I had a confirmed ticket of 4 passengers in Bagh express train no: 13020 which we were to board the train at 6:10am from Lucknow NR Station. But when we reached the station we got to know that train is late by 3 hrs 36 mins so I filed a tdr according to the refund rules that if the train is late more than 3 hrs and you did not board the train you can get a full refund. So I filed the tdr 3 hours before stating the correct reason. That train arrived at 9:54am and was actually late more than 3 hrs and we did not board the train. Despite of all the reasons my tdr was repudiated stating delay in it which is wrong. I am suppose to get my refund I don't know what else to do.

    On 31/8/2023 boarded 13329, at Dhanbad first AC coach H1 - D 11 & 12. AC was not working. It started 5 minutes before departure. Toilets were very Dirty. No Liquid Soap, No Toilet paper. Jet was clogged. No wash basin outside toilets, in the passage.

      We have 4 reservation seats in the coach D11 in Taj express dated 30th Aug 2023 . We have reached the station 7 am and train timings was of 7:26 am . When the train arrived it was unbelievably overcrowded. We tried with our full potential to board the train but it wasn't possible to board the train . Reservation coaches was full with the non reserved passengers . I don't know why TT was allowing the people without reservation to travel. When the train started, there was a TT at his coach whom I asked to stop the train by giving signal but he blamed us that we don't know how to board a train . It was very unfortunate to hear this out that we have to first get trained for boarding the train . It means you shouldn't have tickets to reach your destination instead you should how to hang on doors and windows to reach the destination.

        Frm BAM to HWH, but we get the message PLEASE NOTE:T.NO.12704 FROM SC TO HWH EXPR.LEAVING SECUNDERABAD ON 21.08.23 IS PARTIALLY CANCELLED BETWEEN BRAHMAPUR AND HOWRAH STATIONS. We filed TDR on 21.08.23 at 9 pm but got rejected with the message- Reason for Repudiation/rejection: Invalid TDR Timestmap : PARTIAL. Why did we get rejection? Refund the money as soon as possible.

            I was thrown off from Palamu Express (from PNBE to PTRU) today (21.08.2023) by TTE. I am a doctor from Patna Medical College Hospital (PMCH). While, I was seating on my birth TTE on duty has behaved badly and also insulted me in front of all people. When I protested, he did not accept his mistake and latter on he started making many excuses.

                Request for Halting of Trains

                I kindly request the Ministry of Railways to halt the 20833/20834 Vande Bharat Express at Anakapalli(AKP) station for just 1 Minute as there are n number of passengers to board the train if it will be given halt at akp and Anakapalle is a District head quarter and a big town and there are many passengers from near by areas like chodavaram, narsipatnam, yelamanchili, paderu can board and travel to their respective destinations.

                    Charged me Wrongly & Forcefully

                    We board the train from Dadar to Neral, at Dadar station we booked the RETURN train ticket from UTS (paper&travel), but due to technical glitch in ATVM machine we didn't get the print of the ticket & the money was deducted from my account (RWALLET-Rs.80).
                    We also went to couple of ticket counter @ Dadar station to get the ticket print, but even there they were not able to give the print.

                    Respected sir,

                    As i mentioned in my earlier complaint/suggestion also. i have booked a ticket on 23rd July, 2023 (PNR[protected] from Dibrugarh to New Delhi 2AC costing 5300. incl(dynamic charges) which applies after 10% booking and increases.. when i book ticket and earlier complaint date the dynamic charges applied whereas the tickets much of that were not booked and in other dates too where the seats are less than 10 NOv 2023 the fare is 4585.. here i am unable to upload all the images but i have taken screen shots of all.. its clear cut case of either wrongly enhance the price or cheating.. I request you to please look into the matter and excess amount charges from me should be refunded to me..

                    Already written to IRCTC, RAIL MADAD and their msgd at their mobile number i.e. [protected]. but no response. surprisingly there is no mail id or number too there where we can complain also..

                      Dear Sirs

                      We (me, my wife, son, and daughter) are permanent residents of Trinidad and Tobago, which is situated in the Caribbean (North America). We are currently on a tour of Char Dham Yatra (Visiting four sacred places).

                      Our second train was from Dehradun to Varanasi Train No-12370 (PNR No. [protected]) on 13th July 2023 at 22.05. We received a text message at 19.32 PM that the train was terminated at Haridwar due to inclement weather and would commence from there.

                      Due to Shivraatri and millions of devotees in Haridwar, the vehicular access to Haridwar was closed, and the railway station was only accessible by walking approximately 10-12 kilometers.

                      We decided to board the train from Laksar station and took a taxi to Lakasr. Once we reached nearby, we realized that the convoy of Shiv devotees also crowded the road heading to Laksar. We walked approximately four kilometers and reached the city only to realize that Laksar railway station was flooded from all its surrounding accesses and was inaccessible.

                      We walked back to the place and took a taxi to Moradabad. While in the taxi, we noticed online that the train left from Haridwar at 00.01 AM. We reached Moradabad around 03.30 AM, but the train did not cross the Laksar Station.

                      The train arrived at Moradabad Station at 9.20 AM; until then, we were in paid waiting room. We board the train, only to realize that TTE sold our seats to some other passengers. We had four seats 13, 14, 15, and 16. Upon stressing that he cannot assign our seats to someone in extremely exceptional cases where the stations before Moradabad were inaccessible, he relocated two passengers from seats 15 and 16 to another coach.

                      Four o[censored]s traveled from Moradabad to Lucknow on seats 15 and 16. When we arrived at Lucknow, two passengers appeared with the ticket on these two seats. We gave one seat to them as one of them was an elderly sick person. From Lucknow to Varanasi, four o[censored]s traveled on one seat, 15. We were very uncomfortable during our whole journey and could not rest/sleep.

                      Also, the train arrived at Varanashi more than nine hours late than scheduled, we had pre-bookings for Puja/Artee in the evening, and all the money went into vain.

                      After facing so much trouble and spending so much more money on taxis, all of the trouble we faced was due to only a corrupt TTE. The train left at 00.01 AM from Haridwar and crossed the Laksar station over six hours later. It appears the train could not cross the flooded areas at night and crossed the flooded areas in the daylight. Meanwhile, the TTE sold our seats to other passengers while the train was not moving.

                      Therefore, we demand a refund of the fare from Dehradun to Moradabad and a refund for two passengers’ seat bookings. We also demand punishment for the corrupt TTE. I am available on Whatsapp on my foreign phone at +[protected] and on temporary local phones at [protected]. I am also willing to appear for evidence via any virtual mode of communication.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I had to travel from Agra to Chandigarh in the date 11.july.2023 in Madurai Chandigarh Express 12687 (PNR [protected]). The train was short terminated on that date and did not reach at the destination.                               I have booked ticket from Jammu to New Delhi from Jammu Tawi with my two kids on date 9th July 2023 having train number 12752 with PNR no [protected]. The train is delayed more than 6 hours from Jammu Tawi so i wait till 11 AM and other trains depart. I have to catch another Train from New Delhi that is scheduled at 11 Pm on Same day having PNR No. [protected] from New Delhi To Banaras. Now according to railway policy I have file TDR but not got refund. My Entire trip got ruined and railway not pay a single penny of money. More than 8k I wasted without travel due to problem of Indian Railway.

                                Reason for filing tdr: missing connecting train due to late running of first train
                                PNRs of both the trains were linked. TDR filing was showing error. I complained to irctc via email. I got response that my issue has been forwarded to concerned department for tdr filing, but tdr was not filed. Later on tdr was rejected citing reason “invalid tdr”

                                  I had a confirmed ticket in train number 12130 against PNR number [protected] for date of journey 05.07.23 from badnera jn to pune jn Schedule time of the train was 18:45 at badnera station but the train was late for more than 22 hours So I didn't travelled in the train and I filed TDR before actual schedule time of train at badnera . My TDR request was reupdated by Railways. I think my TDR request should be approved by railways.V

                                    I had a confirmed ticket in train number 18048 against PNR number [protected] for date of journey 08.07.23 from JJKR to Shalimar. Schedule time of the train was 17:45 at Jajpur station but the train was late for more than 5 hours and reach JJKR station at 23:30. So I didn't travelled in the train and I filed TDR before actual schedule time of train at JJKR. My TDR request was reupdated by Railways. I think my TDR request should be approved by railways.

                                    On 08.07.23 I travelled JJKR to SRC by train number 02838 PNR number [protected] .
