I am having my credit card (credit card no- [protected]).still now I don't receive my bill but from[protected] number i got 100 calls per day for making payment.already I give Rs.3000/- to your bank. Still now they are calling me and force me to do another Rs.700/-. My statement date is 5th march 2015. Without bill i can't give any kind of payment to you. Please do the needful.

    Hi, My name is vijay mohan reddy. I worked for SS Mobile Technologies pvt ltd for 6 months in the year 2012. After i left the company Indus bank opened one account with my name through company. That time they are not given any bank account details to me, even they are not send a message to my mobile and email id. Now i joined in other company, They given same bank account as my salary account. Now Indus bank person called me and telling that there is one more account with my name and there is 5000 negative balance. They are calling me and asking to pay the amount. Finally what is am saying when they opened account they need to inform me through Mobile or email, they are not did anything, Otherwise how can i come to know there is a account with my name. Simply they opened account and put negative balance. To close the account i need to pay 5000, Please help me on this. My email id: [protected]@gmail.com Mobile no- [protected] Thanks VIjay

      Sir, i took personal loan from your bank with commitment made by your employee Dheeraj Singh and Mr Apoorv Porwal. Since day one, i had a bad experience with your bank as whatever commitment made to me at the time of disbusrsal of loanwas never fullfilled. I asked for the documents that also not provided to me. If i could got the same, i would have returned the same amount to your bank than and than only. I constantly followed up with your bank for documents and lastly got thru mail in soft copy where i came to know the terms and conditions which were told to me was totally different. He took my signature on blank form and filled the wrong statements as committed to you. Than in the last Apoorv porwal appologise his mistake and send me the mail of Zero % foreclosure charges after 12th EMI. Lastly, i agrred on the same. After my 12th EMI i.e 4th of Feb 2015, i constantly chasing for the foreclosure amount so that i should not have to pay the interest after 5th Feb. But today I recvd mail with the interest amount of Rs 4812/-. Sir, i have been penalize by your bank since day one and today also. Kindly help me and suggest me what should I do. Also suggest me how i can prevent myself of paying another interest amount. Kindly help me as this is my humble request. Nobody is giving me proper response. Note:- I can forward all the mails proving myself that whatever i have told you from this mail is correct or not. Thanking you and waiting for early and favourable response from your side.         Sir, Mera IndusInd bank se truck loan chal raha hai. meri complain insurance renewal ke regarding hai. maine apne truck ka insurnce market se karwa liya h and maine ye bank executive ko bhi inform kar dia tha 15-20 din pehle ki maine insurance kara lia h bank insurance na kare but jab maine 7-feb-2015 ko bankme visit kiya toh executive ne mujhe bola ki bank ne bhi insurace policy kar di h ab mai ek he vehcile ke 2 insurance polices ka kya karu and mai 2 premiums kyo pay karu meri branch manager indusind bank bareilly se jab bat hui toh wo keh rahe ki jo unke executive ne bataya uske liye bank ki responsibility nahi hai agar bank ki responsibilty nhi hai toh bank ne usko job par he kyo rakha hua h.. bank should be responsible for their managers and staff activity.pls help me to tackle this prblm thnk you

          I have been issued an American Express IndusInd Iconia Card by them and without my knowledge or prior intimation they have charged me an exhorbitant joining fee of INR 15000+tax. Since I am not interested to pay such a ridiculous joining fee and take the card, I have been repeatedly asking them to cancel the card but they have only been postponing and not closing my card account Credit Card number [protected] Your marketing person Many a times I have been complaining to your customer care Complaint Numbers 67741 562282 518624 597084 Inspite of so many complaints, everytime i give a complaint they say that within 5 days my problem resolved. Somebody from the closing department will call me and do the needful but everytime somebody talks to me and I keep saying I am not interested to pay the fees, he says the customer has accepted. Is your bank trying to cheat the public? I might be forced to lodge a complaint against your bank with the Ombudsman as well as Consumer forum.

            Hello, i am vinod kumar gupta, i did open my account with indusind bank on[protected] vidhyadhar nagar, jaipur branch). They promise me to deliver my welcome kit on[protected].but i didnot get my welcome kit on the date, when i went to blue dart courier service office then they told that my home is not in service area even though my area is near by office and in approach. and they refuse me to deliver on counter also after showing my license id proof n AWB no. They told that it will resend to mumbai office of indusind bank then again will come to branch then i ll get. i deposited 10000 in account while opening account, currently i m very needed of money and i am unable to make transaction in my account.i want to get resolve my complaint As soon as possible. thank you,

                Dear team, i have taken the the two wheeler loan with indusind in feb2014 and i have submitted the 10 cheques for 12 months period, executive ask me to give only 10 cheques and all the cheques was cleared but in the month of jan 2014 i went to the office i enquired about my loan then he told me that all the cheques was cleared and next come to the office and pay the remaining two months by cash, i did the same and when i paid the amount on 10/01/2014 then he is asking for the amount 222 due to cash payment and same will be applicable for the month of feb2014, niether my chques are bounced then why should i pay the extra amount, if your executive ask the 12 cheques then this problem will not happen. i want to clear my problem as early as possible.                   you deduct 1500 rs from my account a/c no[protected] without any reason on the date of 28th Jan 2015 at 6:37pm in evening and I didn't get SMS alert from your side for this transaction. Than I visit sec- 18 NOIDA branch meet miss.swathi. She told me that your card swapped in center market at that time. But at that time I was in vasant kunj and my debit card was with me. I think this is your fault I want please enquiry for this matter how and why 1500rs deduct from my account without my permission and without using my debit card. please refund my amount.

                        Credit Card Reject without Reason

                        Dear Sir/Madam, 6 months back rec'd. Call from indusind bank for credit card offer. I was submitted all the documents, finally I recd. Message my mobile like "WE REGRET TO INFORM, WE ARE CURRNETLY UNABLE TO SANCTION A CREDIT CARD". I don't know what is the reason. Immediately I call to the people and ask. They also not reply proper reason. Then recently[protected] Same person call for credit card offer. I explained earlier problem everything....

                            iam srinivas from bangalore ([protected]) . indusind bank executive prashanth & his collegues are not responding to my call & giving false information on the submitted documents (HDFC BANK) credit card . Its been two months i have been calling to prashanth ([protected])& collegues ([protected])([protected]) but no response to the submission of the documents . When i have spoken to the his collegue he said your documents has been declined due to card is one year old & due to overdue . For the same i have given the scan copy of the two the credit cards which is valid from 2007 to 2016 whr in between the card was not functioning bank has given me the new card . I dont have any overdue & never paid LPC charges to the any of my credit cards .i have paid the outstanding before the due date on my all the cards .                               My father get the two vealer loan for our bank, the bank will get the due amount on each 7th for every month but this month not get the due amount, at the date my account balance 2000 some thing

                                INDUSIND BANK: How difficult it is to close a Bank Account I had setup a software firm in June 2013. But after struggling this venture did not turn out. For that I have opened the current account with Indusind Bank Sec-35 Chandigarh. My account got opened with just a phone call w/o even visiting the branch. Even bank representative arranged for the necessary documents needed to open the Bank account (ITR with Zero transaction and bank certificate)....

                                SIR, MY NAME IS MO SAFI ABDULMIYA SHEKH & My Customer Code is CU1132686 & Contract No is GAM00654C .I have loan for Rs. 1 laces and i paid Rs.1, 31, 250.00 as per contract of Plan.Total 36 Emi i have paid by cheque given date schedule by your bank.No any EMI has delay cause I have given all cheque in advance. Now my EMI is completed on 7/10/2014. But when till date i have not gate NOC certificate from your Bank Branch at Himatnagar.When I came for about it, Manager answered to me, some mistake by data oparator you have due charge Rs.10, 000.00 But it is not my mistake, i have paid all EMI on date given by your bank schedule, Due to gating NOC certificate I cant sale my vehical, and prices is going down near about Rs.5000 per month.I have all ready purchaged my other new vehical and i am waiting to sale this. But without NOC I cant sale so I request you for solution this nither it will be your responsibility for down prices. i also request for soleout this problem.So i dont think to go in Grahak-Suraksha for this.
