I have a indusind bank credit card. I have not yet activated the card. Every month bill is generated since jan 2019. Now recently generated bill shows that i should pay 7000. I have not yet used the card. I didn’t even activate the card. I need a solution for this. I could not reach indusind bank customer service. I have tried many times.

    I am having saving account no in[protected] in your bank and charges of amount 295 has been debited from my account on 26.07.2019 without any reason. I have send mail on ur customer care but i did not get any revert from them. I hv also spoke to ur customer care they said we shall revert you and they said bjaja has claimed this amount i am having confirmation of bajaj finserv that they hv nt claimed the amount loan has been closed on april 2019 and they send me noc for that. Being i employee of indusind bank if i m not getting revert of my concerns i don't what happens to other customer of this bank. Requested to chk and revert else i hv to raise it to banking ombudsman.

      4000 rupees were debited from my account on 21/04/2019 but i did not receive money. And i had complained, then i was told that your money will come back within 7 working days, but it has not yet come. And it happened at indusind bank atm which is in delhi. When i put atm card in atm machine to withdraw moneyand entered 4000 rupees but the money did not come, then i again entered 4000 rupees, then the cash was not released again. I thought the cash is over, but after that a message came in my mobile that your 8000 rupees have been debited. And i'm troubled by complaining to the bank that my money has not come back so far.

          I would like to bring to your kind notice that, i purchase my bike (Honda cb shine) on 05/05/2017 on emi base from indusind bank. I payed every installment without any cheque bounce. My due date for completion of my emi is 05/05/2019. Still i did not get noc from concerned bank even though i made so many calls and contacted customer care. So, i am requesting you to kindly go through my complaint against them and do justice to my problem as soon as possible.

          I hope bank people will respond and send my noc within a week.

            I moved to us and then i closed by credit card by calling and asked for final amount which i did not heard back. After few months i again called and by then even though my card was cancelled in 2017 they kept on adding charges. Sent several emails with all the incidents happened date wise but everytime so lame response or sometime no response at all.
            Again i called after a year and then did a final settlement which they asked and they said they will wave off the rest of the charges if i make this payment. I did the payment but they never waived off and kept on increasing my balance.

            After two years when i visited india i went to branch but they asked me to call customer care again which ended up in same story.

            Now they gave me a number of someone and asked me to call him, when i called that person he asked me to send email which i had sent. I sent them and now he is not picking the call. I am tired of reaching to them and even after making final payment they are sending monthly statement.

            I am calling from 2 days onward to car loan customer care, no one is picking the call, very bad customer service.
            i want to know my car loan NoC status. it's very urgent for me.

              Tried to book my ticket for the 1st time through bms & tried to avail 1 per 1 free tickets however the error came saying the daily quota has been eshausted. This is bad! I mean at the time of convincing me to take this credit card tall promises were made out of which one was this & now i realise that this is fake. What do bms mean by exhausted the daily limit when i have not booked a single ticket?

              I bought my bike on 03/2018 and i completed and settled my installments regularly, they have one excess emi in their bank but they are not providing no objection certificate and they are not refunding my excess amount.
              If they doesn't react i will file case and close your bank.

                I apply my noc date. 04/06/2019 but i waiting till date. I call customer service but he ask 10day 10 day not come his 10 day. My receipt number is. Wcl01273h. I am full surprise indusind bank this type service. My original noc not come my home and not call any for bank. I paid amount rs. 590/- for duplicate noc. Customer service is very bad in this bank. I personally come in his branch 5 to 7 time but not respons....

                I'm ete jaswanth kumar from vijayawada took 2 wheeler loan reg no. Ap16 dh 4945 in your respected bank. I paid all my dues in regular intervals without any dues. I went to your vijayawada pantakaluva road branch for obtaining noc and form 35, in which they are saying it will take time for 10-15 days. I'm in urgent need of form 35 and noc. Please resolve it as early as possible....

                I have made all the emis at its due period without fail. But after completing the emis when i enquired for my originals the office was missing and no was around to communicate.
                Recwntly i receviwd a cust care no of indusind bank wic also gave me another no and dat no is being answered continiously.
                Kindly let me know how to procure my original documents

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    How can a bank withdraw a basic feature/service / right of the credit card customer to have a physical statement on a monthly basis?

                    How can bank stop this service and compel and cause inconvenience to its customers?

                    What if the customer is not tech savvy / not having regular internet facility / not have a computer or access to the internet service? Are they not being deprived of their basic right to have a physical statement monthly? You are compelling them to to to cyber cafe to download the copy of the statement?

                    These physical statements at time are considered as proof of residence. Online statements are not acceptable unless authenticated by the bank.

                    Can the bank ombudsman look into this matter and direct the banks not to deprive the customers of the basic facility of the monthly statement in physical form mailed to the registered address??

                      Dear sir,

                      I am having my saving account no.[protected] in indusind bank, c-block vasant vihar. I was issued debit card (Visa signature) card no.[protected] in the month of february 2019 against the payment of rs.11, 800/- (Rupees eleven thousand eight hundred only). This card is valid for the maximum amount which i have paid for the purchasing at certain pos.
                      The bank was supposed to send me some discounted vouchers against my option make my trip.
                      I am very sorry to tell you that the subject vouchers have not been delivered to me so far even making a repeated request to their customer care number [protected].
                      Finally i was given a acknowledgement no.[protected] dt. 09.07.2019 ensuring me that the subject vouchers would be delivered to me within 2 days.
                      But i am surprised they are not attending any calls from me.
                      Now i am not interested to hold this harassing debit card and want the refund for rs. 11, 800/- (Rupees eleven thousand eight hundred only) which was debited in my account. Apart from this i must be paid the interest from february till the date of refund.

                      A it is a negligence on the part of their customer care unit or bank.

                      Kindly look into the matter and redress my grievance.

                        This is inform you that i am the customer of indusind bank having personal loan of 200000/- which was disbursed in the month of april 2019 by your employee rajni shakya having email id as rajni. [protected]@indusind.com.

                        My emi has been started from june 2019 and first emi date was 4th june 2019 and the amount was 4551/- which was debited on same day without any delay, however i have checked my credit report for this month (July) and i found that there was a emi bounce has been reported by bank which has let my score down & because of that my credit history became negative and i end up with a rejection of my loan application in one of the financial institutions and now nobody is providing the information about it and nobody is helping me for correction. They are just ignoring it after reporting it wrongly. Its just a joke fir them, they got the money and then reported as bounced emi in cibil.

                          I am brig khushal thakur, ysm (Retd), i used the atm of indus ind babk atm at shastri market gopinath on 14 jul 19 at around 1730 pm. After taking all information, machine did not dispense cash and suddenly shut down. Rs. 10000/- were debited from my account. I am a uco kullu branch account holder. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                            Tried imps but got fialed due to session time out. But amount of rs 49781 got debited from my account. It was not credited to benificiary account. Due to which benificiary who is my client who supply goods to my firm. Has not sent goods on non payment (Which is struck in between). I need the amount immediately to complete my order.

                            If amount is not refunded immediately for my transaction. I need to take legal action against indusind bank for my loss of businees due to failed imps.

                              I'm rajender ankam worked for the company indusind bank for more than 14 year. I was terminated forcefully by the personal grudge of rpm and zonal head. I'm now 42 and i cannot get any employment in another banks. I have complained to managing director about my problem but none of them has taken it into consider, this termination got my financial status to worst

                                I had applied for indusind bank next credit card, and was asked to pay joining fee of rs.5000. The bank authorities promised many type of gift vouchers as are shown on indusind bank web site. However bank does not provide all gift vouchers to all customers and it is as per joining fee amount.
                                There are very few only 4 vendors vouchers available for 5k amount.
                                Sadly indusind bank is refusing to provide any and have charged the joining fee amount.
