Dear Sir,

I am travelling with my wife from Sealdah to Malda town on 24th August. As my AC ticket ( Transaction Id :[protected]) was not confirmed I have taken a General Ticket upto Malda . On Sealdah Station once Darjeeling Mail arrived I went to Platform 9B and saw one TC beside the Sleeper coach B1. I asked him if there is any set available in the Sleeper Coach. He told yes and taken Rs 660 . Then he told us to go and seat in B1, he is coming shortly.But once the train departed from Sealdah I started checking all the compartments he was not there. By asking the other TC they told he has done fraud . Requesting your intervention on this case as myself and my wife has to seat beside the door whole night till we reach Malda

    Sir,
    Mobile charging point of coach number s3, birth number 8, train number is 12803.
    Journey from visakhapatnam to agra. It will take about 2 days to complete the journey and i need to charge mobile to inform my family. Date of journey is 27/08/2018. We crossed eluru station nearly 15 minutes before and next is vijayawada jn. We are facing problems to charge our mobile. Please send the maintenance team as soon as it is possible.

    Train 12511, on 3 june 2018 i didn't travelled through the train as it was delayed by more than 6 hrs.
    filed TDR but till now it is not processed.
    showing TDR registered only.
    Above details mi customer care told me this transaction are [censored]ed please solutions this matter & mi-india.net site no opened the babesite in pargent. mi A2 mobile phone Rs.15499.00 payment made my dibit card by paytm cryisital software solutions transition I'd no.[protected]& order I'd no.3312 massage my phone number [protected]

      The parking cahrge of rs 12 for 6 hours in vizag railway station is loot to public. Kindly take necessary action. Two wheelers are maintained by middle class people and from will a middle class people bring so much money. Moreover the railway parking place does not have a shed. Bikes are kept in open sky. The behavior of the people in the parking place is very reckless and not acceptable. Please take action again such contractirs.

        Railways wants to discontinue two tier a/c and wants to replace it with three tier a/c. This decision is not good two tier a/c is very comfortable for seniors as seats are wide in comparision to 3 tier a/c. Railways musts provide more services such as cleaniness, good toilets, adequate water, clean blankets. Here improvement is essential as rates and cockroaches moving in the coach. Do not do nonsence things which gives problem.

          I am dhivagaran. I am travel tirupati to pondichrry. I am taking ticket in tirupati railway station ticket number=[protected]. Without inform sudenly cancel the train tirupati to pondicherry passenger (25/8/2018) train stoped mundiyampakam railway station. I am change malmaruvathur to villupuram pass train and than change villupuram to tirupathiripulur (Tlpr) ticket collector put fine rs.260 (P 0952003)
          But its fully railway deptment mistake no information to give cancel the train in tirupati and also mundiyampakam railway station. So i want refund my money. Cell no - [protected] (In tamil). I want metting to railway dept (Railway ticket also given to railway deptment).

          I have travelled in Duranto from Vishakhapatnam to Secunderabad. Despite of high fare charged, why is railways not providing water bottles to passengers? Also if there is no food provided in the ticket then what is the reason of paying a high fare??
          Can the railway department explain?

            I travelled to nagercoil town station on[protected] by trichi trvendrum itercity ex. The train was detained at signal for a long time.
            2. The flatform level is very low and it is difficult for aged, ladies and childern to get down.
            3. There is no proper approach road to go out of platform.
            4. There is no proper transport system to go from station to city.

              Sub - parcel missing (Bike)

              R/sir,

              I shekh altaf shekh nijam had booked my luggage on dated[protected] from washim (Maharashtra) to bhopal nombred b894077 but till now i have not received my parcel.

              I inquired at washim, they informed me that my parcel had moved from washim on 7th of august 2018 by train no-12421 nanded amritsar supefast exp.

              I have inquired at both the parcel office several time but none of them is taking responsibility.

              I attached the billty copy herewith please open this attachment & understand my problem.

              Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation

                It has been noticed that the while using the parking lot at bangalore city station for parking two wheeler the rates collected are arbitrary and rates board is not displayed by the contractors who are collecting arbitrarily, without the knowledge of railway official or railways officials are hand in glove with the contractors.

                It should transparent that notice board displaying the rate to be put over there in all parking lots with day rate and also charges collecting should be mentioned in the ticket they are issuing while parking the vehicle. It should be mandatory.

                Railway parking lot is over charging and also no display board is fixed the rate prescribed by the railway department neither the printed receipt does not have the rate in the token issued by them at Bangalore City parking station.

                Railway official are either ignorant or colluding with them.

                  Dear sir,
                  My name is prasanth, we booked 3 rd ac reservation from salem jn
                  To payyanur (Pnr no: [protected]). But due to bad weather, ttr told to
                  Us, train will stopped the service at palakkad. So, we (4 person - my family) return from erode and cancelled our journey. Kindly reimburse the amount into my account. I booked the reservation through irctc website. For reimbursement purpouse, i sent 5 mails to indian railway, but they are not accepting my request. Please check my below mails. Train no:12685 from chennai to manglore, left on 16/08/2018 night and we climbed nearly 9.45 pm from salem, after 20 minutes, ttr informed as train will go to up to palakkad. And we confirmed that, train runs upto palakkad only, nearly 1.50 am train reached palakkad and stopped.

                  Now railway staffs are replying that, as per their record not showing these report. Everybody can check these details on google, simply that staffs are blaming indian railway. Please take immediate action and reimburse my amount.

                  The Indian train is worst train because it never reached at time. They stop the train anywhere for hours and there is always delayed to reach destination. No one train in India which reached at destination on given time.

                    The amount for season ticket (Rs. 184.07/-) has got deducted from my bank account while making a transaction through the uts app on 16th august, 2018.

                    When i try to reach the customer care, their number itself is out of order.

                    Kindly take necessary action to refund the amount asap

                        My name is shubhankit panwar and i am an student so in case under 18 too and i was travelling from nzm hazrat nizamuddin and one ticket collector cauth mea on station on plateform of agra as my purse was stolen inthe train but he did not listn to me he pushed me and then he also got hurt as of me then the collector just grab my coller as of mea any theif or murder and grabed me to rpf office then he and his three partner caught me and just beaten mea very badly as of grabbed my hair my beard and given me many slaps and then i called my mother they told her that mea drrugest even though they havent gound noting like that with me and just saying many things to my mother which are really unbelievable to listn but they are govenment employee so cannot help it out so iam mr shubhankit panwar requesting to the concerned department to help me out in this and please suspend or do as per the rule says to do because its just not fair to me i have just beaten very much there

                          I have booked ticket in train no: 16795 from tbm to mv on 21/8/2018. Actual train time was 8:30 am. After i reached tge station they said the train was late by 3 hrs it will reach hear at 11:28 am. Again they said it will late by 0:30 min. It will reach by 12:00 pm. Howmay hours does a passanger can wait for a train. Its look like railway employees are denied their duty and they are very lazy because its a government job no one is hear to ask them.

                                We have reserved seats in train 02641, howrah express from trivandram to chennai, my pnr number is [protected]. The complete coach is occupied by unreserved people. Even we are unable to go to the toilet as it is been occupied. Why is the railways come up with reservations when they can't control this. Will the authority compensate for this issues for making my travel uncomfortable.

                                  I had cancelled eticket pnr n0-[protected] from ald to brc. Tdr registration no[protected] and transaction id-[protected].
                                  Ticket was booked from my irctc app login. Tdr filled on 21.06.2018
                                  Emailed to respective grivence of western rail deptt.
                                  I did not get any information even after 55 days of tdr filed
                                  Irctc has not refunded money till date.

                                    The local trains between kharagpur and adra are running tremandously late regularly.
                                    There are only a few trains and the passengers are harrasing regularly..
                                    I request the railway to took step as soon as possible and increase local trains between the above stations. Now the division should take step and make some 3 or 4 platform station as the main bishnupur & bankura have 2 & 3 platform respectively.

                                      Please note that 7 members of my family are travelling on[protected] from katra to delhi.in this regard, due to limitation of system, i have first booked 6 tickets and then book 1 ticket. Both booking are done one after another.

                                      However, it very shocking that 6 tickets got booked in b10 coach and one ticket got booked in b1 coach. Which is very painful for all o[censored]s as my aunt of age 60 year can't travel in different coach all alone which is around 10 coaches away. Would request you to change her coach to b10. All the relevant details have been provided below:

                                        I am travelling from pune to neral with indian railways and have booked sahyadri express (11024) sleeper birth. I boarded the train from shivajinagar but immidiately after the next stop 4 more people sat on my seat when the birth was reserved for me. My pnr no is [protected]. The seat reserved by me me is cnf/s1/18/mb. I am still in the train and just left talegain station. Please help me get my reserved seat.
