Dear Sir/maam i purchased a TVS Wego in the month of may 2013 and was agreed to pay an EMI of Rs:2382 in 24 equal installments.For the above agreement i had given 24 cheques and 21 cheques were cleared and they called me and said that ECS was mandatory as per RBI rules as per their request ECS was given in favour of them for 3 months, again they called me on Friday i.e:20-03-15 and are asking me to pay a penalty of rs 300 and when i asked for they say that signature is not matching whereas my due date was 21 of every month which happens to be a ugadi holiday followed by sunday however when I approached ICICI bank they said that no cheque was deposited, I was shocked for what i need to pay a fine when there is sufficient balance in my account if the cheque is Invalid they can use ECS and they called me on 23-03-15 and are asking me to pay cash for their representative, apart from their irresponsibility they speak very rudely they usually call from the number[protected] . Kindly solve my problem.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I Sunita Vishwakarma, from Jabalpur had a two wheeler loan financed during Oct'2015 for Suzuki Bike through INDUSIND BANK JABALPUR accordingly an EMI Rs. 1794/- is going on and now its remained only 7-EMI and I would like to settle the remaining EMIs of 7 months in a single amount as full & final settlement. It is thereforef I had approached the Jabalpur Branch for the same and asked accordingly to the concerned Department and asked the relavent autholrity and requested that kindly provide me the LEDGER COPY printout of my LOAN OF TWO WHEELER BIKE from the date of loan financed i.e. from Oct'2013 to Mar'2015 to understand the current outstandings of the remaining EMIs and total balance and accordingly I can settle the same but the AUTHORISED OFFICIAL Mr. Josheph [Probably his name] directly denied to provide the same and argued for the same and very arrogantly behaved for it as well as very strongly said that only amount remained can be disclosed to you but I will not provide the LEDGER COPY of the same. The LOAN A/C. NO. is JJQ01437H, and requesting that kindly arrange to instruct the authority to mail me my LEDGER COPY of my LOAN A/C. to the mail I. D. : [protected]@gmail.com at the most earliest. I am expecting the electrified response for the same and if not done within 3 days than no option will left me to take the legal action and take the help of CONSUMER COURT, Jabalpur.           Hi, This is to bring to your notice that I used one of your ATM to withdraw money using my HDFC debit card on 14th March, 2015. The location of the ATM is [MARATHON MAX, SHOP NO. 12-15, MULUND - 80 I entered 700 as my amount and instead of 500 + 100 +100 the machine let out 50 + 100 + 100 (Rs 450) less There was nobody at the atm to complain to, attaching the message I got from the bank which suggests i withdrew Rs.700

            This is in reference to my complain number 26864405 ; regarding my credit card number xxxxxxxxxxxx6004 (in the name of Mrs. Pramila Gupta). I have made a travel booking from Goibibo airlines for which I have been charged twice on 15th Dec, 2014 ( Transaction ref: 459505 & 459656 ), both for the amount of 14068. I have an alert set for each & every transaction from my card; As soon as I got two alerts on 15th Dec, 2014, I called indusInd Credit card services, & confirmed that this was a duplicate transaction. I was assured that the merchant won't be paid twice for the same purchase. Still the amount was deducted twice which was reflected in my statement. I confirmed it with Goibibo also they have given in writing that they have received the amount only ONCE. I am following up with the bank since than but they are not ready to respond back or to refund the amount back. They stopped replying to the mail and on top of that when I am calling the managers of the bank they are mis-behaving saying that nothing can be done from their end and I can go forward and complaint to any forum I want to. I am regularly clearing off my credit card bill even after this fraud and Rs. 14068/- is not a small amount. Please look into the matter as the bank is only fooling around since 3months and not at all ready for co operation. I am attaching the mail conversation from Goibibo team ; confirming that they deducted the amount only once ; also the mail sent to bank keeping goibibo team in loop still I havn't got any reply from them else then the auto generated mail -that too just once. Please look into the matter. Thank you

                    I have owned a two wheeler loan from induslnd bank on 30/08/2014. The agreement was 18 installment of Rs.3200. I have provided them 18 cheques of axis bank. I have maintain sufficient balance in my account but bank has not deducted amount from my account. I have told them that why they are not deducting money from my account. Then I have received reply from the bank that your file has been misplaced. I have demanded for my signed 18 cheques. They told me that this responsibility of bank, your account is safe. To continue the loan they told me that please sign ECS paper, Rs 3200 will automatically deducted from your account on 21st of every month for 18 month. I have signed ESC in month of December 2014 and next deduction date of installment amount 3200 is finalized on 21/01/2015. But bank had again not deducted amount from my account. Now on 05/03/2015 I have received message from bank that your current loan EMI of Rs 19, 200 for loan number PCJ00046S is due on 07/03/2015. Please maintain sufficient balance. I have told bank that I cannot pay such much in one transaction. You can deduct 18 installment per month of Rs 3200 as agreed during loan but they are not listing to me. They have deducted 6 installment of 393rs on 09/03/2015 at same time and my current account balance has gone in negative.

                      I recently joined indusind bank but now i came to know is that there is no proper shift timings in the bank, .Employees are supposed to stay till 8:00 PM despite of shift timing 09:00- 06:00. Also on saturday there is no half day, Senior staff is ridiculous they just sit ideal and force juniors to stay with them. Branch name : Indira puram, ghaziabad.

                          Hi, My name is vijay mohan reddy. I worked for SS Mobile Technologies pvt ltd for 6 months in the year 2012. After i left the company Indus bank opened one account with my name through company. That time they are not given any bank account details to me, even they are not send a message to my mobile and email id. Now i joined in other company, They given same bank account as my salary account. Now Indus bank person called me and telling that there is one more account with my name and there is 5000 negative balance. They are calling me and asking to pay the amount. Finally what is am saying when they opened account they need to inform me through Mobile or email, they are not did anything, Otherwise how can i come to know there is a account with my name.                             Sir, i took personal loan from your bank with commitment made by your employee Dheeraj Singh and Mr Apoorv Porwal. Since day one, i had a bad experience with your bank as whatever commitment made to me at the time of disbusrsal of loanwas never fullfilled. I asked for the documents that also not provided to me. If i could got the same, i would have returned the same amount to your bank than and than only. I constantly followed up with your bank for documents and lastly got thru mail in soft copy where i came to know the terms and conditions which were told to me was totally different. He took my signature on blank form and filled the wrong statements as committed to you. Than in the last Apoorv porwal appologise his mistake and send me the mail of Zero % foreclosure charges after 12th EMI. Lastly, i agrred on the same. After my 12th EMI i.e 4th of Feb 2015, i constantly chasing for the foreclosure amount so that i should not have to pay the interest after 5th Feb. But today I recvd mail with the interest amount of Rs 4812/-. Sir, i have been penalize by your bank since day one and today also. Kindly help me and suggest me what should I do. Also suggest me how i can prevent myself of paying another interest amount. Kindly help me as this is my humble request. Nobody is giving me proper response. Note:- I can forward all the mails proving myself that whatever i have told you from this mail is correct or not. Thanking you and waiting for early and favourable response from your side.                               Sir, Mera IndusInd bank se truck loan chal raha hai. meri complain insurance renewal ke regarding hai. maine apne truck ka insurnce market se karwa liya h and maine ye bank executive ko bhi inform kar dia tha 15-20 din pehle ki maine insurance kara lia h bank insurance na kare but jab maine 7-feb-2015 ko bankme visit kiya toh executive ne mujhe bola ki bank ne bhi insurace policy kar di h ab mai ek he vehcile ke 2 insurance polices ka kya karu and mai 2 premiums kyo pay karu meri branch manager indusind bank bareilly se jab bat hui toh wo keh rahe ki jo unke executive ne bataya uske liye bank ki responsibility nahi hai agar bank ki responsibilty nhi hai toh bank ne usko job par he kyo rakha hua h.. bank should be responsible for their managers and staff activity.pls help me to tackle this prblm thnk you

                                I have been issued an American Express IndusInd Iconia Card by them and without my knowledge or prior intimation they have charged me an exhorbitant joining fee of INR 15000+tax. Since I am not interested to pay such a ridiculous joining fee and take the card, I have been repeatedly asking them to cancel the card but they have only been postponing and not closing my card account Credit Card number [protected] Your marketing person Many a times I have been complaining to your customer care Complaint Numbers 67741 562282 518624 597084 Inspite of so many complaints, everytime i give a complaint they say that within 5 days my problem resolved. Somebody from the closing department will call me and do the needful but everytime somebody talks to me and I keep saying I am not interested to pay the fees, he says the customer has accepted. Is your bank trying to cheat the public? I might be forced to lodge a complaint against your bank with the Ombudsman as well as Consumer forum.

They promise me to deliver my welcome kit on[protected].but i didnot get my welcome kit on the date, when i went to blue dart courier service office then they told that my home is not in service area even though my area is near by office and in approach. and they refuse me to deliver on counter also after showing my license id proof n AWB no. They told that it will resend to mumbai office of indusind bank then again will come to branch then i ll get. i deposited 10000 in account while opening account, currently i m very needed of money and i am unable to make transaction in my account.i want to get resolve my complaint As soon as possible. thank you,

                                      Dear team, i have taken the the two wheeler loan with indusind in feb2014 and i have submitted the 10 cheques for 12 months period, executive ask me to give only 10 cheques and all the cheques was cleared but in the month of jan 2014 i went to the office i enquired about my loan then he told me that all the cheques was cleared and next come to the office and pay the remaining two months by cash, i did the same and when i paid the amount on 10/01/2014 then he is asking for the amount 222 due to cash payment and same will be applicable for the month of feb2014, niether my chques are bounced then why should i pay the extra amount, if your executive ask the 12 cheques then this problem will not happen. i want to clear my problem as early as possible.
