Loan account number of indusind bank, EDA00124E, that is not related to me. But in my cibil score this loan account shows...pls do necessary action at earliest... I am serving in Army, I came leave for the purpose of home loan, due to this cibil score pblm I can't get loan... ...I complain to the indusind bank branch, but after 10 days no action and feed back.

      Hi,

      Last night, I tried to open a new savings account using your web portal and filled in all the details along with Aadhaar KYC. Atlast, it asked me to fund the savings account with Rs. 10000+590 debit card fee and I did the transaction for the amount of Rs. 10590. But the account was not opened.
      I visited your branch of Sector 110, Noida which I have selected during account opening but they said they can't do anything about this.

        सविनय विनम्र निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी का अर्ज इस प्रकार है कि प्रार्थी गूगल से अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट एजेंसी का नम्बर निकाला और इस फ़ोन नम्बर [protected] पर बात हुआ इसके बाद WhatsAap नम्बर [protected] दिया गया। मैंने 130 बैग सीमेंट का आर्डर दिया जिसका जीएसटी सहित 275 रू०/प्रति बैग के हिसाब से 130 बैग कुल दाम 130×275= 35750 रू०/ खाता संख्या UltraTech Pvt.Ltd

          I am Tapas Kr Bhattacharyya, was an employee of IndusInd Marketing and Financial Services. My demployee ID was R44896A. I have resigned from my position on 20.11.2021 and served a notice period of one month means upto 19.12.2021.
          But till now I didn't get my Relieving Letter and Settlement figure.The Company is not providing me the Settlement documents and PF clearance documents.
          No Company hired me without Relieving letter... For this negligence, I am job less for 5 months, my family is suffering from financial crises & have mental harrasment too

            Dear sir

            I just got indusind banky cr card where i have made 2 transaction of 37436 and 30000 on 13 and 15 feb and for both transaction i received call and message from the bank to convert it to emi so i made request to covert the amount into emi thru mobile app and during that process i was not informed that there will be file charges of 750 rs but the bank converted only 1 transaction into the emi and the second transaction was not converted into the emi and even it was not informed to me that my second transaction is not converted then
            On 23 rd of March my card was charged by the 750 rs due without any notice to me which made my card overlimit on reciving message from the bank that my card reach over limit i immediately paid the amount to bring it under the limit but the bank even didn't not stop here they charged me over limit fee of 500 and then they charged me with intrest of 1690 on unpaid amount of 18000 and 1953 intrest on unbilled amount
            Hence i made call to coustomer care and they took the request to refund all the charges and subject to approval and then my request got rejected and the bank even didn't inform me about it.

              Wrong information given regarding my preclosure of my loan account number. Though I had made all the payment in feb -2022 itself still I didn’t receive my NDC ( No Due Certificate) as per the promise. Now since I enquired about my NDC again they are asking me to pay 1381/- to be deposited over the bank . And again I had to wait for another 60 days .
              When ever I ask any queries they won’t pick the call or respond for the emails and msgs .

                I have NOC issued by Indusind bank in the year 2015 after clearing my car loan.As I am selling my car bearing number AP29AT8724, the buyer and the RTO office are asking for fresh NOC.I have applied for fresh NOC by paying Rs500/- and informed by the bank that it will take 4 weeks time to get new NOC.I request the Indus ind bank to issue the same in two weeks time as I am in urgent need of it.[protected].

                  Indusind bank credit card has been issued on my name with misleading offers by marketing agent. I had closed my credit card as i came to know all those are false offer promises and conveyed the same message to customercare.

                  Then after my financial situation was very bad so did not make my payments on time for that they charged me penalties & all, And my cibil score was effected very badly. I know i am the responsible for that.

                  Card Number : [protected] ( Visa) 66, 598.14/- amount paid on 20 March 2022.

                  But still now i did not received my NOC from bank which effecting my cibil score. Please issue me NOC immediately.

                    i am relieved in Jan 13 from indusind bank but I still I didn't get settlement.mugilan told me settlement will get with in march end.now march was closed.kindly clarify my settlement status.ignore this mail.i will go to legal action against our bank.settlement from employer given in 45 days but myself reached 90 days. Our HR team and account's team is lazy to role playing money with exit employees. I asked to our HR team in mugilan. He is said tomorrow or 2 days will come when I call him.i called many times. But I didn't get still now.

                      I opted for an account with indusind bank on the 3rd of april, and the video KYC was done immediately and the funding was done as well on the same day or the next day, from the following day I started receiving texts and emails stating that the account nominee details have been successfully registered, my UPI registration was successfull, account successfully added to UPI app, offer texts and emails started rolling back and forth, on the 5th i was able to see the initial deposit popping in my account and on the 6th the account was completely active on the 7th morning I see the account has been frozen due to name mismatch as per my pan and aadhar whrein its just my complete name on aadhar as per passport and initials abbreviated in pan card, later i was aked to vist branch and submit KYCagain which looked like i was lured in a trap for someone to come to the branch and open the account, after submitting the details its been several days I donot have an update on my account status and when i called them some days ago i was informed that its gonna take another day or two but now when i call them they say we will not provide any detail because we cant see your name wherein earlier they used to verify my details with DOB and nominee name . complete misrepresentation of the online account opening facility, account first activated and then deactivated after funds were deposited, thirdly the major problem I HAVE BEEN SENT A DEBIT CARD BY A COURIER WHICH DOES NOT HAVE MY NAME ON IT BIT JUST BLANK, FOLLOWING MY ADDRESS AND CONTACT, AND THE COURIER PERSON HAS DELIVERED IT . DOES RBI AND BANKING GUIDELINES ALLOW INDUSIND BANK TO SEND OUT COURIERS AS SUCH, BECAUSE I THINK WITH NO NAME MY ACCOUNT CAN BE AT RISK MY MONEY CAN BE AT RISK, AND BEFORE THE ACTIVATION EVERYONE WAS TALKING PLEASINGLY WITH ME BUT NOW THERE ARE ABRUPT DISCONNECTIONS OF VIDEO BRANCH AND NORMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE BEHAVIOUR .

                        My indusind credit card 1 month payment is over due but i said to recovery agencies that i will be paying it on 20th of April because of financial issue also given email to indusind bank for this but still recovery agencies calling me and talking in misbehaving language also was shouting me on call indusind bank not supporting in this case lady is giving me warning that she will call to 10 people and will send to home address for recovery they call 20 times in a day they had mentally harressed me for this they say no can take action against us. please see into this matter i am sending the recording also how she talk.

                          This is to inform you that a request was raised for the debit card on[protected] on my account no. "[protected] " but i haven’t been informed about the charges and all for the debit card by the executive. If i was told that this debit card will cost me thousands of rupees as joining i would have not even asked for that. I only asked you guys that I didn’t received my welcome kit and i need a debit card for my use. He asked me to confirm the details for the debit card and i confirmed the details to him and i only talked to one executive and no other to confirm this special card . I am requesting you to dismiss the signature card on my account as i am not going to even activate or receive that card .

                          That is your internal mistake which happened and i am not going to pay a penny for that.
                          I hope you understand that why would i pay something around Rs[protected] /- for just a debit card on zero balance account.

                          I request to dismiss this card without any charges applied to my account otherwise i will have to file a dispute.

                          Hello, i have been charged for the signature card and my account is in Negative amount and i any amount which is deposited is getting charged for that signature card. Please reverse the charge and reverse the amount charged on the account otherwise i am not going to use that account from now onwards. I am just frustrated from your services from the day I opened an account in your bank.

                            Due to this reason when I was applied loan from another banks it was rejected.

                                Hi,
                                I have applied for credit card from induslnd bank on July 2021. Which they told cannot be delivered to my home address pincode 221007 as the area is not feasible, so I requested them to deliver it to my delhi address in which they fail to deliver again (reason unknown). Now in August there is a transaction of rupees 11941 happned. Now they are asking me to pay the amount. Firstly, I have never received any credit card form the bank so it is not possible for me to use the card physically, secondly it is not possible for me to use the virtual card as I don’t have any account with this bank so i am not eligible to register in there mobile application. But now the recovery agent are calling me and telling that i am lying and must have used the card 1 way or the other. I have raised complaint to the bank customer care several times but no action taken. And now the recovery agents are calling and there is a threat in there voice. I can do the payment any time as one of the agents have given me the card number but I am not doing it because its not my mistake or i have not spent any thing from that card. Its some kind of bank issue or fraud which I am not able to figure out. Kindly help me with this issue as it is also affecting my CIBIL score very badly.
