I have booked tkt through my sbi credit card, account was debited but tkt wasn't generated on 27/09/2018, my card no xxxx xxxx xxxx 9417my transaction id 1609632, 16096073, 16096251=amt666.63, 1304.36, 1304.36but till today amt not refunded. Amt rs1942.72 was kept my irtc account. Pls reverse and recredit to my sbi bank account. Complaint was sent to sbi also.

      Online there is wrong deaprture time of train no.59386 i. E (Panchvalley pas) online it is showimg 12:00am wheras on our original ticket it is around 5:15 pm. Please correct this information as it is creating trouble.. Please correct the time slot. My whole journey would be chaos if this problem will not be sorted as nowadays everyone is dependent on online services. Please sort it out as soon as it is possible. Hope you will pay attention to it and solve my issue..

        I am suresh chand meena. Posted chief ticket inspector in allahabad division (Ncr) at tundla station. My nps no. Is 201748 and bill unit is 189. I have promote on cit dated 26 july 2017 from dy cit. But arrear will regularlized from month november 2017. I missed the arrear of total salary three months. And i will not received of ta bill in my salary month 2018 rs 14400 only. So i request plz charge my arear of cit and ta bills. Thanks.

            I want to leave my family station . he had also ticket indore to amratsar after that i have also plateform ticket . only 5 minutes i parked my bike . why we given parking charge when we have plateform ticket and my family have railway ticket . all services is free in that ticket . its not right . why the burden of Rs 20 over the comman man . keep robbing the country and to the comman man . money is not matter here . the thing is that why are you apply unergal chages . i want to reply if any passanger have ticket and other with that he has also plateform ticket the whyyyyyyy? plz stop this ...20 RS is much for comman man s pocket . 20 rs is rent of 10 kilometers . so plz stop ...

              As i was traveling from new delhi to jaipur from 12015 shatabdi express... I asked for ticket at the ticket counter but the man rejected giving me ticket reason that "no ticket is available ask ticket collector for seat"... Then i after went to the related platform where shatabdi express was there... I met ticket collector he asked me for 2200 as penalty to travel without... I was trying to explain him that the guy in ticket counter said that no ticket is available... While i was checking availability there was availability of seat... I such an shameful moment to be get betrayed at our own capital moment & it's shameful of indian railways... I will never prefer anyone around the world to prefer indian railway.. I want refund of my money

              Whilst travelling on train no 12219 from LTT to Secunderabad on 10 Oct 2018, the coach B-2 was in exceptionally poor standards with no cleanliness whatsoever and the staff was also unresponsive. In addition, the standard of bedding was also very poor. The TT was evasive as also the coach attendant. Please take immediate disciplinary action.

              I was traveling from Howrah to Ranchi on 11th of October 2018 from train no 18615 Kriya Yoga Express, Three tier A/C Birth B1 seat 62 Upper Beath wherein I forgot my blanket in my seat it was of sand colour. How can I get it back . Kindly revert back to me.

                Dear sir,

                Subject : ticket collector didn't verify the tickets from boarding point to destination point.

                Myself aditya my wife prathyusha, travelled from krishnarajapuram (Kjm) to ongole (Ogl) by 12295 sanghamitra exp on 12-10-18.
                We have confirmed berth in s4-13. My wife boarded the train in s4 coach and there were several others in the coach who were having waitlisted ticket and many with ordinary unreserved tickets.
                Ticket collector didn't verify the tickets from boarding point to destination point. There was huge crowd in the couch and not allowed my wife to sit at her bearth. The behaviour of passengers is too rude, not even a single railway employee came to help.
                All this is being faced by many other passengers day-in and day-out. Would senior officials notice this someday and take actions against such irresponsible employees? Journey from kjm to ogl was almost 12 hrs, so travelling without a seat is very great inconvinience.
                I would plead some top officials to take serious actions against ticket collector, not because i faced lot of inconvience, but to better the system.

                  On 15 th october i have boarded the 12076 janasatabdi express at tvm, kerala. As you know that all the seats are under reservation and my ticket costs inr 50. All other coaches have the chair car facility which is usual for janasatabdi except d3 coach. D3 coach has the bench type seat which is unbearable for long journey. I have suffered the same problem on 12th october journey.

                    Dear all (Responsible railway authorities) this is for the information train no. 16128 guv to chennai egmore. My pnr no. [protected] date of my journey[protected], scheduled departure from tiruchurapalli, 14:45. No advance information was provided, on the local station subject train about the delay of the arrival. We passengers like a scape goat, were to put up with the stinking ac waiting hall with un clean, un hygenic, lockless toilets. And the train atlast departed from tiruchurapalli at around 19:10. I lost my health and scheduled meetings just because of this. My family member is sick as well. Please give proper compensation for this

There is one employee Mr.Sanaulla who is not doing his work properly as we sit everyday till evening and go off. He is not in office or faking to be in some meeting.                       On 12 oct 18 i boarded the 13150 kanchan kanya exp at dalgaon. I found there was no water. A complain was lodged with tte and he assured that by midnight the problem will be resolved. However nothing was done. I again lodged a online complain. Railways only replied that the problem existed in the originating station (Alipurduar). Nobody was held responsible. There is no other service provider. Hence passengers will always suffer like this.

                        नमस्कार, Train No. 12524 (PNR[protected] मैं आज मुझे सफर करना है और सुबह तक किसी भी हालत में पहुंचना है इस ट्रेन की कंडीशन को देखते हुए मुझे नहीं लगता कि मैं सही समय पर पहुंच जाऊंगा जोकि हमेशा कई घंटों की देरी से चलती है जब हमेशा कई घंटे देरी चलानी है तो क्यों ना इसका टाइम शेड्यूल ही चेंज किया जाए अन्यथा सही समय पर चलाने के कष्ट करें ! कम से कम आम जनता को दिक्कत तो नहीं होगी !
                        आपसे निवेदन है कि इस ट्रेन को सही समय पर चलाया जाए जिससे हर मुसाफिर के सफर सही समय पर हो जाए!

                          The train no. 22410 anand vihar to gaya garib rath coach no. G14 ac not working and coach attended told me i'm not responsible for this. So. Please suggest what i do we travel 6 tickets total we spend approx 6000 inr. If not responsible for any train staff and government kindly refund my amount (Train no. 22410, data 13 oct, 2018 time 2: 50 am pnr no. [protected])

                          If not resolve immediately than refund my money other will nock to supreme court.

                          I don't understand why this train alone is delayed this badly and is being stopped at various stations for no reason. Even passenger trains run much faster than this train. As it is the only train available in the evening time across the end stations, it will be much appreciated if the train running time is regulated.

                            I had booked two tickets from lokmanya tilak terminus to katihar junction for 14/10/2018 with pnr no [protected] with current status as wl17 and wl18. When checked on 13/10/2018, it's status was showing rac 22 and rac 23 but after chart preparation, it's status was showing wl 8 and wl 9. Just some time before the actual departure, i am facing a lot of difficulties for my planned journey.

                              I made payment through my sbi rupay debit card while booking the ticket from ambernath railway station.
                              I cancelled the ticket from rewa railway station
                              They told me that you will get your refund within 7 days
                              But it is been more than 200 days i have not received the refund.
                              I visited csmt railway station 3 times for the refund but they are saying they also don't know the status of the refund.
                              I am really frustrated and planning to lodge a complaint in consumer court if refund not credited within 15 days.

                                Dear sir,
                                I was travelling from nagpur to nizamuddin by gondwana express (Train no: 12409, coach: 3ac, b2, birth no: 17 and 23) boarded on 11th oct. 2018 at nagpur). After leaving nizamuddin railway station about 8.00 a. M. On 12th oct. 18, i have started my onward journey to roorkee. During on ward travel, i received mobile massages (Details attached) from bank at regular interval about the debiting of amount. The total amount of rs. 25000/- (Account no: bank of india: [protected]) has been debited from my account and rs. 20000/- (State bank of india: account no: [protected]) from my spouse account. Also, cash of rs. 28000/- has also been found stolen. During journey, i was always with my bag and baggage’s. The incident of withdrawal of cash from unknown person was due to theft of atm cards from by bag occur in between bhopal to mathura railway station as i was undergone sound sleep between two stations only. I confirmed that i loss the total amount of rs. 73000/- due to lack of proper security of passengers and their luggages during journey period on the part of railway authority. Obviously, responsibility of monitory loss lies on the shoulder of railway authority.
                                As the atm card has been stolen when myself and my wife was travelling. You are requested to investigate the matter and refund the above mentioned amount to me at the earliest. The said amount is a big loss for me as i am a senior citizen without any other monitory support.

                                The attempt was made to lodge a complaint to grp roorkee on the same date, i. E., 12th oct. 18. But, they refused to lodge a complaint, even zero fir. Rule said that they have to accept our complaint.

                                Now we are afraid to travel in indian railway. Who is responsible for this monitory loss? Sir who will answer to this? Why the complaint has not been accepted?

                                Please inquire the same and kindly take immediate action.

                                    We are all residence of
                                    Ugar khurd, ainapur, durgawadi, vinayakwadi

                                    Facing problem to going to our lands about 3000 acres by using bulock cart, tractor and agricultural equipments etc., and their is also old ainapur ugar khurd road.
                                    At present double railway line work is going on and as mentioned above their is old underground bridge. If they construct new bridge adjutant to old bridge in same dimension farmers will face the problem of transportation of agricultural products and equipments.
                                    The road, underground bridge is required 12×12 which is facilitating the easily excess and engress to the farmer at large. If bridge not constructed 12×12 the farmer and public permanentaly face acute of road for going to their lands. They face irreparable loss which cannot be compensated in any term.
                                    Therefore humbly submit that, the request by the us kindly issue necessary guidelines to concerned railway authorities to construct the bridge 12×12 widen for the interest of farmer and public at large.

As i have booked the tickets from bangalore to tirupati today 11th october, during travel the ticket collector has illegally fined us on charge of no valid original id proof, though we showed digitally uploaded documents on digital locker which is enforced from july 5th 2018, and also behaved rudely and didn't accept the documents pointing that digital documents are not accepted. So kindly take into consideration very seriously.

                                        Worst railways in the world. Tickets are not available throughout the year. How can we plan every journey 3 months ahead? Politicians keep your heads on railway tracks. How long should i type man you set 350 characters as the minimum length. Till now i completed 264 words. Hi indians, how are you? I hope you are fine. I failed only because i was born in india. The worst mindset people.
