SPL (01707) express on 17th APR,

                          I booked a train ticket on 22 january 2019 from gwalior to ahmedabad through irctc site but ticket was not booked and money was deducted from my bank account. I registered so many complaint in irctc customer care centre through email but they didn't response yet.

                          They said mailed at [protected]@irctc.co.in with transaction i'd and bank statement from date of booking to present date. I mailed all the necessary required information but they didn't response me yet.
                          My latest complaint ticket i'd was generated on 4 april : 3527248
                          I attached here some document
                          1. Latest complained mail snapshot.
                          2. Snapshot of bank statement on 22 jan money was deducted.
                          Please help me now 4 month completed but i didn't get my money. Pls

                              Luggage torn by rats in the ac compartment of kutch express train and this has happened again and again. Unnecessarily the luggage is damaged due to the lack of hygiene and cleanliness by the indian railway. Proper cleaning of the coaches and other items like blankets and pillow covers need to be taken care of. But first more importantly the damage done by rats needs to be addressed.

                                On 28th april i was trying to book tatkal ticket from mumbai to vadodara by vadodara express (12927)
                                Don't know why while booking ticket price of ticket deduced fro
                                My bank account but it was started showing some error. Again i tried then again similar thing happend.
                                So total 370.49 + 370.49=741.00 rupees deducted from my bank.
                                I m demanding to irtc to plz refund my amount as early as possible

                                    We are travelling from samalkot to berhampur. You are charging 400/- more for the special train. But the thing is that you should provide the basic facilities to the passengers. The concerned coach boy is not providing bedrolls to the customers. Then how the passengers will travel??? His version is he was provided with 150 bedrolls but the passengers are more than 500. Then how can he adjust the same? This is ridiculous. It is showing that how the railways are caring about the passengers basic requirements.
                                    I need an answer to my above issue.

                                    Railway says they have quota for senior citizens so where are those seats?

                                      Hi, i've booked 3 tickets for me, my wife having small kids & 70 years old my mother in law who is almost handicap & has acute knee problem and in medical surveillance as well from anvt till siwan. I'm very surprised to see, irctc allotted "side upper births" for all o[censored]s. Three side upper berths as you can guess we can't sit together; we have to be in different sections with our small kids. And how my 70 years old mother in law having acute knee problem and had knee surgery as well in the past will climb up to take her sear? Such a basic requirement, senior citizens have to be allocated lower berths. Not sure what kind of algorithm the booking software is using to allocated side upper seats for senior citizens.

                                      And i know from my past experience that if i go and book tatkal i will definitely get the lower berths. Ideally, the lower berth preference should be given to people who doing normal booking and not tatkal bookings. Even after so many years, the irctc has not learned this simple basic requirement. Here are the ticket details. Hoping for best & quick respond from you, if not i'll highlight & elevate this issue up to any label.

                                        Sir, i had booked 01 room for couple on line at chennai retiring room at (Chennai) chennai central railway station for dt. 14/04/19.& 15/04/2019, for irctc ltd had charged rs. 1812/- on dt 12/03/2019. Vide ref no. Of on line payment. Rs. 1812/- thru : inb/[protected]/paytm mob. Solution ltd. From my saving a/c no [protected],
                                        It was booked for a/c 01 room, double bed for two day when i reached on date[protected], (My pnr no[protected]. From nzm to mas) at about 21-00 hrs, i was shocked & my surprised too that irctc ltd, fraudulently charged rs. 1812/- for on line booking. & i was harassed with my family it was told by retiring room duty staff on reaching at chennai on at about 21-00 hrs dt 14/04/2019 he said that complaint thru. Grievance of irctc ltd cell so, i had neither given any room nor accommodated, any refunded rs. 1812/-

                                        Henceforth, its requested to please refund my on line booking rs.1812/- thru irctc ltd. & back to my saving a/c no. As above said.
