you deduct 1500 rs from my account a/c no[protected] without any reason on the date of 28th Jan 2015 at 6:37pm in evening and I didn't get SMS alert from your side for this transaction. Than I visit sec- 18 NOIDA branch meet miss.swathi. She told me that your card swapped in center market at that time. But at that time I was in vasant kunj and my debit card was with me. I think this is your fault I want please enquiry for this matter how and why 1500rs deduct from my account without my permission and without using my debit card. please refund my amount.

        Credit Card Reject without Reason

        Dear Sir/Madam, 6 months back rec'd. Call from indusind bank for credit card offer. I was submitted all the documents, finally I recd. Message my mobile like "WE REGRET TO INFORM, WE ARE CURRNETLY UNABLE TO SANCTION A CREDIT CARD". I don't know what is the reason. Immediately I call to the people and ask. They also not reply proper reason. Then recently[protected] Same person call for credit card offer. I explained earlier problem everything....

I have not received the REFUND amount till date..Your local branch is saying they can do nothing in the matter. My friend who applied through HDFC Bank has received the same on[protected].             iam srinivas from bangalore ([protected]) . indusind bank executive prashanth & his collegues are not responding to my call & giving false information on the submitted documents (HDFC BANK) credit card . Its been two months i have been calling to prashanth ([protected])& collegues ([protected])([protected]) but no response to the submission of the documents . When i have spoken to the his collegue he said your documents has been declined due to card is one year old & due to overdue . For the same i have given the scan copy of the two the credit cards which is valid from 2007 to 2016 whr in between the card was not functioning bank has given me the new card . I dont have any overdue & never paid LPC charges to the any of my credit cards .i have paid the outstanding before the due date on my all the cards .               My father get the two vealer loan for our bank, the bank will get the due amount on each 7th for every month but this month not get the due amount, at the date my account balance 2000 some thing

                INDUSIND BANK: How difficult it is to close a Bank Account I had setup a software firm in June 2013. But after struggling this venture did not turn out. For that I have opened the current account with Indusind Bank Sec-35 Chandigarh. My account got opened with just a phone call w/o even visiting the branch. Even bank representative arranged for the necessary documents needed to open the Bank account (ITR with Zero transaction and bank certificate)....

                SIR, MY NAME IS MO SAFI ABDULMIYA SHEKH & My Customer Code is CU1132686 & Contract No is GAM00654C .I have loan for Rs. 1 laces and i paid Rs.1, 31, 250.00 as per contract of Plan.Total 36 Emi i have paid by cheque given date schedule by your bank.No any EMI has delay cause I have given all cheque in advance. Now my EMI is completed on 7/10/2014. But when till date i have not gate NOC certificate from your Bank Branch at Himatnagar.When I came for about it, Manager answered to me, some mistake by data oparator you have due charge Rs.10, 000.00 But it is not my mistake, i have paid all EMI on date given by your bank schedule, Due to gating NOC certificate I cant sale my vehical, and prices is going down near about Rs.5000 per month.I have all ready purchaged my other new vehical and i am waiting to sale this. But without NOC I cant sale so I request you for solution this nither it will be your responsibility for down prices. i also request for soleout this problem.So i dont think to go in Grahak-Suraksha for this.

                    I have an salary account, bearing no.[protected] in name of Pradeep Pal at Bhubaneswar main branch.But unfortunately my company changed the salary account to Axis bank and I was out of the city for a long span, so the account was dormat.When I revived it, some amount deducted from it due to non-maintaining of minimum balance.I requested with a letter to reverse it and subsequently my request has been entertained for which I was obliged. But then after I maintained it by Rs.20 000/-, but astonishingly again some rupees deducted and lastly all of once a great amount has been deducted to harass me. I am confused, whether it is a great move to encourage me and share this with others?Now we are getting news from print media that, RBI has guideline, not to deduct from saving acoount without prior written intimation.So is it a great experience with your bank to share with others in twitter, facebook Media, Consumer redresal Forum, OMBUDSMAN.What a great business proposition of your organisation and our Priminister Mr.Narendra Modi should learn from your Bank.                             hi I am yellon toomten, availed loan from indus ind bank to buy a hero bike. they informed me that my due date is 7th of every month. I kept balance in my account till 21 but they did not deduct any amount. they came to deduct on 26 last month and cheque bounced, then forced me to pay 500 rs fine. this is total customer cheating. even this month they have not deducted my emi till now.

                              I made an IMPS transfer (Ref. #[protected] of Rs.6000 on 08/12/2014 from my Indusind a/c #[protected] to the beneficiary a/c [protected] of SBI. I got a SMS that the transaction was Timed Out and to checked with my bank (Screen shot attached). For the same Money got debited form my Indusind account but didn't credited to SBI account (Screen shot attached). Please take necessary steps to resolve the issue.

                                  Sir/Madam, This is in reference to your letter PDC/XCMF92689/6744 dated 25/11/2014 which has been dispatched to my home.I bought one Maruti Swift Dezire A/C no Refusal Taxi from Bhandari Automobiles PVT.LTD (Gariahat Rd) I Mr.Joydeep Chatterjee regret to inform you that my monthly EMI towards my car loan was due on 7/11/2014 and the same has been cleared from my bank account and I got the message by phone that it has been deducted. Then you send me the above said letter. I could not understand what is this? Without sending me the receipt of the same you are sending me the notice of demand and stating some rules and regulation of the RBI norms and more over accusing me as a criminal offence, also the letter gives an overview that I have to pay penalty charges and the bank will take away the possession of my asset. Respected madam, I know that much that if I don’t pay the monthly EMI the bank can take the possession, but after deducting the monthly EMI it is not in my knowledge or experience that how can your esteemed organization can take the possession from me. Respected Madam, your personnel will not have to run before me to take away the possession. I will hand over the asset on which you have given me the loan directly by intimating you whenever I will realize that I am not able to pay you the EMI’s.This is my promise, and please tell your personnel whoever issued me this type of letter- that every person who takes loan is not a criminal through whcih you can take legal actions on me(stated in your letter). I have to run to my bank yesterday for enquiry and half of my day has gone, then called your customer care officer mentioned in your letter issued to me. Then again send him SMS of my loan account number, then I got message that it has been updated, whereas I got SMS from your end on 7/11/2014 that my monthly EMI has been realized by you. It is really surprising, disgrace and obloquy to me in the 1st month. Therefore, I request you to look into the matter personally and take necessary steps to improve the working conditions, and also please sent me the money receipt every month as you get my monthly EMI’s.Hope you will understand the situation I have faced. Please find the attachment for the scanned copy of the letter that has been dispatched to me.I can also send you the SMS that I have received from your end for further clarification if required by you.
