excess baggage payment for international customers

I had booked the flight online and had worst experience because of online portal it is completely misguides the user. I made a to and fro booking from hyd to raj and raj to bangalore with in same booking and also paid for 30 kgs excess baggage. I have also called customer care and also enquired if i could add extra allowance as per international rates at airport and answer was yes at that time. Response to my complaint from indigo team is not satisfactory.
I am re iterating the issue for your understanding :

If a customer wants to change his choice of item for a prepaid refreshment, why cannot this be accommodated if the item is available on board.
Also the item originally ordered is not a perishable item.
