I received a call from IndusInd Bank for applying for a credit card on May 20, 2019 was told that it will be non chargeable card no annual fees until there is usage and so applied for it, a text message was also sent to me confirming for the application was approved and was told that the card will be delivered within 5 days, waited for more than 5 days yet the card was not delivered and another message was sent on May 31, 2019, confirming the card was returned (Proof attached in images), then after a month I receive a message that I have an outstanding balance even after the card was returned and no usage was done still message came of the outstanding balance, called the customer care for this issue and told them that the card was not delivered why the charges and also no usage, so the customer service said that we will waive off the charges and also requested the agent on call to not to deliver as no required for the fraudulent card and so pathetic service and asked to close the credit card, still again today November 20, 2019 Wednesday I receive a message for the outstanding balance of Rs. 4922.34 + Rs. 939.28 for credit card number ending with 9002 from IndusInd Bank without any reason even though I have asked to close the account and nor I have used i as I don't have the credit card neither the documents nor the card number, pathetic bank fed-up with there ridiculous service. Please take action on this as I don't need card from this pathetic bank.

    I had taken a bike loan from your Bank. The contract number was WNI01118H.
    I had already repaid all the dues of said loan. The NOC issued to me, somehow I misplaced. please provide me duplicate NOC so that I can remove hypothecation charge from my bike. please contact me at [protected] for further process.

      Dear sir/madam,

      Hello, i am malkaram ratna kishore, i am writing you this e-mail regarding a fraudulent transaction that happened on my indusind bank credit card "[protected]".

      Without my knowledge there has been a debit of amount 30, 000 on my credit card 23rd aug, 2019. There was four transactions of different amounts that happened on the same day from "mobikwik.com". I didn't receive any otp's and messages regarding the payments, later i realised it after the transaction e-mail i have received to my mail address from mobikwik.com. Soon after this incident happened, i approached the cyber crime department and raised a fir regarding this.

      Later i started getting calls and emails from the bank to pay the amount back which i haven't done, i have approached the bank where i am holding this credit card account and made them clear about the issue and also submitted the fir copy i raised in the police station, although i am still receiving the calls back and back even after telling them the issue happened.

      Also i have written an e-mail to "premium. [protected]@indusind.com" on 12th oct about this issue, which doesn't made any sense, as they haven't addressed my issue or e-mailed me back.

      So i request you to please address my issue and let me know what could be done, and i want to make my self clear that i am not going to pay any amount back, as i haven't done any of those transactions. I am worried that if this isn't resolved, the interest of the amount would get high and in the end i need to face a big problem.

      So please, i kindly request you to look after this in a more detailed way and help me in getting out of this problem. I am attaching the fir copy and dispute form to this e-mail, hope it could help you in the verification process.

        I am ravi chovisia having saving account in induslnd bank since 7 to 8 year. On dated 14/11/2019 i visited to medical road branch nagpur. As i asked to induslnd bank employe to provide me security locker which i have applied on 8/11/2019 but due to absent of one employe of bank he simply said we cant provide locker because one staff is not there. As it was urgent for me i request to induslnd bank employe mr nitin hinge to provide today locker to me but he was very rudely behaving to me and acting as he is owner of bank. He just said we don't need this type of customer and said that u can closed all your saving account and he also given me form of closing account. He is also giving customer false scheme which is not having in bank. I request to take a necessary action to him so that next time any customer faced any problem.

          Today I was trying to withdraw money from Indusind bank ATM near to Newton Bus Stop, Rajarhat, Kolkata.. But it was under maintainance. I asked the security guard how long it will take. But he didn't reply instead he kept shouting.. And behaved very rudely. This is very bad in terms of customer handling..

            I did online payment through payu.in to indusforex. Indusind.com, on 31th october 2019 amounting rs 14457.22 from my sbi debit card vide transaction refrence number txn#240079 at utis2121 as shown in my bank account messege and email screenshot) for wire transfer.
            Debit card no. 559601*8855

            The amount got debited from my state bank of india bank account but the payment did not succeed to my indusforex. Indusind.com.

            No refund has been initiated so far, neither i received any e-mail from payu to track the failed transaction number if any
            Please find the attched sbi debit sms and email reflecting transaction id.

              I stat that that is misused of my credit card and i had never used these transactions. After complaint customer care executive assured me that they have block my credit card. Inspite of that i am still receiving message for uses of card for new transaction.

                  A fraud transaction has been done with my credit card. A msg received at 4 43 pm stating that, txn on indusind bank credit card for inr 4050 on 08/11/19 06:13 at google mobi tech is approved. Since i haven't done any kind of transaction today and without otp how does it possible?

                    I have a running credit card with indusind and in the month of may minimum due amount was for 10, 900 approx from which i missed 900 to pay and i paid 10, 000.

                    I had a word with their executive that it was not intentionally so kindly help me with the same, to which on of their executive asked me to make the total outstanding amount at once that we will surely help with it.

                    Now i have made the total amount no one is ready to give it in written they are just saying it will be rectified and refreshed with in 2 days. After asking in written they say we dont provide in written communication??

                    I have never seen a bank not giving anything in written when they have committed something orally

                        Indusind bank customercare made fool to me. On 8th oct, 2019 my existing debit card shown payment decline at petrolpump. When i called at customer care they told me to upgrade my card. And told me that it will be free and only 1500/- cost will be for new signature delight card and amt is not required to be paid, it will be adjusted from benefits. I agreed for new card. Bt on 9th oct, 2019, bank charged 7500+gst from my bank account. I complained at customer regarding reversal of debit card charges. After a long follow up of 25 days, i received a call from customer care that charges can't be reversed by bank. And i have to activate the card only and then i will get a voucher worth rs.7500/-. Forcefully i have activated the debitcard but i am feeling being cheated. Bank has cheated me in a wrong manner

                        Sir i don't need any voucher /new debit card. Kindly reverse my charges.

                                This is to inform You that I Dibya Sinha holding IndusInd Bank's Credit Card Number [protected] whose outstanding amount is 3, 50, 124.55/- till date. I have already paid 1, 56, 316/- towards this card.

                                The total uses made by us was 3, 64, 949.78/- in the month of December 2018 and January 2019. Till date my total outstanding is showing 3, 50, 124.55/- that means only 14, 825.23/- is adjusted in the card and rest 1, 41, 490.77/- I have paid as interest only? These interest charges are much higher than any other bank.

                                Right now I want to settle my Card because I lost my job 6 motns back and I have no funds to make any minimum due amount payment to the bank.
                                The settlement amount offered by bank was 3, 00, 000/- but I am unable to arrange this huge amount because of my present condition, I already explained so many times to bank's higher authorities everything regarding the same. Because of my current situation I am in huge stress and trauma.

                                After receiving the last mail from bank I have spoken to all my family members and friends for arranging the fund, but unfortunately the total fund which I can arrange in 2 - 3 days is only 2, 60, 000/- Apart from this I can't arrange a single rupee because no one is ready to help me out of this situation.

                                I am receiving per day 3 to 4 calls from collection team. They only want minimum due payment. I am regularly telling them that I have already given a request to customer care for settlement but they threatened me very rudely for payment of minimum due amount. They are harassing me day by day.

                                  I have been a customer who has always tried making a payment on time ever since i've got my credit card with you guys. unfortunately i am in a bad situation right now due to medical issues at home because of which i have not been able to make a payment for the september and the month of october. i spoke to your collection agency who did not want to understand my situation even after telling them that i will only be able to make a payment end of this month. i am helpless at this point of time as i am waiting for a cheque to be cleared and also for my salary to be credited which happens only at the end of this month. i have been told that my account will be marked as an npa if i dont make a payment today itself which is not correct as per rbi norms you can only do that if there is no payment for 90 days. please stop this as its turning into a harassment.

                                    This lady who calls from number [protected] giving harassment call to my references i told her if i cannot receive the call then text me or whatsapp me... Since my phone remains in locker inside not allowed in office.. I am ready to pay if time given though it is pretty much delayed due to unseen emergency but she is not ready to wait. Already spoken to her will settle in 2 emis... 1st emi on 31 oct. I want to make reversal payment in 2 emis 1 will be paid on 31 oct and other one one 30 nov, i guess that will not hit my cibil bcoz it is not settlement right? Card no [protected]... She spoke some vulgar thing to my lady reference... I have her call recordings i can send if required...

                                    One biggest is that the lady reference whom they are calling i don't know her i have not given her reference..One reference only my friend other one i don't even know her then how can i give her number what i guess that executive received multiple application from my company on same day what he did he put her name and number from other application since both applications from same company...and this is unethical..
                                    I have been receiving continuous phone calls for repayment of my Credit card bill amount. For the past 24 hours, approximately 50 to 75 calls asking me to pay my credit card bill minimum amount. My due date is on 25th of March which I have been pursuing them in every call. Because of the irritating calls i paid the minimum amount, For my surprise the calls started to continue, in spite of me telling i had paid the amount, At last I had to call up the Indusbank manager and credit card division to make them stop calling me. this is not the first time its the second time its happening to me, Written a letter to all authorities in the bank and no reponse already 5 days, Useless bank.

                                      I received a call from the number [protected] asking the debit card details. She spoke as a customer care executive and called for card verification. I've tole her Debit Card Number and CVV also. Immediately she asked me OTP. Then I understand it is a Fake Call. Kindly, Note down that number and take immediate action. So that, innocent people will be protected. Hope the Indusind bank authorities will take action on that person.

                                      I haven't book any ticket on the book my show site till date yet it shows quota exhausted. I tried for past 3 months and facing the same issue.
