Namala sanyasi rao had appointed as asst. Loco pilot in the month of april, 2007 by producing false physical fitness certificate and subsequently, he became junior clerk and posted in drm office, visakhapatnam in the year 2015 and at present working under sr. Personnel officer, construction organization, visakhapatnam.

Initially, complaint had lodged with central vigilance commission, new delhi against namala sanyasi rao on 17.03.2016 for investigation of his false physical fitness certificate and necessary action. He got an employment in railway as a loco pilot was revealed in police interrogation only as he involved in property encroachment by forgery of documents and criminal conspiracy. We astonished and became panic by the discovery of vth town kancharapalem police station, visakhapatnam how the epilepsy person became a loco pilot and played with lives of lacks of commuters. Namala sanyasi rao is born ‘epilepsy’ person and depended absolutely on family members.

With reference to letter no. El/con/nsr/d&a/2107/244, dated 01.11.2017 issued by dy. Chief electrical engineer (Con), visakhapatnam had stated that, with regard to false declaration for entry into railways, a major penalty charge sheet (Sf-5) has been prepared and already issued for necessary action (Copy of letter is enclosed for perusal). But so far no communication about action taken in this regard.

In view of the above, it is understood that, namala sanyasi rao ‘epilepsy’ person joined as asst. Loco pilot by producing false physical fitness certificate is influencing officials concerned for not to initiate departmental action. Hence, you are humbly requested to look into the matter for early initiation of departmental action.

    Dear sir/madam - i would like to bring into your notice about the harassment received by racket of rpf & railway official of santragachi station and howrah cjm at santragachi station in west bengal. I was travelling by local train from howrah to mecheda. I got into the compartment next to disabled compartment with valid ticket. Before entering in the santragachi platform, train stopped on the platform for few seconds. Being on hurry i just got down and realised that the train started again. So i boarded again, but the other compartment. When the train stopped and got down finally i was asked by rpf to stop on the platform. I was told that i have boarded disabled compartment and should be booked. I explained them about my incident, but they didn't listen. The lady constable was adamant enough to listen any single matter. I was taken to rpf office and sat there for 2 hrs. After that i was sent to howrah session court and kept their for 2-3 hours with criminal like treatment. After that i was told to pay rs 1850 to get bail. Somehow i managed and paid the amount and the worse thing happens with me is that they took my phone at the howrah civil court and return it without memory card, the memory card of my phone had 64 gb cost 1500 rs. And very important documents and file with it, now i am frustrated how to get that memory card and whom i should contact? These all racket of daily harrasement of innocent people is done by rpf, howarah civil court dalal and many in the railways staff of santra gachhi stn. They not even think about damages they are doing for sake of illegal money. I know they all will die like a pig, they will got germs in their body during dying, we all know in this fking hell country india that we are fully help less in front of these real gundas of society, they are sick and die with in theirselves. I dont understand why i had to pay such a huge amount and loots of important things like my memory card when i had valid ticket and i didn't commit the crime. I would like to know is this the way to behave with the responsible citizen like me. Why my statement didn't take any precedence. How do i get compensated? Are these rpf officials not doing crime by harassing people like me. I am looking forward for your kind help. I am totally shattered and traumatised by the behaviour of our own countryman.

    Sir,
    I missed my flight from kolkata to pune due to estern railway which is running late by 5 hours on 3 october.The name of the train is dbrg koaa express(12526)or The indrani express. I traveled from Maldha town to Kolkata the time of the train was 8:25 a. m at maldha station but it came on 12 p. m. and departed on 12:46.
    I have booked a hero passion pro motorcycle from yashwanthpur railway station to kanpur central railway station on 20th spetember but the same hasent reached till now . I havent got any sort of information where it is and when it is reaching no message from the railways .

      While traveling from new delhi to mumbai waya rajdhani express on 9 oct 18. Couch number b3 berth number 71 i have recieved my brunch very at 1735hrs and train has started his journey at 1625 on his time. Staff mgt stated that they were not awer of numbers of person traveling in the couch that is why there is a dealy in the timing requested you to look into the matter as soon as possible waiting for the reply on my personal email id

        Hi Team,

        Good Day!!

        I have cancelled my ticket PNR[protected] on 31 Aug 2018 which is from Visakhapatnam to Secunderabad.

        Still I didn't receive my refund amount of 1005 INR.

        After contacting for help the Railway reservation counter team suggested me to drop a mail for the same to the below mail IDs. ( [protected]@claims.indianrail.gov.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in, www.irctc.co.in ).

        But still amount is not refunded to my account.

        Request you to please check from your side and please refund my amount ASAP.

          My phone got snatched yesterday when i was travelling in amritsar-delhi shatabadi express at nearly 11:00 pm on 7th october, 2018. The incident took place near sabzi mandi railway station where trains generally halt for a clearer line on the main new delhi railway station. One guy entered slow moving train and snatched my phone and jumped off the moving train. Such incidents are very common in the same area but still the security arrangement is poor regardless of all complaints.

              Sambalpur to nanded arrived at parvathipuram town 10 mins before i. E., 5:44 /5:55
              Departure time is 5:57
              Meanwhile the ticket issuing clerk was rejected to issue tickets. And we are very much suffered and he spoked ruthlessly.
              Then i have to pay rs 630 /towards parvathipuram to rajahmundry.
              Please take action against him and refund my amount

                I booked my ticket by 11013 train to travel on 6th october 18 from bangalore to coimbatore.
                It was scheduled to arrive from kurla by 9.50 pm. But till 00.45 hrs on 7 th october, the train didn't arrive to bangalore.
                First it was announced that the train would reach by 10.50 pm, then 11.30 pm then by 00.55 am.
                They never regretted for the delay and all o[censored]s with kids were made to suffer in the cold weather.
                Will there be any solution to curtail this kind of inordinate delay or we should become used to live with.

                  Sir,
                  It is for ur kind knowledge that we are travelling in your special tourist train.
                  The total pessangers boarded in ur train is about 850 nos. The following problems is faced by almost pessangers i. E:-
                  1) there is miscommunication between coach incharge and train manager which influence the overall journey; means most of the tym passed over the platform (4-5 hrs after each tourist spot) widout any sitting arrangment inspite that quality time must be utilise in watching tourist places.
                  2) i want to ask what is the motto of bharat darshan if your train is not running on the scheduled time. As every pilgrims/ pessangers is hereby in your special train for watching and enjoy at tourist spots but due to unscheduled tym v r not spend as much tym at tourist spots as on railway plateform in miserable conditions.
                  This train is representing india... Representing railways... And what the image of indian railways u presented before our senior citizens.
                  This train must be named "plateform darshan" instead of bharat darshan.
                  At most of destination we reached in night late hours as all the pessangers do ganga snana and sangam snana in deep night hours which is very risky for senior citizens.
                  3) although i appreciate ur food & cattering services but what d facility of drinking water in ur coaches.
                  No cold water is there in this chilled summer.
                  Why packaged drinking water is not provided, a better option instead of this open and unhygienic water.
                  4) cleanliness and maintanace in toilets is very poor. Irresistable smells in each toilets represent how swachh bharat abhiyaan is followed by indian railway.
                  5) some fan is not working throughout the journey.
                  6) at gangasaar dharanshaala very poor accomodation arrangement... Even most of peoples spent night by sitting.
                  7) a. C coaches facility must be extended as per demand of pessangers.
                  Sir, we hereby want to state that it is the train which represents indian railways not in india but abroad also. We are requesting you to please strictly follow the running schedule of "bharat darshan" so that motto of train must be accomplished and we all proudly says that we are the part of this "bharat darshan family" inspite of shame on indian railways.

                      I have booked to parcel my bike on 12th september. The bike is still at yeshvantpur railway station. No one is loading it. No one is receiving the phone. I am very much frustrated with indian railway service. The train number is 15227. It runs weekly. I don't know where should i go.
                      Nothing is happening. No phone is received by any one. I am 3000 is away, how i reach the responsible person for the same.

                        सर मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 22/09/2018 को तत्काल टिकट किया जो pnr नंबर [protected] हैं जब टिकट किये ना तो टिकट का मेल आया ना msg और ना app पे जिससे मुझे लगा की टिकट नहीं हुआ कल कई बार चेक करने पर भी नहीं दिखा और मैं काठगोदाम से दिल्ली के लिए बस से 12 बजे निकल दिये यह सोच के टिकट नहीं हुआ हैं क्यूंकि 23/09/2018 भी टिकट ना app में ना irctc पर शो नहीं कर रहा था की कैंसिल भी कर सकूँ और दिल्ली 10:00 pm पर पहुँचना था और जब हम 4:15 app ऐसे देखे तो टिकट शो हुआ cnf के साथ और तब हम मुरादाबाद के आगे जा चुके थे ऐसे सर ऑनलाइन टिकट बंद कर देना चाहिए जब मैनेज ना हो पाए ये 21वीं सदी का ऑनलाइन और रेलवे बहुत चोट दें रहा हैं कब क्या हो जाये कुछ नहीं पता खैर हम लोग की मज़बूरी हैं की आएंगे कितने भी तरह से पैसे काट ले

                        Sir, I am waiting for reservation morning 8.30 am and arround 10.45 my number will be reached for ticket. Then officer counter closed and again open counter 11.00 and asking him first book ticket of tatkaal only then without tatkaal.

                          Dear sir / mam,
                          Today on 2.10.18 at 8.05 am, while i disembarked from train no 12214 (Pnr no [protected]) pimps of autorickshaws started chasing me. I refused all of them and headed towards exit. Out side platform no 1, as i just started talking to one autodriver standing there, person chasing me interrupted and started quarreling that why i did not oblige him (Mujhmein kante lage hain kya). I asked him to stay away, but he abused and physically pushed me twice. I dialled 100 and registered my complaint no p[protected]. Pcr van arrived within a while but the person and his accomplice had fled away. I submitted handwritten complaint to habibganjpolice station. I wish to ask below mentioned questions to the railway authorities...
                          1. Why do you allow pimps to wander inside stations without platform ticket??
                          2. Why no grpf personnel was not deputed at the spot? And if there was some one, why didn't he come forward??
                          Reply me what preventive measures you are going to take..

                            From chennai beach to arakkonam (Via) chingleput lot of commuters are going. Now emu trains are stopped in thirumalpur. From thirumalpur to arakkonam, we have to use bus service. From takkolam to arakkonam, new broadgauge line work started and the work is in progress for the past 9 years. If the work completes early, the commuters will directly go to arakkonam from chennai beach to arakkonam. Now all the emu trains have been stopped at thirumalpur station. Because of non-completion of work from takkollam to arakkonam, peoples are find much difficult.

                            Hence, we request the railway authorities to complete the long pending work from takkolam to arakkonam and start early emu services from chennai beach to arakkonam. Thabnks.

Text msg received at my mobile that same day has been loaded on train no.58418 onsame day via kurdaroad.in while checking on online parcel tracking still status is loaded only and have not reached at destination station jodpur.                               I have booked 1parcels (50 KG) from palasa to jodpur on 04 Oct 2018 and the same daya loaded in train no 58418 via kurdaroad on same date. But so far the material has not reached jodpur, . Material is not available

                                I schedule to perform journey on 23rd Sept 2018 from GKP to AJMER by PBR EXP.(No. 19270) in AC 2 tier and booked tickets(Coach A1- seat no. 23 & 24) accordingly through IRCTC website. On journey date, I enquired about train running status during which it come to my notice that said train has been diverted between Jaipur to Marwarh and Ajmer and Beewar stations have been cancelled. I got astonished about the negligent approach of Railway system that no communication in this regard was made from their end. At least they could have sent a single sms at my mobile no. in order to aware about such diversion/ cancellation but, why INDIAN RAILWAY system make little effort to do so, as the entire ticket amount were already collected and passenger(s) have been left at their destiny. Further, I begin my journey from GKP and decided to left train at Jaipur, in absence of any other option.Train was scheduled to arrive at Jaipur around 18.15 to 18.45 on very next day i.e. 24, Sept 18 while it arrived nearby 23.25 Hrs. I moved towards Roadways bus stand where I got informed that strike is going on owing of which buses are not running. Finally, I had to take Volvo bus and incurred around Rs. 1400 due to railway's re-schedule. I reached my destination point around (Ajmer) 3.45 AM after wasting enough time/efforts and incurring lots of risk, as I travelled by road in a unknown pvt. bus who knowingly left us nearby overbridge which was full of darkness and anything was possible with us at that time, like we could have been robbed or anything else. All of thing, as detailed above, have been incurred by us owing of Worst management of Indian railways. If my destination station was cancelled then, firstly it should be communicated by railway immediately after re-scheduling and secondly the responsibility to arrange my journey between Jaipur to Ajmer was exclusively upon Indian Railways while they did not make any dispensation for the same, This particular incident proves that Indian Railway has no care of their customer and their intention is only to the extent of collection of ticket amount. Moreover, the Indian Railway has deliberately set very short time frame for filing TDR so that least passenger may file their respective TDR and even I could not filed my tdr.

                                  I am requestingly send this letter to you. There is an track maintenance between tirunelveli and trichy. For this purpose train no:56821& 56822 is partly cancelled. But in wednesday and saturday train no:56821 is started from trichy at 2.00pm it reaches dindigul at 3.45pm but the connection passenger train no:56825 is coming delay at 4.35 pm. Then connection time takes 20 min. Totaly 1hr5min wasted for 56821 passenger. So kindly minimise the delay time.

                                    Make in india initiative started by pm mr. Narendra modi.

                                    We are railway equipments, a regular supplier to different zonal railways. Under the initiative of “make in india” we took the risk of investing huge amount of money and effort in items that were being imported every time and also items that had just a few number of indian manufacturers. But different officers in all zonal railways found a loophole in the system and included eligibility criteria like “dlw/rdso approved” source only, “only oem or his cnf agent” and the so called “dlw approved” source are only the foreign suppliers.

                                    We took this problem to pmo grievance after being rejected by heads of different zonal railways and no response from mr. Santosh mittal and mr. Piyush goyal. But sadly this system has been going in circles and the response that we got from pmo grievance was to contact the concerned railway officer.

                                    This is just one example of how different officials are using loopholes for their own benefits and making the dream of “make in india” impossible. Not just me, there are many other youngsters who have left their jobs and took the risk of being entrepreneur but have lost their livelihood because of some officers who would rather import then let give indian manufacturers a chance.

                                      They said that the refund was initiated from their end on 13 th sept by i have not yet received the refund even after 16 days.

                                      I even sent them by bank statement from which i booked the ticket. No refund was reflecting on the statement. I am not getting any help from them and they have the worst customer service. The refund amount is rs 3810. These are all hard earned money and they are not refunding my money. I am suffering for this now.

                                        Sir my spouse is a school teacher at a school at chakdah. She used to board the train no. 30145 up bbdbag - krishnanagar local from naihati to reach chakdah well at 10.10 a. M. But for the last couple of weeks the train started arriving naihati junction almost 20 minutes late. For this she has to reach chakdah 20-30 minutes late on an average daily. Even the santipur local no. 31517 arrives late at naihati making a delay of 20-31 minutes regularly on an average. Please see the matter with utmost importance to cure this disease.
