Sir, I tried to book railway reservation tickets through irctc online e-ticketing facility on 15 nov 2018. During the booking process due to network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. When i cheked my account balance my balance is showing less amount by rs 1040/-. I request you to kindly look in to the issue and debit back my amount to my account. Why IRCTC website hangup at the time (10:00 AM & 11:00 AM) of Tatkal Ticket open ? I have face this issue many time .
