Hi sir,
I would like to bring to your notice about the non compliance of bike parcel by indian railways and its very smart agents. I reached paecel office nagpur central railways. With a smart and shrewd agents sitting at the gate as though he is the lord there. Shamelessly he asked me kya kaam hai. I told him bike has to be sent to pune. This guy had all the rates in his mind deliberately ready to fool me, all the agents at nagpur railways parcel office agents are and running a thorough nexus of a very efficient kind. I bought my ticket at parcel office and sent my bike for packaging. To my and thorougj dismay the agent at the gate did not like it and said to me lets see how your bike reaches pune. Till date from friday my bike hasnt been recieved by me. I would like to question the authorities are we so handicapped that we can overlook such problems and please if you can kindly now atleast send my bike so that i can save on the relentless autud i have to take in pune. The sad state of central railways agents parcel office is and going to cause inconvenience to many if strict action is not taken them. I am attaching a copy of my prr ticket.

I am travelling through train no.12630. The power point is not working. I need to charge my phone. The pantry is charging rs. 5 extra on cold drinks, this is illegal.the journey duration is 1 day and 6 hours. My phone battery did not last anyway. I paid 2145 INR And I can't expect a goddammit proper working socket. This is very shameful.
No monthly ticket is given for last 1 hour due to server down at budge budge station.

    Am coning from trichy to chennai egmore with magalore express (10 pm - 4 am) on 16th june 2018 - 17th june 2018. But unfortunately the train will be moving from chetpat to egmore on yesterday morning 3.30am one person robbery my gold chain.. It will be around 3 and half powns. Kindly please do the needful and take action asp..

    I am travelling in 11057 amritsar express the train in already delayed because kf the accident anf it is already late by 12 hours and the fans are not working. we have suffered a lot due to the accident and the working fan issue and regardless of saying again and again no one was listening to our complaints please clear the issue soon

      Shamefully i wish to inform to indian railway that train number 12873 which is single source of travel from remote location of renukoot, anpara, vindhyanagar, singrauli to delhi. People doing job business entrepreneurship in nearby of india's largest aluminium plant i. E hindalco. India largest thermal power plant i. E. Ntpc vindhy nagar. Coal india largest profit making company i. E. Ncl. Uttar pradesh largest thermal power plant i. E. Uprvunl anpara is badly affected as train is monthly average running late by 658 minute and maximum by 1190 minutes when it reached anand vihar terminal as mentioned on railway website too.

      Due to which some times meetings scheduled in delhi of top level management of above listed companies is also badly affected which directly affect the economy and policy making for betterment of india too.

      So in interest of society people living in this region and most importantly in interest of nation plz take this matter in account and ressolved it immediately.

        My name is shakti tripathi, i have booked two seats in sleeper class using tatkal quota (As i couldn't get a chance to avail a confirmed ticket in any of the ac classes) for me and my wife but i couldn't board to the train lko mail (Down-12230/ghaziabad) due to over crowded and loaded compartments...           Hi,

          This is subhrangshu, while trying to book a ticket from irctc new website from bbs to ypr today, i. E. 24th june, 2018 (The train was humsafar expresess), there were 4 available tickets however it didn't not allowing to book the ticket by showing some relatively fake internal error. However when i am trying to book the ticket for later future date like july 24th, 2018, then it is allowing me to book the ticket from same bbs to ypr in humsafar.
          It looks like that this internal error is nothing but a conspiracy to create rush or keep the tickets for some 'special' occasion.
          I think it is not an internal error, it is for some internal unethical purpose.

          I would really really appreciate if some one can look into the matter honestly and escalate the same to concerned authority.

              I have booked my parcel on 22 may which had household items from hyderabad station to bilaspur station. I have still not received it till now. According to the parcel office it was loaded from hyderabad station and was not unloaded in bilaspur station on 22 may as well as on 29 may. I am very unhappy with the service.                 Very poor and rubbish service, i have been asking for water inside the seat c2-68, 69 in 12610 train from bangalore to chennai.

                Vendor guys selling other items like briyani, coffee and badam milk..

                From ambur i was asking for water but vendor guys provided me after walajah road...

                Vendor guys talking very rudely with us...

                Kindly take necessarry action against vendor guys so that other future passenger can travel with out any hurdle...

                  I prashant mishra sub editor of a daily news paper, i am travelling from gaya to allahabad today by 12801 purushottam express (Sf) which is right time at gaya, on 16/06/18, i have also the reservation in a valvo bus from allahabad to raebareli which timing is 22:15 pm, but due to unusual mental harrashment from indian railway and also carelessness of your department, the train's timing at allahabad 19:40 but before 2 km of allahabad chhevaki at 19:32 but still (At 23:16) the train is not reached at allahabad. I have missed my bus, this type of carelessness of your department (Indian railway) is the liable to heavy loss of mine, which is happened due to unusual delaying of the train. You have to take necessary action against your responsible management, who could not able to provide track for a right time running superfast train in 3:30 hrs. I am also request to provide compensation for my loses. I have to be bound to register a legal complain in consume forum against you after 15 days of this complain.

                    Please be informed that my one new bag destroyed by rats during running train on 16th june, 2018
                    From shirdi to hatia by pune hatia special train. Damaged bag was shown to compartment attender mr. Awadh bihari singh.
                    Train details are given below.

                    Seat number: 25 (Side lower berth)
                    It has happened due to lack of proper maintenance of compartment. Loco shed staff never bothered to care, where bogies are kept for cleaning and maintenance for further departure.
                    Due to this reason my rs.2000 costing bag completely destroyed.

                        Recently there is harrasment in delivering the goods to the partied. Lr no. 15 a v428292 dt. 13.6.18 hubli to yerraguntla.15 plastic bags. Paid lr amount rs. 378.00.
                        We giving delivery the staff are demanding extra bribe otherwise the goods will be sent to the next station. The supervisers also not co operative. Supporting their staff only.
                        Next time should we book or not.

                              I send my bcycle from bangalore to allahabad. Still i did not received.

                              I did not get any message not any call from railway site.

                              Around 15 days after when i go to allahabad railway parcel for receiving the
                              Bcycle. Then he is demanding money 3500 rupees for giving my product item.

                              Its not fair. If gov department doing this of work. Normal public lost trust
                              With indian gov.

                              My question with railway department why they not inform
                              To receiver for receive the product. If receiver is not receive the product
                              Then why not resend the product to sender. Why they are demanding money with normal public its just losing the trust with with us.
                              I am seriously very frustrated with indian gov deprt i will post this message in social site if gov will not take action.

                              Kindly send my product to my home without asking money.

                                While travelling in marusagar express, coach no.9 seat no. 16, 21, 24, 32, 72. On 12th morning i lost my handbag.in the bag i had my licence, pan card, i - phone6 and aadhaar card of me (Tanvi baweja) and my child (Tavish baweja) and some money. No tt and police was there to complaint about this. Indian railway should take care that the reservation compartments should not be open for all like general compartments. Tt should not allow people to sit without tickets.

                                  I was traveling from spp to kolkata in train no 15052. My pnr number is [protected]. Someone has stolen my trolley bag. It was a big color trolley bag. This was full of my wife and baby clothes. Someone has stolen it near jhajha railway station.
                                  I was trying to find out any guard or tte in the train. But no body was present in the train.

                                    I had exam on 10th at raipur. I planned to board from barbil to ckp by bbn-ckp intercity which timing of departure is 17:15 and arrival at ckp at 20:10. But the train departed at 18:00 and arrived at ckp at 21:20. Again i boarded hwh-mumbai mail at 00:45 at ckp but it arrived at raipur @9:50 where as actual timing of arrival 9:08. I was about to missed the exam. Such unexpected delay without any reason is not acceptable. Especially bbn-ckp intercity. Without any restriction, crossing problem the train was moving below par speed.

                                    The cleaning system of toiletries at Sri Ganganagar railway station is not correct. Dirt is spread all around. The remaining items of construction work are on the way
                                    When i came from barh station to patna junction, i bought general express ticket but general coach is full.then i went to sleeper coach .when we reached patna junction then one of tc at patna junction, then he asked me paisa do jitna tmare pass hai nai to hm chalan kaat denge,
                                    Train did not stop at desired station. I was travelling from rajkot to ahmedabad on 15th june, 2018. My destination was chandlodiya station but train did not stop though the route includes this station.
                                    I attached a route of train no. 22960.

                                    If they do not want to stop at some stations then why they include that in the route?

                                      Hello,

                                      I am brinda popat, travelling on 11th june in train no 11101 from pune to vadodara. Suddenly, after panvel near bhiwandi, my purse with jewellery, important documents and cash around rs. 2 lacs was stolen by thief. He tried to snatch other lady's bag but she started shouting so thief left the coach s5 in which i was also travelling with my family.

                                      We have tried calling 182 but was not reachable. Rpf didn't lodge our fir, they just filled up feedback form. Vadodara police also take complaint letter and informed us that they will file fir and send it to mumbai police.

                                      We didn't get any positive and strong action against thief. Very disappointed with indian railways.

                                      Please suggest me what should i do now.

                                        This is happening consistently on this route where train no.14207 or any other train which was running on time held up and delay it about 2-3 hrs just because to pass the train no.12229, no matter both trains have same number of stoppages. Or the train might have a gap of 30-40 kms. This process starts from last 1 month, before that train 14207 was very punctual.
