    Hi delegates,

    I was traveling in a local train from howrah to medinipur at 5.20pm on 22.06.2018. The facts are listed bellow,
    1. The number of trains are very less upon number of passenger.
    2. Train gets delayed and delayed with no announcement.
    3. The train i travelling with is in worst conditions. Like - i. Fans are not working.in my coach only 11 out of 22 are in running condition. Ii. Lights are also in same condition. Most of them are totally in off condition.
    So, my question is where all the passenger's money are going. Is that mean that we are not a part of humans.in such a summer season if a fully filled train coach runs without fans what will be the effect to the passengers.

    It is really really unacceptable condition dear sir/ madam.

    I am worried about the old persons and ladies that how tough it would be for them. It can be a deadly situation for any passenger.

    Please, look in to this matter if any humanity left in you.

        Journey dated 02.06.2018 of SUR PUNE express (12170) reservation from Solapur to Pune
        Ticket was PRS counter ticket which was paid by debit card.
        It was cancelled on 02.06.2017 at Solapur reservation counter and PNR no. [protected]
        As per the information given by the counter person the refund was supposed to get back in the concerned account within 7 days electronic refund process.
        It's been more than a month and refund is not yet received.

          I booked one ticket at kota junction through my sbi debit card on 12/05/18. Same ticket i cancelled at vyara station on 02/06/18. Ticket cancellation receipt pnr no[protected]. Cancellation amount of rs.4130 not deposited in my bank account till today. I approached vyara station cancellation counter for inquiry, but they are unable to find the reason for no refund.

            We boarded in doon express from haridwar (17/6/2018), we reach at haridwar station on time, and our seats are in sleeper coach in s9 from haridwar to howrah, when train are reach haridwar station the train has coach from s1 to s6 and ac coaches are there, it was announced the from s7 to s12 will be attached from infront of engine, and haridwar station is full of crowded, but when the coached are attach the general class ticket people are climbing the sleeper coach without having reservation tickets, there was no police and no tc are there to maintain the suitation, many general tickets passengers are jam the gate of train so that the reservation class passengers are not able to climb the train, that crowd stay upto lucknow, from haridwar to gaya jn there has no tc and no police in coaches, indian railways doesn, t have any security.

            I booked a retiring room at patna junction for my comfort but here i didn't sleep tonight because of harmful insects in my bed. when I contacted the person who provided the room, he told me that there is same condition of all the beds.
            Is this Indian Railways service???

              MY OBSERVATIONS, GRIVEIANCES AND SUGGESTION ON BETA VERSION OF IRCTC NEWLY LAUNCHED WEBSITE:
              I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN OF 66 YEARS OF AGE AND RETIRED. I AM NOT A TECH SAVY PERSON AND USE COMPUTER FOR NORMAL REQUIREMENT OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
              My suggestions are:
              A. Restrict the captcha to one time,
              B. Allot even number of berths in each coach for senior citizens/eligible woman passengers avoiding split of passengers,
              C. Do not effect payment if preferred berths are not allotted which attract more work with refund issue for both
              My explanations of the above are enumerated below:
              While booking of tickets in the new website of IRCTC I observe certain areas which, in my opinion, are to be taken care of:
              1) CAPTCHA :
              There are three (3)areas where one has to fill the captcha to book tickets:
              a) First, at the time of login,
              b) Second, at the time of booking, and
              c) Third, at the time of payment.
              By these, what you want to prevent?-- Restricting agents or people who are booking their own tickets? Agents, Cyber cafe people are mostly young generation who are well conversant in computer and first in typing and they can complete the process much faster than general public and senior citizens like us. Moreover, what captcha prevent is not clear to me. Still, if this is to be used it should be only at the payment page to prevent hacking of customers deta.
              2) ALLOCATION OF BERTH FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND ELIGIBLE LADY TRAVELLERS ( IN ODD NUMBER IN ONE COACH):
              Earlier, this facility was given to the passenger of above category when travelling alone. Presently, this has been done away with and maximum two (2) passengers ticket can be booked under the above category . Here, lies my observation. So far my knowledge goes, presently, three (3) berths are allotted in each coach of 3rd AC and 2nd AC. Why this is so? Why not even number of berths allotted in a coach instead of odd number. When, you are giving this facility to two(2) passengers then there is all possibility that a pair of passenger will be allocated in split coach. This actually happened to me in recent 2/3 travels and last time I have to negotiate with a passenger requesting his upper side berth (3AC) in exchange of my lower berth to accommodate me to my wife's coach as both o[censored]s are not in good state of health. This also happened in booking of tickets of one of my relatives. They are 72 years and 66 years age couple and has been allotted in two different coaches.
              My suggestion is please allot all the berths in one coach under this category or at least even number of berths in one coach so that there is no instance of split coach allotment.
              3) EFFECT OF PAYMENT WITHOUT PREFERRED BERTH:
              At the time of booking, some preferences are appeared in booking screen: i.e. i] book if all tickets are confirmed, ii) if, at least, two lower berths are allotted, iii) if, at least, one berth is allotted in lower berth etc .
              After, clicking any of these, again one screen appears " DO YOU WANT PROCEED WITHOUT THESE" CLICK YES OR NO. If no is clicked and any of these conditions are not fulfilled the passenger will come to know only after making payment. So far my knowledge goes, this is different in case of counter booking and online booking. In railway booking counter, if the preference are not fulfilled the gentleman in the booking counter generally ask whether he should proceed or not. This facility should be at per with counter booking system. Passenger should take decision before making payment. With the present system passenger has to follow up with the refund and many a times no information of refund comes.

              I request you to go through with the above and make necessary changes in your website so that people gets benefit from this.

                Sir,
                Today (21/6/2018) we boarded to a train from mathura to indore... Our seats 62 (Ul) and 64 (Su) were reserved in coach s10... We were on time to board the train however when we got to our seats, the person on seat no. 63 was asleep... We kindly asked him to sit up and leave the seat for my mother to sit... He opened his eyes and told us to sit anywhere else since he wanted to sleep and closed his eyes again... My father kindly asked him again to sit but he didn't respond... At last he sat up but after creating a nuisance.
                I hereby wish that a notice type thing should be placed near the seat nos. Stating the legal sleeping time, to nullify further similar cases.

                I have to go bhimavaram from Vijayawada for seshadri express train no is 17029 right time to arrival is 1.10 am but 2.30 am expecting not yet arrived as of now and no proper response from enquiry also of Vijayawada stanation pls dont give hike and promotion to this area GM this year
                I was travelling in s-5 coach, found no water, no charging point and fan of berth no. 17, 18&19 was U/S. Tourists travel, it spoil govt image.please take it seriously for for atleast govt image.My ticket PNR-[protected].

                  Hi,

                  In spite of one of the busiest station in bengaluru, krishnarajapuram railway station lacks basic amenities such as wheelchair ramp or lift to disabled and elderly people for platform #2 and platform #3.

                  With small stations such as katpadi junction having the ramp, escalator and lift for elderly.

                  Request to take steps to build wheelchair ramp and lift immediately.

                  Hello team,

                  I've booked my bike (Passion plus, pb09 h 4706) from new delhi on 17/06/2018 and loaded it in train no. 12556 on 18/06/2018, from new delhi to basti. But basti they were not unloaded because stop for 3 minutes only, so it went to gorakhpur railway station. At gorakhpur again they not unloaded because of purely negligence of railway department now it's went to bhiwani station. It was expected bike will unloaded to gorakhpur railway station on 19/06/2018 and come to basti in ljn intercity 12531 as 12556 is superfast and 12531 some how slow train. I always used my bike to go my duty but without bike i'm facing lot of problem. I went many times in the railway parcel department but they are not taking any action even they're also not taking any complain please kindly requested to find the parcel and send to basti

                    Actually sir there are so many agent active near saharsa station. Pls i requested you take to action immediately, common people not received of tatkal ticket in saharsa railway station, railway police and booking cleark both to be involved, he sell this ticket 2000 per each passenger, these people near railway station, he have no any type of licenced of selling a rail counter ticket, so kindly look into the matter.

                        Hi sir my name is tulsiram. I booked a ticket from udaipur to nizamuddin but due to bad health of my small brother we boarded our train from kota junction. Mend my mom boarded train mewar express on 19/06/2018 from kota station. When we reached our seat we found some other persons sitting there and they told us that the seat was given them by a tc. When we contacted him he told that our seat is cancelled because we didn't boarded from udaipur and asked us to get out of the train. However we manage to travel just sitting on a seat corner. Sir we want a proper action to be taken against that tc. Sir the tc refused to tell us the name of himself and instead told do whatever you want

                            With due respect i want to inform you that i am travelling in train no 13331 dhn-pnbe express having pnr no:- [protected] and seat number b2 62 and 64. The b2 coach is not getting cooled and it's highly suffocating. Attendants are just keep reiterating that coach will be cooled in a while. During my entire journey i have complained three times to indian railways sms help no [protected] but not any action was taken. Pls work towards it

Amount deducted from my bank account 1680 & 1340 rupees. Failure notification received for the amount 1680. But notification 1340 not received . Please do the needful to return back both amount to my bank

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I along with my colleague was scheduled to board the 12001 ndls shatabdi express from morena station on 19th june 2018. We were present on the platform on the scheduled date from morena when the train arrived 20 minutes late. However. We were shocked to see that the doors of the coaches were shut from inside and we tried to bang at the doors of many coaches as well as tried to run and see if any coach door was open.in the limited time of two minutes that the train stops there, we could cover 5- 6 coaches but none of the doors were opened. We missed the train.

                                We went and explained our situation and asked for help of station manager of morena railway station but he could not help us. This can be verified from him immediately otherwise it may be erased from his memory.

                                As a woman, i not only had to undertake a very risky road journey in the night in a private taxi because, i had to somehow reach delhi for which i had actually got myself in one of the premium trains of indin railways.

                                I request you to not only refund the money charged against the ticket of me n my colleague, mr. Adesh sah but also compensate us for the expenditure incurred and the trauma and inconvenience that we had to face for no fault of ours.

                                I will be most grateful to you for a prompt resolution of my complaint.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I had file a tdr on 05-may-2018 pnr no.[protected] pnr no. [protected] due to some reason train late more than 5 hours passenger is not traveling in this train. The issue is i did not get any refund till now.

                                  India railways say that as per chart passenger have travelled. But i have a proof passenger has not travelling in this train. I have a alternate travelling details

                                  So i request you to kindly look the issue and get my refund back as soon as possible.

                                    Respected sir,
                                    My name is ashok kumar. On 19th june 2018 i am traveling from tirupati to guntur on tirupati passenger at sharp 3:30am my sister try to sleep, then thief pull his chain and ran away, we don't recognize him because of fully darkness, i am given complaint in guntur railway station, try to take serious action against this type of incidents. Kindly help me what can i do.

                                      they have loaded my bike in the train :- 18519 on[protected] in my presence and they have locked and sealed the compartment.

                                      while i was requesting them to check the compartment in secunderabad railway station they are saying that they cant able to see the bike and left it inside without proper response.
