PNR no.[protected] name Rahul Selwaria boarded from Ujjain on 16th May 24. The train has got late by more than three hours and even TTE is also not in the train. Ticket is not checked in whole journey. The scheduled arrival at Chandigarh was 5 AM but till 8 AM it has not reached. I want a full refund for my journey.

    I have booked a parcel of 5 nos. from DHN to CYI PRR-No. -- [protected] which was loaded form Dhanbad on 18/04/24 but on 20/04/24 only 3nos. has been unloaded and rest are not unloaded or missed by the destination station.
    after that two time I have complain in Rail Madad but that end department provide only a consolation that they are tracing my parcel. Raily was has charge Rs. 49/- as delay charge in my 3nos. parcel
    I am not willing to charge any delay charge in my parcel just need my parcel at my place at CYI.

      நான் 27/04/2024 IRCTC UTS Ticketingல் பயன்படுத்தி ரயில் நம்பர் 20691 CDM-TPJ பயணம் செய்தேன். UTS No: XWA0DS6001 அதற்கான ரூபாய் 70 மட்டும் கட்டணம் எடுக்கப்பட்டது. UTS Ticketingல் அப்போது NEXT TRAIN : Trains in Next 4 hrsல் அந்யோதயா ரயில் மட்டும் காண்பிக்கப்பட்டது. எனக்கும் அந்யோதயா ரயில் அதிவிரைவு ரயில் என்று தெரியாது. ஆனால் நான் TRAIN Type optionல் MAIL/EXP பயண கட்டணம் NORMAL BOOKING PAPERLESS பெற்றேன். காலை 6:35 மணியளவில் ரயில் திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி ரயில் நிலைய சந்திப்பில் சென்றது. அங்கிருந்த பெண் ரயில் பயணச்சீட்டு பரிசோதகர் டிகெட் கேட்க நான் எனது UTS Ticketingல் show ticketஐ காண்பிக்க அவர் பார்த்துவிட்டு எனது செல்போனை வாங்கிக் கொண்டு அவர் மற்ற பயணிகளிடம் டிக்கட் பரிசோதனையில் ஈடுப்பட்டார். நான் என்ன காரணம் என்று கேட்க அவர் பதில் அளிக்கவில்லை.

      அந்த ரயில் நிலைய பெண் பயண சீட்டு பரிசோதகர் அறைக்கு அழைத்துச் சென்று அமர சொன்னார். நான் எனது கேள்வியை கேட்கும் போது அவர் இது WITHOUT TICKET TRAVEL இல்லை. IRRELAVENT பயணம் என்று கூறி பயணத்திற்கான தண்டனைத் தொகையை கட்ட சொன்னார். மேலும் நான் அவரிடம் கேட்டேன் "மேடம் google searchல் அந்தியோதயா எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் என்று தானே உள்ளது நானும் எக்ஸ்ப்ரஸில் பயண கட்டணம் செலுத்தி பயணம் செய்தேன் என்று கூறியதற்கு அவர் இது சூப்பர் பாஸ்ட் ரயில் என்று கூறினார்". என்னிடம் penalty தொகை இல்லை என்று கூறினேன். நான் எனது காரணத்தையும் தெரிவித்தேன். ஆனால் அவர் அதற்கு ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளவில்லை சரி நான் தொகையை செலுத்துகிறேன். ஆனால் என்னிடம் காசு இல்லை. நான் UTS டிஜிட்டல் முறையில் தான் பயணச்சீட்டு பெற்றேன்.டிஜிட்டல் முறையில் penality பணத்தை செலுத்துகிறேன் என்று கூறியதற்கு சர்வரில் பிரச்சனையாக உள்ளது பணம் செலுத்த இயலாது என்று கூறி சென்று விட்டார். பின்பு அங்கிருந்த ஆண் ரயில் பரிசோதகர் நம்பருக்கு அனுப்பச் சொல்லி நான் அந்த நபருக்கு gpay-யில் பணம் அனுப்பினேன் அதற்கு அவர் எனக்கு Penality தொகையை எழுதி ரசீதை தந்தார்.

        I purchased two general tickets and requested seat reservations from the TTE. He requested 700 rupees, which we paid, and he issued a receipt. However, he failed to provide seats or assistance after accepting the payment. Additionally, he charged extra without explanation. I urge you to take action against the TTE and refund my money.

          we people need train from Chennai Central to jodhpur junction via, ARAKKONAM JUNCTION - AJJ No direct train are available on this route

          There are so many peoples, on this route to travel and suffers a lot...

          so we kindly request INDIAN RAILWAYS to take action regarding to this comments

            I have booked Ticket having PNR No.[protected] for journey from BSL to PPTA on[protected] but the train rescheduled after 3 days i.e. train was late more than 12 hours but even after passing 4 months, till date I have not received the refund. I have incurred a huge amount for travelling by other way to attend the meeting at Patna. Please help me for receiving the refund.

              Parking Charges for Aurangabad Railway Station

              My complaint is about parking charges of two wheeler at aurangabad railway station. They will take charge Rs 20/- even for 1 minute, even they not provide receipt with charges.They provide receipt only with Bike number and not mentioned the amount which we paid for parking. On 30.03.2024, Morning at 4:55 AM Bike number 8767, I went aurangabad railway station, for 10 minutes they have taken Rs20/- as parking charges. But in board mention only...

                Travelled to Chennai In HA1 Coach. Informed by station master office that the coach is 3rd one from engine in Platform 1. There was sign of designation for stoppage of coaches in that platform such as 1, 2, 3 etc from engine which I followed and waiting in designated place for 3rd coach. But when train entered the platform, it stopped in place with 3 bogies ahead of designated place. ( ie engine stopped in the place marked 4 ) All people including senior citizens like me had to run quite a distance and try to board the train just because the train did not stop in designated place . This created lot of confusion, stampede mental agony and physical hardship and breathlessness as the train stop only for 2/3 minutes here. Some passengers had to enter nearest bogie and walk quite a distance inside train with luggage. The reason for such stoppage i was told is that the number allotted for designated place is for Pothigai which has three coaches more than Silamban. So Silamban engine stopped ahead. This is stupid and NON SENSE because the number designated are w r t engine and it remains same whether it is Silamban or pothigai. Engine is supposed to stop in its designated place and people will have no problem. Only thing is in Silamban you may have three coaches in the last designated place. Such an in efficient service is NOT Expected by railways in era of Bullet train/Vande Bharat days of Sri Modijis Regime. I strongly condemn and this kind of service is not expected for passengers including Senior citizens.

                  Train - Silamban Express (20682) Departure 17.05 from Thenkasi station to Chennai
                  Name- T P Venkataraman - [protected]. Age-82 Years
                  Description of incident- Me along with more than 10/15 passengers were standing in the designated place of Platform 1 in Thenkasi station for boarding into train in compartment HA1/A1 etc. The places for standing bogies have been marked in the platform which we followed Viz. 1, 2, 3 etc. When enquired in station master office I was told that HA1 bogie is third one from engine and we were standing in place marked 3. But when the train came, the engine stopped 3 bogies much before the earmarked place making all passengers including senior citizens like me to run and rush to get into train with short period of two/three minutes stop. This made all o[censored]s to have a lot of mental agony in addition to physical strain and hard breathing at this age. some passengers have to get into nearest bogie ( for want of time) and walk inside train with luggage with great difficulty to reach their designated bogie. The reason for such stoppage I was told is that those markings are for Pothigai which has 22 bogies and NOT for Silamban which has only 18 Bogies. This is NONSENSE because whether Pothigai or Silamban "3rd bogie from engine" remains same. The engine SHOULD Stop only in its designated place and all corresponding bogies from engine will stop in its place If at all any change Last three identified places may not have bogie. In the era of Bullet Train & Vandhe Bharath Train in Sri Modi's Regime can this simple discipline not be implemented by Railways??                     Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to bring your attention to a situation that occurred during my recent travel booking with Indian Railway.

                    On [Date 13th jan 24], I had made a train reservation for [Train Name/Number 12294] departing from PRYG prayagraj to LTT Unfortunately, due to the sudden onset of COVID-19 symptoms, I was unable to undertake the journey as scheduled. In light of this, I immediately initiated the Ticket Deposit Receipt (TDR) process through the Maine railway website to request a refund for the unused ticket.

                    However, to my dismay, my TDR request no[protected] was rejected by Indian Railway. The reason provided for the rejection was that the TDR process was not initiated at least 4 hours before the train departure. I would like to clarify that I consulted my healthcare professional to understand the necessary steps to be taken in such circumstances. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the specific timeline within which the TDR process needed to be initiated.

                    Considering the unforeseen circumstances and the genuine reason behind my inability to initiate the TDR process within the stipulated time frame, I kindly request you to reconsider my case and process the refund for the unused ticket. I understand that Indian Railway has its policies and procedures, but I sincerely hope that you will take into account the exceptional circumstances surrounding this situation.

                    I have attached all the relevant documents, including my train ticket, medical certificate, and any other supporting documents, for your reference and verification. I would be grateful if you could review my case and refund the applicable amount at your earliest convenience.

                    I appreciate your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. I have always had a positive experience with Indian Railway, and I trust that you will handle this situation with the utmost professionalism and empathy. I look forward to a favorable resolution to this issue.

                            My train chauri chaura coach B10 train number 15003 train was overcrowded number of people travel without tickets

                            More people came & they lying down on the floor no attendant were present in the train we are not able to go to the toilet so poor management not even the TC came to check the ticket

                              On 23.01.24 i have travel from hatia station in jharkhand, parking charges taken Rs. 50/- from all auto who drop the passengers. Even they collect Rs. 50/- from auto who are drops the passenger in station road. I have argued with parking fees collector guy and told have you taken tender for station road too, the parking guys told they have spend Rs. 2.5 crores to get tender, and recover the money in any way. This is how our system works to harrass common man . This should be stopped.

                                Our government has launched Swach Bharat Abiyan and Indian railway play vital role and even doing very well, but we want to draw your kind attention about Shakur Basti Railway station condition neglected by railway authorities.
                                there are unauthorized encroachment near rail line, railway boundary broke for passage and dump of all wastage near under pass {KUDA GHAR} .
                                this is for your early action please.

                                  We booked our bike as a luggage from Rani Kamlapati to Pataliputra.On 12th of jan we had to receive the bikes but we received on 16th of jan.we also fined about 84 rs as parking charge.Out bike got damaged from several position.

                                      I have booked the railway ticket from lingampally to machilipatnam by the help o[censored]ts railway online booking app of general ticket. when i reached the destination station ticket collector asked to show the ticket I have show the ticket that i have booked through uts app that contains "uts id: XG8GDP8098" and the ticket collectoris saying that the ticket is invalid. And fined us Rs.310.
