My name is prasanth, we booked 3 rd ac reservation from salem jn
To payyanur (Pnr no: [protected]). But due to bad weather, ttr told to
Us, train will stopped the service at palakkad. So, we (4 person - my family) return from erode and cancelled our journey. Kindly reimburse the amount into my account. I booked the reservation through irctc website. For reimbursement purpouse, i sent 5 mails to indian railway, but they are not accepting my request. Please check my below mails. Train no:12685 from chennai to manglore, left on 16/08/2018 night and we climbed nearly 9.45 pm from salem, after 20 minutes, ttr informed as train will go to up to palakkad. And we confirmed that, train runs upto palakkad only, nearly 1.50 am train reached palakkad and stopped.
Now railway staffs are replying that, as per their record not showing these report. Everybody can check these details on google, simply that staffs are blaming indian railway. Please take immediate action and reimburse my amount.
