For pnr: t9urgl, i haven't received my check-in baggage in jaipur airport. Waiting from past 4 hours but haven't got any positive response from anybody at airport or the concerned airlines. Please resolve this else i will be compelled to lodge a consumer forum complaint against the airlines for this mishandling.

    I have my parents traveling on indigo 6e-414 from blr to mumbai on sep 9 2018

    Booking ref: wcn8xs

    I had booked online excess baggage for 30kg each (Totally 60 kgs) for international connection within 24 hours.

    Now, when they went to the counter, it was told that the charges were reversed and the payment did not happen. I do not know why the charges were reversed and there was no intimation
    For the same.

    Also, they were charged 23200 rs as counter rate for excess as opposed to 3000 rs which was alreasdy booked. This was done for no mistake of theirs.

    Here is a screenshot of the cofirmation of 3000 rs excess.

    The duty manager confirmed that the changes were made and reversed. Could you please help reverse this since its a mistake on the website end?

    The response simply keeps asking for bank details.

    surprised and disappointed by the manner Indigo handled this situation at the airport, while my parents were checking in.

    The reason why we booked Indigo in the first place was because Indigo had nominal prepaid charges for extra baggage fir International connections. So whatever happened at the airport definitely threw us off.?

    I do not understand why they were charged full rate for the extra baggage when we, the customer had purchased them online using the prepaid option.

    Obviously, we knew fully well about the extra baggage rates which is why this was discussed in calls. Also, you do recognize that there was a system error and a rolled back transaction. I do not know why even after explaining so much, We the customer are penalized for a fault that was on your side.

    Please put your selves in our shoes. What if you had purchased the prepaid plan and then your elderly parents were denied and asked to pay 23, 000 at the airport.

    My head is spinning while going back and forth with you. Can you please process the claim for the difference (23, 200-3000= Rs 20, 200) and refund the same at the earliest. There is already a lot of emotional turmoil in this process and I do appreciate if our precious money is refunded.

      Reached airport at 17:52 checked in, was at indigo counter 17:55 n check in was denied due to long que in security check flight was (The pnr for your indigo airlines flt 6e313 for ahmedabad-mumbai on 08 sep 2018 at 18:40 is g8wt4y.) ms. Nidhi was incharge der n upon several request she denied to give boarding pass which was not ethical as airlines can't denied boarding if therd is delay or long que in security check. I need refund from airlines as i booked the next jet flight which costed me 4, 300.

              I got confirmed ticket on 6e-7162 (Blr-trz) on 28th aug 2018 and the pnr fcby2m. Indigo airlines cancelled the flight 6e-7162 dt. 28th aug 2018 and they have not provided any back up flight for my travel.
              I have asked for refund of my entire ticket amount which is pending from indigo for more than two weeks. Pls refund my ticket amount at the earliest.

                Its been 12 day so called number one airlines in india doesn't have time to even respond to customer complaint. So arrogant and such an attitude from a service provider... Wow sky is actually turned blue... Never expected that an organisation will have such behaviour and cheat customers like this for such a small issue.. Don't worry now i wont even expect any response but have learnt a lesson.. I had to pay a price for using number one airlines and will assure that i will not make a same mistake again.. For indigo its just another passenger and i am sure will not impact much but please be mindful mr bhatia that kingfisher was also number 1 at one time. It will be very difficult to cheat customers like this and show attitude for a very long time and make your customer suffer..

                        On the 14th of july i was due to travel jaipur to dehli with airindigo, and then delhi to london with another airline. We boarded our airindigo flight (Ref whv8ra), and then were told it was going to be leaving 20 minutes late. I asked the air hostess what time we would arrive and she said it would be the same time. I said that didn't make sense. Then after half an hour i was worried and asked again. The air hostess said it would only be half an hour late by then. The air hostess showed no concern or empathy for the fact i might miss my flight, instead assured my i would make the connection. We ended up leaving approximately an hour late. Based on the information the air hosetess gave i did not cancel my connecting flight. The flight ended up being 1 hour and 20 minutes late to arrive which made me miss my connection. I had to pay over usd800 to book a new flight because i missed check in and the second airline classed me as a no show.
                        Luckily i had travel insurance, however i have not been able to complete a claim because air indigo has not sent me through an email with written evidence that the flight was delayed, the actual arrival time and the reason. I have called the call centre twice but no one has helped me. I am very unhappy with the service.

                          I booked flight from chennai to delhi on[protected], flight no.6e2652. I have checked in around 03.20 am and seen the flight information screen for detail. My flight std is displayed as 05.00 am while the boarding pass shows the 04:45 am.

                          As per instruction in the boarding pass, i have checked the flight information screen for boarding gate no. And time.

                          I reached gate no 13 at 04.27 am and i surprised that the boarding gate was closed. When i asked the indigo representative they told that boarding gate is closed and i am late.

                          I would like to know that in what way i was late? Why the boarding gate is closed before the std i. E. 05:00 am?

                          When i asked indigo representative for not calling us on our mobile as they are readily available with then for boarding gate close intimation, they have answered that i am not vip therefore not called, this doesn't look good. Am i not paying for my travel?

                          Whatever happened today for this trip is not correct and i need justification and compensation for my time and stress i have faced.

                          We have investigated the concern and would like to summarize our findings. You were booked to travel in flight 6E 2652 from Chennai to Delhi, which was scheduled to depart at 0445 hrs on 05th September 2018. As per our policy, boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Also, flight information displays were updated regarding the boarding time of the flight. Since our boarding gate was already closed at the time of your reporting, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.
                          Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help you reach the destination, our airport team offered you to accommodate on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which were accepted by you. We request for your understanding in this regard.

                          1. Why My flight std is displayed as 05.00 am (if there is a changes in std then you have intimate and my contact no is readily available with you)?
                          2. if my flight std is changed to 04.45 am, then you have intimate us and my contact no is readily available with you, why you have not contacted due to change in std?
                          3. I have been told that your representative will call only VIPs? am I not paying?

                              We had to undergo the following from airline for travel from delhi to bangalore on 03.09.2018
                              The flight number was 6e2963.
                              Complaint 1.
                              The airline never informed us about the change in terminal and no sms was sent.
                              The terminal change was shifted from 1d to t2.
                              The travel time was 30 minutes between terminals and we had to rush with senior passengers and had to pay twice for airport fees or others. The discomfort was caused to the group of 11 people include 3 wheel chair senior passengers above 72 years old and 5 children and 4 adults.
                              Complaint 2.
                              When we got to the group check in one of the staff in charge mrs harderp was yelling at us right from the beginning of check in process at the counter, when we requested for free seats instead of paid seats which were only in a blocked status.
                              Her manager subroto did not have sufficient knowledge of how to override and issue the seats without cost which were available on 14 and 15th rows as confirmed by hardeep. Instead they demanded excess payment as per our blocking and said they could not change the same, thereby causing more harm to us in terms of waiting of senior passengers and children and also disrupting the check in of other passengers in the queue, without regard for anyone. Further when questioned harderp unnecessary came up with the idea of someone in the family standing behind was taking picture of her, causing further embarrassment and confusion on our already delayed trip due to improper information provided in change of terminals at delhi airport.
                              She threatened us that she would call cisf.
                              Finally we somewhat to convince her and other passengers convinced her there was nobody taking photos etc and we finally boarded the flight in such a hurry and after exhaustion caused to senior old passengers who were patients.
                              Complaint 3
                              On board the aircraft we saw very bad reactions from some unknown passengers and certain security people on board who were speaking inappropriately and in an indirect manner. We could find out that this was all the mischief from the ground staff hardeep and her manager at the airport.
                              We were not treated well and very bad hospitality from the airline.

                              We had much respect when we flew earlier.
                              Hope someone takes responsibility on these and call us and apologises for the trouble caused and compensate for the excess money and time spent.

                                Respected sir,

                                This is in regards to cancellation of ticket - pnr - uh6vhq, name of augustin sagar from cok-sharjah on 21st august. Fight was cancelled due to flood situation& cial airport closure.

                                I made several calls to customer service and was given assurance that no money will be deducted from the original amount which is 171615. Now i learned that only 12315 is credited to the bank. Deduction of 485 is done

                                I would like your good office to look into this matter

                                We have traveled via flight no. 6E - 766, HYD TO DEL on 28/08/2018
                                And tried to e-boarding passes but there are free boarding seats are limited when all the seats have to allot what is the meaning of Rs. 200 charges for e boarding Please eliminate the charges, that is illegal charges and against the rules.

                                  Baggage was complete wet.
                                  I travelled from Delhi to patna on 3rd September 2018.
                                  After reaching Patna...while taking my baggage from the baggage counter 1 the bag is complete wet and their is no one to conplaint. Just I asked one of the indigo employee he told sorry and explained the reason behind the baggage wet. But we drop our baggage by keeping trust on the baggage security and trust. But this one is insane and really bad maintenance from the indigo side.

                                    Indigo has cancelled my flight from kochi to delhi on 16 aug 2018 due to water lodging, flight no 6e 6468 pnr zfkjwj. But till now indigo has not refunded my money, only mailed me that they refunded money on 15 aug 18. But after many conversations they have failed to give transaction id and transaction details about refund. They are arguing that transaction id not generated.
                                    Indigo is harassing me mentaly and economically. Their customer care exexutive are also behaving rudiously

                                    And my e-tickets were in my mobile and unfortunately internet lost my phone that time. Your Help Desk demanded Rs. 50 per Ticket to issue physical tickets. This is illegal and against the rules that is highly objectionable and should be abolished in future.

                                      I booked ticket from banglore to kochi and my flight was at 4pm sep 2. I was at airport by 3.10 it was very busy in the boarding pass printing que. So the satff asked us to take the machine by then we lost 10 mins. It showed flight closed in the the machine. We had to again to the long que. The staff told us you are on time. After reaching the counter they told we cant do anything please leave us. It was so cruel. It was clear that they were no people in flight so he purposefully put us to the next flight. It was exact business. Cruel indigo staffs.

We would like to inform you that check-in counter closes 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of flight and incase of a rush at counter our team tries to expedite the procedure. However, it is pertinent to note that reporting on-time is the passenger's sole responsibility. Also, we advise our passengers to reach the airport 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure to avoid any last min hassle. Since, our check-in counter was closed at the time of your reporting, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight. We look forward towards your understanding in this regard.
