i would like to inform you that i had taken bike loan from your bank from 2012 and it has been completed in 2015 with out any dispute but that time i was not taken any noc from your bank, when i was apply for other bank loan that got my application has rejected due to cibil scoor is low, due to i have dues with indusind bank rs. 8000 something, where as i have clear all emi smoothly till end, so how can it shows and why,...

As per courier only they deliver to family of self but we are both work ing in field so unable to meet in my home address.

Please check with your customers care and call details & dispatch in my new address.

We have already paid the charges of card, kindly understand and dispatch.

    jabaki jisaka cheque tha vo cashir ka frend tha or bad me muje bola ki cash nahi h account me cheque owner cashier ka frend tha or mobile par bar bar paytm se pese dalane ke liye cashier ko bol raha tha or muje wait karaya

      complaint regarding customer care number

      Good evening team,
      Actually i lost my credit card and there is not even a single source to contact and block and i have never such a bank like this. As, i have been continuously trying on following number
      [protected] saying that services are temporarily not available. Please look into it and it will be better if customer care number will be provided....

      I am writing this to inform you that i had received a demand notice from your bank that i am the co borrower of loan agreement no ecy03507h but in the attached documents its not signed by me and it was forged without my knowledge. It was already intimated to your alappuzha office vide letter dated 17/07/2017. But again i received a legal notice for the same. Due to the same my cibil score is going down and mine status showing as defaulter list. Whenever i am sending mail to nodal officer i am getting a reply that mine id proofs are with them now days collection of id proofs are very easy for any executive also from the primafacie bank is not verified the sign in my pan card and in the loan agreement, from their itself my signature is not matching.

        1) i am using indusind credit card from last 1 year every month i pay on time.in starting 6 months i received statement so i paid. After that also i paid bill normally without statement also i paid for 4 months. I asking bank persons through mail everything to send a statement. Actually my limit is 30k but now they charged 36k because not paying bill they charged as their wish. But with providing statement how can i pay the bill.

        Now i am receiving threatened calls and messages from bank side

        If they are not sending statement how can I pay bill. Again they start but it's simple thing I am asking them send me statement. It is not a big task. If you need track my account. I take loan from IndusInd bank till now no dues because it's clear but credit Card bill not cleared.

        Without providing statement how can they use me you thief, hiding youself how can they tell is it right way. It hurts me alot. I am using from last 1 year. I already taken loan from IndusInd bank till now no pending in loan due because I received every month statement. But credit card I didn't receive any statement from past 6 months. But they hurts me a lot by using Thief, fraud and hiding face like that. If I really need hide my face. I don't want reply to your messages also just think. But now I am very serious and telling that if you don't provide statement I don't pay single rupee. And after that also I pay only what I am using excluding taxes everything.

          I took loan in indus ind bank. My personal loan account no :[protected]. They are charging 4% foreclosure charges. If asked for for closure letter i have been told to wait for 15 working days to provide letter with 4% foreclosure letter. Please help to waive off 4% foreclosure charges and get foreclose letter asap. As day by day the interest as been charged on the current outstanding.

            Dear Sir/Madam
            With reference to early complaint, I didn't receive a satisfactory reply from Indusind Bank representative except for threating calls, Whats up and Email. As I have made are request regarding the settlement of my dues on August to customer care but didn't receive any reply and subsequently, I received a statement for this month with an amount increase in my credit card dues.
            Hence my humble request to look into the matter and resolve my issue as I am facing difficult to pay.

              This is Shiv Kumar Duggal director of Cantae Home Appliances Private Limited having a current account () in your indusind bank

              I always use to transfer the money to my vendors through your app only but today while transferring the money to one of my vendor (Sun India Electrical Company ) whose bank details are

              (Sun India Electrical Co. Axis Bank Ltd, Meera Bagh Branch, New Delhi. A/c No. [protected], IFS code : UTIB0000533)

              An app error came, i transferred 10, 000 /- to this company but due to an app error it got transferred 2 times and the moment when the option came to send whatsapp to beneficiary i selected the option to not to whatsapp the same but at the same moment i received 2 messages from indusind bank that money is deducted 2 times

              Now you tell me how is this possible that i will transfer the money to same person twice of same amount within a second or 2 seconds this is not possible but your customer care team is saying that you might have done it twice.

              I dont know anything now you people just credit my amount back in my account anyhow other wise i close this current account i will get my account opened in some other bank

              And will proceed legally for this app error, revert asap

                1) charged credit card even after i am no more their customer.
                2) credit card sold with priority access saying that there is free airport lounge access & then charged for it

                Credit card sold with priority access saying that there is free airport lounge access and after 1+ months o[censored]sing the lounge the charges were charged that too without sending sms notification. The charge was missed and the bill paid by husband so the charge was ignored for several months meanwhile i had used 4 times the lounges and they were charged.

                After 3 such instances, i realized what is happening & i called customer care & since they had no answer & were not taking responsibility of the wrong information given by their own employee i asked to deactivate the card. After the card is deactivated & i am no more their customer still they are charging me for my last lounge access.

                There is no accountability taken by the bank & i had to pay the penalties where in this world of digitalization, they never sent me sms notification while charging the lounge access & i was kept in dark!!

                  It is my first account with you and have a really horrible experience i ever had opening a account, if i wont have this as a salary account i would never open the account with you... Even after a 2 month gone finally you guys able to open my account in ur bank and now suddenly after receiving my welcome kit and when i activate my online services and transferred money into my account suddenly i came to know my account is debit freezed,
                  I complaint from my net banking service and even on your customer care stating the issue and they guided me to visit my branch and said it will be easily resolved,
                  So i visited your malibu town branch where your great executive ms. Isha even not willing to attend me just had given a straight comment that your account is not being resumed and want me to forcefully close it,
                  I asked her to tell any way as your customer care is sayin that if i resubmit a initially funding cheque then my services will be resumed but she is very unprofessional and dont know her personal mental asylum she again and again forcing me to sign account closure forms which i denied and request her to resume or close my account and give me in written for your this force act but invein she denied,
                  I dont know what are you guys upto but its a really shameful for the bank if you are behaving with your customers like this.
                  Hoping for my issue to be resolved and will surely want to all public to know about your way of working too.

                    My loan is a full settlement and I pay 174900rs. And I received noc for closing loan accounts. But my civil showing account is active. How is possible?.                         Hi, i have a indusind bank platinum Aura credit card. The actual payment was 43000. Total outstanding is 54000 which is over limit. My credit limit was 50000. I am using this card from last 1 year.

                        Currently, I am experiencing financial crisis as my husband is jobless and have to pay the loan EMI's. Currently it is very hard to me to live a normal life in this financial crisis. However, every month before due day i am trying to arrange and make payment of minimum due amount from last 3-4 months. After making the payment minimum due amount for 4 months still my total outstanding is 54000 because every month interest charge is a round 2750 + overlimit : 500 + 18% gst. It is creating lots of mental pressure on me.

                        I contacted indusind bank credit card settlement team for the same and ask them to convert my outstanding to emi. They told me that no emi option is available on my card and then after disclosing my current situation, i asked for settlement the total outstanding. They registered my request and informed after 15 days that it cannot be processed.

                        I contacted the cud and got disappointed. They told no emi or settlement option is available on my card. They threaten me, that if i am not able to make the payment then they know how to recover the amount and some abusive word. I faced this issue and this create mental pressure on me. Moreover, every day i got so many calls from indusind bank collection team and they are harassing as well.

                        I asked indusind bank for several time for settlement or covert outstanding to emi. But no hopes. I am ready to pay the total outstanding in emi option, i am not able to pay total outstanding in a single shot.

                          I am Rajnesh Kumar holding a credit card of Indusind Bank. I am using the card from last 4-5 years but never I get torcher by Indusind representatives
                          1. It is overdue in my card for an amount of Rs 1, 07, 857.34/- as on Aug 2019.
                          2. Then I was given a call to Customer care regarding the settlement of the amount due on my credit card on 12.08.2019 and they have given me Reference No. [protected], regarding the same.
                          3. When I didn't receive any call then I have returned an email to [protected]@induind.com on 30.08.2019.
                          4. Again after some days, when I didn't receive any call and email except auto-generated, then again I have returned an email to [protected]@indusind.com and smitha.[protected]@indusind.com on 03.09.2019
                          5. Again the same issue no reply, then again I sent an email to [protected]@indusind.com and smitha.[protected]@indusind.com on 07.09.2019 and 10.09.2019, again no reply.
                          6. After that, I received an amount of 114254/- overdue for this month.
                          7. On 18.09.2019, again I sent an email regarding the issue to [protected]@indusind.com, smitha.[protected]@indusind.com, head.[protected]@indusind.com and nodal.[protected]@indusind.com
                          With due respect, it is to inform that continuously I am receiving a call from Indusind representative with harsh words and threating call regarding the payment of due in credit card. wherever it is to inform that I am waiting for the reply from then regarding the settlement but they never respondent and generated a new bill with increasing an amount of credit card which is unfair.

                          I had made a complaint on 18th Sep 2019 in respect of Indusind Credit settlement, but till date, I received a reply to my complaint that Indusind Bank support has notified my posted complaint. and also to inform that I didn't get any other response except threating call, whats-up message.
                          The representative of the bank is giving me mentally torcher and harassment. Hence it is my humble request to intervene in this matter and resolve my issue.

                            Ur agent came for accounts saying it will help him getting his target so we gave 3 accounts (Me, dad mom). On 2015 accounts opened and from past 1&half year we urging him to close the accounts as we don’t know what’s happening. Since then (Raviteja (Ur precious employee) now working in kotak) & damodhar (Present employee) telling lies that ur account has been closed & evening i’ll send you details regarding clouded. My dad went to bank they said ur 3accounts not yet started the process for closure. But these guys saying no they have been completed. Me and my dad been roaming since years but no response just toying around. Since 2weeks damodhar saying evening 5pm i will send screenshot of closure but nothing happened. Yesterday i went to back and asked them about this issue and asked them to check whether the accounts had been closed or not. When they checked they said no they not at all started and they are in dormant. Even then ur employee toying around and saying it’s completed they just don’t know and systems are different. Is this how you treat ur customers sir. Raviteja (Previous employee) lodged complaint without our prior notice on damodhar (Like we lodged the complaint) and from main branch they said it will be done with in 7 days. The complaint also went and damodhar said i got complaint on me and ur process will be done in 2days. After that it crossed 1month and yet no process and nothing done. Please help us. Make sure this time it does sir. My father is a senior citizen yet he’s going to and fro asking them to close it yet nothings happening. Thank you.

When they checked they said no they not at all started and they are in dormant. Even then ur employee toying around and saying it’s completed they just don’t know and systems are different. Is this how you treat ur customers sir. Raviteja(previous employee) lodged complaint without our prior notice on Damodhar (like we lodged the complaint) and from main branch they said it will be done with in 7 days. The complaint also went and Damodhar said I got complaint on me and ur process will be done in 2days . After that it crossed 1month and yet no process and nothing done. Please help us. Make sure this time it does sir. My father is a senior citizen yet he’s going to and fro asking them to close it yet nothings happening. Thank you.

                              I want to do forex transaction, on 14th sep,, i visit at shalimar bagh branch,, in 1st visit mr, s ranjana assigned me to helped me,, i tell him that i want to do forex transaction,, first she directly deny me for the forex transaction service,, she saying me that, i have to go at another branch at gujrawala town branch,, but i already ask for this forex transaction at video branch,, they said me that any branch will doo that transaction,, soo why she is denying me for the service,, then i told to mr, s ranjana that i already called nd talked at video branch,, they telling me that in any branch, this forex transaction can be done,,, ater that she was ready to help me and she told me the procedure,, and i already give him the format of forex transaction,, on same day on 14th sep,, but she didn, t helped me properly and not co-operating with me for the forex transaction,, and again in last,, when i am going back to home, then again mr, s ranjana saying that, we not provide the service for the forex transaction,, if again you want any service you have to visit at gujrawala town branch but i said him that,, how you can deny me for the service and she is miss behaving with me for giving service and she is also ignoring me and doing her own personal work,, is this a way too help or guide with customer, s,, but still after that some other lady,, she helped me for that nd taken a formet of forex transaction,, nd said me to wait for 3-4 days too know the status for the same,, i said k... But very bad service given by mr, s ranjana

Now today at 10am, i called at same branch at shalimar bagh for the status of my forex transaction,,, mr, s ranjana picked a call nd told me, that sir you have to come at branch for the signature,, i said ok mam, i am coming,, and i am on the same way going to my office,, else i am getting late but still i goo for the signature,, then i goo and sit on the chair,, wait for 5 min, s but she is still ignoring me and doing her own personal work,, i told him that i am getting late for my office,, soo pls take my signature for which she was told me on call,, but after 15 min, s, she given me a format nd told me to fill that whole format of 4 pages,, i told too mr, s ranjana, that you are saying on call that i have to doo only signature and when i have already given a format of that,, soo why again you are giving me too fill the format again,, but still i ready too fill that one,, but she is not helping me to fill that form of 4 pages,, i am telling him, that pls guide me to fill this form,, she directly deny me,, that she will not helped for the same,, i have to doo myself,, i said him that i am not telling you to fill the form,, i am asking that in which format, what have to be fill,, but she again saying same that she will not helped in very rudely behaviour nd she is doing her own work again nd again and she goo in her other cabbin nd talking with some one else on call,, still i wait for mr, s ranjana on her table,, when she come back she said me,, if you are getting late,, soo pls goo and fill the form and then come back to me.. I said him, that why are you not helping me or guiding me for the same,, and on call you told me that only signature have to be doo, but you are giving me a format to fill,, after that giving me a excuses nd miss behaving with me,, and i have also call recording that she called me and told me only for the sigature, that one i will share in nxt mail,, then i am going shouting on him loudly bcs she is not helping me nd not guiding me for the forex transaction,, after that seniour branch manager come to me and he was told me to come in my cabbin,, he guy was a greatfull guy in just a min, he has helped me for the same and resolved my problem,, i very appriciated to that guy but i don, t know the name of that guy,, but that lady mr, s ranjana is very irresponsible excecutive,, very bad agent not happy with the service given by mr, s ranjana,, i request to bank to transfer that girl mr, s ranjana from this branch too training centre or any where, bank will decide this,, how to behave or how to treate with any customer even customer is educated or uneducated bcs every customer is same for the bank,, soo pls i request to bank too pls take action on it,, don, t give him any last chance,, i want transfer of that girl from this branch in any situation,, i will very irritated from that girl,, there are more three girl, s,, this mr, s ranjana is very irresponsible agent from all of them,, else i am very old customer of this branch,, i know the last manager mr, s neetu,, she was also very good but now today it, s too much happend with me in this branch,, i can, t tolerate this thing,, you have to be go on it and have to be take action on it,, if in procedure of taking action,, if i have to come in branch too proof that i am not wrong, soo i will be come,, i will share my mob no-[protected],, pls call me,, i will come soon any time in banking hour, s... I have all the proof and all call recording which i will be share in nxt mail.. Now pls just take strickly action on it and have to be transfer of mr, s ranjana in nxt 1 week in another branch...                                     I am sujeet kumar suman visa credit card holder of indusind bank i was using my card for the last three years but unfortunately my business got huge loss and i bacame unable to pay the amount i requested for emi but i was said no option of emi on my card then finally i went for settlement option the amount was 44000 as per settlement to be paid i was said to pay in four months i was paying the amount 34000 i already paid and then now
                                    They said my settlement is cancelled and will have to pay the whole amount. I am so pressurised by third party abusive calls and threaten now i am forced to either do crime or i should commit suicide with suicide letter with same... Kindly help...
