Hi,

I have taken Bike loan on Mar-2019 and it was cleared on sep-2020.
I need clearance certificate for this. I have tried with website but I dont see the certificate option to download.

Loan Taken: Mar-2019

Can you pls suggest how to get the certificate.

      Hi All,

      Please be informed that I have a complaint regarding my credit card payment related.

      As per concern I had a credit card which I already closed with full payment with closure fees on Feb 2020 and one more thing as per representative told me my total payment due is aprox 31000/- and with GST and foreclosure fee its aprox 33000/- and I paid 34800 aprox which they said means I done access of payments.

      I thought it was closed but in few days I received couple of messages for payment 1789/-.
      When I already requested to close my card and loan account and already pay my due with access of amount than why you I pay more.

      Please take it on seriously note and waive my all due and close my account ASAP.

        Sir, I was approached by Indusind Bank official, Ms Karishma and then Mr Vishal Punjabi, of Naupada Branch Thane to open a saving Account with the Bank, as suggested i opened the account .Then they said, you upgrade your Pinnacle Credit to a next higher version and Pay 15000/+GST= Rs17700/-. I told them, I am not interested, as I cant pay Rs15000/- forthis. They said i wil be provided Amazon voucher for the value of Rs15000/- and i will not be of any loss, ad I get a higher version of the credit card.
        I pointed that, stil iwill be losing the GST amount of Rs2700/-, as i cannot set off that, as an individual its a loss. However they both assured me that, i shall bee provided the coupon for this value of Rs2700/-also and to pay the amount. They confirmed this in the whats up message.
        On payment and upgradation on following up, i received the coupons for Rs15000/- only. No coupon is received for Rs2700/- . There is NO response from them on following up and their card division says as per the scheme they can give coupon only for Rs15000/-.

        This is a total fraud on the customers by the Bank officials, and was cheated me by Rs2700/-, why the bank officials of the Naupada Branch, Thane, play this mischief and defraud the customers.PLease addrress them to get back the money. Thanks shankar Devarajan

          My office have two current account in the name of MR ISO CELL & RDSO-ED Research, my office has given all the relevant documents to Alambagh Lucknow branch, whichever are required for KYC updation but bank has not updated, also bank is saying that i can not say that how much time my bank will take due to updation is being done by Mumbai office. i think that bank service is not good.

                Hi, i have a indusind bank platinum select credit card. Total outstanding is 45k which is overlimit. My credit limit was 40k. I am using this card from last 1 year

                Currently, i am jobless and not able to make payment of my total outstanding. Currently it is very hard to me to live a normal life in this financial crisis. However, every month before due day i am trying to arrange and make payment of minimum due amount of rs. 4422/- from last 3-4 months. After making the payment of 4422 for 4 months still my total outstanding is 88000 because every month interest charge is a round 3600 + overlimit : 500 + 18% gst. It is creating lots of mental pressure on me.

                I contacted indusind bank credit card settlement team for the same and ask them to convert my outstanding to emi. They told me that no emi option is available on my card and then after disclosing my current situation, iprovided a phone number of collection team, kolkata.ot disappointed. They told no emi or settlement option is available on my card. They threaten me, that if i am not able to make the payment then they know how to recover the amount and some abusive word. I faced this issue and this create mental pressure on me. Moreover, every day i got so many calls from indusind bank collection team and they are harassing as well.

                I asked indusind bank for several time for settlement or covert outstanding to emi. But no hopes. I am ready to pay the total outstanding in emi option because as a jobless person, i am not able to pay total outstanding in a single shot.

                  Stop credit and loan calls Everyday

                  Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from Indusind bank end comes regarding to take loan and credit card. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected]....

                  Credit card transaction error

                        Hello, I Finance Hero Honda Passion from IndusInd bank. I have clear all my dues for the same but till date bank not provide a DUPLICATE no-objection certificate to clear the further documentation. I am in regular follow with a bank representative in shujalpur mandi dist shajapur MP. Pincode 465333branch.but he is providing me time next and next.                                   On 18th August, I ordered a mobile redmi note 10 (4/64)from Amazon shopping site with my card Whose price ₹12499 .I am mentioning his order id here as well.

                                  This order of mine got cancelled.And my refund was issue from Amazon on the 23th aug.But till now this amount has not been credited in my account.
                                  The reference number that I have received from Amazon is also mentioning here.

                                  When the refund initiated by Amazon on the 23th aug then why have you not transferred my amount to my account yet?
                                  One is your customer care. Gives such poor service. After receiving the phone no one responds till 20:20 minutes
                                  You people provide such poor service in such a big bank, do you like it?Here there is no one to understand the problem of the customer, the customer facing pblm but you people do not mean anything.My request from At least try to understand the problem of the customer. Because the customer is there then you are the people too.
                                  I have your request. I have given my order id nd rqst reference number everything. as soon as possible my refund my account.

                                  I mention some screen shot also please help mee Because neither my bankers are helping nor your customer care wants to help.I have sent everything to you, which is the reference number in the mail I received from Amazon. Please help me if anything can happen to you. You see today the whole month went on to end but my refund has not come yet.
                                  Request to you if you guys have any value then please take action on my complaint. This is my third complaint. Taking on you also my refund has not come to my account yet. Just a message or mail comes that you send the details and the refined will come. But nothing is happening. If you tell that those people of yours have also ended. In front of these people, then we will not complain even here.
                                  My order was placed on 18th August and today the whole month is ending, but my refund is not received. Since 10 days my complaint is with you guys, but you have not even taken any action on my complaint. Is this India's consumer complaint

                                    Address: Indusind credit card

                                    Unauthorized IndusInd Credit card frauds multiple times.

                                    Background: On[protected] I had blocked my credit card number ending with 1473 suspecting a fraud transaction and I received a confirmation/acknowledgement from the bank on the same. On[protected] I called the customer care to recheck on the card status which was blocked and as confirmed by your executive that the card was blocked and the replacement card is yet be dispatched. One of the question here is how can bank generate a new card without customer consent?

                                    Situation 1: Now on 7-7-2021 the day after, I receive a call from this number[protected] stating that two transaction has been made through your credit card number ending with 3786 details below. As confirmed by the executive on 6/7/2021 the card is yet to be dispatched, here how can the transaction happen without dispatching the card and activating or acknowledged by the customer, especially in this scenario where the card is blocked for a fraud suspicion.
                                    Transaction 1 on the card ending with 3786 - Rs. 50, 498 (Transaction ref no. T41538)
                                    Transaction 2 on the card ending with 3786 - Rs. 50, 498 (Transaction ref no. T95993)
                                    Action taken:
                                    1. Immediately I called the customer care to verify and the executive confirmed the transaction, though I have not placed the request for replacement card I had asked the executive to block and seize all my account since this is a clear fraud transaction as the card has not reached me nor dispatched by the bank.
                                    2. Filed an FIR (FIR reference no. 0174/2021) with Cyber Crime on 8-7-2021 as guided by the bank.

                                    Situation 2: Even after raising a dispute for a fraudulent transaction which took place dated[protected]. I had clearly asked the bank to freeze all my credit accounts but today (22/7/2021) I received a call from this number (+91 [protected]) and the person named Elias Bhaskar asking for confirmation on the transaction which happened on new card (9020) which I'm absolutely not aware of. I have not requested for the new card nor informed by the bank about the new card nor I received this card.
                                    Details as mentioned by the customer care exec, furnished below:
                                    Transaction 1 on the card ending with 9020: Rs. 48, 480 (Transaction ID T30923)
                                    Transaction 2 on the card ending with 9020: Rs. 35, 350 (Transaction ID T31025 )
                                    Transaction 3 on the card ending with 9020: Rs. 5, 025 (Transaction ID T36041)

                                    I have taken the credit card statement which is received today and same is attached for further investigation.

                                    Action taken:
                                    1. Immediately called the customer care to verify the above said transaction and the transaction is confirmed. Now you can clearly say this is a pure negligence from the bank.

                                    We request your support to resolve the issue and do the needful.
