This concern is regarding my payment of Rs.515 in Post office. I payed amount of rs.515 on 05-July-2018 and still it is not processed it is still showing as Application payment Fees Provision is closed. So still now it is not reflecting the same in the RPF application process. As today 10-July-2018 is the last date still my process is not completed. So kindly help me with these details.     I booked my bike in train no 12328 from dehradun to patna in 30/6/2018 (bill no is 701156 and PNR no is [protected]). But still i didn't get my bike i checked alots of time in patna station but they said to me that when that rain come to patna there door they can't open now my bike in howrah station. Is already to late and i need my bike is to urgent

    So plz find my bike nd sented to patna station as soon as possible

      My ticket was booked from DPA to KTE in 12182 with PNR No. [protected] on 09.07.2018 but due to emergency I left the train in SWM station. I forget my red color bag in train. I caught another train no. 18214 from SWM station with PNR No. [protected] on 09.07.2018. May u please return my bag in this train because route of both the train are same till katni station.

        I have a complaint reg street dogs, We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people, and very problematic in night times also & they are shouting and disturbing the entire colony a lot. Please send a GHMC dog van to catch them.           My Self Amit R Thakkar(MST Holder) Daily up & down from Vishvamitri to Ankleshwar. Arrival time at Vishvamitri is morning 7:07 A.M. But, always arrived at 7:15 & Actual Departure time at Ankleshwar is morning 8:20 A.M. but always departure at 8:30 A.M. and above. I don't know why other super express train over take & side in by Bhilad express between Vadodara to Ankleshwar because of it is Super Fast. my office time is 8:45 Due to Delayed at arrival at Ankleshwar 8:30 and above half day claim. If, other Super fast side in to Bhilad express required either Bharuch or Ankleshwar side in to Bhilad express. Otherwise, Bhilad express time early at Morning 6:50 A.M. Departure at Vadodara.

            Sir, Vide IRCTC's e-Ticketing service, I booked 6 berths in Train No.22356 (DOJ being 1.11.2018) against PNR No.[protected] in AC-3 class from Ambala Cantt. to Varanasi Jn. at10:17:12 AM today, i.e., 8.7.2018. Five of 6 Passengers are Senior Citizens and 3 of them have serious ailments like spondylitis, knee-replacement and neurological problem. As per information available at Railway Website 165 berths in AC-3 Class were available then. But no lower birth has been alloted to us despite clear mention of preference for lower berths in the application form. This is violative of the policy of the Railways itself. Kindly allot at least 3 lower berths to the female members of our party and oblige.

                  I booked the tickets for Vaishno Devi on the date of[protected] to[protected] but due to some reasons i have to cancel the tickets and tickets was cancelled on[protected]journey date is[protected] to[protected] and cancelled date is[protected] and payment done by SBI Credit Card (Name of Mr. Sandeep Negi) to the booking tickets for the same and its been almost 2 months but still i did not received the refund for amount of Rs. 945+820. Please suggest, what should i do and please refund the payment as soon as possible.

                        Currently traveling in Poorva express 12382 in HA1 Coach. A couple has illegally occupieng and sitting on my birth in Rafiganj (as per them they will be traveling till Gaya) and on objecting they refused to vacant my birth by claiming they are railway employees.

                        Illegally occupied seats are: 13 and 15 of coach 12382

                        This should not be done in reserved coaches, even in 2AC coaches such things happen.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am Deepak Khatri, 36 years old, was along with my family from Shujalpur to Vadodara (PNR: [protected]) in Jabalpur Somnath Express train (Train Number : 11464). My wife was sleeping and in her purse, she had cash of about Rs. 3000 and Valuables (Silver and Gold ornaments) worth rupees 60000 approx. We have doubt on the fellow passenger (one couple who were travelling from Bhopal to Ahmedabad, as per the conversation with them). The couple had become friendly with us and we had a bit discussion about each other. Then in Vadodara, when we reached home in auto and were going to pay for fair, then we came to know that our cash and Valuables were stolen during the journey. The purse was so properly closed and arranged so that during leaving train we could not have doubt about the theft. It was a very bad experience for us and my wife was so much frustrated. I have total doubt on the fellow couple who were about 42 to 45 years of age, there seat numbers were probably 26 and 29 in Train 11464, I am helpless as we came to know about theft when we reached home. I am not sure whether where to complaint so does it online.

                            Sir,
                            It is requested that on June 24, 2018, in the train no. 12565, my 5-member e-ticket was in the sleeper class from Darbhanga to New Delhi. Whose Transaction ID: [protected] PNR No .: [protected].
                            I found Bert number 55 and 63 in RAC seat coach number S3. But in Samastipur, coach attendant TTE sir sat on a passenger berth no.55. When I asked the reason for sitting on the reserved berth for the other passenger, TTE passed the rules as the rule of law and unjustified me.
                            Eventually, I went to a one-and-a-half (forest an-hawf) seat in 5 ways to make a painful journey. While I found two berths under RAC on this PNR No. [protected].
                            Therefore, please request sir to properly investigate my complaint and take appropriate action against the responsible officer. When I did not get the reserved seat, I would give him back the money.

                              i have booked an e-ticket of pnr no. [protected] through irctc portal for five passengers including two senior citizens aged 74 & 60 years from puri to howrah by train no. 18410, srijagnnath express on 27th june 2018 at 08:01.48 hrs. i.e. on opening day for journey on 25/10/2018.

                              although i choose lower berths preference option but surprisingly the system allotted me three upper berths including for two senior citizens and two middle berths.

                              now i am very much afraid how my 74 years old mother in law who has acute knee problem and me 60 years old will avail the upper/middle berth .

                              will you please make arrangement for re-allotment of at least two lower berth for us and oblige.

                                It is extremely requested​ additional foot over bridges and escaleter in every platform at Tambaram railway station.

                                Already foot over bridge is not sufficient to serve in peak hours, it's totally jam packed.

                                Hence, consider the additional FOB and escaleter in Tambaram Hub

                                  On 28/11/2016 I my train was scheduled but due to fog it got late more then 24 hours.
                                  After waiting for more the 20 hours, railway enquiery was not sure about expected arrival of train.
                                  So I decided to catch another train and file TDR against that PNR: [protected].
                                  After giving application for 2 times now I get to know that my request was cancelled as I did not cancelled my ticket within 4 hours of scheduled departure.

                                  But train was schedule on 8th 12pm but it was late by 24 hours and reached 9th november 12 pm.
                                  I cancelled my ticket at 9:30 am on 9th November.

                                    I have already lodged complaint on two occasions for non payment of of refund about cancelled tickets.
                                    I have cancelled e ticket on 13 june 2018. The pnr no. Is [protected].
                                    The ticket was having rac status and refund amount as messaged to me is rs.1215. The message mentioned that the refund will be credited within 3-4 days. The concerned train no. Is 12139 sewagram exp. And journey date 18 june 2018. It is high time that the refund is not yet paid.

                                    Also they seat in the way of coach and the coach have bed smells and full of crowd

                                      I had boarded the rac seat s12/55 at howrah station for travel to secunderabad on 12703 falaknama express. There was no tte for the bogie from howrah to khurda road. There was no checking and clearance between the stations. Next tte at khurda road also did not check or clear the rac. This inability to check sleeper berth tickets and clear the rac is a new obnoxious behaviour which caused immense pain to myself as i had to travel for 25 hours sitting sharing the lower berth with another person. I had also complained to the twitter account but the tte's was negligent and did not work to clear rac. Nowadays rac are not getting cleared in running train. Please stop the practise of alloting rac when the passenger is not aware of the status of the seats in the train. Otherwise, railway should refund the sleeper charges of the ticket an charge for sitting accomodation only.

                                      I am traveling from indore in malwa express in Coach S13 as in the coach there is no charging point as other coaches have their respective charging points and next is toilets in all the coaches are uncleaned and their is no mug in the washrooms.
