Dear Sir,
I had to travel from Agra to Chandigarh in the date 11.july.2023 in Madurai Chandigarh Express 12687 (PNR [protected]). The train was short terminated on that date and did not reach at the destination. I filled TDR for the same but yesterday I received the mail for repudiated. why cant I get My money if the train was not reaching the destination....

The KR Puram platform ticket checking is looting from railway officials. To get the ticket, one must go to Platform 1 or the end of Platform 4. Also, there are no clear signboards indicating where to get these tickets.

The Condition of Paid AC LOUNGE at Muzaffarpur Railway Station is Extremely Poor. The Sofas are so bad that nobody can sit on it. Very dirty also. The beds also very dirty. Only one AC is working.
