Since i could not get irctc login webcite, i contacted icici webcite on 21th of july 2018, and gave all the detailes they asked and paid rs.400/- as my ticket fare. But to my horror, icici informed me that they will direct us to irctc website & that they have forwarded all the details to the irctc and now it is the responsibility of the indian railwys to issue the relevant ticket to me. To our disappointment, we could not get the irctc website even through icici also. From that day onwards i am trying to catch the irctc login web site but could not access to their website.
Rs.400/- paid to icici bank-rail ticket booking vide easy pay reference id [protected].

    Dear sir,

    I am a government employee of department of atomic energy, rrcat, indore when i was travelling to indore from kacheguda by ypr express (19302) on 18/07/18 my wife's ornament i. E mangalasutra with chain (Gold) of 40. Gm was stolen in between bhopal - dewasr station from my wife;s hand bag near about 500/-rupees, atm card, driving licence and a wrist watch were lost. Which i noticed that there were no rpf personnel in the train and was not available any security after narikhed station. This is a serious case which the authorities have to take care of passengers and their belongs while on journey after this incident we are afraid to travel in train. Who is responsible for this? Sir who will answer to me? Please enquire the same and kindly take immediate action.

      आज भी हमारी रेलो का हाल जेसे का तेसा है. आज 21/07/2018 को मैं अपने परिवार के साथ delhi to Ajmer train No. 12066, All Jan Shatabdi से सफर कर रहा हू, मुझे लगता है कि अगर कोई परिवार वाला ट्रेन में सफर करें तो उस परिवार वाले झगडालू होने चाहिए, नहीं तो आपका सफर अच्छा नहीं कट सकता, ट्रेन चले हुए 3 घंटे ही हूऐ है, दो बार हमारा झगडा हो चुका है local pesangers से, ना तोअभीतक TT आया है ना ही कोई police, security ऐसा लग रहा है हम भगवान भरोसे ही सफर कर रहे है, local pesanger को अपनी seats पर बठनै से मना करते हैं तो हमें मारने कि धमकी देने है...इस अनुभव के बाद मे कभी SL class मे सफर नहीं करुंगा न ही किसी family वाले को बोलूंगा कि SL class मैं सफर करने को...अगर कोई करता भी है तो अपनी जीमेदारी पर करें..धन्यवाद..from satender prakash, mob.[protected]

        Please follow instructions as like sri krishna committee for visakha zonal for (AP). Scr working authority is doing level best. But all the andhra projects are pending. Like doubling work of electrical line, modification for 2more of platforms in vijayawada, existential of pit lines in coach depot (Cd) or in wag depot (Wd) in bza and also the pending work of (Wd)(CD)(DLS) construction in gudivada which is stooped previously. And also satellite stations for gunadala and rayanapadu. All of projects like these will be completed if bhubaneswar zonal work together vishaka zone for south coast railway for atleast the 5 years period as will as committee told like joint capital for hyd for (AP)&(TS)

          Today I was coming from ghaziabad to saharanpur. At station there was long queue for ticket and only 2 windows were open. I stood in one of the queue, when my turn came, I aksed for 2 tickets and gave 200 rupees. As ticket costs 130 rs, she refused to give tickets as she was saying that she don't have change to give me back.
          After that when 3-4 members took ticket, I again asked if now they have change. Then she said that it is a ladies queue so she will not give ticket to me however there were only males in that queue and she continued to gave tickets to others but not to me.
          I just wanted to ask is this the behaviour a citizen should bear and when will this change. I request you to take a strict action so that it will be a lesson for other and they learn how to behave in a decent manner.
          I am attaching few videos and photos to show that irrespective of long queue, only two counter were open.and it will show the same government employee who did this.

            Food quality is very bad and food are not being served as per the menu...
            I would like to draw your attention towards rude behaviour and bad food quality as well as they were not serving as per the menu...as per the menu with dal and paneer there have to be one mix veg which was not present...paneer was of very low quality and dal was like curd...when asked the pantry manager he said aisa he khana milega...he was avoing to give complaint book...traveling in train is totally gundagardi...and moreover there is no one to take the action...only politicians come and make money they have nothing to do with real situation...train service has not been detoriated but murdered...i asked for the complain register...which they refused to provide.TC is without his uniform 7 times called but he didn't come...

              Sir/ madam, i tried booking tickets from irctc size with my login ‘jsbaba1955’ between secunderabad and visakhapatnam on 17 july using my debit card. During the ticket booking process, after giving my debit card details, i got the message requested berth preference not met, and the process terminated. Amount was deducted from my bank account, but i did not get any message about ticket booking without considering my preferences.

              i attempted 3 times, and failed ticket booking every time, and amount was deducted from my bank account. I am pasting the 3 sms messages i received which provide you transaction ref no’s. i am also providing the transaction details from my bank account.

                Hi @Indain railways,

                Yesterday I booked 2 tickets with PNR not as follow for the train shaktipunj Express Jabalpur to Renukoot.

                [protected] and [protected] total 5 members are traveling. All five tickets are confirmed but they are new with train travel so they don't know the process of RAC ticket the think it is not confirmed so the buy general ticket as well. As I can see all five tickets are confirmed. but the TC takes money from them and I am sure he sold rest three tickets to other persons.

                  My parcel was loaded on train no -13008 on a 12th June 2018 from new delhi railway station to jasidih junction but it havnt reached jasidih yet. That parcel contains books which is very important to me. My exams are near plzzz do something sir . I lodged a complain in jasidih still no info yet. My prr no-[protected]. I have also contacted NR CELL of ASANSOL division still no information about my parcel. Plzzz sir railway is not helping me now I have very muchappy expectation from our consumer Forum plzzz help me sir

                    From pathankot to new delhi
                    The train departed pathankot station as per scheduled time everything was going good but suddenly one stop before jalandhar staion our train stopped. I don't remember that station name as it was any local station but our train remain approximately for an hour and after that this train keep lagging from its scheduled time as now it stop for 15 min in every local station. On asking officials about the cause of delaying train they said its because of maintenance of track but i doubt that because other train using same track are on time...

                      It is a matter of great sadness that the Azimganj junction railway station stops all the trains which is coming from maldah, sahebganj and rampurhat in azimganj cabin without any reasons, that caused a hassle for the passenger and causing a barrier to reaching their destination.

                      Although 53028 Malda Town Trains arrived at the right time but the railway authority stopped it for 30 minutes in azimganj cabin, despite the six platforms being empty,
                      That's for I missed the azimganj katwa DEMU passenger which is started from azimganj at 10:40 am.

                      And then railway announced for passenger inconvenience cause regret.

                      Please do something against the railway staff of azimganj.
                      Next azimganj katwa train (12:05) pm was cancelled but they're not announced earlier.
                      Next azimganj katwa train (01:05) pm but they're again schedule for it 01:20 pm.
                      Azimganj jn. railway stuffs are totally worst.

                      Plz. Plz. Plz. Plz. Plz. Plz.take necessary action against them.
                      Pantry car vendors not showing rate list of their product i.e. breakfast, lunch etc. and charging rates of their own will
                      Nokha railway station toilets are locked, making it difficult to go to it, kindly note
                      Sir currently i am traveling in 12253 Anga express. Its S3 Coach charging point is not working. So please can you help in this problem.

                          my bike parcel is missing. I have booked it from Rajendra Nagar terminal Patna to Asansol. my bike is new brought Yamaha R15 V3. i am attaching my PWB recipt. kindly locate it and send back and also i want to add some complain about asnsol officials. they just make people rome form this counter to that.

                            12826/Jharkhand Sampark Kranti Express PNR no :[protected] and[protected] . We 6 people were travelling in AC -3 tier from Ranchi to Anand ViharTerminal. But the AC was not working from the Source station till the arrival station. We informed the station manager at MURI jn, he said from here onward the AC will start working but he was lying. The train was running without AC till Mughal sarai. No official heared our grievance at Mughal Sarai. The train again was stopped at Allahabad Jn. The JE and other officials guaranteed us that the AC will work till Anand Vihar, also he gave in written with undersigned but again he was lying.

                              Yesterday July 12th, 2018 I boarded kerala Express train from NDLS to AGRA CANTT and the coolies charged me Rs.2000. They were very much (3) arrogant and started running away with my luggage bloody cheaters and liars. The coolies nuisance is at rampant at all the railway stations and needs to be addressed and the passengers rights needs to be protected.

                                It's one of the repetitive issue which is happening during online booking the tickets.

                                The passenger account will be debited without processing of confirmation of ticket and further need to followup with the care IRCTC.

                                To get the refund many followup to be done from the passenger without having any responsibility.

                                  This is related to train no 74033 (Delhi sarai rohilla to farukhnagar) dmu passenger running between delhi sarai rohilla and farukhnagar and this train has not run in its scheduled time in any single day. The distance between both the stations is only 48 kms and travel time is 1hr 35 minutes but the train departs around 10-20 minutes late every day from delhi sarai rohilla which is its originating station and accumulates late on the way too. Because this train passes from BIJWASAN railway station & daily the Bandra GARIB RATH(Train no 12215) crossing to stop this train(Train no 74033) around Half an Hour without any reason on BIJWASAN Station.The starting timings of both the trains is different in 30 minutes.(74033 train timings is 8:50 Am & Train No 12215 timings is 9:20 Am) Particularly working ladies and man's face trouble as it is uncertain when it will reach the destination. I am astonished when indian railway knows that the train cannot run in time why they print time table. Will the railway ministry will look into the matter and take steps to check the loss of hundreds of man hours, loss of students and employees using this train?

                                    I have booked 3 tkts through irctc.Co.In for journey & selected option as confirm if side lower is available for my journey. Despite having confirmed that side lower berth available before making payment, berth allotted twice (s8-70 upper berth) & for my journey from mas to sc & back against pnr no[protected]s9-40 side upper), [protected] & [protected]. Respectively.
                                    Because of the above, i was forced to cancell the tickets immediately after booking, which caused me unnecessary torture & cancellation fee alongwith the bank charges. Hence, it is requested to please refund the cancelled amount to my bank account, collected against cancellation of above pnrs. I highly regret the facilities given to the passengers.

                                      IT is highly regretted that i was supposed to travel byTrain NO/Name 14257 K V EXPRESS from Bareilley(BE) to New Delhi on 31 May 2018.I could not perform the journey because the train was cancelled.
                                      Because of train Cancellation, neither my fare of Rs 815 /-has been remitted yet to my account even after 40 days have already elapsed nor any intimation of cancellation of train was given on my mob which have caused me great hardship in the mid night(commencement Time Of Journey)

                                        Jayanti chakraborty, age-35 years and her child, Sourav (12 years), all are missing since 8 july 2018. They all boarded on Seemanchal Express (12488) on 8 July 2018 From Anand vihar railway station . Their ticket PNR NO. is [protected]. Their coach and births were S7, 51 and 54 .They were last talked on 9 july 2018 at 7.50 am when the train was at naugachia (bihar) and they are missing since then.
                                        i have no details about them. I have also complained to railway GRP police station, Katihar but they refused to register the complaint and told me to wait for 10 days. so, I request the Indian Railway to kindly look into the matter and please find my wife and children as soon as possible.
