Hello, i took scooter amma scheme tamilandu around 2 years back andi got loan from indusind bank 40000 thousands (Laon account number tar12557h) and i paid more than 25000 and subsidy is 25000, as of now indusind bank need to pay money for me. I went to bank and asked them to deduct my-subsidy money and give noc or they need to credit the amount in my account, but they said send mail to head office and let you know. After that i paid 2 months emi and then stopped to put the money in my bank. For this they send lawyer notice every month to affect your cbil report. Also this is causing bounce back my check. This is totally indusind bank fault, why my cbil affect for this reason and why i need pay the check bounce charges in my bank. I am ready to pay my total outstanding amount, is they reduced interest and they will give interest to me?
Going forward please give the proper solution for this issue else i will go and complaint honorable chief minister edapady palanisamy tamilnadu and i will file the case in high court.

    I requesting to you please refund my money asap.
    In december month 2 times cut emi in my acoount & dadar branch manager & his coligues not receiving my call. When he received call he misbehavior with me. I m last[protected] to till date followup with guys but no one still not refunded my money. The dadar bank manager name is rupesh & he is not received my call any time....

      This is to inform you that i am credit cardholder of the indusind bank i forget to pay my bill and my bill is just due for 4 days my dill date is 25 and i paid it on 29 but the way your agent call me and talked like abusive they telling me that you are a defaulter i will mark you as a defaulter you will have pay for that i already told him that i forget to pay please give me 5 min disconnect call then i will only pay because internet is not working on-call he is no wiling to understand my situation i never said that i will not pay i said disconnect call then after i can pay the amount through internet banking this is really bad that they are calling me a defaulter in just 4 days

        My self is karthik.in my indusind credit card i didn't use the single swipe. But they had charged me 27k. I don't how they had charged me the 27k. When i had contact the customer care people and bank person who had advise me to take the credit card they are not giving the proper response. Kindly resolve this immediately. It is spoiling my entire cibil.

          I am card holder of [protected], monthly i am paying 4 to 5000 amount, yesterday (24.01.2020) i have paid 4500 amount and send the slip to agency team, again they are calling to pay money and they are using abuse language, the calls i am getting from,[protected] and [protected].

          When we are paying regularly why they are coming to our house and taking loudly.

            I received call from one of employees assuring that i'm eligible for cc which have no minimum spend limit and no annual charges.
            She asked me to send my pan card, adhaar card, last 3 months slip, last 3 month transaction photo etc.
            An executive visited me and had no means to take my documents.
            He shared an email :_- "[protected]@gmail.com", where i have to send my documents.
            This email was looking suspicious. Can you please confirm.

              Dear sir,

              I have applied credit card application form on 28/11/2019 and had applied for indusind bank plantinum card only.

              But to my suprise card received was aura edge platinum visa card.

              When contacted bank they telling me its aura edge card application only i have done

              I have proof of bank bazaar application form stating i have applied for platinum card only

              Indusind bank are very unprofessional, after i have written mail to indusind bank premium. [protected]@indusind.com

              Miss reshma khan - indusind credit card department told u are not elligible for platinum card and hence aura edge card alloted.

              Then miss nidhi shah told on phone - u have applied for aura edge card only. But when i ask proof then are unable to share as its not in their policy.

              She told me i can still go for platinum card but condition - u have to pay joining fees of 799/- and i[censored] do shopping of 25000/- in 3 months it will be waived off.

              Then she malied saying on basis of internal review we have alloted aura edge card.

              Today i have talked with mohana sundari she told me on phone that i have applied for aura edge card only i asked to share the form or copy but she didnt saying its against policy.

              She told the form was manually filled up. I simply told her when the document person comes forms are not filled up it was blank only. She was very rude in talking cant you read the form.

              And again was saying 48 hours u wil get response and all.

              I m following this matter and complaint since the day i have received the card i. E on 6th january, 2020 but till date i m getting tossed between bankbazaar and indusind bank.

              I saw the features of indusind platinum credit card and applied. And to my shock i received aura edge master card,

              Form from bankbazaar to indusind bank already mentioned below here.

              Its pure scam happened with him applying for one card and alloted another card. I dont know scam happened by whom in indusind bank., but i m surely feeling cheated.

              Finally rite now i have ask them to cancel my card as they can provide me indusind platinum credit card

              Hope all others people are saved from such scamster bank people.

              Each and every staff of indusind bank different story.

              Indusind Bank mailing me saying me that i had applied for Aura Edge card only in signed form

              But when i ask them proof (copy of form ) there is only one reply its bank policy we dont give to client

              Means they are hiding something for sure or there should be no problem for them to publish it

              Its pure scam happening by Bank bazaar and Indusind bank both first client will apply for Platinum card and they will allot them Aura Edge Card

                I have been called from multiple numbers of induslnd bank to register for credit card. Sometimes i have been called by them in middle of important meetings or somewhere in hospotal, which crossed my patience boundary. I also have sent an email and also talked to the customer care number of indusind bank to stop these spam calls. But still i get nonsense calls. I request to stop calls from your side. I would file for a compensation if the irritating calls from this bank don't stop asap.

                  Respected sir/madam,
                  I was an indus ind bank card number [protected] and [protected] i had closed these 2 cards one was the jet airways indus ind visa card and the other jet airways indus ind american express card i had time and again asked the indus in back officials that are both my cards closed they said yes. Now in need a certain points to be cleared from your end.

                  1. If my cards were closed which i have a recording they claiming that my cards are closed and an sms also for the same how am i being charged for the card.
                  2. Is there a consent given by me over sms or email or even the ivr that i have asked for an upgrade of this card and have i taken the delivery of the card if yes please share the copy of acceptance with blue dart or any other courier agency and if the card was not delivered or accepted how was the credit card charged for renewal fees.
                  3. After repeated calls to indus ind bank helpline number i have been told that this card was upgraded and then i was told this card was renewed now without my consent how was this possible.

                  Kindly clear the said points in a week as i have decided it is about time to teach banks like indus ind a lesson who take us customers for a ride i do not want the charges reversed i want the officials to be punished now i need the consent which was given by me i need the details where the card was delivered and also i have been getting repetitive messages asking me if i would like to upgarde my cardand i have said in clear voice no then how on earth was my card renewed and where was it delivered.

                    I am using indusind credit card since last 6 year and i never forget (In last 6 year) to pay the bill on time and also i always paid full amount, but unfortunately due to heavy work load i forgot to pay my dues on/before 25/12/2019. My dues are around (10000 approx.)

                    On 08/01/2020 i recieved a fresh email having new bill of approx 19500 approx. I talked with your custmer care on same day and requested to kindly wave off my fine (Ref. No. [protected]). When i asked whether i have to pay the full amount today or i will wait for the reply of request. He told me wait for 3 days, if your request processed you pay updated amount or otherwise pay full. If you not recieved any message pay full amount, later on we will adjust the fine if your request is processed. I aggreed on same.

                    On 09/01/2020 i again recieved a call from your collection department ([protected]), i told them about my situation. On the contrary she tried to threatened me we will reduce your cibil score and pay immediately. She didn't try to understand my situation. When i requested to talk with his superior he (Mr. Anil disuza from head office) also trying to threatened me. He said "have you forget to talk your food?" i said what the silly question is this. How dare to talk me like this. Then i threatned me by saying i will call your all refrences and i will deface your image. I felt so much humilated and depressed. I already told them when i am going to pay and about my request, but he didn't listen at all.

                    I never forget this type of comment from your bank. You can check my previous record i always paid my dues in full and much before due date.

                    I sent above email to [protected]@indusind.com on 09/01/2020 but still reply not recieved.

                      मै रविन्द्र कुमार इंडसइंड बैंक से मार्च 2018 को टी.भी र्पोबाट गाड़ी फाईनेश करवाये थे जिसका किस्त 23 बनाया गया था। जो कि 07 फरवरी 2020 तक का था जिसमे बिहार ग्रामीण का ifsc code बदलने के कारण मेरा एक चेक बाऊन्स हो जाने के कारण जुलाई 2019 मे समस्तीपुर जाकर दो किस्त जमा करके प्रत्येक महीना समस्तीपुर जाकर जमा करने लगा टोटल 21 किस्त जमा किया बचा दो किस्त 10 दिसम्बर 2019 को समय से पहले 4500 रुपया समस्तीपुर जाकर अनुज जी को दिया और रशीद मागा तो अनुज जी बोले मनोज जी रशीद देगे
                      जब रशीद के लिए मनोज जी को फोन किया तो बोला रशीद काटकर मोबाईल पर भेज देगे लेकिन जनवरी मे किस्त जमा करने का मेसेज आया तो समस्तीपुर मनोज को फोन किया तो हमसे फिर 500 4500 रुपया माग रहा है।

                        Hi,

                        This is to inform you that someone called me today in the morning at around 11am from ([protected]) and told me that he is indusind bank employee and says he called me regarding the rewards points and told me we will convert those points in money and then you can withdraw it from any indusind bank atm and he ask first 6digit of my card and the remaining 10 digit he verified me and then ask valid through after that he told me he is generating a call for me and then you can put your 7 digit number on it including cvv also which is written back on the card and after that i got one secure id code message in which nothing is mentioned that this code is for that much amount transaction after giving it he done multiple transactions on my card of 50-60 thousands amount but nothing has deducted from my card all the transactions is approved and then i called your customer care to block my card and to cancel all those transactions because till now no amount deducted from my card and i did not done any of the transactions but they told me if merchant claim for it then we will pay to it why you people will pay to it if i told you all those transactions are fraud and i did not do it and how someone doing transactions on my card without using any otp. I did not received any otp of all those transactions then how this is possible. I am telling you again i will not pay anything in future for all those transactions because nothing has been deducted from my card till now and i blocked the card also at the same time. I filled the fir also in the police station also for the same.
                        I have attached the screenshot of all those transactions. Kindly check it and i am telling you again if you people pay anything for all those transactions to merchant then you have to the bank also because i complaint that i did not do any such transactions so i will not pay anything to you people. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it asap.

                              personal loan closure

                              As per company rules I submitted cheque with bank letter to close personal loan. After 10 days I checked that loan is not closed. When I visited bank at that time bank employee told me that by mistake he wrote wrong account number in slip so cheque was not clear and also he forgot to informed us for revised activity.

                              Now bank tell me that you have to pay interest of all these days.

                              I am an nri and have submitted all required documents at onboarding. Still the account is in debit freeze and no one is replying to my email.

                              My money has got stuck into the account and cannot make urgent payments.

                              The account was opened in novemeber by the onboarding agent mr. Amol borge. He repeatedly called me to submit the documents and then to make the initial payments.

                                I have indusind aura edge card from last 4 to 5 month. I am using regularly and payment also paid in full. I have already booked a lots ok tickets if i cancel my ticket how could i get my money. I have collected 2190 reward points how could i get my reward cash and who gave permission to cancel my card. I am facing a lots of problem for this because i am in a tour program and i don't have taken sufficient money for my tour...
