I have booked tickets ne624t for my parents (Senier citizens) in indigo 6e-6965 31/12 from bangalore to kochi. As a value added service, already purchased meal online. No meals were served to them in the flight. My parents are very old and really disappointed on the poor customer service the flight is offering. I need the complete refund for this inconvenience.

    Dear sir/madam,
    With deep regret regarding booking flight of your indigo, mysel[censored]baid gul want to inform you that your customer service department is very careless for providing service to customers. I booked my flight 6e-197 pnr no. Srinagar. To dehli dated[protected]Time of departure 17:05) nearly 25 days before day of departure of flight and at the last moment of day of departure at air port counter about 15:50 you are telling me that your flight has being rescheduled for next day that is[protected] without sending any message or email. Due to your negligence i have suffered a great loss which you have to pay. Because on the very next day of departure of flight i couldn't join my department, because of this my half month salary approx 32000 has been deducted and i and my family have to suffer a lot due your inconvenience and negligence. Now i want to you pay the loss that occurred because of your carelessness. Earlier i have contacted your sr executive of customer services mr ruhail at srinagar airport but he inturn blammed me by saying that we have sent you a message to your phone but your phone was swith off but let me remind you that for receiving sms it has nothing to do with on or off of your phone. He was also very rude in behaviour with me. Later on same day i called your customer service number contacted your subject matter expert mr ram krishan but he was not ready to lodge my complaint and then he say that your pnr no. Is your complaint no. And also does not pay heed to my request. After that i contacted mrs. Richika customer services gurgaon dehli but she didn't tell me her designation by saying that it is against his indigo guidelines. She told me that we cannot pay your full loss but we can give you a gift voucher of 500 rupee. I want full compensation of my loss as per dgca guidelines and if not then i have many other options to take action agaist you.
    I hope that you will look into the matter and punish the culprit and pay my loss as soon as possible.

      Hi,

      We have booked flight long time back from hyderabad to visakhapatnam (6e 611) on 31st dec 2017 to celebrate with family & friends but all my plans shattered due to cancellation of flight in the last moment.

      This is not fair, as u know how much important especially this day. Your team has given alternative connection flight but that also not that much suitable to me because waiting time in bangalore around 3 hours

      If i go with this connection flight then i will reach visakhapatnam by 8:40 pm, then come out from the airport again takes at least 30 mins, so it means 9:10 pm

      Travelling time from visakhapatnam airport to my relatives place again takes me nearly 1 hour

      Is this type indigo team faces problem to the customer?

        This is regarding unethical behavior shown at patna airport. I had flight 6e 485 from pat to blr on 30/12/2107. The flight got cancelled post issue of boarding pass and a chaotic wait/standing in queue for around 7 hours. I had discussion/argument on same with ms. Shalini an indigo staff of customer service division at patna airport.
        She was also the person who was re-scheduling flight at the counter 1 which i found later. I humbly requested for next earliest flight possible be direct or connecting. She gave me only option for a flight of two days later but she gave tickets and booking of next day to couple of people standing after me in queue which showcased a kind of revenge taking behavior and when i enquired about same the response was "i can not do anything, you may do whatever you want".

          Further, as per our conditions of carriage, a customer who leaves the baggage delivery area without reporting a bag as missing or damaged to an IndiGo representative will be deemed to have received his/her bag correctly and in good condition.             online job offer cheating

            A person named ashish thakur +[protected] from indigo airlines pvt ltd is offering airlines jobs in quicker.
            I applied it without knowing the cheating. I paid rs 2400 for application fees as they asked. After they informed me to pay 6500 for documents checking charges. When i heard this i understood that this is not a valid company.
            They will call as what the recruiter normally say. I noticed this to qicker but they told me...

            I have booked round trip through clear trip by indigo flight to and fro mumbai-coimbatore and back for my family of 4 vide customer id [protected] for 19th january 2018 and return on 22nd jan. 2018, although i chose the cheapest and non-stop flights, while finalizing the booking and after proceeding for payment i realized that my return flight was not non-stop, instead it was showing one stop layover flight, stop over at chennai which was more than 7 hours i. E. Scheduled departure from coimbatore at 15.45 hours landing at chennai at 16.45 hours and then scheduled take-off from chennai to mumbai at 22.35 hours, reaching mumbai in odd hours of 00, 35 hours. When i realized the inconvenience that i have to suffer with my family i tried to change the flight but instead the site prompted me for cancellation of the return ticket and the the refund amount column was showing as "not available". Finally when the cancellation was done i got zero refund thus a hard earned money of almost 13000/-. I am a retired person and single earning member in the family i had to attend an unavoidable marriage in the family and that is why i chose the flight for going and coming back as my employer wanted me to get back to work in 3-4 days. I feel it is totally unjustified that you do not get any amount back even the taxes which are added to the flight ticket which in fact is not to be deducted if the ticket is cancelled as there is no realization and materialization of the journey. It is sheer cheating of passengers by the airlines and this action is unethical and unjustified.

              My wife and i, had booked our travel from ahmedabad to bangalore on 30th december 2017. The flight departure was scheduled at 1240 pm. The flight got delayed and was rescheduled to 415 pm. I was not intimated on this delay and was stuck in the airport for more than 4 hours. This caused a lot of inconvenience to us. I would like to claim compensation from the airline as per the dgca compensation guidelines.

                My wife and daughter are travelling alone and the airline forced me to pay so that they can be seated together. They are under the same pnr so isn't the airline responsible to have them seated together? Clearly a case of extorting money from consumers - not just for better seats but even for having a wife/daughter travel together.

                The check-in website is also not functioning so i am forced to call them.

                  I just received my shipment from indigo which was sent from kolkata day before yesterday. The shipment include 5 pieces including a 49" samsung television, all the items are in good condition except the television. The television is broken, screen is damaged so badly that it's not even working. This is so disappointing and unprofessional from such a renouned company. Even after fragile sticker the handling of a delicate shipment is redicules and disgraceful. I was not expecting this kind of service from indigo. I need a complete compensation of the damage, it was your responsibility to deliver my shipment safely to me. I am calling indigo cargo, indigo customer care but no one is answering, this is not acceptable. Please find the details of the shipment.

                      My mother traveled today by6e3175 which was badly delayed causing inconvenience&panic. Inspite of making it to the boarding gate at delhi20mins prior to take off to board 6e937.. Indigo staf[censored]mmev farook (Badge no.9893) instead of helping very rudely didn't allow her to board the flight&forcibly told her to cancel her flight&book for next day's flight

                        We had put our suit cases in the check in counter at jaipur and collected the suit cases in chennai airport. I had kept one fair of brown colour new sandal on the top zip of my suit cases. It was not locked somebody has removed the sandal from my front portion of the suit cases on transit it. Please register my complaint and help me in restoring my sandals to me.

                        On the same note, it is also pertinent to mention here that the Company does not indulge in the practices of collecting any processing/enrolment fees from job aspirants/candidates.
                        It is advisable for you to approach competent authorities for a parallel investigation into the matter against such unknown errant persons.

                          I have traveled through indigo from indore to delhi on 23 december with my booking pnr as - n6ftqb and booking named with "pravi chopra"

                          Now when seating on the aircraft i have placed my handbag carrying laptop on the aircraft cabin above my seat. One of the flight attendant came and placed a bag above my bag, i have told him not to place anything above the bag as it has laptop but he said rudely that he is not placing anything above it. Now when i took out the bag when arrived at delhi i could see a heavy bag placed above my laptop bag and my laptop's screen is broken, i have contacted a air hostess and she said i dont know who was that attendant.

                          Now when i opened my laptop, its screen is broken as expected because that attendant inspite of telling him placed a heavy bag above mine.
                          Can you please look into this issue as i am not that rich that i can get a new laptop, i am a working women and working hard to earn money.

                          I need a support from you guys if you can, else i have to put up this experience on social media because thats the best place to contact anyone online.

                            We had booked tickets to bangalore to mumbai and we reached the airport just ten min late before the board chek in and indigo people refuse to issue the boarding pass though we were at airport 30 min prior but due to car issue couldn’t reach and they have told us to take new tickets which was 37000 rs nothing got adjusted with old tickets.. Same happened with us while coming back but spice jet issued us boarding tickets hence forth bad service given to customer and just looting people very bad experience.

                            Looted us by 37000rs by not issuing the boarding pass . They can issue the boarding pass it’s was in their hand but they didn’t . Two more passenger suffered for the same they were old citizen but still indigo people asking them for payment . They would have managed these old couple by adjusting in other flight which they missed very bad experience with indigo airlines

                              Our flight (For two passengers) 6e 321 from kolkata to guwahati was scheduled on 12:40 pm, 25th december 2017. We reached the airport more than 1 hour 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. When we reached the counter, we were told they cannot let us board the flight (Also that the flight was full) inspite of prior web checking in and booking our seats. At the counter, one of the staff, sanjib kumar sarkar told us he can give us our boarding passes (Because we web checked-in) if we remove the sharp objects from the luggage. After removing the nailcutter (The only sharp object in our luggage) in a minute or so, the staff told us he cannot give us our boarding passes because we were late by a minute and then went to join his other staffs cutting the christmas cake. He came back saying he can shift us to the last flight 6e 573 scheduled on 19:55 the same day. The flight got delayed to 20:40 and again to 22:40. Christmas is ruined because of indigo. Worst airline staff ever. Never traveling by indigo again.

                                Hi,

                                I have booked a flight ticket in dec 21, 2017 for travel on dec 30, 2017 from mumbai to jaipur through bigbreaks website.

                                Today when i tried to cancel the ticket from bigbreaks site, i could not find any options. So i went to indigo site and there i tried to cancel the ticket. However the website stated that no such pnr is available.

                                I was shocked and had no other option but to call indigo directly as i had paid the amount and indigo site stating that the ticket is not available.

                                Thankfully mr nitin from indigo confirmed that the pnr is valid, however to my surprise he said cancellation charges of inr 3000 will be applicable.

                                I reminded him about recent directive of mr. Jayant sinha, civil aviation minister of india on dec 17, 2017 that airlines cannot charge such high cancellation charges. Mr. Nitin told me the charges are as per policy. I tried to explain him that policy/ terms & condition cannot defer from law of the land but he refused to agree to that. I could only conclude from conversation with him that policy of indigo are over and above the law of india.

                                Also to my surprise he refused to transfer the balance money to me and said he will transfer it to agent/website.

                                I told him there is no way to reach out to the agency and i am the rightful owner of money but he said we do not know you and agency is source of money.

                                I tried contacting bigbrakes through both email and call, however no success.

                                I have no clue on how to cancel the ticket and get my money.

                                This is resulting into unnecessary mental stress and hassle at my side for no fault of mine. How can a corporate operating in india can refuse to adhere to directive of government of india.

                                Also i am scared as if they believe that agency is source of money than is this route being used for money laundering?

                                  Please note that i have a booking with indigo under the pnr - hbn7wm scheduled from ccu to cjb. The original flight timing were[protected]. This flight has been rescheduled and made delayed by 1 hr 35 mins, also, its preponed by 15 mins to[protected]. I am a student at iim-kohikode and have connecting travel arrangements that depart at 1500 from cjb. My final destination is clt (Calicut). Because of this rescheduling i will not be able to get on with my further arrangements to reach the institute. This travel arrangement was made long back. Further, being a student and operating out of student loan account i cannot afford to pay extra. I have to reach calicut city by 1900. Request you to kindly make suitable arrangements for me in this regard.

                                    Indigo flight 6e 844 which was scheduled at 9:30am from hyderabad to ranchi has been delayed 3 hours and 30 minutes on december 25th 2017. I am still not sure how long it would take me to finally board my flight today. I have a family event to attend but i think i won't be able to attend it. Does indigo has any additional benefits or facilities available for passengers who are facing inconvenience due flight delays? It would be a customer delight if airline respects passengers valuable time and value for money. I have been a valued indigo customer but today i am sorry to say indigo customer centric ideologies are fading away these days. Hope airlines makes a note of this. Thereafter take corrective measurements for the same.

                                      My check-in luggage was tagged fragile after my personal request. Though the baggage was tagged fragile, it was mishandled and a glass bottle containing liquor was crushed.. Resulting in entire wastage of the product and damaging the remaining luggage.. The fragile tag was also teared off partially when i received my luggage. I demand immediate response to my complaint and a suitable compensation for the poor service, that i have received. Flight 6e - 118 23/12/2017.. Shardul vinayak gore.
