I have owned a two wheeler loan from induslnd bank on 30/08/2014. The agreement was 18 installment of Rs.3200. I have provided them 18 cheques of axis bank. I have maintain sufficient balance in my account but bank has not deducted amount from my account. I have told them that why they are not deducting money from my account. I recently joined indusind bank but now i came to know is that there is no proper shift timings in the bank, .Employees are supposed to stay till 8:00 PM despite of shift timing 09:00- 06:00.
