I have received a message today regarding your anniversary. To forword message to 5 watsup group and 12 friends to claim two free tickets. I have done so. But againg your site showing to forward the message again. So i couldnt enter the claim ticket process. This very bad to sent like fake offer messges. I have no confidens with you now. This is a worst senario. Why you cheat me?

        Dear team,

        Refer attached ticket and boarding pass @ bhubhaneswar airport, i submitted my luggage in perfect and sealed condition while taking the boarding pass, just after 5 minutes received a call from [protected] stating i have submitted damaged suitcase that too without checkin seal, i was shocked both were given in perfect condition and there was no answer from your executive for this damages, neither and responsible executive was called, seal was made again i was asked to complaint on this id if my saying is correct.
        I felt very embarrassed infront of other passenger on lobby.

        I am 100% sure it was attempted for some bad intension and don’t know if any of my valuables are missing inside and wheel was damaged to divert the intension, pls advise what the best can be done from your end as a recovery of these damages to avoid any further escalations.

          Dear team, myself rajat sengupta reference no - xer4nm from guwahati to chennai time was by 14.25 hrs on 22nd september, but received message about flight delayed which around one hour. I supposed to attend business dinner by 20.30pm in chennai today. Now it is very difficult to attend that. What should i do now? Will you allow us if we are delayed by even 15mins also?             I, monika agarwal, travelled with pnr: xklzfh.

            The details of my ticket was issued to a unauthorized person without my permission or any information. On calling your customer, i come to
            Know that 16th july 2018, request was made to change email id of my itinerary.

            How could this be done without my permission or authorization?
            More so every detail was mailed to the unauthorized person.
            This is a serious breach of trust.

              Dear sir, please refer to my complaint bhatu2 dated 15.9.18 regarding intentionally charging amount carrying extra weights, please note the following: at the check in counter we found that our luggages are weights as follows: 19.6kgs & 19.7kgs (Which was rounded to 20kgs each); cabin luggages were sufficiently low only 4.1kgs. When booking assistant told to pay charge for carrying extra weights amounting inr 4000/- we were interested to re-distribute these which was not permitted by threatening that she was going to close booking, though it was 14.39 and flight timings was 15.45 and compelled to pay extra weights charge. Now my questions are. (I) why i was not allowed to re-distribute the weights which was a matter of 2-3 minutes? (Ii) did i really carried extra weights if re-distribution was permitted? (Iii) why intentionally​ amount was charged? (Iv) why the charged amount can't be reverted back to the account as it was paid by card?               Dear sir, please explain why I was not allowed to re-distribute the weights? Why threatened to close the booking counter so that I should miss the flight? PL check the time of booking of my luggage was at 14.39 and flight timings was 15.45 or not? Give the proper justification.

                Indigo flight 6e-1402 shj-trv did reach on time (7:30ist)... But i doubt about the safety and trustworthiness of cabin crew's onboard that day.
                A fellow passenger used the lavatory for smoking... And the chief cabin crew member just scolded him for a couple of minutes, which only occurred after the gentleman has finished off with his business of smoking in a flight that's above 20000ft from ground!!!
                I doubt the capabilities of their staff and the liability they put for the life of passengers.
                I did even ask one cabin member, whether they have informed the authorities or the capt.
                They responded harshly simply stating 'capt is aware of everything in a flight'
                And it sounded like '# off boy, we have seen worse cases' type of reply.
                I have been traveling with indigo for a numerous times... Even my dad, my brothers and our company staffs (200+ indigo can verify this statement)... All travel by indigo... From now on... None o[censored]s will...

                  Dear sir,
                  I booked the flight ticket in indigo pnr ref: jy5wgi. From october 1 to 2018, chennai to doha. And october 31, 2018 doha to chennai but susyem shown direct flight after its giving confirmation it generated connection flight with 24hour waiting time.

                  Its fully system error. Because of their system fault i lost huge money and i was disturbed alot
                  I am keep on making complaints customer people take the phone and follow up and didn't answer.

I raised the complaint regarding intentionally charging amount for carrying extra weights which was not true, but reply received is very general and found to be rediculous. I was traveling from mumbai to goa with two tickets with pnr no. Kde1gm by indigo flights 6e981. At the check in luggage booking counter we found that our luggages were 19.6kgs & 19.7kgs (Which was rounded to 20kgs) and cabin luggages were sufficiently low, only 4.1kgs. The booking assistant told that i have to pay for carrying extra weights. As i am a patient of adhesive capsilities, so i brought this distribution. After hearing that i have to pay lnr 4000/- for this distribution, then i was interested to redistribute the weights which was the matter of 2-3 minutes. But i was not permitted, rather threatened that i have to miss the flight, if i go for doing so, as she was going to close booking, though the time was 14.39 (Can verify the time as i paid the amount to indigo by card) & the flight time was 15.45. I was compelled to pay the amount, as i was not interested to miss the flight. Now my questions are: (I) why i was not allowed to re-distribute the weights when sufficient time was there to do so?                       We would like to bring to your notice the injustice and humiliation meted out by the staff of indigo airlines at kempegowda international airport on 31st august 2018.
                      We had a planned vacation to port blair and had booked a ticket from bangalore to port blair via chennai and the scheduled flight was at 06:25 am.
                      The ticket printing machine was not working and i was instructed to go directly to the baggage drop off counter.
                      We arrived on time and stood in the queue and upon reaching the baggage drop off, we were asked to wrap our tripod with a plastic wrap. Upon asking the reason, the indigo representative told that it is compulsory (Which was later informed to me that it was not required as i had already agreed upon the risk). Me and my daughter were standing at the counter and my husband went and got it wrapped up and returned. The time stamp on the wrapping receipt was 05:39 am.
                      The boarding closes 40 minutes prior at 05:45.
                      We had been standing the entire time and the lady attending us, ms nandini was busy on her cell phone. Upon reminding her, she asked me to wait and that she would attend.
                      I had provided the ticket and id proof details and as waiting for her to attend to me.
                      My husband returned and we waited for 5 minutes and upon demanding to know what happened, she rudely informs that we were late.
                      We told her that we had been standing for some time now and how can she tell that we were late.
                      Upon requesting to speak to a senior, she put us across to one ms veena, who told us she will resolve it and asked us to wait. Ms veena, worked on the system for 10 minutes and told us that the gates are closed and told that she will speak to her manager mr abhishek, who was couple of counters across from where we were. She called him multiple times and he did not come.
                      We finally walked upto him and upon explaining, he rudely informs that he has other customers and asked us to wait and he will put us on the flight.
                      Upon demanding a resolution, he told us he will do something and called a few people.
                      He also asked us to wait and went somewhere. He returned and informed that he can board us on the next spice jet flight to chennai so that we can catch the connecting flight, but we would have to pay extra. Upon refusing to pay extra, at exactly 06:25 (The flight take off time), he walks off informing that he cannot help us saying he is the most senior person at the airport.
                      Infuriated at the treatment, we demanded to speak to a senior and we were refused.
                      Then we sat at the counters and demanded to be addressed by a senior employee.
                      The baggage handlers, the counter representatives all were discussing to keep shuttling us between counters so that we get tired and go back home.
                      All this humiliation was done in front of my 9 year old daughter.
                      We sat on the baggage weighing machines and finally ms munmun walked up to us and promised to look into it.
                      She spoke to all of the concerned and promised to help us. Ms veena also acknowledged that we were on time.
                      Post that ms munmun checked and also agreed that they could have helped us board.
                      Also, there was another person in front o[censored]s who was 10 minutes late and was allowed to board a indigo calcutta flight.
                      I am sure all this is recorded on your systems and the inhouse cameras.
                      Ms munmun finally booked us on the next flight to chennai, however there were no connecting flights, so we had to stay in chennai for a day, we also had to extend our vacation by a day and that included one day cost of charges lost and one day extra cost for extension of the package.
                      Apart from this we had to leave our pets in a kennel for a day extra and also the camera equiment that we were carrying had to be extended by 2 days and rental costs adding to it, not to mention the trauma and humiliation.
                      Ms munmun also spoke to spice jet and got our return flight changed to the next day for the return journey.
                      I have written to the consumer department and have instructed my lawyer to file a complaint in the consumer court.
                      My complaint in the consumer department produced some calls by the customer service team from indigo, but they were indifferent and went by what was entered in your systems.
                      They informed us that, in the system it was mentioned at 05:49 that we were late and denied boarding.
                      The customer service called us half heartedly couple of times and have closed the case.
                      Please teach them some empathy and the fact that to listen to the customer and not just read out a script. They were not willing to listen to our side of the story and kept telling we were late and that they are right and were in a hurry to hang up the call and close the complaint.
                      I have reopened another complaint and keep doing till a resolution.
                      Please do not take this lightly as i will take indigo to court.
                      You might be a big organization, but the court will direct the viewing of the videos and you will know what is right and what is wrong.
                      You cannot hide the fact that you overbooked and gave away our seats in the process of making more money and cheating us.

                        Payment done but the product is not delivered

                        My name is sumit kumar i have booked a flight from delhi to chandigarh on 11th june with the date of journey on 14th nov17.
                        In the ticket flight timing mentioned is 6:40 am.
                        I have received a message from indigo end regarding reschedule of flight with no information mentioned about arrival and departure time.
                        And there is no delay as per official of indigo then why i have received the message.

                        Message content from indigo :"indigo: dear mr sumit kumar, your flt. 6e 545, del-ixc 0635/0725 hrs on 14 nov is rescheduled.
                        The revised time is 0635/0730 hrs on 14 nov. For any assistance, please call [protected].
                        To avoid repeat messages, sms ok ifncwn to 566772. Thank you."

                        I have also email to indigo appellate authority but didn't any response regarding claimed amount.
                        Kindly look into this and help me to get my amount refund from airlines.

                        Regarding solution : because of this i spent lot of money to book other travelling sources.
                        So kindly instruct them to reimburse my whole amount of rs 35, 000.

                          Last night i was supposed to board fight from ahd to goa vide 6e 947. I had cleared security check in at airport. I was sitting in front of gate number 3 since 21:00 pm but flight got departed without any information or verbal announcement. I asked to mrs jenil (Manager at airport) about the incident but instead of listening me she started defending giving excuse that this is silent airport and that’s why it was my duty to stick with boarding gate and she has no responsibility for any verbal announcement although i was sitting in front of boarding gate.
                          Sir this has incurred around 23000 loss to me since my family was also with me vide addition pnr zyrjhy and i have felt helpless with such lethargic attitude of indigo airline.
                          Don’t you think when i was issued boarding pass i deserve atleast a call or verbal announcement knowing well that i am inside airport only.

                          We regret the inconvenience caused. As per policy, boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to the passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Also, we do paging announcements before the closure of boarding gates Based on our records, you reported at 2300 hrs to our gates. Since our boarding gates were already closed, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.
                          Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help the passengers to reach the destination, our airport team offered to accommodate on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which were accepted by the passengers.                           My baggage trolley was manhandled and broken. Seriously you people should be more responsible.

                            I had booked a international flight from doha (Qatar)-hyderabad to travel on 30/08/2018 at 10.05 pm reached the airport check in counter at 7:45 pm and was at the boarding gate at 9:00 pm.

                            The duty supervisor at the boarding gate denied entry as i was carrying extra luggage of 12 kgs which consisted luggage and chocolates from doha duty free.

                            The supervisor insisted to pay qatar riyal 630 for which i reduced the luggage and was ready to pay qatar riyal 330 still the supervisor got angry started abusing behaving in a rude manner.

                            I agreed to pay qatar riyal 630 and handed over my credit card to the indigo but after some time but the supervisor was not willing to accept and at 9:50 pm informed that my luggage is off loaded and cannot travel.

                            Around 10:30 pm i was spent with some lady to the airport authority which was at a distance of 01 km with my hand luggage and was made to wait till 11.30 pm later informed that i have to call someone and book another ticket or else leave the airport.

                            As i booked the appointments with the doctor and other works had to call my friend at 00:30 am on 31/08/2018 book another flight ticket from oman airways scheduled to departure at 04:00 am and reached via oman - hyderabad at 3:00 pm by the time reached home was 6:00 pm. (Flight ticket attached)

                            As per the schedule i had to reach 06:00 hrs morning to my home.

                            I had raised the issue with customer relations and appellate authority. After several emails and telephonic discussions was informed some feedback has been given to the supervisor and offered a travel voucher of rupees 4500.

                            For the insult, abuse, amount of travel time, postponement of important works as well as for the ticket purchased i need a compensation as per the law

                            Dear All

                            The Customer relations and appellate authorities are just trying to protect the employees mistakes and secondly the compensation is no where matching the Expectations.

                            I have already discussed with Ms Jyoti Dhingara and was informed to go ahead to file a complaint in the Consumer court which i did.

                            The Simple resolution is either refund the amount through DD or issue travel Vouchers for Rupees 25962. and close the issue.

                            Or else i would be forced to file a case in consumer court and go on social media as well .

                              I missed my flight on 16th sept, 2018 from delhi to raipur, pnr - pbjzyv. I contacted the reservation counter to shift me in the next flight but the indigo services were down on 16th sept from 0:00 hrs to 9:30 hrs, so i couldn't be shifted to next flight. Finally, after standing in the queue for 2 hours, i did a fresh booking at the reservation counter for the next immediate flight (Pnr - zivmja) of worth rs 5000, which caused a huge loss to me. Since, i couldn't be shifted to the next flight due to the shutdown of indigo services and consequently, i had to do a fresh booking at the last moment, i kindly request you to refund the fare of my flight, which i missed. (Pnr - pbjzyv).

                                I have traveled in your indigo flight dated on 10th sep18 on 6e 2273 and my pnr no wy537y from delhi to bangalore.
                                I drop my baggage and when i taken at bangalore airport for delivery, i was shocked my baggage was damaged i, e trolley handle was broken (Attached photo). And i am unable to use trolley.
                                Due to mishandle by air lines staff, i immediately reported the same to the indigo on ground personnel. They accepted the mistake and offered me the compensation of inr 500., i refused to accept the compensation amount and demanded for proper repair/ replacement of bag or complete amount of bag itself. Indigo person in charge asked me raise cr and i agreed the same and left the place after struggling with them.
                                I have to travel 250 km due this this delay i couldn't reach my home timely. I was mentally and physically disturbed this incident.
                                I con't get the my baggage repair center at my place. And without trolly i con't use it for my travel.
                                So i need your explanation compensation amount of my baggage.

                                Dear Sir,

                                The reply what you have given for my damaged baggage has not at all acceptable. you have mentioned it is piece of damage. You shouldn't see whether it is small piece of damage or large one, you should see the end result of this damage. I have already mention in my earlier mail, i couldn't get it repaired and it has to be changed total frame and that also i will not get proper replacement. so with out trolley i cont use it for my travels.
                                Due to poor services provided by INDIGO you have to pay for this mistake, whether it is small or big and this is not a ware and tear damage.

                                      Travelled chennai - colombo on 17th by 6e 1203 booking ref qfmf8g. Found that an article is missing from my baggage - laser distance measurer gadget. I squeezed it through the zipper of my luggage in the last minute. Please trace it and return the article. I have attached my ticket and a picture of the baggage used in the said incident. Since one of the zip is missing i didn't lock during the recent travels. When i received the baggage the zipper was well closed, ruling out any chances of accidentally falling out of the object.                                         I ordered a bag from amazon.in amounting rs.1599.. I returned it due to some issues... It is mentioned as refunded on amazon website... But i didn't receive my refund yet... And the reference number is 579814.. Pls help.. I ordered it on 03.09.2018... Refund must be reflected on 16.09.2018.. Which is still pending... No response from the bank side.. So pls take action
