I schedule to perform journey on 23rd Sept 2018 from GKP to AJMER by PBR EXP.(No. 19270) in AC 2 tier and booked tickets(Coach A1- seat no. 23 & 24) accordingly through IRCTC website. On journey date, I enquired about train running status during which it come to my notice that said train has been diverted between Jaipur to Marwarh and Ajmer and Beewar stations have been cancelled. I got astonished about the negligent approach of Railway system that no communication in this regard was made from their end. At least they could have sent a single sms at my mobile no. in order to aware about such diversion/ cancellation but, why INDIAN RAILWAY system make little effort to do so, as the entire ticket amount were already collected and passenger(s) have been left at their destiny. Further, I begin my journey from GKP and decided to left train at Jaipur, in absence of any other option.Train was scheduled to arrive at Jaipur around 18.15 to 18.45 on very next day i.e. 24, Sept 18 while it arrived nearby 23.25 Hrs. I moved towards Roadways bus stand where I got informed that strike is going on owing of which buses are not running. Finally, I had to take Volvo bus and incurred around Rs. 1400 due to railway's re-schedule. I reached my destination point around (Ajmer) 3.45 AM after wasting enough time/efforts and incurring lots of risk, as I travelled by road in a unknown pvt. bus who knowingly left us nearby overbridge which was full of darkness and anything was possible with us at that time, like we could have been robbed or anything else. All of thing, as detailed above, have been incurred by us owing of Worst management of Indian railways. If my destination station was cancelled then, firstly it should be communicated by railway immediately after re-scheduling and secondly the responsibility to arrange my journey between Jaipur to Ajmer was exclusively upon Indian Railways while they did not make any dispensation for the same, This particular incident proves that Indian Railway has no care of their customer and their intention is only to the extent of collection of ticket amount. Moreover, the Indian Railway has deliberately set very short time frame for filing TDR so that least passenger may file their respective TDR and even I could not filed my tdr.

    I am requestingly send this letter to you. There is an track maintenance between tirunelveli and trichy. For this purpose train no:56821& 56822 is partly cancelled. But in wednesday and saturday train no:56821 is started from trichy at 2.00pm it reaches dindigul at 3.45pm but the connection passenger train no:56825 is coming delay at 4.35 pm. Then connection time takes 20 min. Totaly 1hr5min wasted for 56821 passenger. So kindly minimise the delay time.

      Make in india initiative started by pm mr. Narendra modi.

      We are railway equipments, a regular supplier to different zonal railways. Under the initiative of “make in india” we took the risk of investing huge amount of money and effort in items that were being imported every time and also items that had just a few number of indian manufacturers. But different officers in all zonal railways found a loophole in the system and included eligibility criteria like “dlw/rdso approved” source only, “only oem or his cnf agent” and the so called “dlw approved” source are only the foreign suppliers.

      We took this problem to pmo grievance after being rejected by heads of different zonal railways and no response from mr. Santosh mittal and mr. Piyush goyal. But sadly this system has been going in circles and the response that we got from pmo grievance was to contact the concerned railway officer.

      This is just one example of how different officials are using loopholes for their own benefits and making the dream of “make in india” impossible. Not just me, there are many other youngsters who have left their jobs and took the risk of being entrepreneur but have lost their livelihood because of some officers who would rather import then let give indian manufacturers a chance.

        They said that the refund was initiated from their end on 13 th sept by i have not yet received the refund even after 16 days.

        I even sent them by bank statement from which i booked the ticket. No refund was reflecting on the statement. I am not getting any help from them and they have the worst customer service. The refund amount is rs 3810. These are all hard earned money and they are not refunding my money. I am suffering for this now.

          Sir my spouse is a school teacher at a school at chakdah. She used to board the train no. 30145 up bbdbag - krishnanagar local from naihati to reach chakdah well at 10.10 a. M. But for the last couple of weeks the train started arriving naihati junction almost 20 minutes late. For this she has to reach chakdah 20-30 minutes late on an average daily. Even the santipur local no. 31517 arrives late at naihati making a delay of 20-31 minutes regularly on an average. Please see the matter with utmost importance to cure this disease.

            Sir, we are traveling in ap express from rjy to new delhi train number 22415 on[protected], in 3 tier ac coach b6... We found that the air conditioner was not working and passengers of other ac coaches were also complaining about the same. We waited for some time hoping that once the train starts, the ac will start working. But nothing changed even after an hour. When we told the coach attendant about this, he didn’t seem to care. Please do the needful

              Please check what's happening.

              I have used paytm upi to pay for the season ticket after the money got debited still it was loading and not applied in the uts app.

              Note i have used the recharge wallet option couple of times and it worked perfectly.

              Also tried to call the helpline that is out of service and emailed them, as i thought no response from them.

                I travelled on 24 sep by train no 16860 boarded at karur to reach chennai egmore.

                I was woken up at tiruchi station to produce photo id at late night.
                No checking between karur and tiruchi.

                Considering the timings and security of passengers I suggest sufficient staff bw deployed to avoid hardship to senior citizens.

                Hopefully my suggestion would receive attention of authorities.

                  I was perticipate September 2017 a cycle stand tender for Sodepur 1.After bidding I was submitted total Rs. 89890/- & railway issue my workorder on 2/1/18.Sir but till now they are not able to handover the tender place to me.Sir I was visit & notified several occation on Sodpur station, IW office, DRM office etc.Sir atlast July 18 I was disscuss with Eastern Railway DRM Sir regard handing over the tender place but till now not getting any response.Sir I am the only earning person in my family & my father from last 3 month suffer with CANCER.Sir I also inform that Respectef DRM Sir & requested him that if possible arrange another place for me because I want to start my business as early as possible with railway.Sir local railway staff Mr. Manoj Tikader mentali harash me for cancel the tender & he also give my & my personal number (for threading)to the unauthorized persons who are continue doing business in my Sodepur-1 tender place with Mr. Manoj Tikader & local staff support.Sir I requested to you please see the matter with very urgency because my current financyal condition is very bad.Sir I hope atleast you understand my problem & solve it as early as possible.Sir some attachment I attach with this message for my tender Place Sodepur-1 current status.

                      I had a waiting list 2ac ticket travelling from hyderabad (Begumpet station) to sholapur (Maharashtra). My ticket did not confirm and when we reached the station of boarding (Begumptet) i was told that if the ticket is not confirmed we had to travel in general compartment. As i was travelling with my family and kids we decided not to board the train and cancel the ticket. The departure time from my boarding station was 8:45 pm and i went to the ticket counter for cancellation at 8:00 pm. The railway employee on the counter adamantly declined to cancel the ticket which as per her version needs to be cancelled only from the originating station (Nampally station) of the train if the ticket needs to cancelled in between 4 hours and half an hour of starting time of the train. As a layman i really do not know the rules of cancellation but after some research i found out that the ticket can be cancelled at any station before half hour of starting time of the train from the originating station without any deduction (Other than a nominal amount) if the ticket is not confirmed.

                      My kind request to the indian railways is that kindly do not dupe people for their money by giving them wrong information which they are not aware of at a point in time. It is very basic that if the ticket is not confirmed the amount needs to be refunded but due to the adamant and disgusting behavior of the railway employee which i could not stand in front of all the public waiting in the cue i had to just shut my mouth and walk away from there without arguing further.

                      I am not asking for any refund even now but kindly try and bring a change to your services and the behavior of the employees working for indian railways which jeopardizes the righteousness of the whole system.

                        I visited the railway station of kota junction at 9:37 to handover the food to my relatives who were traveling in 12941. I parked my vehicle in parking lot and he gave me token on which it was written ₹5 for 6 hrs. I returned to parking lot after handing over the food and when i was paying 5₹ as per token he said ₹10 is charged not ₹5. On arguing him for 5₹ he said "do what ever you want." i abused me and tried to push me but however i was able to escape. My vehicle no is rj20-fs 2192. I want you to take strict action against this. I'm attaching my platform ticket as parking token was taken backed by him.

                          During the unfortunate Kerala Floods in August, we were one of the many tourists stuck up in Ernakulam. However, we were able to book 22114/KCVL LTT SF EXP, the date of journey being 16th August 2018. We had booked 3 tickets in 3A Class costing Rs.4295 the payment of which was made online. The PNR No. of the above journey is [protected]. The scheduled departure of the train was 5.15 hrs from Ernakulam Town (ERN) Station. The Train departed at around 10.40 am which is around 5 and half hours late. Till the train departed, we were assured by the Ticket Checkers that the train will definitely start and we will reach LTT. Also, there were continuous announcements on the ERN Station that this train will commence its journey soon.So till the train began, we did not cancel the ticket. Finally, when the train started its journey at 10.40 am, we were hoping to reach home. But as soon as the train reached Aluva at 1.30 pm, there was an announcement which said that the train will not go further due to the flooding on tracks and Aluva Bridge. Even the TCs were not aware that the train is going to get cancelled and go back to Kochuvelli from where it had come. We were confused and lost and did not understand what should we do. At this time the TCs asked us to file TDR to get full refund for the cancelled journey. We immediately filed the TDR.
                          But on 7/9/2018 I received a mail stating that the TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Diverted And Train Not Touching Destination Station. has been repudiated by the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds Chennai Zone due to reason TRAIN NOT CANCELLED/DIVERTED AT BOARDING AND/OR RESERVED UPTO STATION, So case is Repudiated as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf.
                          What i don't understand is how can the CCM Chennai Zone repudiate the the TDR even after knowing the situation in Kerala during that time. As per rule 16 of the above rules, we are eligible to get refund, but the CCM Chennai Zone has repudiated the request without understanding the whole scenario. There seems to be no clear communication between officials and railway administration due to which passengers like us have to keep submitting our complaints to various authorities even after 1 and a half month has passed after our cancelled journey. I would be obliged if my problem gets solved.

                            My friend sent a parcel to me on 16th of Sept from Puducherry to Dadar via Southern Railway Parcel service but when I reached Dadar to receive it the parcel never reached there. And no one at the courier office knows where it is.

                            I have tried calling and checking multiple times and they say they have to Idea where it is. Please help.

                                  Hi,

                                  I was travelling in mumbai express from hyderabad to mumbai on 17th september 2018. I kept my bag under the seat and next day when i saw it, it was spoiled by rats. It was a brand new bag and cloths inside the bag got spoiled completely.

                                  Despite of writing and complaining multiple times for the reimbursement of my lose they failed to attend my complaint. And closing the complain on the same day without answering to my concern.

                                  Also dropped email to "[protected]@rb. Railnet.gov.in" but no reponse from them yet.

                                    Sir, i booked a e-ticket through the irctc website on[protected] for travel from tiruchirapalli jn. To bengaluru. Though the amount for the ticket was deducted from my bank account ticket was not booked and the transaction failed. However, the amount is yet to be returned to my bank account. The amount involved is rs.2131-80p. And the class of travel is ac two tier. I've sent several mails to irctc together with the failed transaction slip, the bank statement and the mail received from the bank confirming the sending of money to irctc. The only reply i get from the irctc is a auto generated mail with a id number. I request you to kindly help me to get my money back wherever it might be.

                                    Sir, further to my complaint reg.non- refund of money involved in failed transaction by IRCTC, I'm attaching documentary evidence for the money having been paid to IRCTC. I see so many complaints of similar nature and I wonder what's happening to the hard earned money of ordinary people. If the IRCTC is not able to find what's wrong they can simply shut the website.
                                    Kindly pursue the complaints vigorously with Rly.Ministry and help people like us who have suffered for no fault of ours.

                                    Sir, I have added images of evidence to show that the money involved was indeed sent to IRCTC and the transaction failed though money was deducted from my account.
