I had boarded the rac seat s12/55 at howrah station for travel to secunderabad on 12703 falaknama express. There was no tte for the bogie from howrah to khurda road. There was no checking and clearance between the stations. Next tte at khurda road also did not check or clear the rac. This inability to check sleeper berth tickets and clear the rac is a new obnoxious behaviour which caused immense pain to myself as i had to travel for 25 hours sitting sharing the lower berth with another person. I had also complained to the twitter account but the tte's was negligent and did not work to clear rac. Nowadays rac are not getting cleared in running train. Please stop the practise of alloting rac when the passenger is not aware of the status of the seats in the train. Otherwise, railway should refund the sleeper charges of the ticket an charge for sitting accomodation only.

I am traveling from indore in malwa express in Coach S13 as in the coach there is no charging point as other coaches have their respective charging points and next is toilets in all the coaches are uncleaned and their is no mug in the washrooms.

    2 confirmed tickets (Kgp - ngp, ngp - pune) for my journey from kgp to pune and the first train got rescheduled to start after 5.5 hours from it's scheduled time. Now i am helplessly running at midnight hours in kgp station to get an alternative. The tte/station manager says we can't do anything and you must board the next train with a general ticket. I have my 57 year old mother with me who is medically unfit to stand for long hours and underwent leg surgery for pain in knee. I went to the railway counter to get a unreserved ticket for my journey in the 12:30 am train. Now to add to my dilemma the counter gets closed at 11:40 pm saying system failure. On enquiring further they said it's a regular thing and i need to wait till 12 midnight. I was standing in queue waiting for the clock to tick at 12. My wait didn't ended at 12, on asking that it's already 12 why is it that the counter is still not open came the lame reply that railways have different time. They are yet to strike 12 when it was 12:15 am in everybody else's watch. We at last got the ticket and then i had to run back to platform to catch the 12:30 train. Remember this is kharagpur railway station which boasts of its long platforms and i had my mother along who had walking issues due to her recent leg surgery.

    Finally somehow i managed to board the train and spoke to tte first thing explaining the situation. He clearly denied of any vacant seats and asked us to go adjusting in sleeper class. Also said he will come later and fine us for traveling in sleeper with a general ticket. Again remember this suggestion came from kgp station tte/station manager.

    Now i am still clueless where is my fault to pay that fine. I booked tickets and had it confirmed in 3ac. Railways decided to reschedule my 1st train for some reason and without providing any alternative they escaped with a text message "12834 hwh adi exp scheduled to leave hwh at 23:55hrs on 22/06/18 has been rescheduled at 05:30 hrs on 23/06/18. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.". Instead of this message why can't they arrange for a alternative for passengers who had that urgency to go on same day. With a sorry note i want to let railway know that this is highly unjustified customer service. We donot need you regret messages but instead if you make an alternate arrangements for passengers when this kind of situation arises that i think will be appreciated.

    Thanks for the mental trauma you gifted to me and my mother.

      I lost a carton box along with a plastic cover packed together having all the kids toys in it.
      There are cctv cameras installed in the train so i guess it won't be difficult to track the same. Kindly help me in getting back my lost things.

      Haven't yet got refund amount Rs 186 against failed booking of Retiring room (single room) on dated 15.06.2018.. for PNR no. [protected].

      Later I was forced to book a dormitory against the same PNR and payment for the same was made separately.

      Request to refund the amount Rs 186 and confirm.

        On yesterday 01.07.2018 I, Amar Purankar did the online ticket of Konark Express (07.05 pm) two times because of non receiving of ticket confirmation from IRCTC after payment or deduction of money from my SBI account both the times. Failed Transaction ID's for 1st booking is IRCTC txn#[protected] and second booking reference no. IGADWGZIP9.
        I request you to please refund my money as soon as possible. Otherwise i will go through by legal way.

          On 01/07/2018 i hav ebooked 12 train tickets from beas to nizamuddin (Hnzm) and from nizamuddin to vijayawada at macherla railway station. Actually for the whole the journey (Beas to vijayawada) i can get single ticket. If it was done like that i would have got the each ticket at 758/- but because of his inefficiency i got the tickets at 950/-. I have asked him in advance to book in single ticket mode. But he was telling that "i was not able to do it and dont irritate me."

          Dear sir I m traveling in Gujrat supar fast express...Nd I had my reservation..but there is lots of.. people traveling in this coach without reservation..Nd tickit collector is also allow them...so please do a action about this correction ..otherwise I will twite it on ..twitter

            Fare:250. This rail travel is insured

            This journey is completely sleepless due to havoc passenger (Non regerved) in my reserved seat. One going multiple coming. Completely rubbish service by you. Give my money back. Tte is not helpful at all. He is simply taking money and allowing passengers into it. Thanks. Hope there may be some solution when bjp in power.

              Dear sir,
              I filed a tdr for pnr [protected] (Mahananda express) dated 8th june 2018 with the reason "train late for more than 3 hours, passenger not travelled".

              Transaction id [protected]

              The scheduled time was of 6:35 am. But the train was late by more than 5 hours when it left dli railway station. I waited at the railway station for around 4 hours and then went back home and filed a tdr. I am sure i should get a refund since the train was late by more than 3 hours.
              The tdr filed is showing "cr repudiate". The train was late by more than 3 hours and i am sure i should get a refund of the booked amount of inr 1560.
              Kindly look into it asap.

              This is absolute harrasment. Firstly the train is late and now the tdr status shows refund will not be provided. I condemn indian railways for such poor service.

              After filing the tdr on 8th june 2018, i booked another ticket for 12th june 2018 for the same journey with pnr [protected]. I am sharing this detail as an assurance that i didn't travel on 8th june 2018. Please look into this asap and refund my ticket charges.

                bike parcel not loaded

                I have booked my bike to parcel from new delhi railway station to secunderabad station but still they didnt even loaded i didnt get any kind of message to my contact number, still hoe much time those people will take to load my bike please someone help me out from this and how can i give complaint directly to irctc

                Dear sir,

                I was given to understand that with provision of online booking post preparation of chart for a train reprieve the rac passenger from getting a full seat. Otherwise, pl. Don't proivde rac seats to passengers.

                This is big inconvenience to the passenger who are travelling long distance and overnight journey like mumbai - delhi.

                  The ticket amount has not been refunded yet. The train no.55663 was cancalled on 15th june. The train was in the station. They said that train will be late but after 4 hr 15 min due to landslide and then they announced that the train was cancelled. But we didn't got any message of train cancelled and in the irctc website it is showing that the train ran on that day and the amount has not been refunded yet. We have complain many a time in the irctc and [protected]@irctc.co.in. But no action had been taken. (The train did not ran on that day. We were sitting on the train for 4hr 15 min.) but the irctc agent said that they don't have such information and according to them the train ran and they have not received such information.

                  Please take quick action on this. And please consult the agartala staion master

                        The train 12204 has the poorest of the poor conditions. The air conditioning system has been the reason. I am travelling in the ac chair car coach j2 and been suffering lately with water dripping from the roof. This is humble request to indian railways to kindly look after these issues as the money we pay doesn't include paying for this treatment. It might be shorter than 350 words to attract significant attention but sir/ma'am the issue is way too important than the word limit!

                          Special squad of catering service in madurai had harrassed the vendors of manamadurai and collected the high bribe from the owner of the stall, manamadurai
                          He had collected the bribe for the appointment of vendors, it's not a problem but the squads are charging money for 12 times per month, in this case, how the owner of that stall will able to pay the rent to his owner, the squads are misbehaving to the vendors and act like a terrorist. Kindly please take steps for the approval of appointing vendors in catering stall. Kindly help the vendors against these kind of harassing squads

                            I have booked a parcel (01 steel box) on 21st June from Lucknow to DIMAPUR via 15910 Avadh Assam exp. the parcel was loaded in 15934 Chandigarh Dibrugarh exp on 23rd Jun. it was supposed​to reach Dimapur on 24th June. But it has not arrived at the Dimapur station till date. I have attached a copy of the bill receipt. The details are-

                              Rail neer actual rate 15./rs but all vendors charge 20 rs. Per rail neer bottle high charge per bottle (5 rs extra in the name of cooling.)
                              Cold drink actual rate 35. Rs (600 ml). But all vendors charge 40 rs. Per cold drink bottle high charge per bottle (5 rs extra in the name of cooling.)
                              Tea actual rate 7./rs. But all. But all vendors charge 10 rs. Per tea high charge per tea (3 rs extra). Old delhi railway station all platform....

                              I booked a parcel from tata to bza on[protected]. It is loaded in tata-allepy train on[protected]. It is supposed to be unloaded in bza on[protected]. When i asked about consignment, officers in vijayawada railway paracel office are saying they haven't received the consignment.

                              I am really helpless.

                                I was travelling from bhagalpur to kota form bhagalpur-ajmer train, train no - 13423 on 28th june 2018. My wallet get stolen at mugal sarai railway station. It contains my phone, id card and some money.
                                Please help me to find my accessories and all.

                                It contains my ticket also.
                                This particular site is when a consumer is cheated by a company. But when you put such kind of "complain" I am not sure how to react. Did you complain at the local police station? It is Indian railway rule that you should make a written complaint at the Station where you realised your wallet is stolen, Did you make a complaint? So suggest you make the complaint at Mughal Sarai station. I really doubt if the thieves are reading Consumer complaint forums for returning the wallets. So assuming that you are educated. Make the necessary complaint at the Mughal Sarai Railway Police station. I doubt the Indian Railways are going to understand what exactly are they supposed to do.
                                Sir I journey in this train on date 21.06.2018 ..Now this training getting late 10 hr.What is the actual time of arrival on station.and why it gone 10 hr getting late ..We are too much haresment on this train .This is my first and last journey in this train .Sir it stopped at unnecessary stopage.
                                I have today booked ticket by train no 22625 double deckeer train from chennai to ksr bangalore for journey on 30 th june 5 tickets
                                amout of Rs 2500 debited from account but ticket not generated

                                  I travelled in a1 coach of train no 16514 from udupi to bangalore on 27th june 2018. The train started from kaarwar on 27th june. L travelled by the same train on 28th of june from bangalore to udupi in a1 coach again in lower birth no 36.
                                  On the window side my pillow got drenched by rain water both days profusely. I brought it the notice of the staff. But it seemed to me that they are not very much worried or caring about it. This will be a big problem for the daily passengers. Pl take note of it try to resolve it immediately.

                                    If the tc catch someone traveling in the luggage compartment and then that person has paid the amount of rs.500/- only for khar road to bandra.

                                    Can you please tell me if you if you paid the amount then when that person had received the receipt

                                    The tc name is farookh khan in bandra.

                                    He's telling that person u can come tomorrow and tack ur receipt.

                                    I think it's a sign of the corruption.
