booking wheelchair facility for an already booked ticket

I have already booked tickets for my mother (90 yrs old) to travel with me from mumbai to chennai (Pnr - fjtbyt) and then from chennai to trichy (Pnr - bintkg). She cannot climb stairs. Hence i need to have wheel chair facility for her at mumbai, chennai and trichy. (From and up to the seat). How can i get this request to you and get the confirmation for the same?

booking system

On thursday, 14/11/2019, i attempted to book a flight with indigo from chennai to madurai. The flight was 6e 7195 departing chennai on the 17th november. The fare amount was 3019inr.
I proceeded through the booking procedure and paid using a bank transfer from my dcb bank account.
I immediately received 2 texts from indigo stating that the transfer had failed, the flight booking was unconfirmed and if any money had been transferred...

Please just me clear that today i got a mail from indigo from delhi for ground staff job in patna. They also demanding 3000 for conducting interviews. If not selected they will be refund amount. fake ticket issued by happyeasygo flight no: 6e-6323 pnr no: plupsn

I had booked ticket on indigo flight 6e -6323, goa to bangalore for journey on 09/10/[protected] hrs through happyeasygo website. I received confirmation sms and e ticket in pdf format in my e-mail from happyeasygo.
I reached airport at 21:30 hrs and entered goa airport showing the e ticket at security check in and also my baggage was screened by the indigo airlines. It was a shocking news for me when indigo person told me that...

airlines - passengers not allowed to board

I'm writing on behalf of my parents who reached airport 5 min after the allowed check-in time for the obvious reason - bangalore traffic and the people standing outside for getting into the airport. When they reached the checkin counter it was 9am and the airline staff didnt even tried to accomodate them. They were asked to wait till 2pm for the next flight and charged rs 3000. How can the staff be so irresponsible...

registration fees and security deposit for document verification

I got an email in which they mentioned that my cv is selected for the indigo airlines ground staff. And for the further process i have to pay rs.2000 for registration. I paid the amount. Now before telephonic they are again demanding me the amount of 6500 for document verification. Infact i got a mail which i'll share with you. Kindly tell me are there any charges as such?...

Hi i received a message saying that my profile has been short listed and later received an email with a call letter from indigo regarding the interview process to be held on 20th july at bangalore. They asked to pay an amount of rs. 8900 plus gst as a security deposit. This was for air tickets, pickup, drop etc. I first made a payment of rs.8900/- and later on they informed me that i should make the make payment including taxes rs.10, 502/-...

On 29th May 2019, I supposed to catch a flight 6E 455 (PNR No: ODNEQF) from Delhi To Kolkata, somehow I missed that and decided to book next available flight i.e. 6E 921.

group booking partial cancellation

We have booked a group booking tickets for group of 10 on 2nd feb. After furnishing the final payment on 24 april, we have checked the faq which says partial cancellation can be done by d-7 and our travel date is 8th may which is still before d-7.

However when i reached out to [protected]@indigo.in they are telling this cancellation policy is applicable only after 18th feb bookings.

But there website doesnt mentioned...

baggage broken

I am a frequent customer of Indigo.
My name is Bikas Chandro Das.

I have an indigo flight on 21st April from Pune to Dhaka.
When I received my baggage at dhaka airport, the baggage is broken (The handle and the wheels) and the chain of the baggage is open.

The customer has forced me take 700 BDT to repair but the parts of the baggage are not available in the market...

xl seats paid for but not given

I had a reservation done for my father from sin - maa on 07th apr19. I had paid for prime seats & meal for xl seats (13f) since he is a 70yr old passenger and would give him extra leg space.

I girish kumar varshney booked a ticket from paytm, there it didn't asked for compulsory last name so i booked my ticket just with my first name. It was my first time that i booked tickets online and i was not aware of such things.
Indigo refused to update my last name. And there are asking for rs.3000 as my cancellation charge and as it is too high for me, i am unable to bookthat again....

error in retrieving travel certificates

I've been trying to generate the travel certificate for my journey on 23rd feb 2019 with pnr cy9frs on your online portal (http://bit.ly/11v2V9b) but i've been receiving an error fro wrong email address. I am pretty certain that my email address is correct.

This is a complaint regarding our recent experience with indigo. We, a group of four people, were scheduled to fly from male to mumbai on 15 february 2019 (Pnr: jkr9fx). We were not allowed to board on the airplane due to indian visa issues. Hence, our status was 'no show'. seat allocation while travelling with infant

Team, i travelled with an infant in india for the first time and expected a smooth hassle free experience. Given that we pay the infant fee, the least expected out of the airline is to be provided with comfortable and infant suitable seats while not disturbing the other passengers.
