Hello, I have finance on Yamaha FZS from IndusInd bank. I have cleared the total due in the month of march 25th 2021 and I have continually called the bank manager and the IndusInd bank support, they replied that it is lockdown time and we will provide you the NOC after lockdown and extended to October 18th 2021. After that they have asked me to pay an extra amount of around 7500+ because the loan account has not closed and it is the interest for that and I have asked the manager, support team and dropped a mail too IndusInd bank. But no response from them for there mistake of closing the account. I have paid the rest of the amount of 7500+ in the month of September. But till know the NOC haven’t issue yet even the bank manager and the team is saying that it will take time. I think they planning to collect some more amount from me. It is number one Fraud bank I have ever seen. Please take action on this.

Hello, IndusInd Bank Customer Care's thank you. I got the NOC but, it is very bad that NOC as lot of mistakes in it including Name, Village and etc. I have not collected the NOC then and there i have returned it to the bank. I need the NOC as soon as possible and without any mistakes in it. if it is getting delayed more than 10 days. you people have to see me in the consumer court. I have no patience for waiting any more. Your bank people are saying that nothing will happen with the mistake the RTA will accept. The bank will issue loans with mistakes provided by the customer. I need the NOC as soon as possible.

can't you people check the minimum details before issue of NOC.

I think you people got the wrong information I have not agreed to the previous NOC and have not even collected it. How can I agree with the NOC mistakes in it? Will you people agree or accept the documents which customer provides you with such mistakes?

Still, it is pending and no call or information from the bank about the NOC mistakes. I will see how many days you people will prolong it.

Still, I have not received the NOC from the bank not even responding to the calls this how the IndusInd Bank work by neglecting the problems of customers.

    Could you please help to unfreez / unblocking my account. It nearly one week i have submitted my documents at Branch Office. There is no update still now but ticket is closed with out resolution and clarify. So requesting you to escalate to higher Management..

      I have applied for NOC for my two-wheeler( KL35 3316-owned by Betty Prakash) till now I haven't heard anything back. I called the office number in Pala Branch, Kottayam Kerala multiple times, but the staff told me it did not come from Mumbai Branch. Later they told like vehicle number was not updated, that is the reason why it got delayed. How long will it take to get this NOC? Could you please check and let me know the status.

        When I opened new account they asked me to pay 20294 intial funding when I check account it shows 0 balance now
        I contacted customer care they said drop an email but I have not heard anything i am stuck now please credit the money ASAP

              I tried to open a bank account in Indusind bank but I find this to be a very horrible experience. First I started filling the online application for saving account, giving all adhar and pan card details after that there was video KYC then after completing that I taught whole processes is done and account will be created but there was no email came from the bank confirming my account opening nor any update. So I called the customer service only reply I got every time I have to wait at least three days but it almost a week passed by but there is no response from their side yesterday I tried again contacting customer service through Facebook Messenger - I don't know whether it is bot, some response came in that there was two step I need to complete to open the saving account but I was asking again and again to give a link for completion of those steps required but no response from their side I called video customer service but they replied saying same, that I need to complete 2 more step but when I asked to give the link or guidinance - how to to complete those steps there was no response and even video call got abroptly cut, and also I couldn't give feedback on that, so my experiences totally horrible and wasted all my time. My only request through this forum to the Indusind Bank people is delete all information I given for account opening.

I have done the offline KYC at home branch also but still delay in account opening.

                This is so irritating to mention my complaint. I have been getting calls regarding Indusind credit card upgradation from IndusInd telemarketing people from 2 years. Everyday I get 5 calls and tell the same reason when I say I should not get then they will say ok we will mark you in DND status.
                But again it starts. The numbers are blocked but still I am getting calls from this number. Please check the attached photos of the call history from this number. I have many screenshots of this.

                This is very very frustrating and I cannot tolerate anymore. Please accept my complaint and take action.

                  i have went on[protected] for noc to kukatpally branch first they have said that they have applied for noc and didnt even gave a receipt and said u will get ur noc in 30 days after 30days i didnt get any call from them til now[protected] response from the staff is very poor no official head is available to respond . they gave two numbers but they dont lift the call[[protected]/[protected]] i have went to office for noc continuesly for 5 times but but there is no responce from them

                      Dear sir
                      I am sundaravadivel from chennai last month I received my new indusind credit card that has been dispute from this [protected] number on 26.10.2021 (amount and compliant details given below) after that received my card i did not use a single time transaction of my card. The same day i has been compliant nearby police station and filled case also CSR number 506/2021 the investigation in under progress . The same dispute time i blocked my card and called customer ivr call and raised compliant like that issue and requested to stopped the dispute transaction amount. (Reference number given below). And same day credit card dispute form and police compliant csr copy has been send to premium [protected]@indusind.com.

                      The collection department making so much of torture per day 15 times of calls coming from indusind bank collection department Every time i am saying this amount was dispute happened after that every one said ok sir sorry sir i will update the system hence forth calls not coming like but after then 1 hour again call coming from the new number. I can't do my regular day activities fully affected and mentally and physically I am not well from this violence of indusind bank collection department calls.

                      I went also commisioner office the same compliant given. Here after only press & media balance. I wana to go.

                        We wish to inform you that the loan period in the deal UHR05730H was from November 2018 to May 2021. all payments were made in cash on various date beyond the actual EMI due date. The final payment was made on 6.8.2021 for Rs2318/- for all these delays in emi payment a delayed interest will get accrued. Here it is Rs1700/-. On remittance of this the deal will be closed followed by issuance of NOC.

                          Hi,
                          I am Mohit Raghav Indusind Credit card customer.
                          I am unable to pay the credit card bill for the last few months due to Covid. Initially, I was on sabbatical and during the second wave I lost my job, and due to no job I can't pay the amount.
                          My family is getting calls from the bank executive named Pooja ([protected]) and she is abusing with my family for not paying the amount.
                          I am looking for a job and would ensure that I would pay the entire settlement amount which bank has offers me over the email into 5-6 EMI's.

                          Request you to please convert settlement amount into EMI's

                          Hope the bank understands my situation and me and my family will not receive any such calls further.

                              Somebody called on their coustomer service and tell them my details and freeze my account and when I get to know about it I give them my full documents and written application in sep.2021 and they said please call on coustomer service and ask them to unfreeze it when I call coustomer service they said go to branch with your kyc documents and give them in written application too I go there and give them my documents again but still my account is freeze I think they are just doing timepass by sitting there

                                Hello,

                                I am receiving IVR calls continuously from IndusInd Bank every day or an alternate day after 10:00 AM from past few months. I've never applied for a Credit Card or Loan or Bank account with them still they are calling me with card or loan offers. Though i blocked 100+ numbers via Truecaller but still i'll get call from a new number. I will be working in the night shifts and when i will sleep in the day i'll get these calls continuously which disturbs my sleep. Due to which i got health issues due to improper sleep, i've also applied in their website for DND and it showed that i need to wait for 60 days during which i may receive calls it showed.

                                Please take a strict action against IndusInd and also compensate me for making my sleep hell due to which i got health issues as well.

                                I am still receiving IVR calls continuously even if the number is blocked, they'll try to call with the new number again. Please save me with this mental torture.

                                  They are cheating with people money when called your customer care given the poor treatment you should kick out this kind of people just check how many emails I sent you ate my money you scammers fraudsters I asked multiple times that close all disputes and chargeback regarding this transaction and credit the refund because the refund is already issued but you people are scammers fraudster now at this moment I am filing a case on you gonna defame and damage you as much as I can you messed with the wrong lawyer ate my 26, 498 rupees shame on you for lotting peoples hard-earned money from 10 days called so many times and emailed so many times to refund my money which is already refunded by the merchant but you scammers ate my money and not crediting my money shame on you

                                    My Name is Sanket B Gaikwad
                                    I have NRE Seafarer Saving Account in Indusind bank
                                    My account number is[protected]
                                    IFSC Code - INDB0000237

                                    I did not maintain average quarterly balance in my account but Indusind bank has levied non maintenance charges in negative figure from Oct 2020 (when open account) to July 2021

                                    From April 2021 to Nov 2021 in my account balance was showed in negative sometime showed Rs. -524 /-, Rs. -614/- sometimes showed rs. -1114/-

                                    My Savings Account balance record that means Rs 0/- in my account from Oct 2020 (when open account) to July 2021

                                    My Savings account balance touches zero that means Rs. 0/- in my account then Why did the bank charge non maintaince charges and convert my account balance into negative?

                                    The bank converted my savings account balance into negative

                                    Indusind Bank making my balance negative first then they recoved this amount

                                    On 27th july 2021 Rs. 749/- credited in my account and Immediately at the second moment Indusind bank deduct my credited account balance, At that time, Rs. 590 / - deducted as maintenance charges were levied for the period January to March but during January to March my account balance was Rs. 0 / - then why did the bank keep a negative account balance on it

                                    But it is very wrong that they recovered this amount by making my balance negative first

                                    This scene happens again
                                    On 22 Nov 2021 Rs. 590 /- credited in my account and Immediately at the second moment Indusind bank deduct my credited account balance, my deductible account at that time was charged again Rs. 590/- for non maintaince

                                    I have all the evidence of what I said and I have attached it below

                                    Every time Indusind Bank making my balance negative first then they recoved this amount

                                      I have done Indusind credit card payment of rs 4531 on dated 19/11/2021. The same has been deducted from my account but not credited to my beneficiary bank or not reflecting in my account statement
