Recently I booked my ticked from an agent who claimed himself as licensed IRCT agent who is authorized to book e-ticked. He booked a false ticket for Jan Shatabdi from Kota to Nizammuddin which the TC did not accepted on journey and I had to pay fine of double the price of the ticket. I want to take legal action against this agent who fakes innocent students on the name of tatkal e-ticket....
