I parked my bike in railway station bike stand and took the receipt. The stand operator did not said anything about the stand. After 1 day i came to take my bike the person who was in charge before day was not there and the other person says to pay 120.
I said i could not pay that much. The person says pay and take the money.
Even the contractor was not in that place and he says it was a primary parking. The person who was before not said any thing about primary parking.
They even did not gave receipt after paying money.
Please help me.

    I had booked tickets of train nos.17642 &17603 vode ticket nos.89815092 & 89876751 for me and family. No information as to delay is served to me. Due to delay i could not get next train. At kacheguda unfriendly attitude shown by the staff. The staff did not allowed me and my family to share urinals toilet and waiting room at Kacheguda station and drag out of waiting room.I constrain to purchase new tickets of general train in urgently. Painfull travel experinced by me and my family. After return approch i requested for return fair and compensation but no help was offered for four days. Even after sending refund application by post no action is taken till today.
    Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Pnr no.[protected] journey from hatia to anand viher terminal has cancelled on 09.10.18 vide cancellation id [protected]. But refund amt of rs.1315/- has not yet been credited in my account. Please expedite the same. Thanking you.

      I am traveling in doon express 13010 from varanasi to howrah the train which was supposed to reach at 16:05 reached at 00:55 night which was almost 9 hours late. Currently it is around 12 hours late which is just beyond the limit. Please tell me a reason why govt is still running the railway service and not privatisation it. The bathroom are also in terrible condition. Moreover the sleeper coach seemed like general coach and the ticket checker was no where to see. Nor any railway police was seen through out the journey. I request the govt. To urgently develop the matter or admit that they are incapable of handling the largest railway service.

        This is mamta.. Reside at dombivli east.. My complaint is against your railway staff at dombivali east for not accepting 100 rs note for tickets and insult the passengers badly except 1st class passengers.

        Kindly noted that 96%of our railway revenue is generated from 2nd class passengers

        Therfore my kind request to you to take appropriate and appreciated action against this issue.

        I had booked my bike to parcel from gondia to KORBA on Dtd 21st Oct 2018, even all payments done and worker of Gondia parcel department taken extra 350/- to parcel my bike on train but still he has not parcel my bike, giving nonsense response, requesting you to take action at the earliest.

          The incharge,

          Complaint under section 379/34 of ipc against the pick-pocketer who picked my pocket from phagwara railway station at 16.40 hours.
          Facts of the complaint :
          1. I boarded in 12498-shane punjab from phagwara railway station at 16.40 hours and there was too much rush in the train. While boarding in the train four boys entered in the train and one of them picked my pocket and after picking my pocket all of those persons deboarded from the running train. The person who had pick-pocketed my pocket had given the purse to other who deboarded first of all.
          2. There was a heavy rush today at platform no. 1 as14650 saryu yamuna express train was running late by 3 hours 42 minutes and the rush towards delhi multiplied due to no train from the last 6 hours on this route.
          3. The four young boys those entered in the train compartment alongwith me picked my pocket and took away the purse containing:
          A. Journey date:[protected]: reservation ticket from phagwara junction to old delhi for the reservation made in 18310 jat sbp exp (Jammu tawi –sambalpur express — tata muri) vide pnr no. [protected]. (Journey ticket for two passengers) sleeper class. At that time the e/l 29, rlgn and w/l 30, rlgn had been provided.
          B. Atm card of state bank of india, g. T. Road, phagwara branch.
          C. Identity card issued by bar council of india, chandigarh office as practising lawyer.
          D. Identity card issued by phagwara bar association as practising lawyer.
          E. Quarterly seasonal ticket from phagwara to ludhiana.
          F. Cour fees stamps for near about rs 500/-
          G. Super surcharge for journey up to ludhiana.
          H. No currency not has been stolen.
          4. I tried to catch hold of one of the boys who is accused in the present case but due to heavy rush he managed to escape.
          5. It is prayed to the grp to kindly prepare rukka and investigate the matter and file challan against the accused in the court of trial.
          6. At that time one rpf constable in plain uniform (Sardarji, slim — athletic body having height of about 6 feet) was present at the platform, maybe he will be on patrolling duty at that time.
          7. It is prayed to prepare the site plan, the incident occurred just opposite to rpf booth of phagwara railway station and trace out the accused and recover the stolen items.

            Jan shatabdi 12074 bhubaneswar to howrah was boarded by me at 6:00am and as i am a student of kiit university and i had an emergency so i had to travel to howrah (Kolkata) my home. As i had to reach kolkata by 27th of october 2018 i boarded the train on 27th of october 2018 and i did not get a confirmed ticket i was travelling with an non confirmed waiting list eticket. At kharagpur, 3 ttes came and misbehaved with me for having a waiting list eticket. They asked me to pay fine and had only 150 wd me and requested them that i will pay the money at by taking the money out from atm card at howrah. They started misbehaving, they shouted at me pulled out my luggage and asked me to go with the luggage with them. They argued and threw a # behaviour. They insulted me infront of the whole passenger lot in that compartment. At last a man gave me money and i was able to pay the money to those #.

                Drawing the attention of the railways in-charge of east station bangalore, near cooke town - 560005. If not attended to, residents will stage a protest near the tracks and draw the attention of media and others!!!
                On pottery road, train drivers are continuously honking and creating loud noise levels through-out the day and night. This has to stop!!

                Cooke town was a quite neighborhood until Railways has now created a Stopping spot for trains on Pottery road track. Train drivers are reckless and horn for about 20 - 30 seconds continuously throughout the day and even during mid-night and early hours of the morning. This has deteriorated the quality of life in the area and has to be stopped immediately! I request the authorities to take note and strictly direct all Train Drivers to NOT horn unnecessarily. The next step from the residents will be stage a protest and stop trains!!!

                  I am very desapointed with ticket collecter
                  Of avadh assam train on 25/10/2018. From which i am traveling from bareilly to lucknow. And due to having not any confirm ticket in sleeper. Tc ask me for bribe and i kindly say no sir i have not on that he was become anger and he gave me 5-6 slapped in public after that he colled me in his separate coach at the and of the coach while pulling again he gave me 2 slap and he said to me that i leave the sleeper coach otherwise he throw me down from the train while running.

                  After reaching my destination lucknow i ask for complaint book from station master but he doesn't support me he send me to other officer he also say that tc was wrong now they suggest me to make fir

                  After that police said me that your matter was not of lucknow your matter is from near sahjahpur station you have to make complaint there so after all this nothing happens. I need your support plz help me

                    Hello sir
                    I would like to file a complain against indian railway for delaying my travel time. I started my journey from new delhi station to darbhanga station. Train no 12562 is already started late by one hour from the source station. I still took the train thinking that it will reach an hour late but it got late by more than 4 hours.
                    Now i would like to know how can file a complain on railway so that this situation will never occur again in future.

                      I am prasanth. So i booked a berth for myself in bokaro express from ongole till chennai. The train was already two and half hour late. And once i boarded it, there were a group of three people occupying my seat. I've tried my best to convince them that i have a hectic day ahead and i need to sleep. But they didn't listen and they continued to occupy my seat and gave me a quarter of my seat to sit. And there's no sign of tte anywhere in the coach, to ask about this. Since i have very important valuables in my bag, i couldn't run across compartment hoping to find the tte.

                        The train was stopped unnecessarily at different stations for more time and it was delayed for more than 4 hours. It made all the passengers lost patience and there were no minimum facilities in the train. No body took responsibility, even if we are trying to reach the authorities requesting the information and to act on our complaint.

                          I was travelling from hydrabad to surat in secundrabad-rajkot express on 15th october 2018 nd next day morning my handbag was stolen. I was travelling with my two kids. The bag contained all my id cards nd atm cards some ornaments one battery backup nd a watch and one dongle.7500 approx cash. I already filed complained with gujrat railway police. As i was travelling in 2nd a. C.. Feeling it will be safe for me and my kids. I request the authorities to help me out with some solution.

                                Myself a resident of kulpahar (Pin-210426, ncr) town in mahoba district (U. P).
                                My name is rishi kant rajpoot; i am a pre-final year undergraduate student at indian institute of technology, kharagpur. I am writing this to register a complaint against kulpahar station staff.

                                The issue is that the prs service at kulpahar station remains off on every sunday even for tatkal booking. Irrespective of the situation and urgency the staff remains negligent. When i requested them to consider my form they started shouting at a high pitch, then i asked station master whether it is an official notice to close prs on sunday or not then he used abusive language an shouted that you are not supervisor etc. Also, i mentioned that if it is a legal order, then you must keep it on a notice board "no reservation on sunday" after this, he forcibly pushed us outside the office and said, "do whatever you want to do".

                                As a citizen of india, i have right to information, and i'm writing this with a very positive hope.in small villages and towns, such autocratic selfish behaviour is frequently shown by staff members because of the unknowing behaviour of villagers.

                                # after a long argument the computer operator (Mr deepak shukla) wrote it down on my reservation form "sunday closed tatkal".

                                  I have applied for the rrb examination of cen-02/18. I have choosen kolkata as my examination centre. But my exam centre is alloted in bhubaneswar, orissa which is far away for me. I am at present living in kolkata. Even my family condition is not so good that they can send me to sit for the exam. I don't know if rrb are trying to steal our money by doing this kind of cheap thing. By caste i am general, so i am not gonna get the free travel allowence. As a poor student i wont be able to go there as i do not have the money to bear the cost of food or travel over there. Maybe they dont want us to sit for the examination.

                                  I have not receive the refund after 10 days .
                                  The refund of 400rs after the appearance of RRB ALP examination was not credited in our account. Few months before we got an sms that, the account information provided was wrong so correct the informations. Actually there is no any mistake in account information. But we again uploaded the account informations. Till also the refund was not credited in our account. So please refund the amount.
