I have a indusind bank credit card. I have not yet activated the card. Every month bill is generated since jan 2019. Now recently generated bill shows that i should pay 7000. I have not yet used the card. I didn’t even activate the card. I need a solution for this. I could not reach indusind bank customer service. I have tried many times.

How can a bank withdraw a basic feature/service / right of the credit card customer to have a physical statement on a monthly basis?

How can bank stop this service and compel and cause inconvenience to its customers?

What if the customer is not tech savvy / not having regular internet facility / not have a computer or access to the internet service? Are they not being deprived...
