Dear RBI Bank,

I Balababu took a personal loan from IndusInd bank a year back and regularly paid the EMI loan till December and after that I relieved from my company then salary is not credited in January. I tried to contact the Loan closure department from December to close without pre-closure charges, but no response then the Jan month EMI skipped, after that they routed to few departments and finally got the Loan closure department contact.

I tried my best and informed them that I will PAY MY LOAN AMOUNT WITHOUT PRE-CLOSURE but the bank is not accepting it.

They are charging around 60k as pre-closure charges. Please help me to close the amount without pre-closure or any other additional charges from December month.

Important Note: We have more than 10L in PMC (Punjab Maharashtra Bank) and that bank is not settling down, my hard earned saving money struck. That is also under RBI.

In this situation I had mentioned them to close without pre-closure charges but they are not willing to do it. I read some articles and recent news, there it was clearly mentioned that no banks should charge a pre-closure amount. The part payment option should be there but IndusInd bank seems not following it.

I sent email to customer care and other's but there is no proper written response for the last 1 month.

Please take this mail as priority and please provide your suggestion regarding the pre-closure charges.

Instead they are mentioning if you top-up the loan then providing the pre-closure benefit. Not sure why it is not applicable for my existing loan. Always they trying get amount from customers but not thinking of from customer benefit.

          My loan was supposed to be completed 2 months ago, but they keep on debiting EMI s from my account. Two days ago the due amount was 349.11 but they debited 559 rupees but still the app showing 210 due on my loan account

                  Resected sir,

                  I have a complaint, this mail consist of this.

                  I am vijin, an indusind bank customer.
                  My loan number is ELP09146H and vehicle number is KL 34 F 1217.

                  As per the balance of loan amount, i have only Rs. 5277 after the debit of August's Emi.
                  Then, Rs. 3536 EMI has debited in september. After that, my last EMI was the final emi amount, ie, Rs. 1741.

                  I had enquired and talked with nearest Indusind bank office, at ranni.
                  They said that, final and closing balance is 1741, that will debit on october 7th. And then after NOC will be issued.

                  But closing EMI RS. 3505 has been debited from my account instead of 1741.

                  I have given a complaint to ranni office, they said that, its showing excess amount. They told me that they have registered refund request and solve the issue.

                  But its not getting solved yet..

                  Pls check and confirm the details.
                  Please give refund of excess amount and My NOC.

                  There were around 5 EMI returned in this deal and for all these returns EMI payments were received after a delayed period.

                  This has attracted additional interest charges and hence, the reduction in the refundable amount.

                    I had an account on Indusind Bank Kayamkulam Branch and I would like to close that account.For that I had given a request at the bank on 03/12/2021 and they said that I should pay 215Rs for the closure and I had paid the amount to the bank account and they said the account will be closed by today but till now the account is not closed and I had recieved a call from bank that I should pay Rs30 because the bank has charged negative balance in my account.But I had requested for the closure of my account on December 3.So I don’t know what should I do now.The bank representatives are saying they are helpless.I am attaching the screenshot of my statement with this complaint.

                                My name is Ayan Gulati, Holder of NRI ACCOUNT in IndusInd bank.
                                I had applied for cancellation of Legend credit card since 1Month+, the bank staff at Pathankot branch are not helping me and delaying it for more than a month.

                                First, they made an FD of 1 Lakh for 24 months(without my permission), without informing me about the period and making it 24 months on their own. Its been 2 months. I'm telling them to cancel the FD as I don't want it.
                                I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL FD ON 5TH NOVEMBER. STILL THEY DIDN'T CANCEL.

                                Till this time Credit card was not issued. Still the inapt bank lady didn't cancel the FD.

                                They issued credit card with 90000 and now i've told them to cancel the credit card. They are delaying since one month saying they requested for joining fee waiver.

                                Please look into this matter and close my NRI account FD and Cancel my credit card.
                                I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED CREDIT CARD AND SUBMITTED IT TO PATHANKOT BRANCH on 24th NOVEMBER 2021.

                                I HAD A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE INDUSIND, PATHANKOT BRANCH. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
                                I WILL CLOSE MY NRI ACCOUNT IN INDUSIND BANK IF MY MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED.

                                  I have applied for the duplicate of hypothetication NOC for my bike Reg No-KL-34-314 to indusind bank kanjirappally branch at kottayam district of kerala state. I have received the reply saying that it will minimum 30days to issue the NOC certificate. My vehicles registration validity will get expired on 31st of December 2021 and after that I need to pay huge amount as penalty.
                                  Kindly issue me the NOC at the earliest. Necessary charges and formed are submitted at indusind kanjirappally branch.

                                      Hello, I have finance on Yamaha FZS from IndusInd bank. I have cleared the total due in the month of march 25th 2021 and I have continually called the bank manager and the IndusInd bank support, they replied that it is lockdown time and we will provide you the NOC after lockdown and extended to October 18th 2021. After that they have asked me to pay an extra amount of around 7500+ because the loan account has not closed and it is the interest for that and I have asked the manager, support team and dropped a mail too IndusInd bank. But no response from them for there mistake of closing the account. I have paid the rest of the amount of 7500+ in the month of September. But till know the NOC haven’t issue yet even the bank manager and the team is saying that it will take time. I think they planning to collect some more amount from me. It is number one Fraud bank I have ever seen. Please take action on this.

I got the NOC but, it is very bad that NOC as lot of mistakes in it including Name, Village and etc. I have not collected the NOC then and there i have returned it to the bank. I need the NOC as soon as possible and without any mistakes in it. if it is getting delayed more than 10 days. you people have to see me in the consumer court. I have no patience for waiting any more. Your bank people are saying that nothing will happen with the mistake the RTA will accept. The bank will issue loans with mistakes provided by the customer. I need the NOC as soon as possible.

                                      can't you people check the minimum details before issue of NOC.

                                      I think you people got the wrong information I have not agreed to the previous NOC and have not even collected it. How can I agree with the NOC mistakes in it? Will you people agree or accept the documents which customer provides you with such mistakes?

                                      Still, it is pending and no call or information from the bank about the NOC mistakes. I will see how many days you people will prolong it.

                                      Still, I have not received the NOC from the bank not even responding to the calls this how the IndusInd Bank work by neglecting the problems of customers.

                                        Hi team,

                                        Could you please help to unfreez / unblocking my account. It nearly one week i have submitted my documents at Branch Office. There is no update still now but ticket is closed with out resolution and clarify. So requesting you to escalate to higher Management..
