My wife and another lady relative travelled to Bangalore by train number 12657 MAS SBC SF MAIL on 28.11.2023. This train departed from Chennai at 22.50 pm. There was NO water in both the latrines in the coach since the train started at 22.50 pm from Chennai. Coach number S-7 and PNR [protected]. They told the TTE and he assured that it will be filled in the next station. After that the TTE could not be found and water was NOT filled. All the passengers travelled without water for the entire journey. You can understand the plight of passengers, especially ladies and children !! We had purchased tickets under PREMIUM TATKAL QUOTA as it was very urgent to go to Bangalore. Is this the way Railways treat its passengers ? What action is going to be taken against the TTE who did not take initiative even after informing ? Will the Railway Minister or any Top Brass take some action so that such thing does not occur again ?

      Please accept humble request to improve late running Azad Hind Express as soon as possible.Yes it should be Late run To Timely Run. Past 5 days 4_5hrs is Too Much Late. Try to make it possible 30 mins late run from 1 December is Ok.

        Address: Rourkela Junction (2nd Class AC waiting Hall)

        On 25th November, 2023 my train was late by more than 1 hour. So in order to sit and relax, I went to 2nd Class Ac waiting Hall in Rourkela Junction (Rou). As soon as I went there, There was a shop on right side as you enter the 2nd Class Ac waiting hall. So i went there and ordered a Coca Cola. The Price of the Coca Cola was ₹40, but the shopkeeper charged me ₹45. It is totally illegal because the shopkeeper can't charge more than the MRP printed on the neck of the coca cola bottle.

        So, I request you to kindly take necessary actions against the shopkeeper as they are charging more than the MRP.

          All the Governing Body Council Memmbers are from New Delhi. All the members are functioning with only designation without names. Are they local Society having jurisdication only in NCR of Delhi or All India Society?
          They are seducting 1% each from instalment payments toards land corpus fund and resrve fund without consent. Is it income for the Society? Are they paying income tax for such income?

            I have booked a RLWL ticket (03 seats) on 04.09.2023 in Train No. 14864 (Marudhar Exp) Boarding At Agra Fort (AF) to Varanasi JN (BSB) having PNR No. [protected] for Dtd. 29.10.2023. Further, I received a text message "Train No. 14864 of 29/10/2023 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted. CRIS" by the Indian Railways.

            I have not travelled in this train as train has been cancelled. Approx one month has been passed away, but I have not received any refund amount.

            It is also informed that I have again book another ticket, after getting the information of cancellation of above train, for the same passengers on 04.10.2023 Boarding at ANVT to GCT, Train No. 22434 (Suhaildev Exp) having PNR No. [protected] for date 30.10.2023.

            Please look into the matter and refund my ticket amount as soon as possible to avoid any huge financial loss to me. An early action and a favourable action will be highly appreciated.

              Train number 20845 BSP-BNK SF EXP which was supposed to depart from Bilaspur at 6.25 pm on 18th november 2023 wsa cancelled. a message confirming the cancellation. was recieved on registered mobile number at 2.42 pm on 18th nov 2023. later when i tried to claim the refund amount from window as it was a window ticket, it showed zero amount refunded, also the railway person sitting there told that the train has started and is on time. I also checked the cancellation of train on various sites like trepizo, where is my train, irctc, rail yatri: etc it all showed the same that the train is cancelled.
              a message again was delivered to the same mobile number at 6.04pm stating that the train which was cancelled earlier will be running on time. my point is that if the train was cancelled already, if the same was displayed on various authorised sites and also was confirmed by railways by sending message, then its not the fault from my side that the train has which was cancelled earlier will start on time. i should get the refund of trin cancellation. just like me many of the passangers would have faced the same problem. sir i'm student, similarly many passangers would have planed to travel back to their institutions, what about those who have have recieved the train cancellation message, also displayed on various sites, have planed another alternative believing that the train is cancelled. not just students, there are various emergency situation the people are suffering from and because of that they had to travel. but as the information about train cancellation was delivered, the passangers had to find other alternatives and later the railways are messaging that the train will run on time that too just half an hour before the train was supposed to start. this a mistake from the end of railway department and not from the passangers side. i should get a full refund as i'm claiming my refund amount according to terms of railways. i have proof of the messages that clearly states that the train was cancelled earlier and then a message stating that the train will start on time. sir, my only request is that i want my full refund of train cancellation as i've recieved the cancellation message and tried to approach another alternative to reach my destiation as it was really urgent for me to reach at my destination and now the railways are stating that the train has started on time and not giving refund. this is not the way, if the train was cancelled, for which i've proof, not just the messages but also the screenshots of various sites showing cancellation of train, i should get the full refund and some rules need to be framed for cases like this because this is really problematic foe the passangers specially for those who are in an urgency or those who with atmost difficulty afford their living and plan to travel somewhere, they aren't able to reach their destination also have lost their savings which they might have invested to travelling. sir kindly look into the problem, and i should get my refund as soon as possible.

                  A lot of people staying around Sarjapur Road, Silkboard, Marathahalli, etc. use the Nagercoil-Bangalore Express (17235/KSR Bengaluru-Nagercoil Express and 17236/Nagercoil-KSR Bengaluru Express) to commute between various parts of Tamil Nadu and Bangalore. For people staying in this area, Carmelaram is the best station to get down and reach their home. After Hosur, this train stops only at Bangalore cantonment, which is very far from these areas.

                  Because people are not stopping at this station and are getting down at Bangalore cantonment, it creates unwanted traffic on the roads because people have to book cabs and autos to reach their homes. People also waste too much of time to reach their home.

                  We request the respective authority to consider people's pain and approve a regular train stop for the train 17235/ksr bengaluru - nagercoil express | 17236/nagercoil - ksr bengaluru express.

                    We have bearded to Ala Hazrat Express (14311) with our reserved seats (seat number 73 and 79). One person boraded from Hapur (without ticket) and start fighting for reserved seat. He beaten me and the CRPF police is seeing everything and didn't take any action against him. They have setting with TC and CRPF police. I am worried about the Indian railway reservation system. I think, i may not suffer in future with Indian railway. I am working in IIT Delhi and worried about local gunda girdi and food mafiay. You may not take action on these ssues, but as Indian I need to report this issue to Indian railway.

                          I have booked a two wheeler as parcel from Gomti Nagar railway station, Lucknow, UP delivery to Gorakhpur on dated 5th November 2023 from train no. 15113 CHHAPRA KACHAHARI EXPRESS but parcel is not delivered as per parcel ghar at Gorakhpur they didn't found any delivery for Gorakhpur. While two wheeler is loaded in train no. 15113 from Gomti Nagar railway station to Gorakhpur.

                                Actually I was travelling from amravati to Wardha...I have to cross the railygate which is near the chandurrailway...during crossing the route my car trapped between the route due to the big pits on the road of the track...I tried so much to remove my car from route...fortunately after a lot of time my car came out...BT that time I was facing so much risk and I was on track to remove my car...so I want to complaint against the gate man...he must closed the gate every time due to the situation so that no one can go from the route...due to him I was on risk...

                                  I have purchased the WL ticket from railway reservation counter, but ticket has not confirmed.

                                  Then I went to Laksar Railway station at late night, counter has closed, so I could not cancelled the ticket.I have purhased unreserved ticket, the start the journey.Due to I was on travelling 28.10.2023 2.30 Laksar & 9.30 arrived at Muzaffarpur, So, I could not cancelled the ticket.

                                    I Shanti Bhoi and my family members travel in 22802/MAS VSKP SF EXP THIRD AC (3A) Quota from Chennai Central to Visakhapatnam on dt-28.10.23. We are traveling from many days So we all are tired. We wanted to sleep. But one person forced to vacate the Seat no 12 ( Lower berth). Because their seats are in middle & upper berth and told that seats are only for sitting in day time not for sleeping. While complained to TC, he also replied the same. So I faced a lot of problem. Because I traveled with two children and were very tired. If so why are reservation done before 3/4 months. I am mentally harassed.
