    Hello, I Finance Hero Honda Passion from IndusInd bank. I have clear all my dues for the same but till date bank not provide a DUPLICATE no-objection certificate to clear the further documentation. I am in regular follow with a bank representative in shujalpur mandi dist shajapur MP. Pincode 465333branch.but he is providing me time next and next. The last time when we meet bank representative he provides me CSR CODE CSU271099
    I have been a complaint for same but still not getting a solution.
    Kindly help me in this regard. Thank you.

PCJ00853T of amount Rs 325564. One installment was made by my husband and another payment is made Pramerica Life Insurance amount Rs 283541.44 .Total money paid by me is Rs 394990.56.               Amazon initiate refund but bank not credit my amount in account

              On 18th August, I ordered a mobile redmi note 10 (4/64)from Amazon shopping site with my card Whose price ₹12499 .I am mentioning his order id here as well.

              Order id[protected]

              This order of mine got cancelled.And my refund was issue from Amazon on the 23th aug.But till now this amount has not been credited in my account.
              The reference number that I have received from Amazon is also mentioning...

              Address: Indusind credit card

              Unauthorized IndusInd Credit card frauds multiple times.

              Background: On[protected] I had blocked my credit card number ending with 1473 suspecting a fraud transaction and I received a confirmation/acknowledgement from the bank on the same. On[protected] I called the customer care to recheck on the card status which was blocked and as confirmed by your executive that the card was blocked and the replacement card is yet be dispatched. One of the question here is how can bank generate a new card without customer consent?

              Situation 1: Now on 7-7-2021 the day after, I receive a call from this number[protected] stating that two transaction has been made through your credit card number ending with 3786 details below. As confirmed by the executive on 6/7/2021 the card is yet to be dispatched, here how can the transaction happen without dispatching the card and activating or acknowledged by the customer, especially in this scenario where the card is blocked for a fraud suspicion.
              Transaction 1 on the card ending with 3786 - Rs. 50, 498 (Transaction ref no. T41538)
              Transaction 2 on the card ending with 3786 - Rs. 50, 498 (Transaction ref no. T95993)
              Action taken:
              1. Immediately I called the customer care to verify and the executive confirmed the transaction, though I have not placed the request for replacement card I had asked the executive to block and seize all my account since this is a clear fraud transaction as the card has not reached me nor dispatched by the bank.
              2. Filed an FIR (FIR reference no. 0174/2021) with Cyber Crime on 8-7-2021 as guided by the bank.

              Situation 2: Even after raising a dispute for a fraudulent transaction which took place dated[protected]. I had clearly asked the bank to freeze all my credit accounts but today (22/7/2021) I received a call from this number (+91 [protected]) and the person named Elias Bhaskar asking for confirmation on the transaction which happened on new card (9020) which I'm absolutely not aware of. I have not requested for the new card nor informed by the bank about the new card nor I received this card.
              Details as mentioned by the customer care exec, furnished below:
              Transaction 1 on the card ending with 9020: Rs. 48, 480 (Transaction ID T30923)
              Transaction 2 on the card ending with 9020: Rs. 35, 350 (Transaction ID T31025 )
              Transaction 3 on the card ending with 9020: Rs. 5, 025 (Transaction ID T36041)

              I have taken the credit card statement which is received today and same is attached for further investigation.

              Action taken:
              1. Immediately called the customer care to verify the above said transaction and the transaction is confirmed. Now you can clearly say this is a pure negligence from the bank.

                Please be informed that a two wheeler loan was taken from Indusind Bank vide account number OCO01197H mapped settled.

                The loan is already closed in June 2013 but in the CIBIL report, it still showing as "8 payments delayed between July, 2010 to Oct 2010 and Jan, 2010 to May 2011''. Hence, due to error from your side my CIBIL score has came down.

                We wish to inform that during the loan tenor of 2008 to 2010 there were around 10-15 emi returns and for all these we have received the payment beyond the actual emi due dates.

                These delays in payment will reflect under DPD column and hence will continue to remain in the credit report, even if the loan has been completed and closed.

                  Dear Team,

                  I am facing financial crises to make payment on multiple banks Loan/Credit outstanding, And their recovery agents approaching me to collect due, Since last 1 year am paying amount to bank recovery agents, but still due to interest and other charges still outstanding amount remain same.

                  Now its difficult to pay all creditors payments and am approaching banks for settlement of outstanding with higher waiver and EMI's.

                  Also send mail to INDUSIND BANK Credit card outstanding settlement in EMI's. But not getting any response and regular interest and other charges included in my credit cards.

                  Requested to stop harassing the recovery agent and provide easy emi to pay credit card with waiver settlement amount.

For Aug month my installment was not deducted from indusing bank but icici auto debit my account with amount of 5822 which mean my outstaning is paid but your bank imposed a lien on my account.                                 I am an existing classy customer with an savings account (Acc no[protected] belda branch, two days ago my brother had been to the branch for cash deposit amounting Rupees Two Lakhs Eighteen Thousand only, but due to the misbehavior of the Deputy Branch Manager Mr. Yallapu Balakrishna Raju my brother had to return back without depositing the amount and this is not the first time for his misbehavior, he had already repeated the same for several times earlier, and he has a problem with small denomination ( 50rupees note and 20 rupees note) which no other existing employees have. The cashier has never complained about it but he has always been interfering between the customer and the cashier.

                                  I Souvik Nandi, bought a new Honda Hornet CB160R, Reg No. WB26AV5612 on August 2017 on finance arranged with Indusind Bank. After 2 years my loan repayment was complete. There was never any delay in payment. But after that 2 years is passed. But still did not get my NOC. There was neither any information from showroom nor from bank about it. If I dont get it, I have to approach Consumer Forum. Kindly save all the hassle and provide me my NOC.
