Hi, Due to the COVID-19, I lost my job and there were some serious circumstances in the family. This was the reason I was unable to pay the bill.. I m a loyal customer of indusind bank . So, I don’t want such things to happen again. I want settlement of card and i contacted indusind recovery team but they are not helping on this matter. I also sent an email to indusind regarding the issues but no response yet....

Is inform you that I had received Credit Card Statement from INDUSIND BANK for the period 04/07/2021 to 03/08/2021.
Mentioning Interest & Other Charges as Rs.1126.91. I have forgot to pay the credit card payment on 23/07/2021.
However, I have paid the amount on 29/07/2021. ie a delay of 6 days. I was abnormally charged Rs.1126 for default of payment of Rs.4356,
which is about 26% of the bill Amount. I had already requested...
