      Dear Sir, Since last nine months I am chasing bank to resolve issue, even that sent 6 Reminder to but till the date bank did not responding to the case related issue, they continually sending new complaint registration no and assuring since 9 months for the problem resolution. I don't think this bank grow up as the attitude for the costumer is like this, in your portal noticed and reviewed 340 Complains against this bank. I need to short our my issue related to lone and wind up my relation with this bank even I am avoiding to use ATM machine of this bank. in future I do not want any association with this bank.

        Dear Team pls help When i apply indusind bank credit card he collect my document in my home.After he come back after 2 day and he say pls provide some do and i give the document. After this i got 6-7 verification call and done home verification in my home and after home verification i got final call and says we dispatch your card your verification done. After 25+ days waiting i call bank and ask for status and she says sorry sir update pending till 25+ days sorry sir normally bank time line for any credit card application status updation is 10-12 days maximum. sorry but your application status not update after 25 days.she provide mail id and say do mail for updation when i do mail and after mail i call bank again and he say its neg. When i ask for reason he says i do not tell you and not replay mail he provide only ref number

            In recently opened branch at Noida sector 119 the staff is really rude. They force customers to take some AVIVA investment plan. If customer doesn't wish to take that plan, they harass them. Customers are avoiding coming to the branch, exploring to close their account and go with ICICI or HDFC which are in the same building. There is a lady Singh, she is especially starts harassing and speak bad words if some customer is not investing as per their enforcement.

                I was promised by loan manager of Gurgaon branch Mr Om prakash bilhani.That I am provided loan of 2 lakh at 13.5 percent interest and processing fee of 0.25 .And gift of trolley.wallet watch. On loan disbursement 2300 rs were deducted and processing fee of 1 percent was taken. Then mr bilhani approached me and promised to refund 3000 rs . instead he gave me 500 cash and post dated cheque amount 2200 Rs. Which is still not encashed as there is no balance in his a/c.                   Sir..My father taken finance to purchase tvs xl super through indusind bank on 28.09.2013 ...They told that an emi of rs.1510/- p.M for 18 months...We had paid all dues...While we went to office for no objection certificate.They telling that there is an additional amount of rs.704/-...I asked them the reason for extra charge...They are not replying proper manner...They are telling that...All customers are paying...Nobody objecting...Why are you questioning.. Like that...They are talking very harshly..I am really disheartened...Kindly provide us justice...

                    Dear Sir, Ref: Attached 6th Reminder in last 9 months to Indusind Bank and still didn't received any answer against loan Agreement No. GVS-05412H. Vehicle Detail: Hero Make Maestro, Registration No: GH06-HB-1070. Case Detail: I was taken one two wheeler lone from Indusind bank, for some resone ECS was not presented in my Bank in month of OCT-2014, and as a genuine customer call to bank tall free no to know the reason. as bank representative said your ECS is going to preset between one or two days. In a same month Date: 30 Oct-2014 suddenly received a latter from Indusind bank informing that your ECS was bounced due to insufficient balance, and you are liable for penalty. which is around Rs. 600, immediately I was checked my bank account and found that balance for the ECS is maintained for ECS date. hence to confirm that I was taken a new fresh pass book entry from the bank and found that there was no ECS return Entry appear in month. Sir, since last 9 month I am requesting for the evidence which shows that ECS was Bounced due to insufficient balance. and Indusind bank fail to provide, and charging unnecessary penalty. Sir I would like to file a office case against this bank for spoiling reputation. can you please investigate the same and help me in this matter. I hope that case related details from my side provided to you, if any evidence if you required please be comfortable to write email or call me on given numbers.                       I've applied for 8 lacs loan thru dealsfor loan after which Mr.Sunil Yadav from Indusind bank contacted me and attracted with lowest EMI and rate of interest. While signing agreement papers he calmly admitted the mistake of EMI amount / ROI and informed that he shall try to reduce the emi somehow before discursement take place. Immediately on following day i called Mr.Yadav & requested to reduce loan amount as emi was getting very huge. After detailed discussion Mr.Yadav agreed to revise loan amount of Rs.4 lacs. Disbursement was kept on hold for around a 8-10 days, monthend arrived after 4-5 days and suddenly i got an SMS stating that loan amount of Rs.8 lacs is disbursed. I tried contacting Mr, Yadav & other representatives of bank thru Phone / Mail but till date i have not got any responce or any action to correct the mistake. Need appropriate bank personnel to look into & allow 3.5 lacs amount return before 1st EMI hits my account..

                        We bought honda activa on loan # ttt14902 from indusind bank trichy branch and paid all the instalments promptly within the date provided and the loan was closed on may month itself and got noc and rc book endorsed. But we have not received the duplicate key which is with the bank yet. We have called that responsible person for the reimbursement of key but no response. And we have step in to that branch directly and asked for the key several times, for that also no response from them. We wait for some one hour today (8 / 7 / 2015) in our hectic schedule at trichy branch but they have not responded especially jaikumar mob #[protected]Trichy branch) .
                        We have bought three two wheelers (Access 125, honda unicorn & honda activa) on loan from indusind bank and promptly paid the installments. You can verify our records.

                        We don't want to go to branch hereafter to get the key. We want you to send back the key to us. You can courier or by person send back the key to the above mentioned address

                            Please provide as much information as possible...One of the branch employees of NFC met me and asked me to apply for credit card from their branch..I agreed on same and very next day he asked me for documents..I submitted all my documents to them. They asked me to wait for the verification call...I waited for more then one month ...After that I called Mr vidya anand continously for the status update...he never received my call..when I called in branch I got to know that still one more document is left which they never asked me earlier and I have to submit it and wait for another 15 days for card process...I was very exited as this was my first credit card...I work for Audi automobile we are having a corporate salaried account of 165 members form indus bank..thinking about the same I applied credit card as I have my salaried account with them...exitement changed into dissatisfaction...worst experience ever...Now i will definitely ask my Hr to discontinued all accounts going on with ur bank...Fake employees they don't care about customers...They forgot that bank is bcoz of their customers. ..

                              There was an unauthorized transaction on my indusind credit card, When I checked with indusind bank they assure me that I need to submit a dispute form and with after submitting the form they will update me on the same with in 90 days, Its been more than 4 Months since I am waiting for an update from Indusind, When trying to call the grievance deptt of Indusind, no body is picking the call.                                 I have Indusind American Express card . card no:[protected]. I do not know the pros and cone of the card . as a poor customer the bank has kept me unaware that this card is not usuable. I have already paid Rs4560/ annual charges. The ban has told me that I will get Free ticket, but that also I have not received. now the Bank represantative is saying that this card can only be selectively used . if they tell this earlier then I will not take this card. even the pin number which has been sent cannot be readable, so I cannot go to any merchant. I request for fresh pin for going to transaction immediately, they are reluctant to do so

                                    Hi my name E.Poorna chandra naidu, i have my salary account in indus ind bank.I booked bus tickets in yatra.com, which they was given an offer each bus ticket per 1 rupee. I booked tickets with that offer on may 24th 2015 from my debit card, but after 6 days they charged full amount(14000 rupees) from my account with out my permission.I contacted costumer care but i dint get proper response from them i am fed up with them.i am ready to take this issue to consumer court.i need my amount back to my account.

                                        I have taken a loan from Indus Ind Bank 10 months ago. I have always maintained adequate account balance, But for the first month Indus ind people deducted EMI on 7th of next month instead of 21st of current month with out any intimation. However I had no problem with it. but Now after 10 months I have been named as defaulter with 10 months over due. Now nobody is coming forward to sanction the loan for my next car being a CIBIL defaulter. If you do not get loan, sit back home or Go for SHRIRAM(thou the interest rates are Higher. Do not ever Trust IndusInd.
