Time table, Pantry car

Online information and services from Indian Railways has been improved a lot in last few years. But it is very unfortunate that most of the divisions of Indin railways does not have on line time table for their subarban trains which is a real necessity for daily passengers. Hope Indian railways will soon publish online suberban train time table.

Car Parking Charges

Dear Sir,
Car Parking charges at Vadodara Railway Station is very high. Rs. 25 charged for 4 hours as Normal & Premium parking. Earlier there was 2 type parking charges. One Normal with charge of Rs. 10 & other Permium parking of Rs. 20. Now the normal charges has been taken away and a hefty parking charge of Rs. 25 levied for parking.

Please let us know if there is any resource to this & to whom do we...

less room in 3 AC

Dear all, Now our rail Mnstr s reducing facility &that too without reducing fare.

recently I experienced less room is there in 3AC as our intelligent railway dept has increased the number of berth from 8 to 9 in 3AC coupe, even there is no room to lie down comfortably.

Bike booked thru parcel service not delivered even after 15 days.

Hi,

I have booked a parcel (A Hero Honda splendor) thru railways parcel service on 28th April 2008. (Bill number B 576493) at Pune Railway station. It was to send from Pune to Chennai.

COMPLAINT AGAINST TTE AND SPECIAL SQUAD

Sir/Madam,

I am addressing to your office as I couldn't find any mail id at WCR website.

After having suffered many a times I am writing for your kind intervention to stop suffering of the unemployed youths who travel for their interviews etc. and are not in a way to Bribe the TTE for the Berth allotment.

Miss management at AC coaches

In all the pantry cars of Indian railway pantry car ,they are nit providing biscuit with tea.The qulity of food is aldo extremely bad....

Non refund money of e-ticket

Due to wrong information provided by inquiry counter about the departure platform for the train no: 403 A on 12 th of August we have missed the train. We were told that train will depart from platform number 10 and it departed from no: 11. Display board on platform no: 10 displayed train no: 403 A even after an hour of departure of train from the train from platform no:11.

Dirty bedding

I have been travelling regularly by Dehra Dun AC special - leaving from NZM to Dehra Dun at 11 PM. Dirty bedding is being regularly provided on this train and no action is being taken. On complaints - TT clains that it is private suppliers and on asking for complaint book it is said that it will be provided later. Kindly look into this problem and arrange for a clean bedding....

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a UTS app user from the last 3 year. I based on Kolkata and travel regularly in a local train Subhas Gram to Sealdha. Last 24th April'25 I have book season ticket from UTS app for 1 month . The booking history also available on my phone but the ticket not being found in season ticket options. Now checker charged me penalty.

I have attached the booking details and penalty papers. I need quick resolve my problem.

    I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against the rejection of my TDR filed for PNR [protected] under extremely unfair and unreasonable grounds.

    🔹 Journey & TDR Details:
    PNR: [protected]

    Train: 09628 – SUR AII SF SPL

    Journey Date: 17/04/2025

    Boarding Station: UDHNA (UDN)

    Passengers: DEEPIKA (F, Age 34), HARSHAL (M, Age 9)

    Class: 3A (RAC 29, 30 – Seats B1 11, B1 14)

    TDR Filed: 18/04/2025

    Reason: Train running late by 10 hours, and train did not stop at UDHNA station, making it impossible to board

    Despite the passengers waiting at the station for several hours, the train did not stop at the scheduled boarding point, and hence, they could not board. I filed a TDR immediately after confirming the train passed without halting, yet it was rejected stating “TDR not filed within 3 hours of train departure”.

    This is completely unreasonable — how could I file the TDR before the scheduled departure when the train was running 10 hours late and didn't stop at the boarding point? I respectfully request a re-evaluation of this case and request a full refund, as per railway rules and basic fairness.

      I tried recharging my R wallet 3 times yesterday i.e. on 03/04/2025 and once today i.e. on 04/04/2025. Money got debited from my account but wallet did not recharge.
      Today I even tried booking my season pass for 1 month but the same thing happened and my pass was not issued.
      Because of the above failed transaction I have lost 1015 Rs and do not have money to buy further tickets.
      I called the customer care and they told that the money will be refunded within 5-7 working days but the issue is that I have been left with a single digit account balance and wont be able to book any further ticket until and unless i dont get the amount refunded.
      Please give me an assurance that I will not be troubled in case of ticketless travelling for the next 5-7 working days until my account is refunded as the issue was with the application.
      I tried booking the ticket as a responsible traveller but the UTS application issues had made me helpless and no option is left for me.

        Recently my TDR claim has been repudiated, showing the status to be- "EDR REPUDIATE" regarding my booking of ticket for ANVT SRC SF EXP (22858) PNR: [protected]. However, I would like to clarify a few points regarding my TDR submission:

        The train on 05 February 2025 was delayed by more than 3 hours during departure from source station, preventing me from travelling. The actual departure time from my boarding station, i.e., DD UPADHYAYA JN, was at 02:25 am. I have filed the TDR at 18:18, which is as per the CLAUSE 7 & 8 of Cancellation and Refund Rules for IRCTC Trains https://contents.irctc.co.in/en/CancellationRulesforIRCTCTrain.pdf.

        I am clearly eligible for a refund with respect to Indian Railways Refund Rules and I had filed the original TDR before the actual departure of the train from the boarding station and the train was delayed by more than 3 hours during its actual departure from source station.

        Please do the needful and provide the refund.

              Harassment of hijras when I was traveling towards Bangalore from Dharmavaram by Karnataka express 12628.
              During my journey to bangalore more than three times a group of eunuch/hijras got into the train and started abusing people and demanded money. If anyone refused to give money they started threatening people with abusive words and with their actions. They forcefully demanded money. When I refused to give they molested me in very dirty manner and even they took some of my things and going away demanding the money for returning my things.
              One group got into train in Penukonda, another group in Hindupur and in Yelahanka at last.
              Please take strict action against these people they are making lot of disturbance and creating fear in people to take journey in trains.hijras in trains

                  This is happening at Chennai Alandur Railway gate (Closed now - It was named locally as Nidhi School level crossing). The gate is completely not closed and opened for people to cross the tracks. The wall was broken by some illegal people and selling drugs in the night on the track side. It should be closed completely by the authority to restrict the illegal people to enter into track side and do illegal acts.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked two tickets from LTT to NGP in train no. 12101, journey date 08 Jul 24 at 2035hrs, but the train got late from more than 06 hours. As per SMS received from IRCTC new time for departure of train was 0330 hrs on 09 Jul 24. After that I had filed the TDR on the same day at 08 Jul 24 at 2034 hrs. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have to filled the TDR. Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. I have attached screenshot of text message received from IRCTC regarding delay of train departure.

                      With increasing railway commuters the 1 st class coach for ladies which is in existence is quite insufficient for 2 reasons 1st 1st class passengers have increased and secondly this compartment is in connection with second class ladies compartment and as a result all second class commuters get into 1 st class compartment and block it. so much to that extent the 1 st class passengers are not able to enter it or have seats.
                      i am a first class ladies commuter and i am experiencing this difficulty with all other fellow ladies passengers.
                      so its our humble request to the railways to allocate 1 fully boggy of first class ladies in all the trains and that too away from second class ladies compartment so that our travell becomes easier and we get the facility as per our payment for 1 st class.
                      railways have increased the local train coaches from 9/12 and 15 coaches respectively all for 2 nd class ladies travellers. nothing has been done for 1st class ladies travellers.
                      kindly look into this matter urgently and increase the necessary ist class coaches for ladies travellers and oblige.
