    I had booked a ticket on 05-04-19 but the transaction had failed... The money got deducted but still havent received it back yet... I used debit card.. Its been 15 days till now... The refund status shows pending from bank end and no reaponse from bank... I had booked two tickets simultaneuosly and now cant find which one was the transaction in which the money got deducted.. I am posting the screenshot of the two transactions here.. And the message that the money got deducted.. There is no transaction id on bank passbook too.. Please help

      I booked ticket from raiwala to varanasi on april 7 for the train number 14266 dehradun in varanasi on 22nd march but after knowing that the train has been canceled by april 15, i canceled the ticket on april 5, the refund amount has not yet come to my account
      Pnr of booked ticket the numbers are like this - (1) [protected], (2) [protected]
      My refunded amount is rs.1010 for pnr no.-[protected]
      And rs. 825 for pnr no.-[protected]

          I have tried to book the irctc online tatkal tickets from hospet to bangalore withe irctc transaction no: [protected].
          Amount 770.98 is deducted from bank with upi/[protected]/irctc train tic/razorpa, but i ticket is not issued and irctc transaction status is showing as "pending from bank end".
          Irctc is not updating the concern immediately as it's tatkal ticket and based on this we can't plan for alternate transportation.

            I had booked two tickets with wl 21 and wl 22. One was confirmed but the other one turned out to be rac. This is the consecutive second day and still i have not got the seat. This is a worst situation to face. Even after paying for the two tickets nd having a rac seat before the journey starts, i haven't got a seat. This problem needs to be solved as early as it could be. People don't pay the required amount of an a-class compartment to struggle for the whole journey. My pnr number being [protected]. Train from adi to tata. Seats booked for a a-class compartment.

              I booked tickets via tatkal quota on irctc but unfortunate it goes under waiting list and not confirmed till end, so it went to cancelled as per rule and irctc proceed for refund on 8th-apr'19 for the same.
              It has been 10-11 days passed but no kind of refund i received into my bank account.
              Pls hepl me, details are given below.

                Non refund of amount against transaction i/d: [protected] dated-10/04/2019 & transaction i/d: [protected] dated-10/04/2019
                In spite of repeated requests & reminders i have not yet get the refund against the failed transactions noted above. Your system has deducted the money from my bank account but tickets not booked and money not yet refunded. Payment status showing "pending from bank end" failure reason "no response from bank" bank name"pay u money" and amount debited from my bank account rs-1165/= & rs-630/= on same date i. E. On[protected]. Though your failed transaction history reflecting the reason pending from bank end.
                My user i/d: bose_bapi
                I repeatedly inform the matter before you, and my earlier ticket i/d : 3621556. On yesterday mr. Shuvam swami asked me that txn was settlement failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards irctc. Hence my question is where the money has gone against the above noted failed transactions. I have enclosed the bank statement from date of booking to till date as desired by your office.

                  I booked a railway tatkal ticket from irctc on 10 april 2019 from chandrapur to kanpur in train no. 15024 for 12 april 2019, but got waiting ticket so i cancelled my ticket. According to the refund rule on the cancel ticket of irctc, refund money should be credit into my bank account within 72 hours on ticket cancellation but i haven't get.

                    This is to bring to your notice that i was charged rs.80/- for an egg biriyani and rs. 120 for chicken biriyani. As per my knowledge i understand that the rate for egg biriyani is rs.30 and chicken biriyani should only cost rs.40. I request you to take necessary action as this is absolute day light robbery!!

                      Today on 18th april-2019 after log-in to irctc account and after following steps of "from - to" date of journey etc and on clicking "check availability & fare" it appears "unable to perform this transaction, please try later" and thus unable to book the ticket. Checked again again but the same message appears.

                      Kindly help and sort out.

                        I traveled from ahmadabad to bangalore via adi ypr exp - 16501 on[protected]. I had to get my bike and dog moved through train parcel services. I religiously went to the ahmadabad main station for the last three days to make a booking for the bike and pet, the local authorities denied asking me to come 2 hours prior to the departure of train and make the booking. I even carried my confirmed ticket along with all the bike and pet documents needed for transportation.

                        However on the day of journey i reached the station at 2.30 pm (My train departs at 6.40 pm) the authorities claimed i was late and the asked the brokers to step in to pack it immediately. Inspite of my repeated requests from the authorities the officers paid no attention and rather let only the brokers (Non working staff) to close the deal. Also they said on the lday of my journey that the train has no dog box and the animal cannot accompany me in my train.

                        Later i paid a sum of rs.4500 and received a bill of rs.2120. The rest money was paid to the officers in the parcel office. I was very dissatisfied with the whole reckless and intentional behavior of the officials involved. Even the brokers act like hooligans and the authorities have no issues at all.

                        I wish to complain on the below mentioned points :

                        1. Make the parcel office free of outside brokers who disrupt the whole process. They are more in number and are intimidating.
                        2. Take strict action on the officers in duty who collaborated with the brokers in looting (I was ready with all the documents 3 days prior to travel but was denied booking by the officers) the travellers.
                        Time - 2.30 pm date:[protected]. They denied giving their names.
                        3. Unavailability of options to book a dog box online. I have to move my pet through paid services that cost me rs.11, 000 now.

                        I request you to look into this issue and resolve the issue at the earliest. Else expect me to go on social media tagging the railway minister and authorities. I attach a copy of my receipt for your reference.

                          Application regards Ticket Id:-3485050 till date not resolved by concerned zonal railway and customer care and not refunded the claim amount and given false statements against claim reason so I requested to concerned zonal officer to review and recheck my mail from [protected]@gmail.com and solve the issue as soon as possible otherwise I m going to post the reason to railway minister by the help of Twitter.

                            This is to inform you that I was booked a ticket through IRCTC website for DOJ[protected] on dated[protected] but when I was reached at platform on dated 12-02-19 to avail journey then found that particular coach (AC CHAIR CAR) not attached with train no. 15111.
                            Then I was filled TDR on same day on same time but still I have not received any response from your side as well as still not received my refund amount in my account.

                            Above all facts I have already shared many times to Irctc directly but every time they are only says that I have not filled TDR before 04 hours of scheduled departure.
                            How can I filled TDR before 04 hours of scheduled departure in above detailed situation .

                            So, request to you please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                              I have booked a ticket with pnr [protected] from bgs to pnbe but the train (12567 on 9th april) was cancelled (Shorted at barauni)... But irctc is telling that train was not terminated and not giving any proof.
                              I have the proof which clearly shows that train was terminated at barauni junction.
                              I have contacted irctc many times.. Now they are also not responding properly they even can't reply with proper reasons

                                I faced the below mentioned issue on two adjacent days. While trying for tatkal, I could login successfully at 1045 and could see Available-288# till 1055. But when reloading again after 1055, the same page throws error This error popup will be gone once the tatkal tickets are in the waiting list. IRCTC is again facing issues as it had before and booking tatkal is going be like worst old days. Authorities please look into this.

                                  Trying to book tatkal ticket, yesterday and today, if i tap on check availability and fare, it giving error each time, unable to perform this transaction, pease try again later. What kind of service irctc is providing... And what is the reason for such shameful service. Bunch of ads are showing while booking ticket. What is the solution for the error. Let me know as i need to book tickets asap.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I, Amit agarwal have booked one
                                    train tickets in sleeper (SL) for Amit agarwal from sujangarh
                                    (Sujh) to Newbongaigaon (nbq) on dated : 3.03.2019 in “waiting GNWL38/19”
                                    through IRCTC Website with PNR No. [protected] & Transaction ID :
                                    [Protect] in Train No./Name : 15623/BGKT KYQ EXP on I get paid amount of
                                    Rs. 740/- online through paytm upi. After booking we get waiting WL19 in
                                    tickets and then when travell date 9.4.19 when I see I got RACS6/39 BERTH AFTER CHART PREPARED
                                    As
                                    soon as I got these confirmed RAC tickets we observed that we can’t travel in RAC ticket because my ticket is not fully confirm
                                    I decide to
                                    cancel these tickets. When I start process to cancel the ticket same time
                                    then IRCTC websites shows that “You can’t cancel ticket after chart prepared . After that I will try to cancel the ticket again after final chart prepared but I was failed to cancel this ticket so I have file TDR at
                                    17:22:30 am on 9.04.2019 vide TDR No. [protected]. With remarks that
                                    “ Passengers Not Travelled due to ticket is in RAC”. Sir/Madam, I got mail from
                                    “[protected]@irctc.co.in” on dt. 16.4.19 with subject “TDR Request
                                    Repudiated Through EDR/ECRS” and Reason for Repudiation/rejection:, ”AS PER
                                    CHART, PASSENGER HAS TRAVELLED” Sir/Madam, I am requesting you please look
                                    into the matter deeply and investigate the same on personal level to find
                                    out the realty. You may check verify from CCTV footage or other proof as per
                                    your convenience. This is the question to think that, If I travelled in
                                    train as per chart then what is need for me to cancel ticket or file TDR? I
                                    think, statement/chart forward to Railway Deptt.by concern TT of that train
                                    was wrong. He provide these seats to another un-authorized passengers and
                                    fare for the same tickets put in their pocket. Sir/Madam, I understand and
                                    respect the rules and regulations of Indian Railways but this is also matter
                                    or realty and faith. This is not a matter of only Rs. 740 /- and i will
                                    never become rich with this money but due to false statement of some
                                    employees (TT) railway, many passengers/public are looted by them and hurt
                                    their feelings, loose faith from Railways as will as our country government.
                                    I am attaching herewith train ticket & tdr for your ready reference. I hope
                                    that you will understand my feelings and matter and work on this point
                                    seriously and personally. Looking forward positive response.

                                      I have been trying to cancel the ticket from irctc website but getting "unable to perform transaction, please try later.[protected]".

                                      I have been trying to cancel this for more than 6 hours but getting the same error, it's more than 40 hours left for train departure.
