non refund of money

Hi I am Havanoor tanujkumar having sb account no[protected] hubli branch had deposited Rs 400000 on 19th june 2013. for that banker debited Rs 449.44. i tried to get back no of times but no use. we want justice.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I Sudip Manna has a 2 wheeler loan from Indusind Bank(A/C No. AAH00138H). As informed by Mr. Balakrishna, that the billing cycle of October will be done on Nov 7th and Nov month will be on Nov 21st and from afterwards the billing will be on 7th of every month. But it was shocking to observe that both October and November cheques are deducted on the same date of this month(07/11/2017) without any intimation. As my account is not having the cumulative amount of both the cheques, cheque will definitely get bounce. I have dropped a mail to [protected]@indusind.com and [protected]@indusind.com, they replied that they presented EMI's dues on exact date of every month, but as there loan statement it is clearly mentioned that 2 emi's presented on 07/11/2014.[Attached Loan statement]. Due to this my CIBIL score is getting effected.

      मुख्य प्रबंधक, इडसस्लैंड बैंक, जोधपुर मैंने अपने नाम (पुखराज मेवाडा s/o पूनमचंद ) से आप की पाली (राजस्थान) शाखा से एक वाहन- लोन लिया जिसका नंबर ( 408 C) है | उपरोक्त लोन मेने वाहन खरिदने के लिये लिया था | जो पूरा हो चूका है इस लोन में मेरा पूरा रिकॉर्ड बहुत सही रहा है | और मेरी और से कोई भी त्रुटी नहीं हुई है | लेकिन आप के पाली ब्रांच के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा मुजे कई बार गलत जानकारी देने जेसे कई बार मेरी क़िस्त हर बार निर्धारित दिनांक से पहले जमा हो जाने पर भी मुजे फ़ोन करके क़िस्त जमा करवाने को कहा गया, कई बार मेरी क़िस्त की राशि को आधिक बताया गया इतना ही नही मेरा ट्रैक रिकॉर्ड इस बैंक मैं इतना अच्छा होने के बाद भी मुझे नोटिस भी भेजा गया | और अब जब मेरा लोन पूरा हो चूका हे और किसी भी प्रकार की कोई राशि बकाया नहीं है, फिर भी मेरा लोन का NO DUES देने से मना कर दिया गया है | मैं सिनियर सिटीजन हूँ और में ज्यादा चल फिर नहीं सकता अत: जब मेरे पुत्र रघुनन्दन मेवाडा द्वारा आपकी पाली शाखा में मेनेजर (भूपेन्द्र ) से इसके बारे मैं पूछा, तो बताया की आपने एक गारंटी दी है जिसके कारण आपको NO DUES नहीं दी जा सकती है | अब मैं अपने वाहन को बेचना चाहता हूँ, जिसके लिये मुझे NO DUES की आवश्यकता है | आपके पाली ब्रांच मेनेजर (भूपेन्द्र) और अन्य प्रतिनिधियो ने मेरे पुत्र रघुनन्दन के साथ काफी बत्तमीजी की और जब बिना किसी कारण NO DUES नहीं देनी पर लीगल कारवाही की बात कही तो उनका कहना है की आपको जो भी करना है कर लो जितने भी नोटिस भेजने है भेजो, बैंक को और मुझे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता है | मैं गारंटर हूँ लेकिन आपको मेरी NO DUES रोकने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है | मेरी आपकी बैंक मैं कोई DUES बकाया नहीं है | आपके प्रतिनिधियों ने मुझे काफी अपमानित किया है, और काफी मानसिक प्रताड़ित भी किया है | आपकी बैंक और आपके प्रतिनिधियों को मेरे कानूनी अधिकारों का कोई डर नहीं है| आपको किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस प्रकार परेशान करने का कोई हक नहीं हैं | आप की बैंक से लोन लेना भीख लेना है, जब रघुनन्दन ने आपके ब्रांच मेनेजर से कहा की जिसकी गारंटी मेरे पिताजी ने दी है वे हम से पहले से आपके ग्राहक है, और आपसे कई गाड़िया फाइनेंस करवा चुके है तो हमारे लोन का NO DUES क्यों रोका जा रहा है, तो आपके मेनेजर साहब ने अपने शब्दों में कहा की “आप आये थे हमारे पास लोन के लिये भीख लेने, हम आप के आपस नहीं आये थे” एक गारंटर होने के कारण आप मुझे नोटिस दे सकते है और लोनर से बकाया जमा करवाने हेतु आग्रह कर सकते है, लेकिन आपको मेरे लोन मुक्त वाहन का NO DUES रोकने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है | आप की बैंक का कार्य सिर्फ लोन देने तक का ही रह गया है, फिर ग्राहक के साथ आपका कोई महत्व नहीं रहता इस लिये आप अपनी मनमर्जी से ग्राहक को परेसान करते रहते है, ग्राहक से आप आपके डॉक्यूमेंट में कई जगह हस्ताक्षर करवाते है जो इंग्लिश में होने के कारण समान्य व्यक्ति इसे समझ नहीं पाता और आपके विश्वास स्वरूप हस्ताक्षर कर देता है | इसी का फायदा आप उठाते है, और फिर ग्राहक को कई तरीको से परेशान करते है | ग्राहक से हस्ताक्षर से पहले कई बाते छुपाई जाती है जिससे आप उसका फायदा उठा सके और ग्राहक को फंसा सके | मैं एक प्रतिस्ठावान व्यक्ति हूँ | और आपके कर्मचारियों के द्वरा मुझे काफी मानसिक परेसानी और मानहानि हुई है | अत: मुझे मेरी NO DUES दी जाये अन्यथा आप के प्रतिनिधियों की हटक्र्मिता और मेरे साथ गलत आचरण करने व् मानहानि करने के लिये में आप की शाखा पर लीगल कारवाही करना चाह रहा हूँ | मेरे लोन हेतु कई सारे डॉक्यूमेंट जेसे ..मेरा परिचय पत्र, मेरा पैन कार्ड, मेरे बैंक चेक, मेरे फ़ोटो आदि आप की पाली शाखा में दिए गये थे | मुजे ये अंदेशा है, की आपके प्रतिनिधि उनकी शिकायत करने से नाराज हो कर मेरे इन डॉक्यूमेंट का गलत फायदा मेरे खिलाफ ले सकते है अत: मुजे ये सब सुपुर्द कर दिए जाये | लेकिन मैं आप की बैंक का बहुत पुराना ग्राहक रहा हूँ अत: आप को किसी भी कारवाही से पहले सूचित करना आवश्यक समझता हूँ | मुजे सिघ्रः मेरे वाहन का NO DUES प्रदान करे | अन्यथा मुजे आपकी बैंक पर कानूनी कार्यवाही करनी होगी | इस नोटिस का जवाब पन्द्रह दिन के भीतर दे इसके बाद में क़ानूनी कार्यवाही हेतु स्वत्रंत हूँ | पुखराज मेवाडा 54, गजानंद मार्ग, पाली (राज.)           Dear Sir, This is Somenath Mondal from Raghunathpur, Hooghly West Bengal( Mob no: +91-[protected]) (S/O Late Kabir Mondal, Raghunathpur, Dankuni Hooghly 712247 West Bengal) I have taken loan on 22.12.2012 for my Honda Dio -Regn no: WB16AD4015 and cleared my loan from Bank Of India, Raghunathpur Bazar Branch through Cheques, on 07.06.2014. But I can not get Clearance Certificate so far. I visited many times for getting that in your branch but none of the officials have responded positively and I am quite surprised for this kind of behaviour.             i have indusind credit card [protected] and purchase some items on 04/11/2014 and paid the total amount on same day within hour through sbi net banking, but they submit the total amount outstanding on 05/11/2014 i.e the submit bill 50, 000=00 outstanding payment. i have already several times contact on their help line numbers but they seems to helpless numbers no firm answer i have also inform them e-mail several times on their mentioned addresses, but no answer come from them just useless services (only machine replies received)

              Respected sir, In February 2014 I bought a Bajaj pulsar 180 in saimuthu motors. I got it through finance in Indusland bank. For past 6 months I have been paiying the loan in the bank for my urgency I want to close the loan for I pay the balance amount. When I went to close the loan the bank's executive officer Mr.Vinoth said that the origional registration certificate(RC) book was not with the bank. He asked me to get the orginal RC book in the bajaj balamurga showroom. In that show room also they told that they don't have the RC book with them. The showroom executive told to ask the RC in the finance company of the bike. For getting the original RC I had been stressed completely for past 1 month but still I had not received my bike original RC book. Mr. Vinoth didn't not do it any action for 1 month so that i am asking see the manager but Mr. Vionth and receptionist of the Induslend bank denies to see the mananger. Both thay told me not use for saying receptionist. I am already your exciting customer. I had purchase 5 vehicles in your bank. 1st one splendor, Apache, splender, Altocar now again i purchase the pulsar180. I mean that i have lot of trouble for in your bank your service and response are not good. Now i am going to take action legally. My loan number TNMM17273H My vehicle

              iam waiting long time ...iam ur exiciting customer remember that...in case bank wil not give the registration certificate(RC) ..i legal to the action...k my mobile number is [protected] still iam waiting now ...i fell very trouble...listion...if bank is do not response to my registration certificate(RC) i go to legal compliant...in local police station...
              I have been complained before two months for my RC Book to get it from you Till, now I did not get my original RC book, I had given complaint to the local police station regarding this in on 17.12.14 I met the bank manager for regarding my original RC but they did not respond me. They advised me to get duplicate R.C instead of original RC but I refused to get that . The bank manager finally refuses to give the original RC. I have been induced to stress and i am very trouble for your bank, so for getting my original RC. I am going to file a case in consumer court.

                I am using your services from last 2 years but i never experienced such a bad experience. Last Month my credit card due payment date was 02nd Oct 2014 but bank was closed that day, So i dropped a cheque on 29th Sep 2014 and I made remaining payment on 04 th Oct 2014 as bank was closed on 03 oct 2014 as well but you guys charged me 5000rupees as interest.                     hi depostied DDA from in shushant lok indusind baranch so . i want orignal slip to submited my dda form . they said they cant give orignal slip only give photo copy . so this regarding i talk to branch manager mr puneet but he talking to me very rudliy and denied to given slip . and he said u do anything i cant give u that slip . after that they missbehafe talk with me . they dont have sence how to talking with coustmers . they are not albe to work in indusind bank in manger post . even he is not able to any work in bank . but mr aditya is talking me for that and he slove my this problem . but mr punnet is very worst man . plz terminate mr puneet to this post . otherwise ur bank go down . no one open a/c in ur branch in shushant lok .

                      I hold a savings account in bodakdev branch-ahmedabad bearing account no 0232-bk0123-001. Yesterday evening at 4.35 pm I called up at the branch and normally the landline is not picked up even after 2 complete ringing. Then a gentlemen named Mr Sanket picked up my call and I asked him to transfer the line to Mr Sajid -CSM. I was being told he is on sales call. I wanted my transaction detail so he asked my to hold which went till a minute and the line got disconnected. Immdtly I tried twice to call up the branch again and again a gentlemen called Mr Harish picked up the call and when I asked about Sanket i was being told he is not in the branch. I argued that I was talking to him a minute back and the gentlemen replied that he might have some more important priority than this. I am not inflating any word but it is the actual which I am writing. I asked him to transfer the line to some other ops executive or branch manager. He said there is nobody in the branch except him and continued arguing that why do u want to have the history geography of the branch.I asked for the transaction detail he said that he is new in the system and he has got no system. Such pathetic situation and some how I managed immdtly to speak to the branch manager Devendra Purohit. He was kind enough to listen to me but unfortunately he said there is no such gentlemen named Mr Harish who is there in the branch. Then who is he who spoke to me and argued??????? The BM immdtly did a concall with Sanket and he said I did call up but he had to go out urgently..Customer not given any priority???? My cheque got bounced yestday even after there was balance was my problem. The BM promised me to reply within 15 minutes once he is there in the branch. He made his promise and replied that INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT has attached my savings account which the BM didn't knew because the CSM who accepted the order didnot inform the BM...such goo[censored]ps..m ok for not informing me but what a goo[censored]p is happening in the branch...who is harish..why is nobody there in the banking hours...why is sanket having some other priority then the customer...why is the bm not known about the govt attachments about the branch customers...Pls look into this and revert...

                          Dear sir/madam I want to inform you that I have given 4 FDs for renewal on 16 August 2014 and I have received 2 FDs on around 2 or 4 september 2014 and the other 2 FDs were incorrectly made by the staff. Then I have communicated to them and they assured us that same would be corrected and it is under processing then yesterday i.e. 26 September 2014 they told us that it could not be corrected and the Same FDs are required to be prematured and then new FD shall be made. I have asked them about the interest for those 1-1.5 months should be given to us but they replied that they don't have any idea about and will consult their seniors and then update us but yet no reply is being provided.                           regarding to deduction of money from account

                          i had 3000 money in my account at date[protected] After that, today i checked balance in account. It remains only 1074 rs in account. Kindly please check it

                            Hi This is Veerendra Kumar, I have taken two wheeler loan form IndusInd Bank and EMI amount is 5590 and payment date is 21st of every month. Bank has sent EMI due date without informing me . My concern is, I will get salary on 1st of every month because of that i am not able to pay EMI on mentioned, I requested for change in EMI payment date to first week every month .                             I have been trying to create an account in your bank in the PRINCE ANWAR SHAH ROAD BRANCH for last two and half weeks. There was tremendous unprofessional delay in opening the account. On top of that recently they yold me it will take 15 - 20 more days as the bank signature i have provided them are all same but different from my PAN CARD signature. I have got two more existing accounts where I have used initial signature but in my PAN card there is FULL SIGNATURE. May I know whether it is mandatory that we have to use full signature or exactly the same signature as that of the PAN card. If this is mandatory, I will not create my current account in your branch.

                            Exactly.. You are right Mr. Pradhan. Same case happened here also.
                            indusind bank service very poor. Try using some other bank's service.

                              Dear Sir, I am availing nri home loan A/C#[protected] with IndusInd Bank, Branch - Rajendra Nagar, Patna, Bihar under refinance scheme. They have started ECS before actual disbursements happened without my knowledge - Two full emi and one for 2 days emi. I raised this issue with all of respective person - branch manager, regional manager and Nodal officer but didn't get a single relevant update. Indusind and HDFC (IndusInd bank is having internal tie up with HDFC for home loan.), both are throwing ball to each other but not resolving issue. The more worst part is that they are not showing any interest to resolve even. Thanks Sunil

                                  I financed my bike at indusind bank contract date 22/10/2012. Loan Account no AHY03658H loan amount as mention Rs52000 but at the time of finance i received cheque of Rs47500 and made down payment of Rs31500 although this also showing different as margin money Rs27370, and Processing fee Rs2360 which i paid in cash for processing but it is mention in the statement, i have been deceived. by the end of loan tenure of 36 month there was only 2 EMI'S were due and even till date there is 2 EMI'S Due of Rs1954 each after adding 3 bounce charges in it 300x3= 600 + 3908 = 4808. it is mentioned as Rs4956.10 is Overdue.. after completing the tenure bank personnel never got in touch to inform this due and collect accordingly to set me free from this loan and issue a NOC but instead of that Indusind bank people till now they are silent even though i have personally visited vehicle loan department and inquired about this they are showing me statement in which AIC of Rs6780. Accrued Income Commission is also been added for which i have no obligation as it is banks responsibility to collect overdues at the earliest i have never been informed about this due and no bank personnel visited my place to collect the due EMI'S.. the respective department manager MR FIROJ is delaying and dallying my request to settle this loan by taking the original Overdue of Rs4808. and issue me NOC. i have also stated my willingness to pay the original overdue not additional charges which is unconditional for me as i have never been informed by bank about such due, as an honest indusind bank customer i would to request the higher authority of bank to look into this matter and solve this at the earliest as i am a patient of Gastroinstestinal problem i can't run from pillar to post as the manager making me run from my place to bank since last 3 days and just taking excuses instead of helping me..                                     Dear IndusInd Bank, Your representative showed me false scheme of the ICONIA Credit Card (2 Cards - Amex and Visa). They showed numerous benefits of the card including the below 2 top benefits : i) Book 2 free movie tickets on Bookmyshow per card per month. This makes 4 movie tickets per month for free. But I am not able to book any tickets anytime under this scheme although I have tried 100s of times but in vain. ii) 2 Free Flight Tickets for travel anywhere across India. Only I will be charged for the taxes. No terms and conditions were mentioned for this. When I try to book any tickets with the promotional codes given I get error that "No seats are available under this scheme". This also I have tried numerous number of times but with no gain. I tried to complain to the following but with no response : i) To the Customer Care representatives on Phone but no response. ii) To the Person who booked my Card (Mukesh) but with response. iii) To the booking personnels Manager (Kanchan) but with no response. I have paid 6000 INR for 2 cards not to get "NO BENEFITS". All banks offer cards for free but I went for this card due to these schemes. I want my cards cancelled and return my joining fees.
