    My debit card had expired and the bank sent it to the my previous work plce.
    I changed my address associated with the bank account and asked the bank to send the debit card to new address
    However it is being sent to old address again n again
    The million calls i make to enquire, i just get to hear that please wait we will look into the matter and the card is being dispatched to your new address.
    Last they told me that bank will ask india post to redirect it to ur new address.
    Instead of coming to Mohali., my debit card was redirected to Zirakpur and the tracking shows that it is already delivered .
    Clearly I have not received it so it is delivered to the wrong address

      Making fool of public! This bank should close! Their employees does fake commitment to clients and then stop receiving their calls! One of their sales guy kapil [protected] came and approach me for loan. I agree after he asked that i need to open account at their bank with limit of 10, 000 to start and later account will be 0% limit with in 7 days! The day my account open he stop receiving my calls! Nor took any documents for my loan! His purpose was only increase bank consumers! With in the period of 3 months my account debited more than 2500 INR and when I'm trying to reach him for his commitment of 0% limit conversation he's avoid my calls now! Please don't take any risk of your hard earned money! It's their business of making fool of people! Should boycott this bank

        I'm getting lot of calls from Indusind Bank on my mobile number [protected] for loan recovery despite starting that I'm not concerned person they are looking for.

        I'm using this mobile number since 2013.

        I don't hv any relation with this bank.

        Despite telling delete my number from their database, nobody cares.

            In my cibil score, there shows 2 loan account of other person in indusind bank. That loan is not related to me, I visited the kannur branch and give a letter about the matter, they checked and confirm me that account is not related to me. The branch says that this may be clerical error by cibil team of the bank. I am a Army person, my only intention of this leave is to take a home loan . but due to this cibil score issue couse by Indusand bank, I can't process my home loan . The cibil score must be clear. And also urgently I need a letter from Indusand bank that I have no any Loan account in this bank, so that I can process my home loan in this leave period. Pls take necessary action

                I bought Honda Activa 5g on loan and paid my loan completely.It has been more than 3months now and still have not got my NOC. I contacted their sub branch many times but all they are saying processing is all complete and it's en route.Please resolve my issue.(Loan number-EMM02589H)

                I received NOC on May 21st after putting complaint here and they told me to submit it asap as last date of expiry was may23rd...(may22nd-sunday)..i coukdn able to submit my application on may23rd because my insurance didn update..after that i contact branch for reissued copy..they said it is not possible??..and recommend me to contact rto agents to whom I gave my application...status to my application is still not clear...if i have got my application 3month back on time..i could have solved the issue of insurance on time ...my complaint is not solved yet.

                  On Monday 02/05/2022 I initiated IMPS money Transfer transaction of 170000 which got timed out in indusind mobile app.
                  but instead of timeout sms I got sms that you money is debited for imps. and that money got debited form my indusind account and not credited to beneficiary bank.
                  I am so much worried as it is big amount and it's been 2 days I did not get it in either accounts.
                  customer care told it may take 3 days but how I can be assure about it.

                    Loan account number of indusind bank, EDA00124E, that is not related to me. But in my cibil score this loan account shows...pls do necessary action at earliest... I am serving in Army, I came leave for the purpose of home loan, due to this cibil score pblm I can't get loan... ...I complain to the indusind bank branch, but after 10 days no action and feed back.

                        Last night, I tried to open a new savings account using your web portal and filled in all the details along with Aadhaar KYC. Atlast, it asked me to fund the savings account with Rs. 10000+590 debit card fee and I did the transaction for the amount of Rs. 10590. But the account was not opened.
                        I visited your branch of Sector 110, Noida which I have selected during account opening but they said they can't do anything about this.

                            I am Tapas Kr Bhattacharyya, was an employee of IndusInd Marketing and Financial Services. My demployee ID was R44896A. I have resigned from my position on 20.11.2021 and served a notice period of one month means upto 19.12.2021.
                            But till now I didn't get my Relieving Letter and Settlement figure.The Company is not providing me the Settlement documents and PF clearance documents.
                            No Company hired me without Relieving letter... For this negligence, I am job less for 5 months, my family is suffering from financial crises & have mental harrasment too

                              Dear sir

                              I just got indusind banky cr card where i have made 2 transaction of 37436 and 30000 on 13 and 15 feb and for both transaction i received call and message from the bank to convert it to emi so i made request to covert the amount into emi thru mobile app and during that process i was not informed that there will be file charges of 750 rs but the bank converted only 1 transaction into the emi and the second transaction was not converted into the emi and even it was not informed to me that my second transaction is not converted then
                              On 23 rd of March my card was charged by the 750 rs due without any notice to me which made my card overlimit on reciving message from the bank that my card reach over limit i immediately paid the amount to bring it under the limit but the bank even didn't not stop here they charged me over limit fee of 500 and then they charged me with intrest of 1690 on unpaid amount of 18000 and 1953 intrest on unbilled amount
                              Hence i made call to coustomer care and they took the request to refund all the charges and subject to approval and then my request got rejected and the bank even didn't inform me about it.

                                Wrong information given regarding my preclosure of my loan account number. Though I had made all the payment in feb -2022 itself still I didn’t receive my NDC ( No Due Certificate) as per the promise. Now since I enquired about my NDC again they are asking me to pay 1381/- to be deposited over the bank . And again I had to wait for another 60 days .
                                When ever I ask any queries they won’t pick the call or respond for the emails and msgs .

                                  I have NOC issued by Indusind bank in the year 2015 after clearing my car loan.As I am selling my car bearing number AP29AT8724, the buyer and the RTO office are asking for fresh NOC.I have applied for fresh NOC by paying Rs500/- and informed by the bank that it will take 4 weeks time to get new NOC.I request the Indus ind bank to issue the same in two weeks time as I am in urgent need of it.[protected].

                                    Indusind bank credit card has been issued on my name with misleading offers by marketing agent. I had closed my credit card as i came to know all those are false offer promises and conveyed the same message to customercare.

                                    Then after my financial situation was very bad so did not make my payments on time for that they charged me penalties & all, And my cibil score was effected very badly. I know i am the responsible for that.

                                    Card Number :[protected]American Express) 64, 614/- amount paid on 16 March 2022.

                                    Card Number : [protected] ( Visa) 66, 598.14/- amount paid on 20 March 2022.

                                    But still now i did not received my NOC from bank which effecting my cibil score. Please issue me NOC immediately.
