Sir/Madam,
This is in reference to your letter PDC/XCMF92689/6744 dated 25/11/2014 which has been dispatched to my home.I bought one
Maruti Swift Dezire A/C no Refusal Taxi from Bhandari Automobiles PVT.LTD (Gariahat Rd)
I Mr.Joydeep Chatterjee regret to inform you that my monthly EMI towards my car loan was due on 7/11/2014 and the same has
been cleared from my bank account and I got the message by phone that it has been deducted. Then you send me the above said
letter.
I could not understand what is this? Without sending me the receipt of the same you are sending me the notice of demand and
stating some rules and regulation of the RBI norms and more over accusing me as a criminal offence, also the letter gives an
overview that I have to pay penalty charges and the bank will take away the possession of my asset.
Respected madam, I know that much that if I don’t pay the monthly EMI the bank can take the possession, but after deducting
the monthly EMI it is not in my knowledge or experience that how can your esteemed organization can take the possession from
me.
Respected Madam, your personnel will not have to run before me to take away the possession. I will hand over the asset on
which you have given me the loan directly by intimating you whenever I will realize that I am not able to pay you the EMI’s.This is
my promise, and please tell your personnel whoever issued me this type of letter- that every person who takes loan is not a
criminal through whcih you can take legal actions on me(stated in your letter).
I have to run to my bank yesterday for enquiry and half of my day has gone, then called your customer care officer mentioned in
your letter issued to me. Then again send him SMS of my loan account number, then I got message that it has been updated,
whereas I got SMS from your end on 7/11/2014 that my monthly EMI has been realized by you. It is really surprising, disgrace
and obloquy to me in the 1st month.
Therefore, I request you to look into the matter personally and take necessary steps to improve the working conditions, and also
please sent me the money receipt every month as you get my monthly EMI’s.Hope you will understand the situation I have faced.
Please find the attachment for the scanned copy of the letter that has been dispatched to me.I can also send you the SMS
that I have received from your end for further clarification if required by you.
