Has taken 7 lakh rupees of bribe for giving me the job in railways in feb 2018 but he has not given and demanding more money. He is now refusing to return the money. I am in big mental problem.     Sir/ madam... I am regular passenger in ers-pgt memu numbered 66612... This train is been stopped in almost all stations and all signals till it reaches its destination for no reason.. No one knows the fact why the train is been hold everywhere... And sometimes it have to give way for goods trains that carries petrol even.. Even today the train was hold on at aluva railway station for about 15 minutes... And when i called to aluva railway station number no one was even ready to take the call up... Kindly give due attention to the case and please dont kill this service..

      Dear sir
      I am senior citizen person of bihar bhagalpur i was travelling to bhagalpur to howrah on 16/9/18 my mobile is stolen in tinpahar to between rampurhat station.
      My seat in s4 17 and 18 i got down to complain at rampurhat station the rpf personnels denied to take my complaint. The disguisting thing which we noticed was that there were no rpf personnels in the train and even train superintentend was not present in the train on that day. Sir, this is a serious case which the authorities have to take care of. Now we are afraid to travel in train. Who is responsible for this? Sir who will answer to this? Please enquire the same and kindly take immediate action.

        Dear sir/madam,

        I was trying to book a ticket from agra to jaipur, departing at 6:00pm.

        That said, the website popped up a message and brought me to another train schedule page (Where the pop message indicated the train booking is suggested to the one at 7:15am.) (I didn't notice about that until i completed the purchase)
        So after the pop message, it jump to the passenger details page, the time is still the same as what i’m looking for. (Where the train will depart from agra at 6pm)
        So i was assuming on the review page, the details will be remain unchanged.

        That being said, after i paid for the ticket.
        And at the end, the train document shows me the ridiculous train schedule.

        Now i booked the a wrong train journey from agra to jaipur for two on the wrong departure time.

        It is still inconceivable to me about this message box popped when i only targeted to the train journey at 6pm and completely ruined my planning since the customer “care” department keep referring me to an unreachable website to seek for support. (Link below)

        I mean im already contacting with the indian railways customer care centre, who can be the better person i can talk to? This is ridiculous.

        I have an id and pass word in IRCTC railways for booking ticket. For the last 10 days or so it is not possible. Every time I go to the site, it keep asking user id and pass ward again and again. It is not going further. I have already changed my pass word twice. Please help

          Train number (51286) passenger started from dhamangaon to akola time of arrival at dhamangaon is 7.43 still it had not arrived at akola now its 12.50 still its at halt far from yaulkhed dated 16/09/2018.             I had booked a parcel from kazipet to visakhapatnam on 18/08/2018 with lt no. A2062128. I went to collect my parcel on 24/08/2018 at visakhapatnam. The counter officer said it's not traceable come again. Like this i had went to station 3 more times but couldn't trace it. They have taken my number and said they will inform once they find it. But till now i didn't get my parcel.

              Inside upper class waiting room in yaswantpura railway station chair which is provided for us is fully broken.

              I reached from mulbagal to yaswantpur railway station at 3 pm and decided to rest in waiting room but inside waiting room no chair is good in condition.

              So i sited outside platform.
              Kindly repair it or purchase new one we are paying heavy amount but getting bad service by railway govt.

              Right now i am in upper class waiting room at katpadi junction, vellore. But here no one is attending, everyone is entering and made it crowded. Also there is a single washroom which is locked.
              What the hell this is.
              We pay too much amount of money but the time of giving facilities Indian railway fails to do so.
              I am very disappointed from this type of arrogancy of Indian railway

                In the sbc railway station platforms 1 to 4 there is no connect trains to mysore junction. Please connect trains to mysore junction in platforms 1 to 4 for avoid rush. And the same thing in mysore to sbc route there is no connect trains to platforms 1 to 4 for chennai, hosur, coimbatore, tirupathi. Please connect trains platforms 1 to 4 both the routes for avoid rush.
                And one more important thing to note that the cauvery express train no 16022 to leaving from sbc 23:50 pm.in the early morning the lalbagh sf train no 12608 leaving from sbc 6:33 am.in the time gap between two trains about 6 hours.in other cities like mysore in the early morning lots of trains departure from sbc station. Please introduce a new train for time gap between two trains 5:00 am or 5:30 am for avoid too much rush in lalbagh sf. Please introduce new train for the cities like chennai, tirupathy, kochuveli, coimbatore or north side.

                  Sir i had boarded kanchankanya express, (Train no. 13149) from burdwan on the night of 13th sep, 2018 which was scheduled to arrive njp on the morning of 14th sep, 2018. My ticket’s pnr no. Is [protected].
                  I was to deboard the train at njp station, which is situated in siliguri. But as i feel asleep, i deboarded the train in siliguri junction, which is another station of siliguri itself, and is hardly about 2-3 kms away from njp.
                  When i got down, a tte named mr. Sanjay bhaskar (According to us) checked my ticket and said i have got down on the wrong station. I explained him the complete situation. But he was very reluctant to understand my case and was very rude in his behaviour. He said that i have to pay a penalty of rs. 800/- (Rupees eight hundred only), which i said is too much for skipping a station in the same city, and is away from njp by about just 3 kms. Then he also gave me a hint of paying him something unofficially and go, but i denied stating that whatever is my fine/penalty, i will pay against an official receipt.
                  He also called rpf personnels, as if i was travelling with some prohibited items. But finally when i denied paying him unofficially, and took a stand that i will pay all against an authorized receipt. He issued a receipt (Receipt no. 873231) of rs. 280/- (Rupees two hundred & eighty only) against rs.800/- which he was earlier demanding. And then i was allowed to go.
                  But it was a real harassment for a lawful citizen like me, who very frequently travel by indian railways. And i would like to bring the same in the notice of concerned authorities, so that all necessary & appropriate action should be taken against the guilty officials, and no other traveller should undergo the pain and harassment like me.

                    I am a 64 years female, I had booked a ticket with my son on 30/08/2018 from BAPUDHAM MOTIHARI to Anand Vihar Delhi. I had selected lower berth on the time of booking but after booked of ticket you had alloted me to upper birth, how can I ascend on the upper birth at the stage of this age i. e. 64 years. Kindly change my seat from upper to lower berth as soon as possible because tomorrow is my journey date i. e. 14/09/2018.

                      Many times irctc issue the letter to chief commercial manager to refund of amount of shri dilip singh reference no cstmrr433679 who did not retiring room facility due to room under maintenance at mumbai cstm railway station but still not reverted.

                      Request pl process the refund with interest because issue is pending from 2016.

                        I am fade-up with this site. This site hardly respond when a person want to book tatkal ticket. Please check it immediately, most probably it is disturbed/hacked/blocked by touts/agents and common people hardly getting benefit of this scheme. And touts are making money by charging exorbitant money to the simple/common person.

                          I purchased one e-ticket pnr no. Is [protected] & position was wl-22. The ticket was not confirmed, i have not got my ticket amount refunded automatically. Rather i have got one mail that amount is not refundable.
                          I want to ask that you are not able to provide me any seat, and no fault of mine you are not refunding my money.
                          For complaining you have provided some ph. Nos as[protected],[protected], do you know that if any one ask any question the simply forward the call to an unknown place & there is none to response? I called from my no.[protected]. Several times and all the times the call was forwarded to an unknown place & none was there. Then what for this customer care division? If i am not wrong thousands of people are buying e-tickets and not being provided with seat & the money is being taken by you simply rather pickpocketing, no investment full gain.
                          Please look into the matter.

                            Scr rly, authorities not taking any interest for control of air pollution and water pollution of gdv (Gudivada) in side the station in surrounds area in ap. The station vacant land is blocked with dirty pools or ponds. People who are staying there suffering with pollution and bad smell with mosquitoes and getting fevers like malaria and dengue. The track sunk by these pools in rainy season. Therefore honorable rly or union minister mr. R. Velu announced (1980) for lunching of wagon & diesel repair sheds over there. But the authorities not solved this problem.
                            So we are requesting you sir please take a good decision for gdv station vacant land for useful.

Few guys appeared to be as pantry boys collected Rs.170 for egg curry with chappati extra and handed left over veg food which was stinking very badly... Will anyone able tp spot these fraud gang who is collecting money in name of food...how disgusting... so tbis is my India...

                              Tdr refund not received even after 2 month. Transaction id - [protected] pnr no.- [protected]. The train was diverted and not touching destination station. The status is showing cr registered from the past 50 days. Please help as i have tweeted numerous times to railways ministry, gm northern railways and irctc and the only response i get is that it's in process. Since, the train was diverted and it was railways fault all the passangers should get immediate refund and there should be no need to file tdr. But they are harassing the citizens of the country by not completing the process and initiating refund.

                                Sir,
                                My name is hitesh i am working in a public sector bank posted at kannauj uttar pradesh . My native is in gir somnath district of gujarat.
                                I have planed my journey from kannauj to native place for attending post funeral rituals of my maternal grand father as I was not got leave at the time of his death. I had booked flight of GO air from Delhi to ahmedabad which was scheduled 1 September 2018 7:25 am (departure time) as to reach delhi i had booked train form Kanpur to delhi on 31 august 2018 whose departure time from Kanpur central station was 16:55 and arrival at new Delhi station was 22:15 . I have booked this train ljn swarna shatabdi(12003) a premium category train of indian railways as to reach delhi 7 hrs before my flight to avoid unexpected delay in delhi.
                                On the day of journey i have boarded train from Kanpur central on time but after departed from Kanpur train reached etawah station around 18:15, where train was parked for around 7 hrs and no official announcement either of breakdown or status of progress repairing work was held . Train departed around 2:00am from etawah station in 1 sep 2018 morning and reached new Delhi station 7:30am due to which I had missed my flight to ahmedabad and I booked new ticket after reaching airport because it was very important to attend that ritual on that day and as not to miss my onward planed journey from ahmedabad .

                                Due to careless service and irresponsible behaviour of indian railways i have inccured financial loss and mentally harassed for 7 hrs long sitting at a isolated place with and was not able to attend that rituals due to this long delay by railways
                                Kindly do the need full and atleast arrange me return of my financial loss wich is 7739rupees(which is nrarly 35 percent of my monthly earning)

                                  I am traveling with my wife in falaknuma express 12704 from secunderabad to kharagpur (A1 29, 30) start yesterday 1555 hrs..in night approximate at 0430 hrs today i found my luggage (Trolly bag, laptop bag & purse) missing. Please help me to find out these items as these contains my force accouterment, wife valuable, police medal for gallentary pass, laptop with money etc

                                    I booked an used and old bike honda shine rj 19 vs 8024 on 04 sep 2018 as luggage from jodhpur (Ju) to koderma (Kqr). Booking slip no. Is a0230344
                                    & pnr no. Is [protected]. My journey date was 05 sep 18. Yet bike is not delivered in koderma station and parcel clerk does not help in trace out.
                                    I quried railway parcel office jodhpur he replied that bike is loaded. Telephonically i requested parcel office koderma to trace out the bike, simply he replied that you will be informed if your bike comes. I don't know how long should i wait? I have a limited time to stay in koderma.

                                    Please help me.

                                      Hello sir,

                                      I was booking a ticket from mtj to nzm for 15th sept 2018 in cc in train 12059 by railconnect app.

                                      Mode of payment was bhim upi. I have made the transaction and amount has been deducted from my account (330 rupees) at around 00:49, 9 september, 2018, but the ticket had not been booked (Transaction id: 8252*680). It doesn't show in my booked ticket history. It has been more than 12 hours but money has not been refunded yet.

                                      Kindly refund my amount. Thank you for promptly acting.

                                        Hi,
                                        Why are the blankets not changed for each passenger in ac coaches?
                                        When i consulted the coach incharge, i was told that only bedsheets and pillow covers are changed (Well, even they look dirty usually).
                                        It is not hygienic to ask passengers to use the blankets used by any previous passenger.
                                        Would request the railway board to look into this.

                                        Why are the blankets not changed for each passenger in Rajdhani express 22692 coach # B4, seat # 17, 20 ? date: 9 September 2022

                                        It is not hygienic to ask passengers to use the blankets used by any previous passenger.
                                        When we asked attendant regarding same he didn’t response with an appropriate answers.

                                        We have paid for everything new and clean with tax of course.
                                        Kindly look into this matter asap.
